[Updated 3:40 p.m.: But two sources familiar with the investigation told The Times that authorities tested the substance believed to be heroin and the tests came back negative. The sources -- who spoke on the condition that they not be named because it was an ongoing investigation -- also said that heroin was not present in Jackson’s system. It is unclear how the heroin reference made it into the warrant, which was issued last week.]

The search warrant claimed that the "heroin" was found in his bedroom, an area that authorities said in the court papers was off-limits to anyone but Jackson and his children. The marijuana was found later in an unspecified area of the house. According to the search warrant, written by LAPD Det. Orlando Martinez, family members found the heroin after Jackson's death and alerted the coroner's office. Authorities then searched the house and found two baggies of marijuana, according to the court papers.

Not really when you consider the death of a long standing American senator yesterday, and the reunion of a 29 year old woman with her Mother after having been kinapped 18 years ago, first reported today. aren't exactly slow news days.

Not speaking for Daniel, but I think that was her point. With all of this other news, are they thinking maybe it will slip under the radar. Maybe?

Well... I guess my christian background blinds me to that line of thinking.

I think all of God's children have both good and bad in them. Humans are far from perfect even though some try to pretend they are.

I believe in seeing the goodness in people. I also believe in forgiveness even for those who have hurt me.

Negativity seeks negativity.

I am glad I do not hate anyone. Hate is a terrible thing and anger is the most wasted time one will ever spend, imo.

Klein's atty Dermatologist Arnold Klein knows he's the father of Michael Jackson's two oldest kids, Prince, 12 and Paris, 11, his lawyer admits to Usmagazine.com. "There was a possibility that the two older kids could be biologically linked to Dr. Klein. And Dr. Klein was well aware," his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, tells Us when explaining why he was present at a guardianship hearing for Jackson's children.

Of course its not okay, which is the reason for a criminal homicide investigation in which one or more will likely be brought to justice sometime in the future. By the way it would be the same in either rental property or owned property..in case that wasn't clear to you.

A designation of homicide means that Jackson died at the hands of another, but does not necessarily mean a crime was committed. Forensic tests found the powerful anesthetic propofol acted together with at least two sedatives to cause Jackson’s death June 25 in his rented Los Angeles mansion, according to the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the findings have not been publicly released.

Besides the propofol and two sedatives, the coroner’s toxicology report found other substances in Jackson’s system but they were not believed to have been a factor in the singer’s death, the official told the AP. When he died, Jackson was skinny but not overly emaciated, and his body had bed sores, the official said. The singer is believed to have developed bed sores in the months following his 2005 acquittal of child molestation charges, when he went into seclusion and spent long stretches in bed.

Klein introduced Jackson to nurse Debbie Rowe, the pop star’s ex-wife and the mother of two of his three children.Prescribing, administering or furnishing a controlled substance to oneself is a violation of the California Health and Safety code, experts said. If the allegations are proved, the DEA could strip Klein of his ability to prescribe medication, said Special Agent Jose Martinez, a DEA spokesman. Klein also could lose his medical license and face criminal charges, Martinez said.

Klein’s attorney, Garo Ghazarian, declined to comment on the matter until he had reviewed the documents, but told the DEA that Klein “has never self-prescribed,” according to the affidavit. In addition to Klein, several other doctors also had self-prescribed medication using Mickey Fine Pharmacy, according to court records.

Michael Jackson Flunked His Credit Report

Posted Aug 28th 2009 12:35AM by TMZ Staff

Here's a shocker -- Michael Jackson had an abysmally low credit score.

TMZ has learned that in 2007, Jacko's average credit score was 563.67 (Equifax 592, Transunion: 524, Experian: 575) which most experts consider very low. (According to creditreport.com, the average credit rating for people in California is 672.)

The reasons for MJ's credit woes ... We're told he was dinged for several reasons, including:

-- A derogatory public record or collection filed
-- The amount owed on delinquent accounts
-- Number of accounts with delinquency
-- Too many inquiries last 12 months

We've also learned Barneys New York actually shut down Jacko's credit line after he racked up more than $224,000 in one billing cycle, this according to Jacko's credit report.

MJ's troubles seem to have stemmed from a large net worth but nearly no disposable income. As we reported earlier, MJ's "Cash in Bank" was $668,215 -- or .05% of his net worth.

MJ's Former Pharmacy -- What the DEA Seized

TMZ has obtained a document showing what the DEA removed from Mickey Fine Pharmacy last week -- the place that sued Michael in 2007 for non-payment of a bill of more than $100,000.

The doc shows on August 21, the DEA took "60 prescriptions, 29 patient print-outs, 3 copies of DEA Forms 222 (Order Forms), and copies of inventories of controlled substances."

Mickey Fine was used extensively by Dr. Arnold Klein and other doctors who treated Michael -- it's also where Jackson obtained prescriptions
for Demerol and many other drugs.

Next we'll get the floods ... supposed to be an el ninio year.

I was in Riverside today, hot there, but here at the coast, it was 97 at 7:45 pm. My poor duck was panting like mad, the guinea pigs are moulting, and my dog is miserable. Add to that the twins and no air conditioning. Fun day all in all. :w00t:

Who was it that called it earlier, perhaps yesterday, that Debbie Rowe was the annonymous caller about the alias's ... good job!

We also learned that the Jackson family reported there were drugs at MJ's house. Failure to secure that house is going to cause LAPD a lot of trouble.

Sounds like a great day! It was about 90 here, but I had to go downtown. Miserable!!!

The unsealed warrants provide a glimpse into how police were directing their investigation immediately after Jackson's death. The warrant served at his rented Bel-Air mansion the day after he died lists "PC 187," the California penal code for murder, in the box labeled "probable crime."

One of my cats moulted (sp?) two summers ago. I tell people its proof of global warming. By the way I have 1 and a half cats too many, want to add to your collection?

I read somewhere today what I thought said 187 and when I looked it up, it said justifiable homicide, and then just now when I read that article I got confused and I googled pc 187 or 185 (I'm still confused) and it came up with "It is unlawful for a person to wear a mask or false whiskers.... I didnt open it up to see what the rest of it said. But it cracked me up.

From the link:

Klein's involvement in the case raised questions about the whether the doctor could be the father of Jackson's two oldest children, a rumor fueled by tabloid reports and Klein's own cryptic answers when questioned on the matter.

 I didn't know there was a rumor in the tabloids that Klein was the father of the two oldest children.

He created that rumor on Larry King when he said he donated sperm to a bank, and he didnt know if he was the father or not. I can't imagine anyone purposely choosing his sperm to create children for them.

MJ seems to have collected sperm from every male he knew. Can you imagine asking someone for that type of donation???

We've heard MJ asked at least two men, Mark Lester and Klein. Strange.

What an odd thing to say. Sperm donation for a specific donee doesn't go to a bank; it's collected by the transferring MD.

I don't really get that. There is nothing special about either of those two men, and really..Michael was gifted and I think his own sperm would have sufficed nicely. I just can't comprehend that MJ would consider them prime doners. I will admit though, that Blanket does look like Marlon Brandon's son, Miko, who I would pick over either of those other two losers.

hmm.. I wish I could find a good home for them. The Mom cat is the most loving cat I ever met. She wants to be petted so bad, that she puts her paw on my hand and then starts licking me. She looks pregnant to me too, and its really breaking my heart and I don't know what to do with them. If I lived in Seal Beach, I could take them to their shelter, and they don't kill ..ever, but you have to be a resident. I've thought of taking them to Leisure World, and maybe someone would take them in or to the shelter. I would just feel so awful dumping them and driving away.

I thought about it, but with all the recent nuts to come out of there, I'm not sure. I did find my job off craigslist. and its the best job in the world, I don't know if I shoud push the statistics too much, by thinking I could get lucky twice in one place.

You all have been busy today. :)

If Klein self-prescribed that is drug trafficing !!!

trafficking right through his blood stream. Someone posted the code the other day that prohibits self prescribing.

I never have trusted Doctors, and Klein seems to be the poster child for creepy doctors.

Maybe MJ thought his biological children would inherit his lupus or vitiligo but I agree with you on the choice of donors -- ewww

Michael said they are his own, and I've never seen proof that they aren't. I don't necessarily think they look 100 % caucasian, especially Paris. I think I've said this before, but who know under which nic. haha

Good question, unperson. One would think that they would have.

And, yeah, what a total cluster of a mess.

Now go google hashish, and look at the pictures, and you will know why it tested negative for heroin. By the way hash is also a legally prescribed medication, whereas heroin is not.

What reports? Not saying this cannot be true -- but how can Debbie Rowe "anonymously" report Dr. Klein and there be a report that it was her?

Because DG said so. Your post made me laugh. It sounds so sensible the way you put it.

The baggy this stuff was found in had a medical label with Dr Murray's name on it -- maybe it was just used to spit out chewing tobacco !!!
They said it wasn't heroin but they did not ID what it was.

Actually the pot that you purchase legally for medicinal purposes and the hash too... are all in a labled containers of some sort.

I'm not sure, but you know if it had been something sinister, it would have been posted all over the thread. I am going to read the warrant when I hit the bed. Go to the link thread and look at the youtube video of mj's spirital advisor. Its some scary stuff going on.
