he has an exlusive blog on LKL tooThe tragedy of my brother’s death is still with me. But in his death, I have found a mission for my life. My existence is now dedicated to spreading Michael’s message. Michael had a unique place in the world. He not only did good, but taught others how to do the same. This only magnifies his loss to the world.
Michael-Jermaine-JacksonI want to make people aware of the humanitarian side of Michael. I want to show them how his true emphasis wasn’t music, or performing; it was improving the world. Understand this, and you begin to understand the essence of who my brother was.
Michael wanted to help people see the problems that are destroying our world. That’s what he was about, and what his upcoming shows were about. He was trying to teach through his lyrics, video and performance. He wanted to use every part of himself to show us what we are capable of becoming. His goal was to demonstrate to people that if we all just try to make world a better place, it will be.
Michael did charity work all his life – since we first started performing as the Jackson 5. He quickly learned talent alone means nothing – it’s what you do with it that really matters. What are you doing to make things better for other people? In grasping this, Michael found his purpose: Entertain and educate at the same time.

If you read a report about a guy in your street who had set up his back yard as a kids playground and openly admitted to sleeping with little boys wouldn't your hinky meter be up?
Forget his music for a minute, forget his charity work and look at MJ as a human being, as flawed and imperfect as everyone else.
I wouldn't let any young boy sleep in the same bed as a grown man.
The parents of Arvizo and Chandler knew exactly what was going on between MJ and their kids and they let it happen as they knew there was money to be made. They effectively pimped out their own children
As for being found not guilty in a court of law - HELLO how often do the courts get it wrong

I am puzzled however how some seem to go waaaaay off topic when Coldwater told us we are to discuss current issues concerning the death of MJ, estate, investigation into death, etc.

Do you think it could have something to do with the JW religion? Could he want the children to also have contact with Judaism and learn about their Jewish ancestry? IIRC I think it had something to do with their education. He must have been talking to Mr Jackson all along about the children and what Mr Jackson may have wanted for them. I don't think it has to do with money.

I have to disagree with you pattycake, the kids will know EXACTLY what is going on. You think they have no TV, newspapers, magazines or internet? You think they don't get to speak to anyone that does?
Kids can be very cruel to each other so I'm sure they would have heard about all the allegations from other kids they have had contact with.
If they don't know now they will do very soon, there will be no escape from it. Their father was an eccentric, overspending drug addict with a questionable interest in boys. A man who openly admitted to sleeping with young boys on national TV.
You may love his music or admire him for his charity work but please remember he was still a human being and human beings do terrible terrible things all the time.

I have to agree, why are we allowed to speculate on his sex life with women but not allowed to comment on his 'alleged love' for children?
Nobody here knows the ins and out of his sexual relationship with LMP anymore than they know about his relationships with Arvizo and Chandler.
Why does LMP have anymore credibility in what she claims than the children that alleged he abused them?

What do you base your opinion on regarding the idea he didn't stop what you consider inappropriate behavior. Were there more allegations that followed the trial, that I didn't hear about, or are you suggesting he was inappropriate with his own children? Because as far as I know, he never invited another child to his home, after the trial.
After the Chandler case you would think he would be a little more careful about sharing his bed with children, he wasn't He left himself open to the allegations from Arvizo by sleeping with him and admitting this to the world in that hideous Bashir interview.

Lisa has more crediblity because she wasn't looking for a payout, she has her own wealth. Chandler was looking for and did get paid. And Anton Jackson/ Gavin Arvizo and his mother were proven to be liars in the trial, and shown to have engaged in similiar schemes prior to their attempt to extort money from MJ.
imo...of course
ps.. personally I don't think his sex life is anyone's business.
How do you really know that his relationship with LMP was even genuine, there is lots of speculation that it was purely a business arrangement. She married him to put an end to the rumours of his pedophilia and homosexuality.

Yes he did open himself up to scheming con artists, but since he wasn't doing anything wrong, I suppose he felt no need to appease the haters.
imo...of course.
Yes and he was found not guilty of the charges, as we know, after a thorough and fair trial imo. IMO MJ was a bit naive as an adult and trusted too many people. Although I think it is a good trait to see the good in people, I do think he had no idea how people can twist things to make it look how they want imo.

How could you forget the two other children...the ones that he paid millions to? And...Terry George, and all the children he had in his bed in between. IMO Just sharing a bed with an unrelated boy is inappropriate. IMO If it wasn't a compulsion, it would have stopped after the first time it raised eyebrows.
Why do you think it's inappropriate just to share the room or bed with children? What's the reason for your way of thinking..., is it based on personal experience or who else says it's inappropriate... and why?
I don't understand where the idea of inappropriateness comes from if it's just about sharing the room or bed. It's nothing illegal or wrong.

In the photos that show that bloody blouse, it also shows the bedroom where Dr. Murray slept (very small I think for such a large house) and they show in #8 a picture of MJ's room. It says in the caption, that this is where the paramedics worked on Michael. So was he really ever in Dr. Murray's room, or did Dr. M move him, or was he always in his own bed and some media have gotten it wrong??????

I politely asked you a question.... and this is your reaction.
There's nothing inappropriate about children sleeping in the room of an adult. Inappropriate are the thoughts which turn just sleeping into evil actions. Biased thoughts.
For me the discussion ends at this point. My original intention was to post Pryor's words:
Pryor, the mother of Chris Tucker’s son, said she spent a lot of time with Michael’s accuser and his family and in a new interview, she has some harsh words for them.
""I don't know how they sleep at night… knowing that they accused someone who they called their friend… of the ugliest, most heinous thing you can say about a human being.
"It’s time for [the accuser] to finally stand up and do the right thing," she told Access Hollywood. 'He is an adult. He knows… he's always known that Michael never touched him, Michael never abused him.' Feeling betrayed, Pryor called the accuser’s 2003 claim that Michael Jackson molested him 'outrageous.'"
http://www.accesshollywood.com/azja-pryor-calls-for-michael-jacksons-2005-molestation-accuser-to-do-the-right-thing_article_20517
If this doesn't convince you nothing will do so. You will always stick to your concepts of inappropriateness......, without any reply I still have no idea why you think this way.
Bye!

Hi Cinder,
According to TMZ - MJ died in Dr. Murray's room but who knows?
What's with all those chairs in the room?

Not trying to be rude on board -- but 3 people have posted a link to the thread so you can discuss the trial and the old allegations to your heart's content. This is also per CW's instructions. This thread is to discuss current events and related events to MJ's death.
CW has shut this board down for this very reason so would appreciate it very much if you could take that to the other thread.
Thank you.

The beginning of the last week of July they did say it would be announced this week. Some thought it was because Chief Bratton was on vacation.
The latter part of the week they announced it would not be released indefinitely and did not elaborate further.
For some reason I think this investigation may take a long time to complete and I don't think they are going to release the autopsy report until they know the shoe is about to drop. KWIM?

I have not been on today so KJ wants another Autopsy?
She does and the quote on JVM was "it did not reveal what i wanted" or something like that.
I am thinking that it might not show heavy drug use apart from the already known diprivan and perhaps a small amount of demerol if that.
It is the only reason i can think of which explains her comments and also her belief of some sort of murder by those who were around him, keeping him drugged etc.
I mean if it showed loads of drugs then she could argue that he was not competent when he hired Branca et al back, she could also argue that he was being kept drugged by those she suspects and may want to sue. Yes we can say it was all MJ all the time, but from her perspective.
If he was relatively clean when he died then almost all her arguments go out the window. Since it seems be accurate that diprivan was part of the death picture, hardly as if it was "natural" anyway.

ASBURY PARK, N.J. – Gold-trimmed costumes, metal-studded shinguards and other memorabilia of pop icon Michael Jackson and his family sat covertly in a warehouse in this downtrodden city for the past 18 months.
The massive collection, including a sketch of a boy, celebrity letters and music awards, was the prize from a lengthy legal battle waged against the Jacksons by a one-time business associate.
Henry V. Vaccaro Sr., a 63-year-old construction company owner, announced he had sold the trove this week even as he supervised its packing. He would not reveal the name or nationality of the buyer, although he said the man will display the collection in Europe and Japan. Vaccaro also would not reveal its sales price, but indicated it exceeded $1.4 million.

Here...this is something rather ironic....
Vaccaro had a warehouse full of memorabilia from Jackson family members that included gold-trimmed costumes, financial documents, letters, awards and one of Michael Jackson's first outfits worn with the Jackson 5.
At one point, Vaccaro's lawyer, Edgar Pease III, alleged the items also included gold records and personal items including skin bleach, soiled underwear, sexual videotapes, sexual paraphernalia and a hand-drawn picture by Jackson of a 7-year-old boy.
A lawyer for Jackson at the time said the singer never claimed the bleach, sexual materials, underwear or picture were his.
http://cbs5.com/entertainment/Michael.Jackson.New.2.261867.html
Yet..later MJ filed a lawsuit to sue the guy for 10 million.
A judge tossed out Michael Jackson's $10 million lawsuit against a New Jersey man over memorabilia the pop star claimed had been stolen
LETS BE FAIR now now
The singer sued, saying some of the items still belonged to him and Vaccaro only had a right to property belonging to his brothers, Tito and Jermaine, and their parents. He got a court order barring Vaccaro from displaying or selling the items until the case was resolved.

Now this is a painting of MJ and painted by Warhol.........that is two huge draws. No telling how much it will go for to some private bidder. MJ had ardent fans all of the world and some of them have a lot of money.
imo
Why on earth would his family be having some giant yard sale??????? Why not keep that? Some reason they need to sell their son's stuff?????

On ET they showed the upcoming People mag with all the kids who live at KJ's. :scared: Like 11 or something? Plus Randy/Jermaine's ex.
Yikes.
I had posted about that before. Those children will have no space of their own. I believe there are only 5 bedrooms in that house.

This is another tribute thread? I thought there was already one here. All that is being discussed is movies and songs ect.
in my opinion
No, this is the MJ board where the discussion is to be about current issues such as MJs death, Will, new songs, finances, assets, gains and the investigation into the death of MJ, etc.
CW said for those who want to discuss past issues then they should set up a thread in the Old Trial cases. Surely you have already found that thread haven't you?

I have a good idea. Let's be big boys and girls and leave the moderating to CW and just keep it civil and per TOS.

No one was discussing old allegations. I was talking about his stuff and where much of it was stored.
There isn't a thread for all things positive, fawning over MJ's career, music, face, charitable contributions, his taste in decorations, his house, etc...
The above things are also ALL OFF TOPIC!
Yes where it was stored in 2004 according to your link.
Keep your shouting to yourself thank you.

It is not up to them. The co-administrators will decide what is kept and sold. I don't know if MJ owned this painting or if Warhol had it in his collection. Maybe the proceeds will go to charity.
They certain cannot keep all of his vast collectibles. Imo they will get with the family, especially the children and see what they really want to keep.

Well, thank goodness, now maybe they can bury the man.
There's another really cool move which I've recently saw in a tribute magazine: He did a 45 degree lean (leaned forward beyond his center of gravity).
Randy Philipps said Michael had worked on a NEW revolutionary dance move for the upcoming tour -- something comparable to the moonwalk.
I log out. See you...
:seeya:
The 45 degree smooth criminal lean was partially due to a patented shoe/stage design. The link was posted somewhere here, with the patent design, absolutely brilliant. If someone wants to google it, iirc it had smooth criminal in the name.

Didn't someone just have a big auction of a ton of his things? I know I looked at the auction books. There was a lot of his memorabilia there.

Maybe that's why Katherine was spotted shopping at Target for sleping bags?
Yes, she was. They may have to do some adding on.

Rebbie! ROFLMAO!!!!
I wish my nick name was Ribby;)
I could not remember her name to save my life. :blushing:
They showed the house on ET and said People is calling it Hotel for Kids.
I had no idea it was such a small place.

Ack! :scared:
I guess the ridiculous suppositions about the Jacksons hightailing a moving van over to the rented house because of KJ getting the kids' beds was just wrong. Where on earth would they even PUT extra beds???

WOW! From your link
Meanwhile, in other Jackson developments, Rolling Stone reports that estate lawyers are gearing up to send formal requests to sister La Toya to retrieve computer hard drives she lifted from her brother's home in the wake of his death.
According to Frank DiLeo, the late singer's manager, more than 100 songs recorded but never released by Jackson were housed on the hard drives, with the potentially lucrative tunes spanning the decades. Per DiLeo, some of the songs were recorded circa Jackson's peak Bad and Thriller days, while others were much recent and the result of collaborations with will.i.am, Akon and Ne Yo.
The lawyers want to retrieve the hard drives so their contents can be properly logged.
How resourceful that LaToya is...removing his hard drives.... this family never ceases to amaze me. imo
Wow, that is something. I can't believe she thought to do that. Well, maybe I can.
