With regard to the Brad Conway aka Bradley A. Conway in Orlando who represents George and Cindy Anthony, the Florida State Bar website appears to indicate that he is currently a Member in Good Standing - Eligible to Practice law in Florida with no history of discipline. http://www.floridabar.org/names.nsf/0/1F908F68FE651EA785256A8400397327?OpenDocument

To dispel any doubt that those two names identify the same person, the 2008 League of Women Voters website http://www.lwvoc.org/profiles/Brad_Conway.htm contains a brief biography and photo submitted by Mr. Conway when he was a candidate for judgeship. He goes by the name "Brad Conway" but he started "my own law office in 1997" which is "The Law Office of Bradley A. Conway."

Interestingly, the 189 S Orange Avenue address on file with the Florida State Bar is different from the 390 North Orange Avenue address listed in his candidate profile which is also the address listed on his website. http://www.bconwaylaw.com/ Nonetheless, he is still the same guy despite the difference in addresses.

Just a quick look reminded me that she said she didn't want more volunteers to search for Caylee on the NG show

Cindy was asked by Nancy if she would like more volunteers in the search, Cindy said NO, she wouldn't. She says people aren't turning out for the searches because the public doesn't think Caylee is dead. She also stated that she thought Tim Miller's group only searched for bodies, and she called him because she was also told he hunts down people who are alive too. One gets the sense from listening to her that she thinks she can tell Tim Miller what to do, and specifically with that "you're with with us if you think she's alive and if you don't you're not" attitude.

Cindy sat down with family services and EMBRACED the original lie that Casey told LE. Universal, work, nanny, sawgrass. Its now August and LE already cleared that up in less than 24 hours, and so did her daughter.

Did Casey do an about-face and tell Cindy she lied to LE about NOT HAVING A JOB and that she really did and once again, its something Cindy desperately wants to hear...it enables her to share the same air with Casey? why else would Cindy buddy up to the first lie?

I cannot imagine that she thought family services was NOT an investigative body and would not share their information with LE....after all, they step in when there is alleged criminal activity or danger to a child...

she sat there and LIED along with Casey. I am hoping this interview will turn up in trial, face to face with Cindy....

I am so with you on this. I will never understand how a mother can hurt her own baby. Just can;t understand it and never will. when she got bonded out of jail she would have told me the truth or I would have had her head. I don;t understand any of the a;s. Martha I'm sure that is so special to all of us here.

I have a very special friend on the internet, I actually met her several years ago in Canada and I too first sign on because she sends emails which brighten my day as I drink my coffee. I keep telling her she is going to have to sent me stock in a monitor cleaner but she just sends me emails nearly everyday which starts my day with a smile.

It's great to have this place to express our views about this case. It's great to post with friends also. I was told to never met anyone from any board but I did and she remains a very good internet friend who I have a face to go with all the words she posted to me for years.

My hubby and I did meet her in a public place and enjoyed it so much, I hope to see her again soon.

The Whole Family is narcisisstic psychopaths they have no FEELINGS for anyone but them selves .. therefore Caylee's murder does not effect them.. they cant love anyone but themselves.. Caylee was an inconvenience for them.. Caylee was never loved by anyone in this family.. Only person who loved her like a DAUGHTER was Jesse.. His parents were more like grandparents then the A's every thought about being..all the toys were bought to keep Caylee out of their way.. In videos no ones talking to her.. In Caylee's pictures she's not truly smiling they are fake smiles.. when children smile you can also see it in there eyes.. Look close at Caylee's smiles..Look at her eyes..

Good morning everyone, I see we may get some more doc.I sure hope it is better than last time because I did not even read them since all of you told me what it was all about and I was not wanting to read about Jessie. i wonder how much input ms lyons has to casey's defense. she is "first chair", is she not? i am also wondering if she suggests, say, an insanity defense and baez shoots that down with kc's agreement, what would happen then? that would be virtually defeating the purpose ms lyons was hired for, wouldn't it?

i believe baez is controlling kc to a certain extent, but would hope she would listen to the death-penalty-qualified attorney when it comes to her best defense, not the media loving baez.

Prosecutors released more investigative material this morning in the death-penalty case against Casey Anthony, the 23-year-old accused of killing her daughter.

Among the items released are a three-dimensional animated movie of the area where the remains of the child were found, photos of the crime scene, photos of the trash found in the trunk of Casey Anthony's car and an 1,100 page report from the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation.

we have gps here at work, so i know a little about cell phone pings. our gps providers say that the locations could be within 5 miles of a cell tower, so they are not exact. hopefully, the le has a better tracking system than we do!

I noticed on the sheet with a summary of Casey's "movements," by cell phone pings, she was not at the Antony home on June 20, 21, or 22 ...but was there on June 23 (I believe this is when she and Tony broke the lock on the shed). I also remember seeing a txtmsg to Amy from Casey, on July 27th, indicated that the car had run out of gas two Fridays in a row.

Does this mean that Casey ran out of gas on June 20th, left her car where it ran out of gas, and didn't go back to get it until June 23rd? (Wasn't this on a residential neighborhood street? ...remember that Tony/LE interview with the officer driving as the interview happened.)

Much like she tried to do when she left her car at the Amscot on June 27th and tried to go back on June 30th?

Ms. Lavina..George was busy at work IIRC something like a movie theater and he couldn't keep his phone on, although he did check his message from wife and knew there was trouble a coming, so he called Lee to run over to the house and play referee. However, after George checked that message and sent Lee over he stayed at work...didn't want to get fired. He didn't go home until his shift ended.

The TH's were just talking about it. How is the defense going to explain a nanny for almost 2 years, and not one call or text placed to her.. We all look at the mothers that have killed their children...i:e; Smith, etc....and see then as absolute loony tunes. Maybe we have heard and seen Casey and think that she is just pure evil.....not crazy...just evil. I met a few people like that in Beirut. It's the media's way of trying to add drama. Hot June/July Florida temps would likely degrade DNA in the trunk of a car. Especially since it appears to me that Cindy did a "clean job" on the stain in the car, even after Casey may have attempted to also clean it.

What I haven't yet seen in a Doc Dump is testing done on any of the vacuums that were removed from the Anthony home during a search. Did I miss this?

Let me take it a step further. I think C and G knew that something was very wrong. The baby had NEVER been away from them longer then what....a few days?????...now they have not seen her or talked to her for weeks. They knew something was afoul. But they had always babied Casey and of course Casey could do no wrong.....and they knew that if they pushed it....they would never see the baby. G and C are a bunch of cowards..not to mention liars

I could be all wrong about this but IIRC the baby had never been away from the home more than an overnight - possibly not even a full overnight at that (Casey being dragged out of bed to bring the baby home, etc.) I don't remember seeing any extended trips away for Caylee until she was deceased.

Perhaps the Defense will concede from the start, that Casey lied about everything she put in her statements or told to LE/FBI/DCF? Perhaps they are of the same mindset as Cindy ("There is NO evidence!")? Perhaps they think that the State cannot prove without a reasonable doubt that it was Casey who killed Caylee?

Caught up on the thread- and thinking about this, how glaring that she didn't use the phone that day that people have pointed out.

Several things come to mind- the events had to be so charged emotionally that she was pretty drained- likely just depleted, even she knew she couldn't put forth the fakey, fake upbeat attitude with her best buds- clearly if she spoke to someone by phone, they'd notice something different in her voice and ask her what's wrong-

likely she just slept it off or zoned out somewhere.

It only took her a day to recover it appears, to get back to her normal partyin' self.

Yes, she sure did appear to stumble on her words. However, I think that Casey was insanely jealous of Cindy from the moment that Caylee was born. Jealous enough to keep Caylee from Cindy (unless of course Casey wanted a babysitter). Jealous enough to have Caylee sleep in her room, so that Cindy couldn't just "get her hands on Caylee" anytime that she wanted. ....by withholding Caylee at times, this would ensure that Cindy would be a more willing babysitter at the times that Casey wanted her to be. I think that Casey battled to make Caylee love her more than Caylee loved Cindy.... yet didn't have the normal instincts that mother would have for her own child, IMO (which is why we don't see a grieving mom). Instead Casey celebrated.

Ms. Lavina..George was busy at work IIRC something like a movie theater and he couldn't keep his phone on, although he did check his message from wife and knew there was trouble a coming, so he called Lee to run over to the house and play referee. However, after George checked that message and sent Lee over he stayed at work...didn't want to get fired. He didn't go home until his shift ended.

wanted to bring up Casey's shoes again- posters were talking about Casey's shoes recently- what kind she wore when she was first arrested, the shoes that LE photographed and took into evidence-

did any one every narrow it down to any type of tennis shoe, white or leather?

Looking at the pics from the doc dump today and seeing the can of Sneaker Cleaner in the trash that was in her car, made me wonder if Casey used that/purchased that to try to clean her shoes from being in the swamp- or to help remove the odor of decomp.

I think she eather cleaned the shoes or threw them away. I think george is as low as you can get. At first everyone was feeling sorry for him but he has turned out to be as bigger lyer as cindy. Everyone of the a;s or just lyers. No way around it. I think casey left the house the night of the 15th after her and cindy was fighting and took caylee and caylee was crying to stay there with cindy and it made casey mad and she could not get caylee to stop crying and that is when she killed her. I agree with you- I think the poor child was likely crying and was upset- she sees/hears her grandma CeCe and her mother arguing and it likely scared her.

I know how unsettling it can be when a baby has uncontrollable crying whether it's teething or colic or tired and it can be crazy-making- but add that to an already livid, emotional state of mind (Casey's) and boom!

Why she didn't think to call Jesse and his family and just say- I can't take it anymore, can you come get Caylee, can I bring her over- I'm at my wits end and I don't want her around my parents and I don't want her around me...

maybe none of her new friends would've offered to help in a family emergency- but I've no doubt the Grunds would've.

bbm- well- yet again I have to give Cindy's daughter an F for failing grade or a D (however the school system grade letterings are in this day and age) as a Travel Agent for her less than stellar event coordinator/planner daughter.

add me as well- I wasn't thinking there would be any blood. I didn't think she stabbed the child, or bludgeoned her, etc.

However, I do recall some mention a long time back where Cindy, trying to explain all kinds of stuff (before tests were back) that they (she and Casey) would put dirty diapers in the trunk- and some mention of Casey's dirty clothes would've been in the trunk (something about it Casey being on her monthly cycle to explain blood) so oh, guess since early August or so, she talked all about their sweaty, bleeding family from the back yard to the car.

Listen martha- if you have no qualms about asking to use someone's shower (imo, that's really a personal thing, more than just- hey, while I'm here visiting, may I use the restroom) why hesitate with keeping my child for a bit- especially since they already had for about the first year of Caylee's short life!!!!

(I'm a bit strange about the shower bit- fine if you're my invited company, but just to walk in off the street and say here ya go, use my shower- then I'd be thinking I'll be disinfecting those towels, who knows what they have- head or body lice, scabies, etc. eww!)

I'm glad you were entrusted with your friend's children because THEY both benefited from that- you helped mom get her wits about her again- and the children got the attention they needed in a positive way.

In a statement made to OCSO, Melina says after Caylee was born, Casey told her she felt her mother was "overbearing." Melina says that according to Casey, Cynthia had told Casey she should be spending more of her time at home with Caylee. Casey and Cynthia would have "extreme" arguments, mostly over Caylee. (Melina was a high school friend of Casey's)

"Also on Sep 15, LE met with JC (a neighbor of the Anthony's) who lives directly across from them. JC had info about two very loud augrments he heard between Casey and CA in May or June, both on weekends. According to JC:

JC: Casey came out of the house, screaming at CA and calling her names. I heard "F-you," and "Just Shut Up Mom," and "I Don't Want to Hear it Anymore." Then Casey went for a jog.

JC: Another time, Casey came outside screaming some stuff at CA. CA never raised her voice, just put her head down and got in her car and drove away. Casey just acted like a spoiled brat basically.
