I don't know what is happening. This type of violence is just getting more and more common.
It seems like in the 60s and 70s this type of stuff happened once a year or less. I can only recall a few.
But, now it is several a year.

This is shocking, it appears this guy has a history of domestic abuse. Absolutely tragic, and now this monster is in Haiti. I hope authorities there find him and quickly. I don't for the life of me understand what's going on anymore, with these men killing their entire families.

Only the most evil empty heart could kill five of his own children and methodically get on a plane to a country that not only won't extradite, they won't even look for him, until it's proven without doubt that he's the murderer.
How many more countries could he jump to from there, leaving a cold trail & probably find a country that wouldn't extradite under any circumstances, before they decide maybe they might want to talk to him for the sake of their own society?

Anyone watching this presser?
What is with the woman screaming in the background?
She keeps yelling that she is an "Italian Girl" and singing "When Irish Eyes are Smiling"
It's nuts. Why don't they move her away from the room?

A Haitian man detained in the Florida slaying of his wife and their five children said Monday that he returned to his native Caribbean nation "to say goodbye to my family."
Mesac Damas, who was captured Monday morning in Haiti's capital, told The Associated Press in an interview at the police station where he was being held that he had planned to surrender.
"I was going to turn myself in. You see I've got my suit on and everything," Demas said as police led him from a backroom where he was interrogated to a jail cell. He said he returned to Haiti from Florida "mostly to say goodbye to my family."

Is this one of those cases where the woman refuses to press charges - or to get a restraining order? I thought LE could press the charges when they realize that the woman is too afraid to do so. I wonder what ever happened with the case and whether CPS ever followed up.
