Someone from the Anthony home (care to guess) called Casey several times. IMO, the calls went unanswered because the calls were very short and Casey would immediately call her voice mail after receiving the call. The calls began at 9:35 and ended at 14:40 when Casey called the A home for 112 seconds. Answering machine?

Mark Hawkins called Casey at 18:27, 18:31, 20:38 and they also appear to have gone to her voice mail because Casey always called her voice mail after each call.

The Anthony home called Casey at 21:57 and Casey called her voice mail immediately. At 22:11 Casey placed a call to the A home. The call was 407 seconds in length.

22:18 Casey placed a call to Mark Hawkins. The call was 6 seconds in length. Mark Hawkins returned Casey's call at 22:20. The call was 285 seconds in length.

There were several calls between Casey and Enjoli in the afternoon. All calls were 0 seconds in length. Text messages?

Yeah, nothing here either. I googled 'enjoli orlando' and got nothing. I would imagine that Revlon wouldn't have a separate number for their cologne, but maybe...maybe she was calling to find out if it would get the smell of death off her? :rolleyes:

I found 2 in Orlando. Enjoli Allison and Enjoli Rivera. ER graduated in 2002 from Edgewater HS.

Thought I'd better add that I googled "enjoli orlando" with these results.

Enjoli lived in Oviedo at one time. IIRC, JP and friends used to live in Oviedo. From what I have read a lot of University of Central Florida students live in there. This person may have been a friend through JP...imo.

So many of these young people's lives have been invaded because of Casey. I do not see any reason to post the info of this person and see another life destroyed. I am sorry.

I have long suspected that they communicated via Jose's laptop.

Those have to be some interesting letters.

Considering prior jailhouse visits and inserting similar verbiage, I can just imagine the correspondence.
George with his "Hi Honey, Gorgeous, hey Boss,..." and Casey's responses reeking of self pity and multi-syllable misused words all written in young girl style, while Cindy reports to her little sweetheart on her cameos and her fundation.

They will avoid writing about any of the "unfortunate (terminal) events" of the past and focus on how they are turning all the negatives into positives by "reaching out" to families in similar circumstances, as Casey looks forward to working on her tan when all this unpleasantness evaporates and she will join her parents in an unencumbered, leisurely life of the unemployed.

Hi everyone. I was watching Nancy Grace last night and they were talking about the jailhous /remains video. The judge said it was damaging. Ill bet that the manner in which she responded was totally innapropriate. She was probably sooo shocked that mommy and daddy didnt find the remains first and move the body. She was probably thinking that it was already taking care of and then SHOCKER Mr. Kronk finds the body.

Thanks, I just watched it. I thought it was illegal for Jose to carry written correspondence back and forth between Casey and her parents. Conway just veried on national TV that this is exactly what is being done? Once again, the Anthony's are above the law?

Snail mail to Casey would be subject to prison inspection, but what would keep the Ants from, say, sending an email to Casey via Jose's email address which he can then access by the laptop he takes with him? :cursing: Dr Baden was just on Fox he said the autopsy was good for the defense. No drugs in her system. She might have duct tape around her mouth but this is speculation....but which is very upsetting for the public....so thats what has to be worked out..

IMO, Jose told Casey: I have gathered the best in the country for your defense team. I have:

I think he thinks that the tape somehow was in the ground already and it happened to just SOMEHOW stick on her...But thats JMO. He also said something totally unbel last night on geraldo. trying to find a link. But it was something like coroners put a cloth like tape on the body to keep the jaw from opening.....

There was no soft tissue or flesh left under the duct tape...Caylee was under water for a long time and I think the tape covering her mouth and nose was still there because it was stuck to her hair...regardless it was placed over her nose and mouth with intent to do harm...smothering by her mother.

True, it does happen to all of us. Every muscle relaxes. This is why Dr. Jan's assessment is so spot on and why the prosecution has stated this was intentional. The baby's airways were taped shut. I have no doubt that is how she died. I read a couple of days ago that someone speculated she was also thrown into the pool and drown. That would be unnecessary extra work.

They spin everything that has come out in the discovery process but have nothing to back it up. Back to DC's complaint that he has the right to work product, his attorney fails to mention that not only did he have a contract to work for the Anthony's but he hand a separate one with Casey. He even faxed a notification to LE informing them he was representing Casey.:ohmy:

How can we get an accounting of how the income to that "foundation" is being spent? I'd bet almost anything it is paying the living expenses for two of our favorite people. I doubt they've had many donations, but it surprises me that Casey is still receivng gifts for her commissary account, too.

Do we think this is inconceivable? I don't. His behavior is bizarre, and some of the things he has said wouldn't lead me to think he's cooperating with LE, but some things have made me wonder. Thanks to that group, there wasn't much left of Caylee to test by the time she was found. Snail mail to Casey would be subject to prison inspection, but what would keep the Ants from, say, sending an email to Casey via Jose's email address which he can then access by the laptop he takes with him? Of course then Jose could first censure or delete and Casey would view only what he wanted his girl to see. It is a new situation created by cyber space and while it seems sooo underhanded to me, as long as lawyers can carry laptops on client visits I don't know how that could be controlled.

I wasn't convinced for a very long time that this whole thing didn't begin as a careless accident ---- something like Casey falling asleep or talking on the 'phone or engrossed in the internet while Caylee got into the pool and drowned. It is so infuriating to me the state has to sit quietly by while the defense (current and future, apparently) gets on every TV show that'll have them to spin the results of the STATE'S hard work.

The defense can hire all the experts they want, but they have the Body Farm and the FBI and their triple testing in favor of the prosecution. 1. Revenge/hatred of Cindy and her tug of war over Caylee

I'm not so sure about this.. don't think this speculation could be proven in court.

When I read the report, I did not find anything that siad to me "there’s higher levels of a certain compound that is present when a person is dying from suffocation". I think they've taken the "lack of oxygen" phrase out of context and jumped to an erroneous conclusion. I believe the lack of oxygen was possibly due to the fact that the body was bagged while in the trunk. IIRC, that phrase was with regards to the decomposition.

I don't think anyone except Casey will ever truly know if Caylee suffered or not. If she was anesthetized with chloroform, she probably drifted off with some peace.

I always thought the cremation was a combination of Cindy's need for absolute control of Caylee's remains and hateful spite for those of who dared care for Caylee without supporting her monster of a daughter. No way was Cindy going to put Caylee in a cementary, where us maggots and fat lazy bloggers could actually visit her and grieve for her without the Anthony's permission. No way, no how. Exhibit A: Continued desecration of the memorials at the site where Caylee was found.

I was the treasurer for a charity. The books have to be audited by a CPA at the end of each year. IIRC the audit is done sometime in March. The audit is what is made public not the actual books. JMO
