I don't know. From what was in the article it sounds like suicide rather than homicide. The timing of it also tends to lean to suicide.

I heard about this yesterday and it was reported as a suicide (asprin overdose) because Kelly told someone he would go to his grave with secrets. Some believe he was being pressured to turn State's evidence against Blago. Reportedly, Kelly called someone and told them he had taken an overdose.
Blago said David Axelrod had once approached him about running for president. LOL, he also said he'd like BO and MO to testify at his trial, and mentioned Tony Rezko's name in connection with them.
I can't wait for Blago's trial and to see and hear how it's played out. I think they all have a whole bunch of dirt on one another. But Blago is at a distinct disadvantage running up against such powerful forces.
IMO

You're right, especially because he doesn't have political power anymore. I'm sure they know the secrets he has and have tried to put a lid on them.
Just when you think he is gone, he pops back up again.

On Tuesday in a separate case, Kelly pleaded guilty to two counts of mail fraud "as part of a kickback scheme to illegally obtain $8.5 million in work at O'Hare International Airport," the Chicago Tribune reported Saturday in story about his death on the newspaper's Web site.
"At the time, Kelly, 51, said he was under pressure from federal prosecutors to cooperate in their investigation of Blagojevich, but he refused," the Tribune reported.

I don't know onions, I am having flashbacks of yet another senseless death after a scandal the last time the dems were leading the charge. Vince Foster comes to mind, but alas we may never know..... JMO

Our local news is reporting he had a mattress and several pictures of his children in a trailer at the lumberyard. They also reported he took pills and possibly rat poison.
Looking for a link.
