Our good friend, the late Dominick Dunne, hosted a special on the Lana Clarkson murder. It premieres on TruTV at 10 pm Friday. I wanted to post a special heads up on this board as well as the Old Cases board, because I know so many of us would not want to miss it.


Edited to add: By the way, it is not on Fridaty night, in spite of what I wrote in the headline. Sorry

Thanks for the info on the show. He was truly one of a kind and while I am glad that his show will still be shown, it's sad that we have lost such a truly classy guy. :sad:

I just checked my DVR and it says it comes on Friday at 9/10est :thumbsup: So you got it right.

TruTV usually plays these things over and over again. The only thing I heard new was that Phil can't wear his wig so he asked for a hat, and he was denied. But then he asked for one of those jewish hats, which I forget what they are called, and he was allowed to have that.

I saw first 45 minutes then I just couldnt keep awake any longer. Not that it wasnt good, I was just tired.
What a sad situation that was. Can you emagine the fear she went thru, sitting in that chair, regreating going with this crazy old fart. I'm sure he made promises to her and she hoped they were true. Poor Lana. I'm sure it will be on again. I will watch it over again too.

I saw it. That poor woman. She must have been so scared. He is as crazy as they come. How many years did he get? I don't remember the sentencing and I too was dozing off.

I believe he got 35yrs. I'm sure he wont be walking out of prison. He is so crazy looking. Just look at his eyes. to many yrs of getting away with crazy behavior and no one stoping him. all the drinking and drugs and an awful lot of alone time. I dont think he had many real friends that came over to visit.
