DC has yet to be deposed - and he has been in contempt of court for not doing so in the ZG case...Mr. Morgan would have chewed him up - just like he did to Jim Hoover...after 4 hours decides he needs a lawyer...I think he knew where Caylee was dumped and was caught red handed on film by his own little helper investigator Hoover. And he wasn't even aware of it until AFTER when Hoover said he took the film "in case" and he couldn't elaborate on what "in case" meant...

I guess that is how this family "hires" their volunteer helpers - Hoover just walked up off the street and said, Hey I'm a bodyguard...need any bodyguarding? Then George says, Hey Dominic, meet the new head investigator, Mr. Hoover...and I don't think DC liked that. And the thought of him and Cindy - um, doing anything...at all...ever...ick...

Run like the wind DC...after being the media darling, he sure has been on the DL - haven't seen hide nor hair of him...Strickland will get him, too...Conga line to see the Judge forms to the left....

thanks for update..didnt know he didnt show for his depo.. hope M&M nails his but to the wall... when are they ever going to get back in to court and make antliesathons answer their questions? since bc threw his back out and didnt make last hearing.. Does anyone know?? lets see what good ole bc pulls the next time.. still like to know how he (cough cough) threw his back out? I think the judge was asking himself under his breath when M told him that one..
IMO BC is JUST as much LIAR as the antliethons..... hope he gets well compensated for this because I dont know about anyone else but I sure wouldn't hire him....

Reputable sources have reported to me personally that Senor Bozo is currently in a dungeon in an undisclosed location...it is rumored that he is being detained in the Gimp Suite and being fitted for his uncomfortable Leather Hood... (with zippered mouth...closed of course) and is being subjected to small electrical impulses from leads to his (ahem) codpiece on his nether regions (ball sac area) to determine just how much pain he can tolerate in one training session conducted by the World Champion undefeated tag team of Andrea "The Amazon: Lyons and Linda "The Rhino" Kinney Baden. Sources report that he is currently up to 10 jules on his left grape, but his screams like a little girl at only 3 jules on his right grape.

Stay tuned for further updates as they continue to test just how many muzzles it is gonna take to keep his yap shut, but it's not looking good from what I hear... :w00t:

Did I read that they are scheduled to go back into court in September in respect to the lousy depo's they attended? All 3 of them Anthony's have to answer several questions they refused to answer back when.
That's several weeks away. Ya think we'll survive.

The trial will most likely not take place til middle of next year.:unsure:

The day shift is way more serious about this case - and the lack of new materials is making the natives restless I think...that is why I try to bring in some humor on the Night Shift...I take it seriously, too...I am to the point that if we don't just laugh at this, we will all just sit and cry - and what good would that do? I think through our posts we are doing more to keep Caylee in the forefront by using humor to express our frustration at all the legal maneuverings that get passed over pretty quickly in the day...

Sometimes they don't even acknowledge me there, but I understand that it takes someone with a fairly dry humor and a high degree of frustration that comes with these kinds of cases...but I feel like that I'm doing my part somehow...is that weird? :confused:

so do you think that last night's spoof about being late for work was too much?!?! OMG - I had the best time writing that though, I laughed at myself the entire night - and the replies from Deannalynn were priceless - and done in such a way that everyone knew we were joking I think...but sometimes getting that close to the truth is uncomfortable for some people - as crazy as that excuse I had for being late to work sounds like something she herself would try to float as her "truth" and I was making fun at how ludicrous it all sounded to me...and when DL wrote back about how "my mom" had called looking for me, and then she said, "have you seen my checkbook" and i almost wet my pants...

That little series of like 10 posts were so much fun to write, and took the edge off for not just us, but anyone else who read it...I meant no harm at all...it is just me...take me or leave me I guess...lol :w00t:

NDY. just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy everything you post. Sometimes we have to find humor even in the worst of situations. If not it would be a sad world. I have learned so much here about this case at the same time have laughed alot too Thanks for your posts!

IMO, many on the day shift have been around long enough to know what will get us a time out or banned.

We have been given a little leeway, but if it gets to far out of line the board will be closed down.

Good Morning team posters

For you night shifters- keep on rolling. I for one always look forward to opening up my computer in the morning and reading what all of you have posted during the night. Each of you are able to put in to words what I can't and darn it I'm so envious, that's why I try to get information on the board before crashing at the end of my shift. As I told NDY the other night, don't you dare stop writing!! The politically correct and being sensitive are smoke screens and free tickets to divert from the truth and I for one and absolutely completely disgusted and fed up with these excuses. So keep on pecking at the keyboard.
