I guess when the evidence gets you convicted, you have to go after small details to get an appeal. IF there is an appeal, which I don't think there will be, I do hope she would have to remain in prison til a new trial would be heard.

I didn't watch this case closely, but I what I saw didn't show ineffective counsel, and I don't recall any posters writing about the defense attorney doing a bad job.
