They did this with Foley too! Twice! What nerve!
I don't believe this is a mistake, or that it was a mistake with Foley.

So, this time it's Sanford. It's also been McCain (http://crooksandliars.com/2008/02/07/fox-news-labels-john-mccain-a-democrat), Joe Lieberman (http://www.newshounds.us/2007/06/11/fox_news_goofs_again_or_was_it_deliberate_labels_j oe_lieberman_a_democrat.php), Arlen Specter (http://crooksandliars.com/2007/07/24/fox-news-labels-arlen-specter-a-democrat) (when he wasn't), Mark Foley (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/eat-the-press/2006/10/04/oreilly-factor-labels-_e_30927.html), to name the ones I could find with a quick Google.

I am sure Fox does not give a hoot. Regular viewers, like me, don't care about the labeling.
Why doesn't that surprise me?
MO
Why should it surprise anyone???

It probably shouldn't, the viewers who adore the misrepresentations and falsehoods on Fox like it that way, and the rest of us know they went to court and won the right to lie!
I think the court should have required them to change their name to Faux Nooz, or put a disclaimer up once an hour saying something like "Warning: This program is not necessarily factual. The programmers take no responsbility for the veracity of the content."

I think you have proved that by calling yourself a democrat that supports Bush and Palin - lol
