There is video today on HLN of DR exiting a restaurant was surrounded by reporters and cameramen, they were asking her about attending the service. She yelled at a one of them don't you touch me, he said it didn't, she said yes you did and made a comment that she would kick his ***. I think she may have dropped a F bomb,
While getting in the car someone asked her if she would take money again for giving up the rights to her children, door slammed.
( I can't find a link so from memory).
Also a commentary then rehashed that she took money 2x. Giving Michael the children the ist time and taking money again at the time of the trial. That this willl not bode well for her trying to get the kids now. On the other hand Catherine age will not help the Jackson's when a decision has to be made.
I was just talking to my husband about that PL. Debbie would be faced with the crowds all the time if she had the children and her commentary didn't sound like anything I would want to be played in a court of law when I was trying to get custody of three children. JMO THO.
I agree on Catherine too. What a shame when you think of the options for the children IMOO.

Branca and McClain will have to post a $1 million bond on the estate, Beckloff ruled. Their authority over the estate will expire Aug. 3, when another hearing on the estate will be held.
"Mr. Branca and Mr. McClain for the next month are at the helm of the ship," Beckloff said.

Hello Cinder -
I really did not go past the Encino house all weekend after Friday afternoon. It looked a little calmer today.
I think some 13 year old girl fainted in the heat yesterday.
Ha, you are hiding from your guests. Laying low. Everyone should be gone after tomorrow.
And, yes that was the one I heard about. Thanks.

I would have a question, specially addressed to you as you work in health care.
One of the first reports was MJ got a demerol shot (back then: demerol) at 11:30. The 911 call was at 12:21. Some days later Dr. Murray's lawyer admitted there was a 30 minutes delay by excuses which were hard to believe (doc didn't know the address; no phone).
It remains unclear to me WHY they HAD to ADMIT any delay. I know nothing about autopsies... but that they admitted the delay imo would only make sense
- if MJ was dead already at home (death time provable in autopsy)
- if he indeed died of drugs (time when got the drug provable in autopsy)
Could you think of any other medical aspects why they HAD to admit the delay because it later could be revealed in an autopsy? -- If not I conclude MJ was either dead already or indeed died of a drug or both (because the excuses for the delay are somehow ridiculous) and - no matter what their true reasons for the delay were (for example cleaning up the scene; avoiding media circus) - they wouldn't have had to admit the delay.
I think he was already dead when they called 911. MOO

Also- the securtiy guard that phoned 911 knows a lot, he won't even go home and is staying at un-disclosed location. I'm sure he doesn't want anyone near his home or chasing after him.

Commemorative stamps or postal stationery items honoring individuals usually will be issued on, or in conjunction with, significant anniversaries of their birth, but no postal item will be issued sooner than ten years after the individual's death. The one exception to the ten-year rule is the issuance of stamps honoring deceased U.S. presidents. They may be honored with a memorial stamp on the first birth anniversary following their death.

According to reports, the Jackson's will have their own private funeral at Forest Lawn Memorial in the Hollywood Hills Tuesday morning, prior to the public event. The Jackson family, along with Michael's three children, will remain by each other's side at both services, says a source. "The news is really setting in now as more family members pile into town," says a Jackson family insider.

And I am so touched that they asked Shaheen Jafargholi to perform. I fell in love with him on BGT, because he sang MJ's "Who's Loving You" so beautifully.

After all the services are over tomorrow I know Katherine hopes that Joe goes on back to LV and stays there. lol
imo
I read where he was laughing it up and having a pretty good time out at breakfast yesterday morning. I forget the details of what he was overhead saying-- I didn't finish reading, simply because I saw enough of him the first day his son died, and the BET awards.
Yea.. he needs to go home and let his family mend. I can't imagine him being back around all of them during this time. Katherine has to be almost going out of her mind. Losing her son, trying to care for her grandchildren, her other chidren bantering amongst themselves, cousins upset feeling left out due to the will, and the real icing on the cake is having Joe shouting his commands at her. I hope to never walk in her shoes.
 They will never get them to leave now.
LOL .. how true. I think that SB county better figure out a way to enjoy the tax revenue and allow it to be rezoned because otherwise they will have chaos every day now "MJs ghost" has been seen.

Well, I can only give my "Armchair" impressions..along with what I observed and read..and have to admit initially I thought he (Michael) might have Od'd on perscription meds..and it wasnt until I heard about the Diprivan..that I believed that this Dr. was directly involved with this treatment,,and Dr. Murray likely brought Mike up too quickly..and Michael went into spasm..and stopped breathing..and he (Dr. M.) panic'd...and the rest is history......I do think that forensics will be able to find a link to Diprivan..and unfortunately for Dr. Murray..due to half-life of this drug...he will be accountable..No other person there would have that expertise to administer this treatment..and it's no wonder He found a lawyer..and has claimed whatevers....
I dont for one minute believe this treatment ( Diprivan) as Dr Murray's idea..but accepted Michael's demands for it..( that shows me that he has done thins before..many times..IMO)..
The delay you speak of is indicative of "delay" to see if he could bring him around..and allow time to get rid of evidence of this unorthodox treatment..whatevers..Unfortunately...Dr. Murray had no medical assistance beside him to cover his "ASSETS"...and the cleanup crew had no idea what was pertinent..thus evidence was found!
I would think they would have to admit delay..because Time of Death will prove to be long before that call to 911!!
The above is just my opinion of what we have heard..and it was Michael who insisted for this treatment..however..I blame Dr. Murray for he breached "Medical Ethics" to nurture Michael and make a Load of Money..Not acceptable for me..but I am rather strict on ethical details!!
LMS
Thanx for your reply.
See red mark: I thought the same and therefore didn't believe the lawyer's statement MJ still had a pulse when the emergency arrived.
Our impressions are similar. IF the speculations are true the only I would add is: Probably he tried to bring him around too long on his own to avoid a media spectacle (like: "Jackson rushed to hospital -- drugs involved") and legal consequences -- both would be the case, too, if MJ had survived.

Holy Moly..I am so sick and tired of Al Sharpton..but his tirade blaming media for Mickey's woes..amongst other things..I think it just may be about time that All Media shuts this big "Mouth" out..dont cover anything he says or does..as it is his only "value" to the causes he claims to support..and his media pull....Whoa..He would have no pull no value IF the "Media" just STOP giving him air time!..I dont much care for AL S....he only gets involved if there is media exposure ..
He has known MJ for many decades..and he should be doing his duty to support the family, grieve and Shut his Mouth!!..A big mouth does not make him more grieving and caring than say..someone like his kids..his family..and yep even Grace...

interesting, MJ's doctor was not licensed even to prescribe a cough syrup in CA:
According to federal drug regulations, Michael Jackson's personal physician couldn’t legally prescribe even a powerful cough medicine for the King of Pop in California, and he couldn’t go to the pharmacy to get drugs for him, either.
Federal authorities told FOXNews.com that Dr. Conrad Murray is not licensed to administer certain levels of controlled medications in the state, and that if he gave Demerol or Oxycontin to Jackson, as has been reported, it would have been illegal.

You know.. I don't take a whole lot to being a biological child.. my parents are not my biological parents.. even though Mom and Dad picked me up from the hospital I do not have their genes.. and that very small point has never bothered me. I have always told MY MOM.. especially after I had children of my own.. having a baby is the easy part.. nurturing them, helping them grow into responsible, loving, caring adults is what is important and knowing as a child they are loved.
I stopped watching HLN along time ago even when it was whatever it was before that.
Michael's children are of the age that this stuff can get back to them.. through the media... through possibly another kid... there is no need to bring this up now before this man is even buried.. and besides that.. who's business is it anyway.. it's no ones.. Michael wanted children if this was the only way he could do that.. fine.. so be it.. who's business is it anyway.. it shouldn't be anyones.. no matter if he is a celebrity or not.. disgusting that it's even being discussed IMO.

It is so obvious that not one of these shows that airs nightly gives one whit about these three precious children or their feelings during the most tragic time of their lives. They have done nothing but spread mean spirited trash like asking the tabloidish question "Who's ya daddy?" interjecting their spin and smut. When each one of them knows full well who those children consider their father.
I hope one day as they get older they come out and set the media straight. A biological mother or father doesn't make a momma or a daddy. Blood has nothing to do with it but the love in the heart.....DOES!
They make me sick when they say "poor children" and don't skip a beat trying to hurt them and their family.

Can't wait to see them.. hope they do show them... supposedly his oldest son was pretty darn good...lol. Michael had many issues IMO.. with his drug dependency and I think feelings from his childhood.. but one thing I don't thing he had issues with is his love for his children.. JMVHO..
I also think he trusted people he shouldn't of.. (when has that not happened before in the celebrity world) Plus could he trust his family.. NOPE.. they were on his coattails...
I just hope those kids will be okay.. and protected.

I don't trust his family, there was a reason he distanced himself from them excluding his mother... (who doesn't love their mother and want to take care of her).. but the rest.. again I say they were riding his coattails and those kids need to be protected.. and that includes Debbie Rowe... IMHO

Just my personal opinion only but I think many in our society have been falling for this crap for a very long time. The media has spoon fed us on what they want us to believe and it is nothing close to the truth. They wouldn't know what to do with the truth or the FACTS.

I am just kind of wondering if eventually after the proper paperwork is done if he won't be buried at Neverland.Didn't they have to move Elvis because of something like this?

Seems like Larry King is going.
He really liked MJ a lot.
imo
I have to admit I wasn't surprised by what they said about why Liz Taylor wasn't going... kind of sad but I guess she can memorialize him in her own way..
The list of people being there is kind of odd to me.. doesn't sound like a group that MJ would of actually wanted.. but hey that's just my opinion..

Hi Dino -- IF the permit is approved he would be moved to Neverland. Jermaine said there is even a spot picked out already.
Under his fav. tree, the one he would climg to think and write some songs?
Hi there MGS,
Just my personal opinion only but I think many in our society have been falling for this crap for a very long time. The media has spoon fed us on what they want us to believe and it is nothing close to the truth. They wouldn't know what to do with the truth or the FACTS.
Sorry for the rant but I am so sick of the media. They have become nothing more than bottom feeders.
imo
Larry Kings have been really well done, i am appreciating his coverage.
It is nice to know that someone can be respectful.

I look at it this way.. if he was behind the gates of Neverland.. then they would have control of the tourist aspect of it.. kind of like Elvis is.. if he remains at Forest Lawn.. it's going to be endless.

I don't think it is a bad idea, but with SB, I just don't see it happening. Anywhere but there. They will fight it tooth and nail.

Donald Trump is on LKL right now.. what a great interview.. can't wait till the transcript comes out tomorrow.. he is speaking how intelligent he was, what a great business man he was... very interesting interview.
The family has called Trump numerous times today asking if he was coming for the memorial.. but he said he just can't make it. He has very very fond memories of Jackson, he actually lived next to Trump.. in Trump towers... who knew...
omg.. i never thought that something Donald Trump would make me teary. His comment that that MJ lost his self confidence in the last 10-15 years did it for me.
I also love how he described MJ and kids and certain not a child molester, he just adored kids.
It seems the people close to him and top of their own celebrity all knew he was not a molester and many like Donald had seen him interact with their own kids..that MJ would come over to play with his young kids.

Doesn't mean they have to turn it into a tourist attraction.. (not that it would stop the fans..) but if it's private property I guess if you can get the approval you can be buried anywhere you want..
Who knows.. I'm sure the ones well off would say no to the idea but I bet the hotels and restaurants wouldn't have a problem with it..

I wonder how MJ would have been looked at 40-50 yrs. ago, with his way with kids. I don't know if he just loved kids or not. Didn't follow the trial, and don't want to rehash it now. But, people are so much more careful now, and more aware of child molesters with the internet, that I do think it is very possible that his way was misunderstood. I don't know, just thinking out loud.

After someone tried to steal Elvis' body from the mausoleum and they moved him to Graceland, I was so glad. That mausoleum was ugly and spooky. It still is a big tourist attraction though. I don't think they ever placed anyone back in the area he was in after they moved him.

If i was the majority owner, along with Branca and mcclaine for the 24% i would make it close to impossible for SB to say no.
What i would do is as the property is being put back in order, and getting it as the old Neverland in some ways, i would allow free tours of the property. By not charging, its not a "business" and the crowds will be enormous especially since it is free.
Watch SB prefer to make tax revenue and the neighbors have some sort of control over it, perhaps tour buses etc than just a "free" for all by keeping it zoned as private or agricultural. There are ways :D

Hey hey now, I didn't have a problem with selling tickets. I figured if someone wanted them bad enough and someone wanted to sell them, oh well. I didn't want people to not get what they paid for. I have a bigger problem with the parking. I don't really know why. Except for the fact that there aren't that many places to park, and once you are there you are stuck. People didn't have to buy the tickets, but they do have to park.

Explained the shadow - was a shadow from one of the people working in the house or one of many of the network people and there was a lighting fixture in the middle of the room which created the shadow  Miko says - he wishes it was MJ.
lol, the fans aren't going to accept that especially since the producer could not say WHO it was, just tht it was either someone in the house or perhaps from another network

No double standard here. They just have to leave their big, fat SUVs at home and go by public transportation.
