Great to see Judicata again. Impartial and others..chiming in with their input..and thankfully they do not get "put down".

the UK guy...what was his nic? JeffUK? Where is he? A wonderful poster..always respectful.

People who use different nics..maybe it's a temporary ban..but if a "newbie" comes up and slews a lot of garbage at you..you have to KNOW they aren't new! A little bit of deduction and you can pretty much figure out who they are.

Bud...from the PS trials..don't think he's ever been back? He was Spot On.

There are more "nice" people on here than the "nasties"..but it only takes ONE to make your day miserable..IF you LET IT. Don't!

BFD (formerly ButterflyDragon) is my all-time favorite poster on here. We "met" on the Scott Peterson case, years ago. A truly brilliant man. "Heads and shoulders above the rest".....of course, IMO. I would LOVE to discuss a case with him again. He is sorely missed.:wub:

I think Gibby had several pit bulls. IIRC she got her dog training certification, but it's been awhile since I've heard anything about her.

Happily I see many friends here and thank you all for this thread and your kind remarks.

We did have fun here unlike any other place and became a family through good and bad times.

Recall when we all gathered to celebrate the life of our beloved Sammie? Friends we had been missing back then returned to be with us and say their farewells with the telling of the many times when Sammie helped them.

Some of my most memorable times were here with you all.

We have some that make us laugh, so many just get us thinking, some we count on to know the law, great recipes or just have an interesting question or comments, others...well the list goes on. OMG! I can remember being so exhausted. We posted on that case non stop. I will never forget it though.

Yes, I was parrotgurl before... That nic is one I was given by an online friend who created an ID for me and then created an entire website as a message board holiday party gift. All gifts were virtual, except his was real and I've never not used the nic because of his generosity. By using it, I always think of him and kind of honor him. Geesh, that sounds goofy, but true! Ah, Allie, there is always next year when it comes to the SOX! They made it to the playoffs and I was happy with that. The Yankees winning, though, NO. Just should never happen.

I didn't see you on Politics, but can only handle that in small doses, get too ticked off.

I, too, wear the same dress and am proud of it. Have been banned just once in all these years and rode it out til me and my dress could come back. I thought it best to be true to the nic.
