I believe his "strong and decisive" traits are being questioned more and more. The polls show it.

"Strong and decisive" doesn't mean his judgment is good, either. Just look at the Crowley-Gates debacle.

What about this part of the article you posted?

"The president gets slightly lower marks on two other personal characteristics -- being able to effectively manage the government and sharing Americans' values."

You don't think these 2 items are very important? Hmmmm
