The radicals in the GOP are taking over the party, the birthers, racists, the regionalist party of the south and some western states or areas of states. Moderates have left the party IMHO, or don't know how to combat it, as they need the votes.

I, for one, am NOT a birther. I am also NOT a radical. Just an American citizen worried for my country and the future.

Funny, I thought the election of Barack Obama was going to ease racial tension. IMO, it has only heightened it and, IMHO, with his help.

Polarizing , distorting, accusing Republicans of being racists. Very typical liberal coersive and effective tactic and a really heartless political distraction.

Interesting .....omissions of the Party.... Democratic history....

Dems don't need talking points, they hold all the cards. The disarray belongs to the gop!

This is a very naive post IMO. Someone is going to be shocked in 2010.

And at some point will have to take ownership of the failing economy and failing policies.

Sorry, but I will not use the name from your post, as imo, that too is unreasonable. If the young man you cite runs for president in the future, as with President Obama, there is no question that he is an American citizen.

Aren't birthers people who challenge someone's birth certificate? You have people challenging Obama's birth certicate and you also have people challenging Trig Palin's birth certificate.

It was just a matter of time before anyone who is critical of Obama is going to be called a racist. His policies are failing and his approval ratings are tanking so now the race card is going to be played. Not surprising.

It's a handy pigeon hole rhetoric to slap any opposition in. Dispite the fact his party controls WH & both houses of congress and that he is as white as he is black.

Can't be that anyone disagrees with his brand of politics (which I believe is marxism by any other name), must be they're "racist".

It's a tried & true marxist tactic. divisivness. politics larded with regilion it serves not to unite but to seperate. Voter's choice, altho I don't believe the majority know what they voted for themselves. Their children might, or great-grandchildren but it'll be too late.
