Last night 48 HRS MYSTERY repeated their episode on this case and I was reminded just how much I admired Robert Jambois.

And how much I really and truly dislike Mark's parents, Dan and Florence, who got far too much face time in the ep and who, like Entwistle's parents, spewed their ridiculous theory of Mark's innocence and blamed it all on Julie.

What's fascinating were their comments such as "Our family knows nothing about depression." And how they sneered at Julie's brief indiscretion while not acknowledging their son's raging affair.

So much ws not mentioned during this ep-- such as Julie's being stalked and that Mark was probably the stalker.

Still I watched it a third time. Isn't anyone writing a book????

Maybe the book will be written after Mark's successful appeal., and the wrongful conviction and incarcaration of an innocent man.

I'm with you on this one! Robert Jambois was riveting. I don't know if I'd read a book but I would watch the trial again gavel to gavel. Absolutely no doubt here that justice was served and his chances on appeal will be slim to none.

I saw the Jensens on 48 Hours, too, and they made me sick. I hadn't thought of the Entwistles, but kell is right. The Jenens' slander-the-dead-victim routine was just like them. Yech.

I fully disagree, he is no innocent man, he is a convicted murderer. LWOP wasn't even good enough for him, he deserved the needle as far as I'm concerned.

JULIE is the one who loved her 3D's. Julie's Nic for her beloved boys was 3D's not Kelly or anyone else.

The children are brainwashed, and one day they will grow up and realize, that their father is never coming home, and that he took their loving mother from them, by eventually forcing her face into that pillow because she just would not die. Those children HEARD HER dying, they HEARD her suffering in that bed. That is a memory they will never forget. And MJ is to me one of the lowest life forms on this planet.

MJ will never see the light of day again, neither will his "boyscout" for that matter. It really makes me quite angry that someone would come here to a crime message board forum and support such a heinous criminal. He ruined so many lives. He is solely responsible and a jury of his peers and the judge agreed. Case Closed. He will never win an appeal. Julie spoke from the Grave. And I heard her loud and clear. I'm sorry that some didn't. I hope he rots in his cell.
On a daily basis. He is right where he belongs. And I hope there is mold on his bologna sandwiches and green meat. I hope he suffers, daily.

Julie is Dead. All a good investigator needs to do is watch the video tape of the crime scene with her lying there face squished into her pillow, arm under her in the most unnatural position of death I've ever seen. It's not rocket science, it's murder in the first degree.
Period.

And Mark Jensen, is the killer.

Quite right! And among the many, many facts which support Jensen's guilt:
his making his sons stay in the car, in the cold, while he went into the house and "discovered" Julie's body. He knew she was dead. He squished her.
his getting going to the doctor to get Ambien for her and the location of the meds on the counter where a child could access them-- Julie would never do that. Mark was in charge of that medicine, all part of his scheme.
the searches on the internet while Julie was so sick in bed. There's no way that was anyone but Mark and it shows his guilt
that list of items in the dayplanner in Mark's handwriting -- what is the innocent explanation? How did Julie get Mark to create that list so that she could make him seem guilty?
Julie was suffocated, despite what the jury said

There can be only one truth in this case--
either the Jensens are right and Julie schemed to make Mark look guilty of attempted murder and accidentally killed herself with the anti-freeze, and squished her face into the pillow to suffocate herself
OR
Mark hated her ever since her brief postpartum affair, stalking her and making her miserable until he met Kelly and began his own affair at which point he began to plot the elimination of Julie -- divorce by death, no custody battle, no splitting assets. Nice and neat. It almost worked.

One of those scenarios makes sense and is supported by the facts. The other is just piffle.

I too was convinced of the suffocation and regret the jury did not see it. Nevertheless, they did reach the right conclusion.

On the recent 48 Hours re-broadcast I was reminded that the producers totally failed to cover the pornographic pictures and fake stalking that Mark had used to torment Julie for years.
