Here's something that might get Cindy's attention. When OJ Simpson lost his civil suit the Goldman's and the Brown won the right to use his name for profit and he lost the right. If ZFG was to win a civil suit she she obtain the rights to Casey and Caylee's name for future earning stopping the A's from making any more money off Caylee drying up the gravy train for them. This would mean they couldn't even continue the foundation without ZFG permission.

I get the impression this is just the sort of thing John Morgan likes to get involved with. I think he actually enjoys helping the underdog even if it will not be financially beneficial for him. I don't think he takes many of these cases, but I think the ones he does take, he does it because he believes they have a good case.
Plus, I think he does not like to be treated like Cindy treated him.

Julie, I've always felt that JohnM wasn't interested in this case for money. I think he had a genuine interest in the horrific case and saw a way to play a part that was meaningful.

But then sometimes I'm just a little too Pollyanna about others' motivations. ;-)

I do adore JohnM, however :wub: and love him on this case, love how he took Cindy down.

Cindy had to have known the camera's were on them. When have they not been.
Cindy loves the attention. She makes it her job to show how tough she is.
George even told the FBI his wife is tough. She sounded ridiculous when she was responding to them. She kept answering their questions.
How she watched the baby when Casey went out.
Well, Casey had no business going out when she had a little daughter to watch. She had a responsibility when she decided to have that baby. Good thing I was not there. LOL:w00t:

Yeah, and she was really full-blown while very young. Interesting that this report confirmed what many of us thought was going on with her, Narcissistic Personality Disorder/Borderline Personality Disorder -- and this report details Histrionic Personality Disorder too, which I don't think we focused on as much.

The personality disorders are learned, developmental, generally not even showing up 'til the late teens/early 20s (as I understand it anyway, had a BPD in my life and had tons of research and support).

So when she hit that timeframe where it normally "shows", she was full-blown.

Just sitting here thinking it seems like it was just a couple days ago when they had the hearing .. its already the 7th of sept.. and its been 2 1/2 weeks.. time seems to be flying... IMO this trial will sneak up before we all know it.. casey's been in jail for almost a solid year.. if you count. when she was arrested the first time. she's spent a year in jail already.. been almost 15 months since casey killed Caylee really doesn;t seem like its been that long.. ok just rambling.. but point is with the holidays coming up I think the time will fly by just like te last year did.. one more Thanksgiving, one more Christmas casey spends without anyone..... she'll get used to them... maybe she'll wrap up heself a bag of pork rinds from santa..

Christmas is in less than 15 weeks. As soon as Halloween hits these holidays will be rushing in quickly. They always do.
It seemed like George was just up on the stand last week until I read your post and realized we were waiting forever for the dump on Padilla and his posse.
I agree with you, it seems like this was all done this last June and not 2008.
I do think Baez will delay this trial as long as he can. The man has no Idea how he's going to defend Casey. (I bet)
You would think if Casey was so Innocent and Baez had his defense ready and was so sure of himself as he has said to Casey, (no doubt) he would want to get her back out of jail and resume her wonderful life of NO money, NO job, NO education, NO friends and NO more car.
IF Casey was to get acquitted (which I highly doubt) I bet Cindy would really have a tight hold on her. They would end up selling that closet of theirs and move out, out, out of the State probably.
Casey would start a new life of lying thru her teeth again to meet new friends.

Exactly.. no one that's innocent will want to spend 2 years in jail before the trial every started .. They'd be screaming at the top of their lungs to get this trial over with..One who was innocent would cooperate with the LE and FBI..they would NOT LIE to them and refuse to cooperate.. Whoa, that's the first I heard of this.

I don't know which A's attorney if it was casey's or if it was c & g's .. IIRC casey's lawyers have filed a motion before to get case dismissed and it didn't work..Judge said no..

So I'm assuming it's casey's attorneys that have filed that motion.. maybe wrong.. everything about the A's and court hearings confuse a lot of us..

If it was bc that filed that motion no way will it fly.. Judge will shoot that down in about 2.5 ..

There was another hearing scheduled and on day of the hearing bc called and said he threw his back out hearing :wink: was postponed until they could get a court date Judge said if he had any cancellations they would work them in.. That never happened so a court date was set for Wednesday BTW around the time he supposed to threw his back out either the day before around that time c and g were in OHIO peddling the Caylee Bears at a hospital there.. there's pictures some where with them a a couple girls from the hospital with a wagon full of those useless bears...
Also M&M have filed motion for dc because he didnt show up for his depo at all.they filed for fees and I think for him to be held in contempt.... Don't know if that hearing is tomorrow too..

With all the publicity in the media and on the boards I think that the next time we see Casey she will have cloths on that fit her and I think she will either have her hair put up in a nice bun or she will have it cut short.

I think since AL has come aboard they wanted to see what the public's opinion would be as to how they dressed her the last two times.
Of course they probably didn't figure in that the cloths they put her in looked like they pulled them out of the salvation Army before being pressed.
Casey needs to take care of her appearance and I'm surprised with TWO woman at that table that they have not got it right yet.

You know, I have been thinking about Casey and the Anthony's and I don't know what went wrong with LE. I have never come across any case that the disappearance of a child became so complicated. Usually with the technology today and the professional people who are working with LE can get the best out of someone and get to the truth of the murder.

Yep. she reminds me of my grandfather. My brother once borrowed $40. from him he went to pay him back and he told him no just keep it and I'll have you mow for me,.( grandpa mowed and tilled gardens for other people) we'll to make a long story short he had my brother tilled other people's gardens & mow their yards and while grandpa sat in a bar.. he collected the money while my brother did all the work after he got home from his job.this went from march to sept.. then when my brother stopped he got a cussing .. grandpa told mom he borrowed 40 and never paid him and he was supposed to work it off.. My brother asked him how long was he supposed to work the $40 off for the next 40 years.. and grandpa got paid anywhere from $15.00 - $25.00 a yard depending on how big yard was . and $40.00 to $60.00 depending on how big the garden was...needless to say grandpa sat in a bar and made a killing that year..

So I can see how cindy's 2 years of supporting Caylee has turned into Caylee supporting cindy for the next 30-40 years.. For every month that cindy supported Caylee.. It will take a year for Caylee to pay her back..

As we were walking into the store, out walked a female employee of the Ranch, I presume, and an older gentleman with supplies, which they began loading into the trunk of the sedan. I peeked. Just bottled water.

Hi everyone I tryed to lay back down and go of to sleep and could not do it. My little pom.dog loves to get me up. then she comes in here in the computer room and layes with me and sleeps ha. just can;t help loving that dog tho.
