This is just awful but the only reason she would use a shovel is if she actually drown Caylee and Caylee was at the bottom of the pool. Then she would use the shovel to lift her to surface and pull her out.:sad:

If that's the case, then It's believable that George last seen Caylee and Casey on the 16th. The morning of the 16th.
Then maybe Caylee was alive until she did that to her and she backed her car into the garage so she could put Caylee in the trunk and not have anyone see her.
It was the 16th that she borrowed the shovel, correct?
Maybe she was going to bury her after she drowned her and then she was too weak and lazy so she just put her in the trunk.:shrug:

IMO, D, the pool story is a distraction. I dont believe she drowned her in the pool. I believe she left that nite and killed her in the car.

the pool story came from Cindy when she was 'trying to go over scenarios', in her mind basing that on LE finding her body quickly. what she didnt understand is it was a month later...Caylee wasnt going to be a body anymore. further, CIndy was setting up an "ACCIDENT theory" just in case Casey confessed. CIndy WANTED it to be an accident.

unfortunately, Casey didnt play into her 'suggestion'...which left her family with spouting lies to LE and to the press.

I do believe Caylee was in the yard at some point for a possible burial. Casey found she couldnt dig that easily. so she put her back in the trunk.

I also believe several trips back to the home were to secure other items to contain her remains. Caylee was decomposing quickly, her body fluids leaked in the car, time for another trash bag. not good enough, another trip back, get the hamper.

two trash bags and a hamper...IMO, it was a gradual process to conceal and ultimately dispose of her, close to home, because she had no funds to purchase fuel to drive a distance away to conceal the crime.

its also unknown whether or not she left with Caylee and the shovel. Neighbor Burner said it was about an hour until she returned the shovel.

its quite plausible she dumped Caylee during that hour. close to home. cant travel far.

when she had Tony pick her up when she ran out of gas in her neighborhood, IMO, she was either dumping her body THEN (not on shovel day), OR checking back to ascertain visibility/concealment when she DID dump her there.

Jesse isn't going to be easy to frame, he was working as a probationary cop til his resignation in late June (Ithink) when did he have time to kidnap Caylee? Even if he(Jesse) had a key to the car, TonE testified that he picked Casey up from the Amscot where the car was towed from later. Did Jesse just happen upon her abandoned car at the Amscot and put Caylee in the trunk just long enough to get the decomp odor and then return remove the body and dump it on Suburban? Any of these scenarios are just too far fetched, jeez the reality is strange enough, but it's logical. All the alternative possibilities are just too out there to have credibility

I might be way wrong but I wonder if Defense will say that Caylee was taken and still alive until Casey was in jail. This would back up George saying Caylee has been moved 8 or 9 times etc. Defense also denies there was human decomp in the trunk.

Yeah, I can see the manipulation. He never waivered from saying that Melinda wouldn't harm Trenton. Which totally contradicted the abuse claims he made in the past. Even when Melinda killed herself while her child was 'missing', he publicly claimed his belief Trenton was alive.

The Anthony's have done the same thing. Caylee is alive. Look for a 'live' Caylee. Casey was a good Mom who wouldn't harm her Daughter.

The only thing seperating them are Caylee's remains have been found.

I think the reason why she said absolutely not about Jesse is because I think he had her figured out before they broke up. I think he could sense she wasn't very fond of having Caylee. After all, that was one of the reasons why their engagement did not last. Casey wanted to go out and party and Jesse wanted to stay home with Casey and Caylee.

They either open their arms to them and invite them into their family. Or just accept that they're present and keep the peace. Except for Ronald Cummings, of course, lol.

Lee explained it is a Trenton Duckett bracelet and they are working on bracelets for Caylee. He told her the huge fundraiser at the raceway and the proceeds will go to the charities that have been helping the family. Then at 11:10 the audio is muted. All I hear is a buzzzz. The sound does not return until 13:31.

I so agree. I think the Anthony's have come to terms that Casey was responsible for Caylee's death (I mean w/all the evidence how couldn't they?), but I think they have rationalized it as an accident, and on some weird level they think they are protecting her by trying to get her off scott free.

The way I see it if CAYLEE was truley missing then casey,cindy,george,and lee would have been out looking for her. No they did not look. If my baby was missing I would be out day and night looking for her. That's exactly what Scott Peterson did when Laci was missing ... hosted dinner parties, party, drink. When my dogs were missing a couple of months ago I was out in the rain, wind, sun, dark, early morning ... for two days until they were home. If I was home, I felt guilty for not being out there looking for them. That's what people do when a dog is genuinely missing, and if a person is genuinely missing, I'm sure it's a much more intensive search.

IMO, D, the pool story is a distraction. I dont believe she drowned her in the pool. I believe she left that nite and killed her in the car.

the pool story came from Cindy when she was 'trying to go over scenarios', in her mind basing that on LE finding her body quickly. what she didnt understand is it was a month later...Caylee wasnt going to be a body anymore. further, CIndy was setting up an "ACCIDENT theory" just in case Casey confessed. CIndy WANTED it to be an accident.

unfortunately, Casey didnt play into her 'suggestion'...which left her family with spouting lies to LE and to the press.

I do believe Caylee was in the yard at some point for a possible burial. Casey found she couldnt dig that easily. so she put her back in the trunk.

I also believe several trips back to the home were to secure other items to contain her remains. Caylee was decomposing quickly, her body fluids leaked in the car, time for another trash bag. not good enough, another trip back, get the hamper.

two trash bags and a hamper...IMO, it was a gradual process to conceal and ultimately dispose of her, close to home, because she had no funds to purchase fuel to drive a distance away to conceal the crime.

its also unknown whether or not she left with Caylee and the shovel. Neighbor Burner said it was about an hour until she returned the shovel.

its quite plausible she dumped Caylee during that hour. close to home. cant travel far.

when she had Tony pick her up when she ran out of gas in her neighborhood, IMO, she was either dumping her body THEN (not on shovel day), OR checking back to ascertain visibility/concealment when she DID dump her there.

Julie, Rick did write that to Cindy. however, that was around August 23rd. The document dumps occurred in July. Rick was confronting Cindy about things she was telling number one, the press, AND things she said to LE. her theories were in her LE interviews.

Rick, his mother, were mortified that Cindy was on the news spouting lies AND making fools of themselves considering Caylee was missing for over a month by the time Cindy was compelled to confront Casey and was informed oh Caylee is gone.

Cindy had plenty of resources to find her prior to that.

That's exactly where I got it. I was reading e-mails back and forth from Rick to Cindy and he suggested it and I started thinking about Casey borrowing that shovel after backing her car up into the garage. It made a lot more sense to me than Casey trying to get a ladder out of the pool. That made no sense at all.
In addition, I was thinking about George saying he last seen Caylee and Casey on the 16th and it started adding up to me. I thought maybe George was correct and he did see them both that morning.

Thank God they did..Now we all hope the judge will not shoot the motion down.. if he does I sure hope they file to have a new judge.. I think after they discovered Caylee's remains they went into full Casey mode. They were in that mode anyway but now that Caylee is dead, they are determined to get Casey off the hook and home once again. I don't understand how they could think it is an okay thing that Casey kills Caylee and there's a possibility they will get her off on some technicality. Then what. They continue living a lie for the rest of their lives. What would they do with Casey once she got home. Since she is charged with stealing from Amy, and ultimately from Target and BOA, I can see these places being involved, but not so sure about G and C.

I have never seen a witness list this long. Altho, they usually don't need to use everyone on the list as witnesses, all these people do have an intricate part in this case.:huh:

Caylee was merely an afterthought. And cindy NEVER said she thought casey did something with her. Only the nanny poor Zanny got implicated. Over and Over again.

Reading about the gas cans, that has always not made sense. I'm thinking the Anthonys were trying to set Amy up for the kidnapping.
Casey had Amy pick up a gas can at Target IIRC. Which would have her fingerprints on it.

They all belong in JAIL imo.

I agree, something wrong about george actually reporting this theft of the cans to the police, this time. Apparently it had happened before, but no report was made. Why this time. I think it was done as an attempt to blame someone else.

And, as many times in this case george managed to provide another very important piece of evidence to the prosecution:

One of the cans had the piece of duct tape on it, which they have matched to the tape found on the skull.

Rick wouldn't have anything to say, in regards to the killing of Caylee, not anything that wouldn't be considered hearsay. Jurors are never to consider the penalty when trying to reach a verdict.

That was an interesting article. Seems to me some insecticide maker such as Raid could use this knowledge to put the "juice" from dead insects into their product to rid the area of the live ones.

Ya right it's Florida no thank goodness don't your remember the mess they made out of Anna Nicole's case just to decided where to bury her? It was about 2/1/2 to 3 weeks. I worked as a paralegal down there and the judicial system is just as bad as any other big city.

It's very fishy and makes no sense, unless it's part of the script. But that also means at least George knew about Caylee way before the 911 call.

The Anthonys had that tall wooden privacy fence around their backyard, with a gate that they kept locked. Does it seem like a normal thing to also lock their sheds that were inside the locked yard? I don't recall George saying that the sheds were kept locked to prevent theft of items inside the sheds.

I guess that I don't believe it when they say that they kept the sheds locked because of Caylee. Perhaps Casey, but not Caylee. George may have been fed up due to Casey's thievery.

Good morning everyone! In an earlier court hearing, I believe that the State indicated that their case should take around one month (I presumed that to mean their part of the case). Most likely before this goes to trial, their list of witnesses that they likely will call to testify will be pared down a bit.

It all turned into how careful the family was with Caylee. How much everyone loved her and looked out for every little detail.
Which leads me to believe it was quite the opposite.

This isn't voluminous information. They each aren't going to be a week on the stand. There isn't that much information.

Specimens are good because of x,y z. Specimens are inconclusive because of x,y,z. Miriade of people are going to testify they NEVER knew Caylee was missing. An invisible murderer/kidnapper. 2months tops.
