This family just ceases to blow me away! I can't wait until this trial starts! It's going to blow every other case out of the water as far as "out of control" goes!!!

The most interesting thing I have read today from all of your posts is the comment about the shovel being used to get the ladder out of the pool. Back when, Cindy was all about the Zenaida story being true, and still Cindy made some deal about the pool ladder and the gate, too (which had nothing to do with Zenaida, so it struck me as odd).
And didn't Cindy say Caylee went swimming when they got back from the nursing home?
The pool. I wonder.... I REALLY wonder.

Does anyone remember a song by Seven Dust? Tracy said Casey said the song was in her head the whole time she was in jail, it describes her life and she just couldn't get it out of her head. Tracy said they listened to like 13 times in a row one day. Cindy said something the song describes her life and Casey said that is my song. Cindy started crying and Casey said "I guess you don't want to hear it again."
Erase the past again, I hope it doesn't scream my name, I am up I am down like a roller coaster are some of the lyrics.
Anyone remember this from past posts? TIA

I believe all the Anthony's are "involved up to their ears" with all their lies, mistruths, made up stories, cover-ups and bizarre behaviors. Not a one of them has taken the side of little Caylee. This has to be the most bizarre thing of all!!! I just can't wrap my head around any of this or any of them!:cursing:

For those that missed the original posting... here is Sevendust's response:
SEVENDUST has issued the following statement regarding the matter:
"After hearing the news that our song 'The Past' was a topic of discussion on the Nancy Grace show yesterday, we would like to elaborate. The song was written as a song of hope. A song with positive message. To look back on your life and reflect and to feel good about getting through the rough times that everyone goes through, the roller coaster of life, so to speak.
"We regret that we've been linked to the horrible subject involving the disappearance of little Caylee Anthony. Most of us have children and have been saddened by the story from the beginning.
"We pray for the safe return of this beautiful young child and wish her family strength."

Tracy interview (paraphrasing)
LE: Did Casey ever say anything about the evidence is wrong and if it is presented in court or at the time of trial it would end up..
Tracy: Mistrial?
LE: Yea Mistrial.
Tracy. Yea a few times. That is what she is looking forward to - mistrial, COV, too much publicity, not so much the evidence being wrong there is just too much ..... just mistrial. If it goes to court, it will be a mistrial.
Discussion between Tracy & Casey about the hair samples. Hair samples Casey is not worried about it. Tracy pointed out that the tests showed they are either Caylee's or her's (Casey's). Casey said well I am alive.
So Casey thinks there is going to be a mistrial. I wonder where she got that idea. JB? Would that have been JB's AHA moment? I wonder if Lyon has straightened her out about that little tidbit.

Leonard talked about a birthday card, allegedly given to Caylee by Jesse Grund. He said he thought the card was "creepy," that it sounded (para) like a card you'd send to an adult woman, not a child.
Okay. Baez is the one who got the card and gave it to Leonard to see, and Baez told him it was from Jesse. We don't know for a fact it was from Jesse.
I think it might have been from the ONLY adult man we've heard who talked about Caylee in an odd way, a too mature way, like a lover, and that would be LEE. :scared: with that creepy "CMA, CMA, CMA"
I betcha it was Lee who gave that card to Caylee. Jesse wouldn't think that that, doesn't think like that, but we know that Lee does.

Um, that describes ANY man I think! But was that not also the day she got so pizzed at Lenny at JBPark when TES was in the water there "looking" for Caylee? I think George had to hold her back - (which is always to funny to me!) Was it because they were NOT SUPPOSED TO BE looking for a "dead" Caylee?
btw - if Cindy and Casey were both kinda side glancing at Rob's "physique" - they must be more man deprived than I thought - cause he is such a "babe" isn't he? Gosh, didn't Cindy have her hands full with DCasey at that time? Maybe she hubba-hubba'd Jim Hoover, too! They both think that if they are trying to shine someone, it should be a MAN - which is funny, too - cause these are the MEN who will be instrumental in bringing this whole thing down. Just wondering.
bolding mine..
which is why Cindy got even more angry with LE because she couldn't win them over with her "girlish charm" ... Yuri wasn't falling for it from the get go

I love the part where Rob and Tracy decide they are both going to ignore Casey, and she couldn't stand it. She kept asking Rob about the helicopter. OMG... she is a bigger nutcase that I originally thought.
Always planning what to wear for her outings. Wanting to Caylee on the radio and more coverage & donations. She was going to start wearing a different Caylee shirt everyday. WOW she is really one messed up chick. She murdered Caylee and acts like life is one big celebrity party for her.
The needle can't come soon enough for her!

So Casey thinks there is going to be a mistrial. I wonder where she got that idea. JB? Would that have been JB's AHA moment? I wonder if Lyon has straightened her out about that little tidbit. <respectfully snipped>
It sounds like something Casey learned from watching her serial killer movies and/or crime TV shows. On TV, a hung jury mistrial is a big win. In real life, a hung jury generally means a retrial. Since the prosecution has already put its cards on the table prior to trial (as required by law) and the defense reveals its hand at the first trial, retrials generally favor the prosecution. Plus, if you are in no-bail pretrial detention, a succession of one mistrial after another merely means you have already begun to serve a life sentence on the installment plan.
If the mistrial is caused by egregious governmental misconduct then the case is not re-tried. However, Casey appears to have been talking about problems with the evidence rather than any particular bad thing some police officer or investigator or prosecutor did.

This is soooo weird:
At 7:27 on the Tracy tape …
So we’re sitting in the kitchen and they start bringing up the shovel. And I’m just sitting there – this is my little thing, I’d sit there and play with my phone and act like I’m not paying attention. She starts talking about the shovel and she says, “Well hello, they didn’t even have the time line right.” And her mom says, “No.” Casey says, “They didn’t have the time line right.” And then her mom said, “Yeah, they didn’t even know what you were doing.” She goes “Hello! I was using it to knock the bamboo down.” And then she said, “And get the ladder out of the pool.” And as soon as she said that, I’m sitting like this, her mom looks at her like “Shut up.” George walks in from the back room, shaking his head (I’m not supposed to see), getting in the cupboard. Like “Just drop that.” So that’s when she said “getting the ladder out of the pool.” That’s what she needed the ladder for.
Why did both Cindy and George react to Casey mentioning the pool ladder to Tracy?

I'm very suspicious of their involvement, and I wasn't up until now.
That little shovel exchange took place the day Casey was bailed out of jail the first time. Seems to me either the Anthony family spent time together before she was arrested (during the hours between her *capture* by Cindy on July 15th and her subsequent arrest) trying to pull a story together they would all tell, or Ma and Pa Anthony were around and in close proximity to Caylee's *terminal event* in mid-June.

How about if Casey told them the truth (or they guessed it) in the hours between Cindy finding her at Tony's and her arrest -- and while they were putting up their bogus MySpace page together, they were simultaneously constructing a story involving an accident in the pool? Perhaps one that Cindy liked better than Casey's Zanny fairy tale ... or perhaps one they might use to fall back on if LE continued to disbelieve Casey's Zanny fairy tale? Perhaps they were still in the process of constructing their story when Casey was arrested, and since she didn't have the full new-and-improved lie to tell, she reverted back to her Zanny lie?
I know this is confusing and probably not likely. But there's a reason why G&C reacted to the mention of the pool ladder that evening in the kitchen with Tracy.

I think Tracy's impression was Jose was trying to point out to Casey how her demeanor could create a public firestorm against her, using the Aisenbergs as a perfect example of how it can happen.
One of the problems with Tracy's interview is she was drawing conclusions about what was happening throughout her time with Casey. Example: Jose brings the 20/20 segment to Casey to watch, and Tracy makes assumptions about his motives for doing so. Tracy's assumptions aren't helpful to LE. I'm not sure much of her statement will be helpful, except as it goes to Casey's entirely unconcerned, self-absorbed demeanor while out on bail. But we've already got plenty examples of Casey's unconcerned demeanor in the 31 days Caylee was "missing."

I don't know either. At first I was thinking maybe Casey hit Caylee in the head with the shovel on purpose or accident, while she was digging bamboo. But then I came to my senses and remembered Casey wouldn't never have been doing physical labor and helping family out with the bamboo. Tracy said the first morning she was there, she woke up to George screaming loud enough you could have heard him across the street - "quit your ******* lying, don't ****** lie to me, I am not putting up with your ****." Casey said, "No, no You have to believe me, don't treat me like a scumbag cop. You act like my father. You act like my father instead of a cop."
Cindy called for Jim to come out there and said they can't act like that. Casey told George he had to leave.

That's for sure. Ain't no one but her girl, going to be sneaking her any extra food. (Anyone notice a preoccupation with Casey and food or is it just me? (And MY preoccupation with food. (Said it before you could, lol.))

I want to know why there is no audio.
It looks like this was a favorite dumping ground. There appears to be a car fender, an old patio umbrella, lots of odd end patio pavers/blocks....
IIRC, DC told a FL reporter he was about 150' away from where Caylee was found. Sorry JB.

ITA...
Tracy assumes a lot when she's explaining body language or a word here and there.
This issue with Saw grass apartments when Casey was watching the news and she said they have it all wrong and Tracy says to Casey, well, first it was saw grass then you switched over to the park story. (Something in those words) And then something about Universal studios.
Then she elaborates and says Casey could have meant Zanny gave her a script to follow and to take the cops on a wild goose chase:rolleyes:
What I need to say is Tracy (IMO) doesn't have anything to really contribute on behalf of the State except that Casey's demeanor for the whole time she spent with her was uneventful and carefree and not concerned about anything but Casey.
I think Casey mentioned Caylee once and that's when she picked up a picture of her in the bedroom dresser and said, "That's my little Italian."
The moment Tracy asked her a little about the father Casey jumped right in there and started talking about Casey and Casey's birthdays and what Casey did and where Casey went.
Casey is so into Casey she even competes with her own mother Cindy.
The song they listened to 13 times and Cindy said that song reminds me of me and whats happening. Casey again jumped in and said, "that song is my song."
Based on everything I listened to Casey didn't start all this me, me, me, after Caylee was born. I think it was all Casey from the time she was a babe. It was Caylee's birth and forward when she really went dingy...

I wonder where that birthday card is now?
I think the card is being misconstrued... People tend to forget that even though Jesse was proven not to be Caylee's biological father, he acted as her father for quite a long time. Casey still saw Jesse so I'm sure he was still around Caylee. If people don't look at it as a card from a moms boyfriend to her daughter, and instead look at it as a card from a father (figure) to a child, it would most likely seem less seedy.

1. Jose is now officially a liar. Casey did NOT say, as she was leaving jail, "I want to leave here with my head held high." She said "get me the F out of here."
2. One day George was escorting someone out of Jose's office IIRC under an umbrella with a white towel over her face. At that time, a few of us wondered if that was even her. It was NOT her. It was Tracy. She said it was all a game to Casey. Apparently george was in on the game.

OMG we are on the same page I say that all the time about the boys..thanks for sharing my babys are my world and that makes it even harder ti understand why someone would do this to their child they are pure gifts from GOD...I still have the emails from Jessie Grund's father he is on myspace he told me they loved that little girl and there will always be the What If and if only caylee had been Jessie's he is a very sweet gentlemen always emails back and never bashes on them just talks about how hard it has been....

Allegedly Zaneida held Casey down at the park, handed her a list and told her that is what she was suppose to tell the cops for the next 30 days.Casey didn't even follow the invisible Zanny's instructions. She said for the next 30 days. Casey went 31 days before she was caught onto and it was Cindy who had to call them.:sneaky:

That is what I've been saying all day!
Super damaging information that I've heard so far. Especially from Tracy. It really points out the coldness going on in that family according to all I've read and heard. Amazing, and it begs the question if all of them are the same and it's genetic. I think so in my mind; these are people I cannot understand no matter how much I read or hear. In my mind, that baby never had a chance. And like someone said before, they don't even know it or can't see why the public hates them so much, they think they are doing a great job. The only thing that gives me comfort is to know that Caylee is in God's hands now. MOO

ITA. And now we learn she was planning out her wardrobe and accessories for her media-filled trips back and forth to Baez's office every day. Not that I didn't already know that.
And how about her wearing eye makeup for when she and Rob played the "sunglass game?" And she gets *hit up* by some dude on MySpace and lets out a noise so loud Tracy heard it in the next room.
Skank. Wish the trial was tomorrow.
The best part is that I would bet money Rob didn't even know they were playing a sunglass game.

TY TY desmon for all the links..I am still on Tracy's audio...Isnt it amazing what we heard from her is exactumundo what most posters believed...Cindy and George in Smoke Screen Mode..and Casey is BS mode..Man..Casey is so self absorbed she has absolutely no idea about anyone elses feelings..Talk about "Lack of Insight" or "Lack of Empathy"...She has no feelings regarding Caylee...
Now, that is just incomprehensible..she gave birth to this child..yet had NO CONNECTION.....Poor Caylee..she likely never felt any love from her very own mom..Thankfully she died young enough never having to reconcile the HURT..Caylee is indeed with the "Angels" now...maybe confused at first..but is now in the loving arms of "Celestials"..
As for Cindy and George...I find it really hard to swallow what they have done..and they will have to deal with that when all the evidence comes out..I have no respect for them as people..nor parents...and I wont evening mention their "Grandparent" title...Its not a wonder George felt Suicidal...Good thing he didnt..as he would have to face that ultimate JUDGE!!
Casey is "Rotten" to the Core...She deserves to be forced to live with herself forever more..Have no "Creature Comforts"..NONE!!
What bites me the most is Jose's constant BS that he has spewed from the beginning...I am exhausted..listening to all this..to know all what she (Tracy) is talking to all that happend 4 months before Caylee was found!!

Maybe.
I'm very suspicious.
You know, I truly believe C & G knew shortly after the 911 calls that Caylee was dead, but I don't believe they knew what happened. I think, for a while, they actually thought it was possible Caylee had accidentally drowned in the pool. They were already in cover-up mode depite not knowing the exact details. And that's why they were cautioning Casey not to talk about the pool ladder. Casey, of course, was not concerned since she knew the pool ladder had nothing to do with it.
BTW, I do think C & G now know more precisely many of the details of the actual "terminal event," but they're not going to admit it.

There was one point in her lunch date interview where it was sad. I think it was at the very end and Cindy said the picture of Caylee was her favorite picture she took of her, and never would she have thought she would have to use that picture for something like this. It was sad, if I heard correctly. Other than that, it was rambling and complaining. I don't even know if I made sense.

I remember the official who was asked on the stand (at an early hearing) if she'd ever seen a perp spend that much time at an attorney's office and the woman said "never". But somehow it wasn't challenged and nothing changed.
This family got away with so much right from the start. And now that we hear these interviews, especially Cindy's with the Commander, we have to know LE had their number almost immediately. Grrrr...

ITA..
It appears to me that when Casey was a babe and Cindy played Mommy the only thing she knew how to do with Casey is hand her all the material things she could think of.
Cindy did the same with Caylee and perhaps it was all good with Casey because that's the way she was brought up. Never having to answer to anyone, never having to be responsible for herself and never having to work for anything because it was always handed to her. She probably never took the trash out once in her life or even made her bed for that matter.
Then one day Cindy realized Casey was a total loser for a daughter and made her go out and get a job (once she quit school) Casey wouldn't have it. She certainly didn't keep her jobs very long.
All the friends Casey had were working but Casey didn't know how to work, make her own money and support herself, let alone her own daughter. Casey just expected Mom and dad to provide for Caylee just like she was provided for. Another thing I think is when all the goods were coming Caylee's way, Casey resented it in a big way because Mom and Dad were no longer doing anything for her. (except put a roof over her head and let her drive the car)
Casey was child like even after she was out of school at the age of 18. But, she was playing grown up with her travels in and out of the boys beds.
I caught that when I was listening to Tracy's interview with the FBI.
The minute Casey was released from Jail and walked in the house it was "Casey's HOME." Take down the flag at 1/2 mass. All she wanted to do is get into the shower and TELL them what she wanted for dinner. Cindy sure did prepare it, too. Casey immediately thought she was a celebrity in her own mothers mind.
It was probably the most attention she had got since Caylee was brought home from the hospital.

I blame the system for letting them get away with those blatently abused law office visits. Yeah, she's allowed reasonable amount of time with her attorney but they abused their constitutional rights in a very IN YOUR FACE manner. It could've been stopped with a little bit of investigation, IMO.
ITA! Special treatment once again! So let me get this straight, if you're on home confinement for the disappearance of your 2 year old and lying to the authorities, it's OK to spend excessive hours during the day in your lawyers office, have the media cater food to you, a laptop, the internet .... WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE ... and why can't Baez be held accountable ??? This whole family and their lawyers need to be taken down!

Hi Lavinia!
IIRC the lanyard had KC's old Universal ID on it ... "proof" of her employment or that she was using it to fool people into thinking she was still working there !! That's why Cindy didn't want LE to have it or the flash drive which Cindy was afraid had incriminating stuff on it ... I still think Lee took care of erasing stuff from the laptop and Cindy was trying to tie up loose ends ... just like Cindy grabbing the credit cards and money out of KC's wallet, going thru the car and cleaning it and clothes ... she went into coverup mode the minute they picked up that car, including going back to work like nothing happened. She's a piece of work and needs to be behind bars too!

Initially we all believed Cindy.but within a week the true colours showed..and it is now with all the happenings and proof..we truly see the sad story!!

That, or someone knew it may have been used as something to strangle a baby with. (Although I think she probably used the tape and maybe a pillow. I feel *sure* she used something to put over her face while she was killing her so she (Casey) wouldn't see Caylee's face.))

Let me see if I'm following you.
The lanyard had Casey's 'work' stuff on it, so says Cindy. She also says that it is missing, along with the zipdrive. But you don't think it's really missing? That Cindy doesn't want LE to have it?
Cause we all know Casey wasn't working, lol

I heard the end....they said they reserve the right (maybe not those exact words) to recontact her if necessary and her lawyer said that would be fine....
cindy's ended abruptly with me and i couldn't get past the 2nd minute with rob....haven't started on lenny yet....cindy's gave me a headache...the audio was torturous....
I listened to Tracy's (til it cut off). I won't be able to stomach Cindy's. Was thinking about Rob next, but maybe not if you couldn't get into it.
Guess I'll listen to Leonard next. In stages.

Baby steps, lol, baby steps. Don't strain anything. (I listened to a little of Lenny first and I kept getting interrupted, so I restarted on Tracy. That little giggling hag called us losers, and that woke me up, lol. :cursing:)
ETA: Technically, she called WS'ers losers so I won't send her a dead fish yet.

You could be quite right.
It makes me want to barf to think that family closed ranks so quickly around their lying, thieving, murdering felon, just as quickly forsaking their defenseless 2 year-old granddaughter.
They would be ecstatic to see an acquittal so she could be out on the street again, jumping into bed with random men and making more babies who would have no more chance at a decent life than Caylee had.
Pure evil, that bunch.

Hi msgator! Hard to say with the mind games and lies Cindy tells ... but she seemed very concerned about it as she did about anything else that makes KC (or her) look bad ...

ITA..
It appears to me that when Casey was a babe and Cindy played Mommy the only thing she knew how to do with Casey is hand her all the material things she could think of.
(snipped by me - hey, cass!)
that's like giving your kind candy to shut them up every time they cry. all it does it make the poor kid fat and doesn't teach them a thing!
i kinda have a hard time thinking they all knew BEFOREhand and kept the stories straight. goodness knows, for example, in the statements to le, cindy said they talked about the invisi-nanny at least 3 years before this happened, george said 1 year and lee said he never head of the invisi-nanny until july 15th, iirc.

OH my, me too. She babbles and I just couldn't do it. Plus I was getting a lot of interference. I did get the message that Yuri isn't her favorite guy though :) Lucky Yuri!
Cindy's clips should come with a WARNING
Yeah, she makes it very clear that Yuri is not her detective of the year. The tape is much clearer at the beginning and she's doing alot of tattling on Yuri. Bad cop! Bad cop!!

Were the other 1,000 or so pages released yet?
I have reviewed all the tapes and new pics of Caylee, but nothing about the other evidence.
Anyone know?
Thanks in advance if you do.

I think Cindy has fixated on this lanyard and it's missing status (if it is missing) as a way to deflect attention from the real crux of the situation. Maybe she thinks if she can place some mysterious importance on the lanyard being missing it would veer the investigation away from Casey. I just don't think an old ID from Universal on a crappy shamrock lanyard could have any importance, unless it was found with Caylee's remains.

i wonder, with cindy being a nurse and all, why didn't she have the "birds and bees" talk with kc? birth control would have been simple to get, after all - kc was an adult, no questions had to be asked.

So I'm guessing The Howard Stern Show was too classy to call Casey?

Had to go out for a while, so just finished listening to Cindy. She called this 'lunch meeting', because at one point while still in the restaurant, she said "When I asked you to go to lunch, I didn't mean for you to pay for lunch", then laughed. Her whole intent, IMO, was to try to manipulate this 'Matt', and to 'tattle' on Yuri and John, who she felt were being mean to her. She was never able to do it, though. HA! I don't think she knew at that time she was being recorded.

She didn't need it because she wasn't having sex, Syd. Cindy said so.

ITA, everything with Cindy is the 'grey area'. Hard to figure out what she means. But what you said makes sense. I couldn't get very far listening to her so I'm in the dark about most of it.

Anyone want to give Yuri a call and ask if he gives a darn what Cindy thinks?

Silly you! Why would Cindy have to have that talk with Casey? Casey simply didn't have sex, so no need.
