Justice for Caylee!!!!!!!

Might as well put Cindy Anthony in a straight jacket when Casey's trial gets underway. ( I can totally see her trying to strangle someone).

With a hood over her head so we don't get the stink eye.

Doesn't it almost seem that George and Cindy have traded places?
Cindy use to be the confrontational one and George just kinda stood in the background.....Now George is the one getting all hot headed and blasting people while Cindy talks about love and tears and her "daddy" blah blah blah.....Role reversal......I guess George asked for his ball's back, and Cindy obliged......

A quick thought on the framing of Casey. If they were trying to frame her why not just leave the body in the trunk, why bother putting it in there and then moving it to the woods. Finding her dead daughter's body in the trunk of her car is a better frame up than just having her car smell of a dead body, a body that isn't located then for another 5 months. Or am I missing something.

No you aren't missing anything. You're making sense. The defense wants to muddle sense if possible :)

Should be pretty simple, either Lenny falls under privelege or he doesn't. And when Jose said he had a copy of the contract, he just forgot to brings it, the judge would have been wise to take a 10-15 min break to allow him to go get it THEN.

My guess is Andrea recently had a come-to-Jesus meeting with Cindy. Of course AL apparently didn't stress the need to tell the truth when you make a very brief, non hostile, calm comment to the media.

Back to square one Andrea, and good luck with that loose cannon...you'll need it.

If someone was trying to frame Casey by putting the remains there why wouldn't they have put them someplace that everyone knew TES had already searched well? It was all over tv at the time. If someone really had Caylee why did Casey wait 31 days to report it while partying? Even if there is reasonable doubt about the woods what about the rest? The decomp in the car. Did someone do that also?

The defense might offer that TL put the dead squirrels in the car ~ causing the decomp. MOO

Didn't the plant evidence give a minimum length of time the remains could've been there as 3 months, and as much as 6 or more? So when is the defense presuming to pretend they were put there by someone other than Casey?

Something about Tracy (Lenny's female employee who lived inside the house and up in Casey's grill while she was out on bail) having information the OC was spending her "help find Caylee" time on the internet exchanging MySpace messages with men.

I just LOVE how these people try and put on the "grieving Grandparents" act when in reality they ONLY care about Casey.

Like I said earlier, Judge Judy would have lowered the boom on Jose for claiming he didn't bring the PROOF to court.

Yes, I recall early on in this case the media showed him driving away with the big cooler in his car. I've tried to find that footage but was unsuccessful. I'd love to know what he was going to do with the cooler, and was surprised someone from the media didn't follow him.

That's what I remember too, Martha. There was a timeframe given, mininum and maximum (more or less), for the length of time that baby's remains lay in the woods, based on the plant growth around and through her little bones.

She was found on December 11th, so if we back up 3 months, we're at mid-September. That's the latest the remains could've been dumped there, if I read the discovery correctly. Casey didn't go back to jail permanently until mid-October, IIRC. Is the defense going to try to say it was after October 14th Caylee was put there?

Yeah no kidding. That is what they should be saying. That Zanny or someone killed Caylee tried to frame Casey by putting the body in the car. Casey not knowing what to do took the body and put it in the woods close to home.

Jose Baez smirks every time he knows the cameras are on him. I do believe he stands in front of his mirror every morning and gives himself a lawyer pep talk.
He fumbles over every word when he is standing before the court. The only time he doesn't do that is when he's in front of the camera. That's because he thinks he's some kind of a celebrity, now.
Baez thinks he going to make millions off this case. Problem is, in order to make million you have to win this case and that's not gonna happen.
Today they said Baez is handling 9 more cases and is signing up more to handle. His best bet is to hold on to those cases real tight because he's not going anywhere with the Casey Anthony case.
Did you notice he tripped over the question about he sending in bull dog George to NeJames office.
Didn't want to address that did he.... :chicken:

Your right, he is so unprofessional...he rolls his eyes when he knows the camera is on...this is something tat defendants do....he has nothing to go on with this case, so maybe he thinks his eye movement will win the case,,

They are pulling straws and there running out of them....And, I didn't understand Cindy saying that Casey broke down, she didn't break down, she was rubbing away tears that weren't there (as always)....my eyes get irritated watching her do that...it is pretense...

However, I do see the fright in her face, I think reality is finally setting in...she has to know by now that she is in deep S**T.....I believe that she is still hating Cindy for calling 911 on her....I doubt that she will ever forgive that...Casey must lay awake at night thinking "if only that bit## didn't call 911, I could be at Fusion or TonE's tonight"....

Those bags under her eyes are coming from somewhere....:scared:

Thanks desmom for compiling all of this into one easy to read spot. It's something that I'd love to discuss on another day, when I can really just put my focus towards it as to what the defense is going to do with this. I'm also thinking that this really would not offer proof that Casey didn't kill Caylee. For instance, if Casey buried Caylee in the Anthony's backyard, and Cindy, George, or Lee relocated the remains, it doesn't let Casey off the hook, it just implicates another party. It in no way proves Casey's innocence.
Just my opinion.

I think that the State should hire desmom as a researcher for the states case.

Hey Todd, have Casey tell us where she dropped Caylee off and with who that afternoon. She can also explain why she didn't bother to look for her daughter and when cops got involved, why she lied about everything. Maybe when she answers those couple of questions, other people who have nothing to do with this case other than having been unfortunate enough to have come into contact with the worthless mess you call a client will feel like cooperating, cause right now they're just pissed that their lives are being disrupted, and they can't quite wrap their heads around the fact that they have done more and cared more for Casey's missing/dead daughter than she ever did.:cursing:

Here, Here!
