AP story
According to Joe Biden? Gee, Daniel, how many jobs did it create? From the article:
Nationwide unemployment has risen every month since the stimulus took effect in February, climbing in June to a 26-year high of 9.5 percent. The July rate, which the government will announce Friday, was expected to be even higher.

No, according to the Dpt of Commerce and the reports out re house prices, etc.
I won't quote from the article as it is AP all rights reserved and TOS preludes us from quoting it here.

Lets not forget that Obama inherited these horrific problems caused by the the admin of the last 8 years. It makes no sense to say that those who put us here are the ones that are right.

"The U.S. service sector contracted in July at a faster pace than in June, adding to worries that any economic recovery may still be a long way off, according to a report released Wednesday"

I was completely unaware that the continued shrinkage the service sector was the goal of the Stimulus plan.

Oh yes, blame Bush.
Funny that Obama has taken complete ownership of the economy, yet he still falls back on the tired ole "blame Bush" mantra.
But it wasn't Bush that signed the multi billion dollar Stimulus bondoogle that hasn't stimulated the economy.
And it wasn't Bush that signed a multi billion dollar omnibus bill loaded with earmarks.
And it wasn't Bush that hit a $1trillion deficit in his first 6 months in office, managing to spend more in 100 days that every president before him combined.
It's time Obama took responsibility for his own failed economic policies.

This evidently is a laser-directed plan.
How many Unions or Obama Supporters are represented in the service sector?
If the answer is "not very many" I think you have your answer.
It's only 80% of the economy fueled by that all elusive consumer confidence.

I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for that to happen. If there is one thing we have learned about Obama, it is that nothing is his responsibility.

Tell me honestly: is that a macro?
Because I've seen it a million times.
It's not even ORGINIAL thinking, FGS. It's parroting something Keith Olbermann said.
Bush's LOAN to the banks will be repaid by the end of this year.
Barky's GIFT of TARP will never be paid back.
Bush's deficit was 3 to 4 percent of the GNP; Obama's will be FOURTEEN PERCENT.
FOURTEEN.
Stop blaming Bush; it makes you look vacuous.
Exactly. Bush too the Debt as a Percentage of GDP up 12% in his eight years in office. Obama has managed to increase it by 20% in the first year and will be 30% in four years culminating in a 100% debt ratio. And this is going with his rosy numbers and not counting this health care debacle.
Yea, Obama is a real fis
