This is the scenerio I have kept in the back of my mind. My only addition is I think that one of the secrets the family keeps is that tape was what Cindy used on her kids to keep them quiet. The heart sticker was Caseys' last "kiss" to her.
I do have duct tape in the car; it can fix anything. Putting it on anyones mouth is unthinkable as it will stick so tightly. I had thought there was only one piece of tape but the autopsy report said several. My guess is that Caylee pulled the first one off and so many were put on and that is what sufficated her. Makes me cry to even write that.
Poor baby, seeing the two 'mothers' fighting, being drug out of the house by a hysterical KC and because she was upset her mouth was taped. My guess is that is the 'accident' that Jose said.

I'm not sure if it was an accident or if Casey was so angry she did it on purpose. I will tell you I have always thought that was the reason for the duct tape. Yes, I do believe that was Cindy's way of discipline when Casey and Lee were that age. She is a sadistic one with no self control.
I am a firm believer that a lot of children (Not all) become what they see, feel or hear when they are raised in the same household.

Cindy and Casey had the big blowout at night, Casey snatched Caylee up and took off with her, telling Cindy she would never have Caylee. There was rage and anger building, possibly Caylee screaming and crying relentlessly for her Grandma, which only infuriated Casey even more, (that duct tape may have been in her bag since it was borrowed from Amy) and Casey may have shut Caylee up once and for all with tape over her mouth and nose. No doubt in my mind it was an act of violent, uncontrollable rage. The story George and Cindy tell about seeing them on the 16th , imo, is hogwash. They are covering up because of the fight, so making that story up.Just another scenario played out in my mind... :sad:

The tape was matched from the A's the a's had the same tape on the gas can...but i do agree that casey killed Caylee that night after the fight with cindy..

My only disagreement with you is that I don't think Casey realized that she was harming/killing her meal ticket with her parents. Don't think she has the capacity to see the results of her tantrums; she isn't the shapest tool in the shed. Caylee was her one weapon over her Mom as Cindy loved Caylee more then her. Adding; Caylee was more controlable at her age then KC at hers.

I have kinda missed some since my youngest plays ball so I am just now reading and listening to some of this stuff..so BC was on TV pretty much bashing JB for not allowing them to see KC well first of all I am not so sure KC wants to see them..then I notice he is down playing the Nanny did it that some others may have help play a roll in Caylee's death..so am I hearing it right or are the Anthony's not out saying the Nanny did this or is it that they are just having BC do their dirty work so their sweet KC does not get mad if they question her involvement..In this video CA ask KC WILL WE FIND HER? why would she ask her that? because they knew she was no longer with them and all KC could say was I HOPE SO...this whole case stinks IMO and makes me so angry...Maybe it is a good thing I have things to do now to keep me sane cause this crap could drive anyone insane....when are these stupid shows going to stop giving them time they do not deserve..I am sorry but GMA and the Today show are JOKES...heck they did not get a rating from me I stopped watching them the first time the Anthony's were on there and did not even know they had been on this week I was actually looking for the 1 yr vigil when I even seen they had been on these jokes of a show not something I would want to watch during my morning coffee and breakfast..any TV show that allows Drew Peterson to call from the slammer collect is a TOTAL JOKE TO ME so BRAVO GMA pat yourself on the back you got them on the one year anniv of Caylee's death to promote a fraudation you really deserve a trophy for that one..:angry:.NOT..NO ONE ELSE WANTS THEIR A$$ on their shows.JMO

How does them running around AFTERWARDS doing the things they did after smelling the decomposition have anything to do with them 'knowing' their own daughter could murder her own child beforehand? I would think anyone would do the same, look for her anywhere and everywhere. That says nothing about whether they knew as some here seem to think that she was going to go out and do what she did. I've never agreed with anything they did afterwards but I won't blame them for not being psychic about the murder of their own grandchild, either.

OK, I know we were encouraged to not respond to comments such as above but making excuses for behaviors that are unethical, immoral and contribute to criminal acts have got to be addressed because if we as a society ever have any hope of forcing an individual to be accountable and responsible for his or her behavior.(getting down from the soap box,continue on)
I don't recall anyone suggesting G&C had psychic abilities although they did employ psychics to assist DC in finding an alive Caylee and we all know how that turned out. Whatever running around G&C did stopped once they brought the car home. Cindy went back to her job and George went to his and didn't come home until his shift had ended. Odd behavior for a nurse and former LE who recognized the smell of a decomposing body who had not seen or heard from that little girl for over a month.

Since you feel so strongly that the grandparents are innocent, grieving victims perhaps you could start a new forum for your cause. I'm sure G&C would appreciate it knowing that someone feels for them.

Note the dates of these occurences. They're during the time period she was looking for Caylee and becoming chums with the Anthonys.

Just getting caught up and if someone else has answered I apologize for the repeat.

This is a death penalty case, as long as the defense is showing due diligence in conducting the discovery the court will not force them to trial. Do me a favor though, do not refer to this as holding the trial up. They have a job to do and they need to do it well to insure that the verdict is upheld. In addition to absorbing all the information you have read (and more you have not seen), they have depositions to conduct, experts to consult and motions to file and argue. All this takes time.

I am not sure I understand your second question. The standard for a grand jury to return an indictment is that a crime has been committed and it is more likely than not that the defendant committed it. Only the prosecution presents evidence and the rules of evidence do not apply. There is an old saying "the prosecution can get a ham sandwich indicted". The standard for an indictment is very low.

As I am sure you are aware, the standard in a criminal trial is beyond a reasonable doubt. This is a very high standard. Therefore, despite the indictment people have been found not guilty. If this is what you meant by overrule the indictment or proving it wrong then yes it can be done.

If there is so much work that needs to be done to prepare for this trial why hasn't someone starting working on depositions and such? Why did Baez drag his feet in securing a DP attorney so long that the prosecutors had to go before the judge to force Baez to bring another attorney on board. Based on what I have read and watched about Baez I'm also in agreement that Baez is attempting any means he can to stall this trial. But that would imply that he was somehow unethical? go figure.

Awesome. And with that, I'll leave and read up on the case somewhere else. This hate for George and Cindy that has escalated to the point they're being blamed for the death of that sweet little girl they adored nauseates me. I'll cross my fingers and be glad when Casey is found guilty and pays for what SHE did.

Our opinions make you nausea and George and Cindy's behavior is excusable. Our outrage has nothing to do with hate it's about making them accountable for their contribution in this tragedy. Oh wait... you think they're victims just like Caylee.
