As long as they're never allowed to procreate, they can have each other. I can't see either of them wanting a mate who always has to be number one though. Too much alike.

Family discount could have applied!!
They all have issues, but one of them is a murderer and the rest should be charged with obstruction and tampering with evidence.
Going back to last summer, my hubby said something sad but true..he said Caylee was too good for them, and she was better off not being raised by that family.
I know what he was saying and I couldn't disagree with him.
I just wish a good family had her, not the wicked Anthonys who were ruining her and are part and party to her murder.
MOO
I understand what you're saying, but I just can't say she is better off where she is at.
If a good family had her...like George hoped for after she went missing (not)...we all would not be together...maybe that was why she was placed here...???
She is the glue that keeps us all together...

Hello all...have lurked and stewed all day about the Anthony's...I feel almost insulted by them and their cavalier attitude about this case...and the way they are trying to cash in on this innocent child...Sometimes it takes biting commentary and strong opinions that sometimes shock people to tell a side of a story that is not readily reported on the news...and that is the voice of all of us...We, the People...I think the posters here are an intelligent, thoughtful and reasoning cross section of America - and I bet my last dime that the Anthony's and the entire defense team regularly read what the public is thinking...An entire year has gone by and the level of emotion of general citizens has, if nothing else, INCREASED. Don't try to pluck our heartstrings any more, you lost us a long time ago...we see what you are doing and we are not stupid!
George and Cindy, other supporters and hangers onners...Do not think for one moment that you are fooling anyone with a television and a single digit IQ...and quit whining about your circumstances - YOU did this to yourselves...you and yours provide the fodder, the gasoline and the match...You sold your souls to the Devil and I pray that every thin dime you collect under the guise of your Scamdation just pays your rent for your continued Hell on this Earth. How many other ways can you find to inflame us?
Your potential jurors
Woo Hoo...I think I love you!

Yesterday when I was thinking about what is in the autopsy report, I got to thinking about the duct tape and how it could have been wrapped around her head.
Then I remembered Caylee in the last clip with her Gpa, and she had her hair in a pony tail.
I think she was killed on the 15th, myself, and knowing the ME had to cut the hair off that duct tape..
suggested to me that the tape wasn't just covering her mouth, but wrapped around to the back of her head. The hair at the back, with the pony tail, keeping the tape on.
I know its so sad to think of, but that was my thoughts about what I expect to read in the autopsy report and the ME summary..
Hi Imc!
ITA ... I just think a piece of duct tape around her mouth would have come loose and not been in place the way it was and also holding the jaw in place. I think she wrapped it around her head so she couldn't pull it off. I know that sounds awful but I've been trying to make sense of a piece of tape just over her mouth that Caylee would most likely try to pull off. IMO KC may have drugged her first, then put the duct tape on her and let nature take it's course. It probably happened while she was on the phone with Tony. JMHO I suppose we'll never know for sure if Caylee was overdosed or suffocated but either way with the evidence the state has and asking for the DP means this was a deliberate, heinous act to me.
Something else that's bothered me and has not shown up in any interviews is what I think it was Padilla said (I know take it with a grain of salt) ... that KC was seen late that night (15th) in the parking lot of a motel talking on her cell phone ... does anyone else remember this ???

chuckles... she would have the right to see Casey anytime that she chose. I just wonder if someone would email Kathi Belich and ask her nicely, to see if she couldn't get her hands on Casey's Inmate Visitors Log for the last several months...back to January 26th. Then we could all know just who is seeing Casey in the jail. I would do this email myself, however, can't seem to get my PC to work with the email link on her WFTV site.
if I were Casey's attorney I would make damn sure i had a third party(another member of team) along with me at all meetings with her, just to make sure she doesn't play two sides against the middle or just decide to play mind games and tell different tales to each lawyer. I wouldn't believe one word of what she said with some one to vouch for it.

No matter what scenario you look at in the killing of Caylee, there is NO way around the duct tape that was wrapped around her head, over her mouth and around the back, enough to hold it in place for 6 months in those elements.

Casey Anthony: Jail videotape 'so damaging,' judge rules
http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/entertainment_tv_tvblog/2009/06/casey-anthony-jail-videotape-so-damaging-judge-rules.html
Defense attorney Richard Hornsby, who offers legal analysis for WESH, predicted that not having the tape at trial wouldn't hurt the state's case. "It's not going to advance the state's case at all," Hornsby told Kealing. "They already had their case decided long before this video was made."

Cyanide vs. arsenic. Which works faster?
Depends on the dosage. But generally, cyanide works faster than arsenic. As a less painful, humane alternative to electrocution, "gas chambers" used cyanide gas for execution. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gas_chamber Also, when you read about "suicide pills" they are referring to capsules filled with potassium cyanide http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suicide_pill
Arsenic is a slower poison that is not as toxic as cyanide. Before antibiotics it was used in low doses to treat syphilis. http://www.soilandhealth.org/02/0201hyglibcat/020134syphilis/020134syphilis-ch10.htm

wow that order does speak volumes. obviously she did not act like a grieving mother.
from the judge applying the 3 part test:
'potential jury pool might view this video and develop a 'hardened' attitude in reference to the defendant's guilt'.
IMO, she should not have been upset as the remains were not identified. when they found bones at a prior search, there wasnt any reaction from her or a flurry of visits IIRC.
the troubling part is the fact she was up until 4:30am with a visitor, one of Baez's attorneys who spent several hours with her.
then, hours later, Caylee is discovered.
IMO, she was being prepared. and perhaps she uttered something that is so abhorrent with regard to the discovery, it will cause a 'hardened attitude".

Judge Stan ruled ixnay on release of the 12/11 ideovay.
too funny Imp!
WFTV's Jeff Deal quoted corrections officers who said that Anthony appeared to hyperventilate, started to sweat and called for medication.
At 6 p.m., Deal provided analysis: "In this ruling, the judge uses such strong language, it's pretty obvious he feels that somebody could see this video and assume that Casey Anthony is guilty. And while it's possible this video could come out in trial, right now the judge doesn't want anyone to see it." ...........
On WOFL-Channel 35, former Judge Andrew Napolitano said Strickland's ruling on the videotape "must mean that she did something on there which would divert the attention of the jury from the facts in the courtroom to their memory of this video."

Hi everyone!!!
Good to see ya all!
Just got thru reading yesterday's thread (I spent all of yesterday over the mountain so am finally catching up on Tues. events) and enjoyed everyone's input.
But Heyes mentioned the tip line- and thinking of C & G's interview and their mission to "help" others that are missing-
made me think- they have professed to believe everything she has said as being the truth. I think they need to be very concerned that their daughter may be a serial person of lost people.
There is a small community of people connected to Casey that can't be found- They Are Missing! What did she do with all of them and why aren't the Anthonys looking for these missing people that were involved with their daughter's and granddaughter's life!
What did you do with them Casey?
Where is Jeffrey Hopkins and his son Zachary?
Where is your friend and co-worker Juliette Lewis?
Where is Raquel Farrell?
What happened to your direct supervisor Tom Manley?
What about Thomas Franck?
Aren't their families worried sick about where they are?
Not only is *the* ZFG missing, but so is her mother Gloria, her sister Sam, Z's nephews and nieces and her dog is missing too! The white dog- the one that exists because Cindy said it did.
That's twelve people missing and a dog! Good grief- they all didn't end up in the Bermuda Triangle.
We know where little Caylee ended up- but what about all these people?!
(pick a day when you aren't home worrying about yourself Cindy, and do what you can to look for all these missing people in Florida)

Hi boo!
Trying to picture KC's reaction and realization that she's in a heap of trouble ... all I can picture is her saying "snap" "oh, snap" "snap" ... it must be extremely damning for Strickland to seal it ...
(snap=several 4-letter words)
This would make a great bombshell moment..This is what I'm hoping for....
casey was pi$$ed at d.c.. and her mom for hiring him.. Hopefully She was screaming what a stupid P.I he was for not finding Caylee before someone else did..now that would seal her fate..
Must be really bad for Judge to seal it..I have this funny feeling no one will ever see this tape..Not even in the court room .If the Judge said she'll never get a fair trial in Fl if this tape is released my guess is he'll keep it sealed because it'll be an appeal issue..

This is what will put Casey away for the rest of her natural life. Either LWOP or forced death. Her "clues."
Does she really think she can get thru this trial with the likes of Baez as front and center defense attorney?
I wonder what AL has been up to. Haven't heard. I wonder if she was able to visit Casey and what the exchange was. I believe Baez has warned Casey about AL and tells her she is only there to get the death penalty lifted. Baez is not going to like it one bit if he's not in the spot light 100% of the time on behalf of Murder momma...
They must not have much to say when Baez and Casey are together, visiting or having a meeting. Baez is there to see Casey almost everyday.
Has it been mentioned that AL has been in to see Casey at all?
I too agree with The good Judges decision regarding the tape. (For now)

Hi! I haven't heard anything lately about Ms. Lyons or how much time she's spent with Casey. Since she isn't even local to FL, I'd think she's only on board regarding the DP and everything else is being handled by Baez. They really don't care.
This is an excerpt from the "Sociopath Next Door". "Imagine if you can-- not having a conscience, none at all. No feeling of guilt or remorse not matter what you do, no limiting sense of concern for the well-being of strangers, friends, or even family members. Imagine no struggles with shame, not a single one in your whole life, not matter what kind of selfish, lazy, harmful, or immoral action you had taken. And pretend that the concept of responsibility is unknown to you, except as a burden others seem to accept without question, like gullible fools. Now add this strange fantasy the ability to conceal from other people that your psychological makeup is radically different from theirs. Since everyone simply assumes that conscience is universal among human beings, hiding the fact that you are conscience-free is nearly effortless. You are not held back from any of your desires by guilt or shame, and you are never confronted by others for your cold-bloodedness. The ice water in your veins is so bizarre, so completely outside of their personal experience, that they seldom even guess your condition. In other words, you are completely free of internal restraints, and your unhampered liberty to do as you please, with no pangs of conscience , is conveniently invisible to the world."

Cindy has never seen God but she knows he exists just like the nanny and her imaginary dog.
oh that's right- man- I remember her saying that and went
I understand there is what a person believes and then there is the truth, and that it isn't always the same but to throw God and the dog in there- because Caylee talked about a puppy!
(unlike Cindy- I like to say I "see" God if you will in Life itself- in a flower blooming, in an ocean wave, in a raindrop, in a baby's eyes, in bird singing...) imo

casey was pi$$ed at d.c.. and her mom for hiring him..

In other words, you are completely free of internal restraints, and your unhampered liberty to do as you please, with no pangs of conscience , is conveniently invisible to the world."

in her last hearing (i don't know name of the one atty that sat down next to her), she wrote something down on paper, slid it over to him, he did a quick something on it and passed it back. i wondered at the time if she started a hangman game  then he started talking to her seriously about something.
has anybody counted how many times she touched/fixed her hair in that hearing that we could see?
Hi jo and all :seeya:
I thought the same thing about the hangman game. GMTA!
I just saw that clip yet again on NG and it reminded me of how watching the video of the hearing and all her antics, I went back an watched again...I do think she was doing the hang man game or tic/tac/toe with him.
She also wrote something to JB...I would love to see what she's writing each time she's at a hearing and has the pad and pencil.
Somehow I don't think she's writing questions about the proceeding.
Just a feeling I have.
I haven't counted all her tics. It would be interesting if someone (maybe me) did a count, not only touching/fixing her hair. What about how many times she straighted and pulled on her blouse? How many times she rubbed her hands together? She doesn't seem to be one of those facing touching peeps. But, she sure does the hair and clothes touching, adjusting thing. As well as that insisant hand rubbing.
With tha hand thing, every time she does it I think of the line from Shakespeare's, was it Hamlet? "Out damn spot, out".
Apparently she did that alot on that now sealed jailhous video as well.

Many people run in to them at work. Not all sociopaths kill. just as not all killers are sociopaths. They can harm you in many ways. At work they can destroy your reputation and can get you fired. Many are quite intelligent and can fool you for years. They learn over the years to "act" in order to mask their inability for real compassion.

I noticed in viewing some of the old interviews with Cindy today that people posted this week that she did speak of Caylee more than once in the past tense- not sure if it was nerves or that it shows she had more inside info that she never shared with LE.

There are all kinds of ways to spin an emotional reaction. After all, everyone "grieves" in a different way. Uh huh. Obviously there is not one iota of redeeming emotionality in this video. Amazing when you think of it. Must be absolutely disgusting. I hope they find a way to bring it out at trial though. At a minimum, I think it will be admissable in the penalty phast of the trial. aggravating vs. mitigating circumstances.

"Covering Caylee" by Kerry Sanders, NBC News Correspondent and this comment-
*Roy Kronk, the meter-reader, who repeatedly told deputies he thought there was something odd in the woods where Caylee’s body was eventually found, offered to sell a picture of a dead snake.
"A snake?"
Yes. A snake!
It was supposedly a snap shot of a snake they’d found when Kronk and others, including a deputy, entered the woods to follow up on Kronk’s suspicion that there was something important to the case in the woods.
Why would anyone want that snapshot?
It’s unclear, but he found a media buyer who allegedly coughed up several thousand dollars for the picture.
*A make-shift memorial to Caylee was established just 50 or so yards from where her body was discovered.
heck- the snake was dead- here's a pic of a Very Live Snake in our basement- still uncaught, haven't seen it since the day hubby took the pic-

however, sniff, I don't think anyone will pay us thousands of $$$ for our snakey.

:chicken:
Scary, isn't it. :scared:
And that book also states that 4 people out of 25 are sociopaths. Does that not frighten the socks right off you?!

I got distracted by the audio of Cindy calling Tim a thief and threatening him to not cross the line on NG.
I suspect Cindy worked Tim over behind the scenes, too. There's a reason Tim says his searches for Caylee left him nearly financially and emotionally bankrupt.
So interesting that NeJame became counsel for Equusearch and stopped rep'ing the Anthonys. I'm not completely down with NeJame, but seems to me the good guys separated themselves as quickly as they could from the Anthonys.

May just be me, but you've confused me because these 'humans' do exist. Many of them are criminals and have or are hurting other humans. Many are them are not criminal, yet they are all around us and hurting other people in ways that are just this side of law or hurting them emotioanally and psychologically, but we won't know of them unless they hurt us, someone we care about, know about, or perhaps commit one of these horrendous crimes.
It is wise to be aware and somewhat educated about the Casey/Cindy, Scott Peterson, Diane Downs, Melanie McGuire, Eintweisal....etc, etc, types in our world so as to try and avoid them in our own lives. Or at least keep a damn good eye on them.:sneaky:

I believe most posters here are quite interesting and knowledgeable. Although there are many bulletin boards discussing this case, I'd be willing to bet that most posters on those boards are either also members here or they've been been banned here so many times they can't get back. The rules and guidelines help keep the posts contained somewhat, so it's probably more concise. Just probably the best resource for theories, etc., to help build her book. imo

(pick a day when you aren't home worrying about yourself Cindy, and do what you can to look for all these missing people in Florida)
imo
Great great post.

Creepy isn't it?
Individuals need to take responsibility for what they do with their money as well.
Everyone should do their homework before giving to an organization of any kind.
Still, I am in complete agreement with you.
These "non-profits" do need to be regulated more stringently.
It is my understanding that each state has it's own laws regarding non-profits.
I have heard it said that Florida is a like a candy store for con men and scam artists.
I actually came close to donating to KFN at the beginning of this case.
However, I did research them.
At that time, there was no negative information about them, but nothing positive either.
Believe it or not, I thought that KFN was a legit organization and that the A's were taking advantage of their generosity.
I never did send them any money, thank goodness.
I was on to the A's long before I suspected KFN of being a less than stellar organization! :scared:

I happened to catch a short clip with the A's lawyer Conway.
I'm 'SHOCKED' with what he said. Not so much the part about someone else could have been involved in the crime WITH Casey, but the part where he said he knows of no theory about what happened to Caylee that doesnt include Casey under the umbrella of suspicion.
That so goes against the A's public stance that Casey is not involved, that a Zanny exists, that Casey is innocent.

Yet (iirc) never answered the question about if they (G&C) would get any proceeds from the book in ANY WAY
Are the Ant's letting the book be published without any expectation of some kind of $$$$ coming their way? I hardly think so. If they weren't getting something off this first book...they would also have among the motion to keep the jail film not shown, and then the motion to keep the autopsy report away the public, the media...they would have a motion to stop the publishing of this book or motion to delay.
Just the fact that nothing like this has happened, I think the Ant's are most likely getting something from the book.

And that book also states that 4 people out of 25 are sociopaths. Does that not frighten the socks right off you?!
(Hmmm... how many people are posting right now? Making calculations in my mind...)
:lol::lol: You funny lady!!!!
You can take me out of your calculations. My ex is a socio/narcissist...they don't marry or relationship with those who are like them, except maybe with the Ant's. And that could only be because I see Cindy as a narcissist and she bore Casey. Casey is not only a narcissist. She's a socio/psychpath.
It IS very scary to think that there are so many of 'them' out and about our world.

Very weird.
She walked out of the new interview with WOFL! :w00t:
She did !! lol I didn't watch it before because the beginning was exactly the same as the other times I watched it.
I see now there was more to it, ending with her walking out when being pressed about whether her story is true and her own criminal record.

Bringing my own post back from earlier about ttw.
She will join us again, this is where crime authors get their info.
Thanks for these links imc.
I'll be delving into them. This is not the t-something I was thinking about earlier.
ITA that she'll be here or is here, you are right, the message boards are a deep well of info that is not available on the usual news report.
There have been so many times my DD has come to me and said, 'did you hear the latest?', about the Caylee case, and I've said to her, yes, I saw it on the board 2 (or whatever) days ago.
If I were writing a book, I'm not, I would certainly be part of the message boards that are there for the case. We all know, thanks to our wonderful links providers, googlers, researchers and everyone who share any info they come across, way more than the average person.
We message boarders, we FLB and FLUB's are the real people who really know. :sneaky:

Yes, I absolutely think she will come here to post with us while she finishes the book, due out Nov 3.
She hung out on this forum during the Mike Peterson case and wrote 'Written In Blood'.
Very good book, good author.
Oh, so she is already an established crime writer. Now I'm very interested in her work.

I just finished looking at both interviews.
This woman has a script. Too much detail for someone who supposedly walks by Casey's very small cell thru her very small window.
Hmmmm, crackers, cookies, bags of candy, make up and black paper flowers for her little memorial area for Caylee.
Oh, and "when she looks at you her eyes are dark like Satan and they're piercing while they look right thru you.
Sounds like she was her cell mate rather than a "walk by."
I'm not buying it.:punch:

Let me say this..each and every poster here contributes in many ways to help in the journey towards truth and justice.
The totality of the information gathered right here, the ideas, debates, theorys..go to help LE, lawyers, victims and authors etc.
When truth is proven beyond a reasonable doubt, and justice is served to the victim, then is when we celebrate.
Yep, fat lazy bloggers have a great impact.
Right On imc!!!!

I hadn't seen the clip with the jail mate, where she walks off the set.
I'd like to believe her story but I see her new outfit, and her criminal record, and well, she lost all credibility.
Everyone wants to make a buck off Caylee.
Poor little munchkin.

:scared:Yes it is creepy.
You did your research, and I applaud that. But I bet most folks don't. They just send a check. I am really appalled at these non-profits.. especially in the child missing area. But I am sure there are scam artists in all areas. PEOPLE.. research where you put your money.

Ok, I was flipping channels and stopped when I saw they were discussing the Caylee case on Nancy Grace.
Just shocked....
I was also shocked DT when I heard him. I am thinking tho, he may be beginning to map his path out of his representing the Ant's.
I'm sure the Ant's are furious with what he said. He pretty well said Casey did it and someone helped her.
It could be he has reached a point that he feels he can no longer in good conscience represent the Ant's.
This may have been his first strike in trying to get out from under them without having a big media hoopla when he does.
If he continues on with this statement, the Ant's for sure are going to fire him. Maybe he would rather be fired than be yet another attorney that dumped them.

8 books I think..
Wow. I'll have to take a look at the books I have, I may have a book of hers.
I have so many true crime, as well as fiction crime I can't remember all the authors.
Lots of which will be being sold in my yard sales in preparing for the big move.
I honestly don't remember if I was on then. TRC?
I know there are many 3 letter t something.
Wow, if is the T I'm thinking of, she's been with us all along. Especially since she's been registered since '08.
If it's who I'm thinking of, she's a great poster and has all the emotions and has shown me her committment to what we all want, JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE MARIE.
I must say tho, I feel kinda funny about her not answering the question about proceeds coming to her. Ok, I'm embarrassed....I want to say as....>someone< said earlier, and can't remember ...she said she hadn't paid for any pictures.
Hey OG, long time no see.
I think it is trw but I could be very wrong.

Yes, yes, poor little muchkin.
As far as I'm concerned about the jail mate...she seemed, sounded so believable. So does each and every con 'man'.
She has no credibility with me. Sorry, but when someone has been or is in jail...I will always take whatever they say with a HUGE box of salt. Especially with this case. Not surprised she has disappeared. This one got her 5 mins of fame, got her new outfit, was paid by the National Enquirer. Just add her to the list of scammers trying to make a buck off of Caylee.
Sickening.

Hi OG, as far as bc goes I still haven't figure out why he was on his own morning show and not with the a's seems kinda of strange to me.. also imo it doesn't matter if he stays as the a's attorney or not..imo he's lost all credibilty as a attorney when he started lying. another one I like was when he was due in court with Mr.Morgan and said he couldn't come because he threw his back out.. ok he's in a wheelchair how do you throw your back out?
