That must have been a good Realtor to sell that house. You could see they cared nothing about landscaping nor fixing up the house. They only painted a few walls to hide their heinous crime.

Well, 93K may be very cheap. I don't know how the market is there. A new house was built on the lot where John Wayne Gacy's house stood. LE practically tore the house apart looking for bodies so there wasn't much left of the house. I passed near his house many times. I could not live there where so many bodies were buried.

Oh Man, I couldn't live there. I hope LE has done a very throrough evidence collection. As of now, some very restless spirits there. imo

ITA. Even with a new house on the same lot, it would be too sad and morbid for me.

Jacksonville has so many military families coming in and out all the time that I imagine the ones who purchased it may have also been in the military and perhaps weren't even in Jacksonville when the crime happened.
Plus it isn't hard to sell these homes that much. They usually do cut the price by about 3% but for some it just doesn't bother them to live there. The Realtor has probably already repainted the interior and landscaped the yard.
I would think that in that older area and the home not having a lot of square footage that 93K was a pretty good deal for the Realtor.
imo
