I think the defense is also asking that the civil case be delayed until after the murder trial if it is not thrown out of court altogether. If the case is thrown out, then tomorrow's hearing regarding The Anthony's won't happen, but what will happen if the case is delayed until after the murder trial? Will tomorrow's hearing still take place then?

The last doc dump was audio of Tracy and Lenny and Rob that the detectives got after they bonded Casey out of jail. Then there was a tape that Uri Melich's supervisor got of Cindy. We didn't really learn anything we didn't know, but it sure gave a lot of color to the story. If I had to listen to one of those tapes, I would listen to Tracy. She spent the most time with Casey and has the best story of what Casey was like while she was bonded out.
