I wished I lived close by I would have opened up a sno-cone stand! and gave sno-cones away to all the protestors to go along with the snow job the A's were trying to sell.
Seriously, I was glad the protestors were. I am glad it was not in my neighborhood just because it was a real zoo, but if that had happened in my little area I would certainly expressed my opinions and would have been glad to share my thoughts of the family and their killer they were trying to protect at the expense of a baby.

Had he found her, he would have left the remains exactly where he found them and the defense would have been in court the next morning with a motion to set a speedy trial date in hopes of getting the trial done before the remains were found by anyone else and disclosed to the prosecution. Then, if Casey managed to get an acquittal or was only convicted on some of the lesser included charges or maybe even a plea deal negotiated to lesser charges - so long as she was protected by double jeopardy from prosecution again for murder - the remains could officially be "discovered."

I dont believe that. DC is as big a liar as the A's. I believe he let them all think he would just not tell anyone, but if he found Caylee he would get his 15 min. He would be the "Kronk" Nobody was paying him, what else was he in it for?
The key to this mess is WHO was DC on the phone with that day; and we already know it was not Ginette Lucas; ... He lied about that. Im sure LE knows who he was talking to.

I was skimming some of LE's reports and I am sure I read this one, but must be suffering from CRS because there are things I do not remember.

On December 20, LE went to the A's with a search warrant. George was upset because LE was there. Cindy had George wait on the back patio with Dominic Casey and the Milsteads. In front of Corp. Edwards, Cindy stated she had people walk "that area", meaning where the body was discovered, a month ago and there was nothing in the area.

I thought Annie and Casey were still pretty good friends, but on page 13 Annie told LE after August 2007 she considered Casey a friend but only in passing. She said it was because she felt Casey was not always telling the truth.

Annie also told LE (on the same page) when Casey was able to go out without Caylee, Cynthia would frequently call Casey asking what time she was coming home and why she (Casey) was out so late. Also, Cynthia would call almost every time they were out to yell at her for one ting or another or to see where she was at.

And the thing that made me :lol: ..... page 15 Casey alluded to Annie that Jesse Grund had a key to her car and may have done something to it after it was abandoned.

Page 18 - Evidence on the body suggests that the child's death was not accidental but an intentional act.

If DC actually would have found Cayee, the defense would have claimed contamination and would have filed a motion to keep the body out of evidence. Of course, if DC was instructed to call JB first if he did in fact find Caylee, I wonder if anybody outside of The Anthony inner circle would know to this day that her body had even been found. :shrug:

I was just looking at the CayleeMarieAnthonyfoundation.net and clicked on the links. Low & Behold they are linked up with Kindfinders and D&A Investigations (DC)
I just thought that was cozy
Also you can there links to the case.
They just keep everything together in one easy spot so they don't have to go looking for anything.
Just like the way they looked for Caylee.

Their website never speaks of Caylee being a child that has been murdered just that she is missing.
Misleading site in my opinion. No resolution to Caylee's plight does not mention how their Caylee became missing nothing. Nothing about other children being found tthrough their efforts. Just a few pics of Clevlenad Clinic in Ohio with the Caylee Bears and another event with George walking around. Looked like a car show zzzzzzsleeper.
There were some other pictures about events that they attended pretty lame.

I'm not too sure they've even admitted that Caylee is even dead. I think they may still be looking for a "live" Caylee. You know, all the bones found in the woods may have belonged to some other little girl. The only proof that it's Caylee is the DNA evidence and to the Anthonys, and possibly also D&A investigations, that is only "junk science." MOO

I remember that statement quite well, as I spent a rather large time just trying to find it after Cindy sat for her depo with Morgan. In Morgan's depo, didn't Cindy say that if LE said something like that statement, that they were lying?

I also read the autopsy report. I could never finish reading Dr. Schultz's report on the "Dispersal Pattern of Skeletal Elements". I found it too too upsetting. Well today I read it and I hope Casey has read it too!!! I want it burned into her mind forever what happened to Caylee after she threw her away. Everytime I read about this I get sick to my stomach...that poor child was out there all that time just decomposing and her own family could care less....it is so heart wrenching....How did they sleep at night? How were they able to function? Never mind Casey, she is just a wild animal...but how could the grandmother stay in that home and sleep in her cozy bed while Caylee was rotting all alone....

When my husband died, he had to remain in the hospital morgue for 2 day's, it was killing me to think of him there, I wanted him put to rest as fast as possible...

I would be going crazy if it were me and my granddaughter was out there.....and I think it is VERY possible that the all knew just where Caylee was because Cindy made such a big thing over Tim Miller being on the scene...she was so afraid of Tim finding Caylee's remains....

This family is the worst I have ever seen in my life.....

I remember the night that it was reported...The media said that Caylee died a horific death and they mentioned the tape around her head.....With just a 1/2 bag of bones and other scattered remains, I believe that the tape is all they have and it will have to be enough....JMO

They don't have any DNA...they don't have a cause of death....but the mere fact that Casey was charged BEFORE a body was even found...I truely doubt that finding a body would make less of a case against her...It was heaven sent that Kronk happened upon it because if PI Casey had gotten to it first, there is no doubt that we would never have known a body was even found....the finding of Caylee's remains sealed the case for the prosecution....no matter how Caylee died....Maybe it wont be enough for a DP but certainly for LWOP IF not the DP.....

The defense knows that they have an uphill battle with this case...I doubt very much if they are expecting a "not guilty"...they would be in LaLa land if that be the case...

I think their behavior is what could become the norm in our society, if we don't stop trying to blame others for everything that goes wrong in our lives. If we don't stop accepting that "everyone lies, no big deal." If we don't start taking personal responsibility for ourselves, and for our children. If we don't try to live honest, genuine lives.

The Anthonys' behavior seems very odd at this moment in time. But imo, it's just a matter of time before it won't seem odd anymore.

Remember how we "assigned" memorization work when we were in high school (well, at least I was). Maybe some passage of Shakespeare or some poem??
I wish that part of Casey's sentence would be she had to memorize this part of Caylee's autopsy and recite it every Sunday evening for the rest of her life.

After reading how the bones were scattered, I am truly amazed they were to recover so many. A 3 year old's bones are so tiny.

Kudos to the search team for their hard work.

I remember the pics of those searching the area where Caylee's remains were found. Truly heartbreaking. They literally searched on their hands and knees for days, sifting through the dirt to find as much of her as they possibly could. They did a fantastic job and one that will probably affect them for the rest of their lives. :( And not an Anthony is site to hold vigil for Caylee as they searched . How sad.

No I dont know which one you're talking about.. but in the picture where she's holding Caylee and sticking out her tongue #28 i put that on full screen then zoomed in a little it looks like a flower with a flower bud at the top.. but you're right it is a tattoo.

I don't think they will be able to get out of having Casey's tattoo shown. After all she got that tattoo when she was running around looking for her daughter and trying to find clues.:sneaky:
The belle vita part is whats telling and if anything the State will have the person who put the tattoo on her there to testify that it was them who put the tattoo on Casey and when. Most like bring a pic of the tattoo that was put on her.

You are right. Not a very good one, at that. He looks like a young kid in this pic. How old is he. The way he was described in the past I thought he was a mature full grown man in his late 30's. Dunno why I thought that. Maybe cause it was said he was married.

I think I have all the information that has been turned over to us. One thing I have never read and that's any and all statements that came out of Casey when LE questioned her. Do we have access to that?
The only one I recall (and it wasn't much) was when they had Casey waiting in the room for the detective when she was adjusting her blouse and checking herself in that small interrogation room.

Smart enough? From what I have read and all the links provided to date, Casey is one dumb cookie and that's what has be believing she did all this alone. Casey killed Caylee in the house and that's where all the black plastic bags came from and the laundry bag.

If Casey had someone smarter than her that was involved she would have had a better more solid story, ya think?

Drinking my coffee and reading between Caylee and Haleigh. I have not posted anything on Haleigh board there seems to be as much confusion there as with the A's just more players involved with Haleigh.

To the best of my knowledge Mallory Parker has not lied about anything in this case to date. So I will give her the benefit of the doubt. Lee may not have told her anything. The details of their relationship have remained private for the most part and that is the way it should be IMO. I think some on this board have a dislike for anyone named Mallory due to the Cat that used to prowl these boards.
Has Mally-Bu! ever been questioned (to your knowledge)? I think she may be a wealth of information. She's an inside observer and has been since the beginning. The question is, will she share her knowledge or remain faithful to the Anthony's? I'm betting she isn't going to give up much.

I don't recall ever seeing a LE interview with Mallory. I suspect that she will go along with the Anthony clan, and not be forthcoming with the truth.

The Anthonys think that all their lies are helping them and Casey. IMO, they are not.

no, they are not working. George said he had looked for a job, but "being George Anthony" made it hard.

IMHO, they attend missing children events to try and get $$ for their fundation. They have never really acknowledged, that I've seen (short of the CMA memorial for Casey..er Caylee) that she is dead, much less murdered. No money in that!

It's been a mystery, although most speculate they made bucks early by selling Caylee's photos and videos.

You are not alone in being offended by their performances at the missing childrens' events. They take the spotlight away. did you hear that Cindy is an advocate for getting a DNA sample from your children? After she intentionally gave LE Casey's hairbrush instead of Caylees... the gall of that woman. SHEESH.
