No, it's not normal to walk out during a proceeding. The Judge is the first to leave, and everyone rises while the Judge walks out (in a formal court).

I guess this is is the first time they are getting it: they are not a primary party to the criminal proceeding and there are laws for the People of Florida (whoare a primaty party in the criminal proceeding). Was it the judge or the media attorney who said they are just like many other murder vicitms' families: autopsy reports are public record.

That's what I figured. I know in municipal court people come and go throughout the entire thing, but this is different. I cannot believe their behavior sometimes and I just wish they would have some respect for Caylee, but there isn't any IMO. I believe they loved her with all of their hearts, but she's gone and they only have Casey now..to save. Very sad for little Caylee. Let the justice system rise above them and get justice for this baby girl. All of the shows they have been on too, I'm glad they were called to the table for that. They need to let the justice system work and not try to delay it.. making a mockery of things. Baez arguing about something that the prosecution made clear in regards to the photos and Xrays..yet he wasted more of the courts time repeating it..

Basically, the defense laid out some reasons why they thought the autopsy report should not be released, and then George read a statement saying this would cause them more pain.
The argument was countered that a lot of things in this report were already known, and will eventually come out of trial.
It was then compared to the privacy act that the Earnhardt case detailed.
The Judge denied the motion to keep the report sealed, it will be released today, and then the Anthony lawyer went on to say, he wanted some things out of it,but, again ,that was denied.

And, then Baez went on record, saying this would or could hurt his client's right to a fair trial.......

He stood up and asking the judge to delay it for 48 hrs IN CASE the defense decides to file their own motion about it. Judge Strickland didn't fall for that one.

If the defense wanted to file a motion, they've had plenty of time to do it.

Besides the smackdown the judge handed Bozo in court, will he do anything regarding Bozo's attempts AFTER the judge ruled to try and inject himself into the proceedings? As was pointed out, had the defense been a party to the request, the OC would have been expected to roll her large keester into court for this.

That's what I figured. I know in municipal court people come and go throughout the entire thing, but this is different. I cannot believe their behavior sometimes and I just wish they would have some respect for Caylee, but there isn't any IMO. I believe they loved her with all of their hearts, but she's gone and they only have Casey now..to save. Very sad for little Caylee. Let the justice system rise above them and get justice for this baby girl. All of the shows they have been on too, I'm glad they were called to the table for that. Well she is still Caylee's grandmother and was a very large part of her life, I have no doubt the autopsy report made public will torment her ... irregardless of how many things they've done wrong in getting actual justice for Caylee. Oh wow ... George has no problem sucking it up on TV interviews and depositions, but in court he's all teary. He's just as polished at turning the emotions on and off as the rest of the family.

I'm still stunned that Judge S didn't look at him AT ALL until he was nearly finished talking.

He looked at the media attorney, though.

I think it's interesting the judge said he didn't like to have to make the ruling, yet he couldn't seem to bring himself to look at George during his tearful testimony.

Hidy Ho Neighbor! The only thing that could make this day more beautiful, is if I didn't have to work.

I'm starting to think that today is the beginning of the end of the union once known as "Mr. & Mrs. George Anthony."

I think George is cracking and he can't keep up with this pace any longer. He can't lie, be hated and scrutinized and continue living like this. It's probably too late, but I think eventually, he may cross back over from the dark side and try again.

Cindy obviously doesn't care what people think of her and if anything, she inflames people on purpose. She is so in-your-face obnoxious and yes, classless.

No, Cindy never killed her. She did take care of her and obviously loved her. I never said the things she's done towards getting justice for Caylee were right at all, but I'd never try to put myself in her place, either. What's unbelievable about saying George being all pouty was insensitive? The tabloids will make more of it than they will the autopsy records being released. George is defending his daughter too, btw.

Cindy may not have physically killed her but she sure didn't do very much in the way of protecting Caylee either. Once it was discovered that Caylee was missing,stolen,killed Cindy continued to defend her daughter and yelling that Casey was such a good mother and yada yada yada. Do you really think you can excuse Cindy's behavior as a grieving grandmother because you have never been in her shoes? What about all of the other murdered victims families, do you see any other grandmothers, grandfathers or uncles behaving like the Anthony's? You're willing to accuse George of being unsensitive because he won't accept the comfort from the woman who some have speculated created the situation that lead to the death of his grandchild. The tabloids aren't the only players sitting around this table.
