Have we ever learned exactly what casey anthony said to Amy, Jesse and Anthony during the above conversations? I have always thought it may have been possible that she was looking for someone to watch Caylee so that she could be with Anthony Lazarro the night of 6/16. The last flurry of calls to cindy could have been an effort to have her babysit. That's one theory.

The other more likely theory is she left the anthony home on 6/15 after a fight and murdered Caylee then out of spite and anger at cindy.

At any rate, we are missing some interviews from these two critical dates, especially from Anthony Lazarro, imo.

It has always been about the ratings. They'll stop interviewing the Anthony's when people stop watching and are sick of them enough to let the media know. Until then, you'll see their lying faces any time they want to deflect media attention from something else (cough autopsy report & memorial today) and further their lies (cough breakfast on the last day). It's sickening but it's the ratings that rule, always. Cindy said Caylee was missing from them for five months?? I had to play it again to make sure she said 5 months. If you start June 16th, then five months will take you to November 15th. Hi A!! Lots of people jumped all over Lyon when she spouted the company line that first day we heard her. But, if she advances an accidental defense, then it would be accurate to declare casey anthony was "innocent" of the charge against her, which is first degree murder.

The more I think about this, the more I am convinced this is the defense she's going to use, because the other ones are so unbelievable.


Thanks Scampi. I have felt for a while that they would go the accident route and then claim Casey was too afraid of Cindy to tell the truth (something along those lines). The "Casey is innocent" line was not jiving. But the way you explained it makes sense. She is "innocent" of first degree murder. I don't buy GA's story of the 16th and I think that Conway just confirmed again that it was the 15th that was the last time they saw Caylee alive.

It just still really bothers me that if there was a fight with CA on the 15th the most logical place for KC to head would be to Lee's, which at that time was IIRC very close the Anthonys. Cell phone pings indicate that she was very close to the Anthony home but no one has searched the house where Lee was staying as far as I know. It could be that Lee wasn't even home that night but I still think that is where the murder scene is.

Just wrap up Caylee's lifeless body in the WTP blanket and then place her in trash bags and hide her. Later use the laundry bag to make it easier to carry her ...and eventually dump her just inside the edge of the woods on Suburban drive.

Perhaps Brad said the 15th, because he has had conversations w/George and Cindy, and perhaps they have told him a different story than given out? Besides, IIRC, Cindy supposedly only "knew" and "could hear" Casey and Cindy were asleep the night of the 15th, she didn't see them up and about before she left for work. So, the 15th would be accurate for her.

And George, IMO, he also only saw them on the 15th. I think his newest version where he includes he was up w/Caylee @ 7:30 "as usual" is in response to opinons he has read about his first version where supposedly he saw them for the first time that day when Caylee and Casey were leaving about 1pm.

I don't know about Casey getting on the stand. She hasn't talked yet, except about the nanny who either abducted Caylee from the apartment she didn't rent @ Sawgrass, or abducted Caylee w/help from sister Samantha @ JBP after knocking Casey down in broad daylight, on a day when there would be people and their kids all over that park. I don't see her getting up and saying anything else, and surely she realizes by now that both stories, and in fact because there are TWO versions, that she can't get up and testify to carp like that.

My take on George's new enhanced memory.. he and Cindy are doing everything they can to get Caylee out of their house still alive. ITA, the one place that this information should have been stated would have been in the initial police reports and interviews. I don't think it was ever stated anywhere until this morning. "Under oathe" just does not apply to the Anthonys in any form.

That was my tho't---I guess hind sight is 20-20 and now she realizes her mistake of turning help away (and not just Tim Miller, but anyone who was looking for a dead Caylee) and wants other families to not make the same mistake? My guess is, she has convenient amnesia about turning away help.

I did notice, when they were talking about the foundation, never once did they say it was to help find missing children. It is to BRING AWARENESS to missing children, to keep their faces in the media. I guess their "help" in finding missing children is only in keeping people aware of them, not actually doing something like taking the boat out on waters to LOOK for missing children.

And, I remember her chastizing (Okay, she yelled) about people not getting off their azzes to search for Caylee, when all she did was interviews, either on talk shows or impromptu w/reporters in front of her house, when she wasn't out fighting w/protesters. I'm probably not remembering Cindy's statement correctly.

I don't remember Cindy saying that, but I have not read all the articles or watched all the interviews, so I could just have missed it. But you and I have the same memory about George never saying it. From all that I remember, he did not see them that day until they were leaving. He has never, ever, before, that I recall, said that he got up w/Caylee that am. I do recall him saying @ least once, in the depo, I think, that he was the one who usually got up w/Caylee, got her breakfast, watched videos or tv, etc. USUALLY, but never did I hear him say he did so on June 16th, until today.

Have we ever learned exactly what casey anthony said to Amy, Jesse and Anthony during the above conversations? I have always thought it may have been possible that she was looking for someone to watch Caylee so that she could be with Anthony Lazarro the night of 6/16. The last flurry of calls to cindy could have been an effort to have her babysit. That's one theory.

The other more likely theory is she left the anthony home on 6/15 after a fight and murdered Caylee then out of spite and anger at cindy.

At any rate, we are missing some interviews from these two critical dates, especially from Anthony Lazarro, imo.

That was my tho't---I guess hind sight is 20-20 and now she realizes her mistake of turning help away (and not just Tim Miller, but anyone who was looking for a dead Caylee) and wants other families to not make the same mistake? My guess is, she has convenient amnesia about turning away help.

I did notice, when they were talking about the foundation, never once did they say it was to help find missing children. It is to BRING AWARENESS to missing children, to keep their faces in the media. I guess their "help" in finding missing children is only in keeping people aware of them, not actually doing something like taking the boat out on waters to LOOK for missing children.

And, I remember her chastizing (Okay, she yelled) about people not getting off their azzes to search for Caylee, when all she did was interviews, either on talk shows or impromptu w/reporters in front of her house, when she wasn't out fighting w/protesters. It is quite likely that Caylee was killed right there in the Anthony home. Casey would have no need at all to pack a bag for her. Just wrap up Caylee's lifeless body in the WTP blanket and then place her in trash bags and hide her. Later use the laundry bag to make it easier to carry her ...and eventually dump her just inside the edge of the woods on Suburban drive.

I think her body sat in the trunk of the Pontiac while Casey and Tone shopped for video in Blockbuster and then stayed in that trunk for the next day or so til she dumped her in the woods. I think the parking lot by TonE's apt was large enough that she could put her car there and not have a lot of attention on it.

Yep, in the interview linked, neither one said they saw Casey or Caylee IN THE MORNING. Just that George says @ 10 to 1, they came out of the room, he asks where they are going, etc etc etc. And, George did NOT say he got out of his chair where he was watching his cooking show to put Caylee into the car. "They walked out the door....." does NOT sound like, "I got up and walked them to the car and put Caylee in the car" type of thing.

Other random tho'ts--things probably discussed to death, lol. So, Caylee can do more in June 2008 than she had before, so they made "a concious effort" to lock the shed. Hmmm....perhaps she could reach the handle, maybe even turn it, but wouldn't some kind of a hook up out of her reach be just as effective as locking it? AND, if Casey could break into the shed to take the gas cans, why couldn't she have just broke into the shed to take a shovel instead of borrowing from the neighbor? Well, I guess she could be thinking, if there ever comes an investigation, LE would certainly look @ George's shovels, maybe the neighbor woudn't think to talk to LE and give up his shovel.

Quick question and I apologize if this is out there in links and such. The autopsy report is being held back by defense for the Anthony's sake? Does this autopsy report hold date of death? We know about when poor Caylee's death occurred, but does this report show it? and if so, then the A's know it? Geesh.. all I'm thinking is if that's the case, this would be an awful private and somber day for the grieving family... Yet between the A's and the media they can't do that. Also, any "foundation" being set up by this family as a result of this tragedy should be formed AFTER justice is served for Caylee. How could you set up a foundation to help familys/missing children, etc. when you didn't even help in finding your own? :sad:

And that is exactly the reason I have reservations (okay, I don't believe him) about George's story that, altho Cindy "heard" them sleeping when she left, and they both say Casey and Caylee were in the room the night before, is because not once did he talk about being w/Caylee during the morning. IMO, if he had spent the morning w/Caylee as usual, w/breakfast and tv and all that, he would have included that. He jumped from, he knew they were in their room because they were there last night to, they were wearing these clothes, w/this backpack and were leaving.

Brad doesn't seem to be up so much on the Sunshine law himself. It isn't the prosecution that is releasing all the information. It is THE LAW that the information is made public once the defense gets it--and he surely wants the defense to get information about the case. The way he says it, one would believe that the prosecution is just giving all this info straight to the media.

The A's don't want to have to read or hear about Caylee's remains--well, there is the remote or even the option of getting up and turning the channel or even turning the TV off (I'm pretty sure there isn't anything about Caylee on HGTV or the Food Channel.) They don't HAVE to read anything, or even hear anything. They aren't being held captive in front of a tv or around a radio, or being forced to read the newspapers.

Something that I would really, really like to see in the Discovery (just can't take George and Cindy's word for this), is their work hours/days for June and July. Detailed records. Did either of them take sick days? Cindy has stated that she took a whole week of vacation twice... but I would like to see proof. I am satisfied with the proof in the Discovery, that Casey was not working. LOL

It sounds sort of like he was saying that on that day he never realized he'd never be able to hug her, hear her call him Jo Jo, or put her in the car and say goodbye to her ever again. I'm not sure he actually said he put her in the car on that day. He did say, however, that he fixed her breakfast on that day which is NOT what he's said before.

I understood that all that was left of Caylee was skeletal remains, I don't think other parts (stomach, etc) were found. (I could be wrong, but that is how I understood it.)

Brad doesn't seem to be up so much on the Sunshine law himself. It isn't the prosecution that is releasing all the information. It is THE LAW that the information is made public once the defense gets it--and he surely wants the defense to get information about the case. The way he says it, one would believe that the prosecution is just giving all this info straight to the media.

The A's don't want to have to read or hear about Caylee's remains--well, there is the remote or even the option of getting up and turning the channel or even turning the TV off (I'm pretty sure there isn't anything about Caylee on HGTV or the Food Channel.) They don't HAVE to read anything, or even hear anything. They aren't being held captive in front of a tv or around a radio, or being forced to read the newspapers.

The other dude did it defense is negated by everything associated with the crime tracks back to the anthony home.

Especially if casey anthony takes the stand and tells the jury about some accident in a fairly credible and emotional manner. She may just reach some juror who is willing to extend her the benefit of the doubt.

Yup, trial balloons. You float a b.s. theory balloon to see if it will stay afloat where people might becomes interested and convinced. Or if it will get popped and drop into the water. . . where it will be found by the Kidfinders boat as it putters along displaying posters of missing children to anyone who might want to take a break from fishing and go search for the missing.

you may be right on this, George gets all mumbly when he lies so it's can be hard to hear. But if he never realized that would be that last time he do those things, what made him remember exactly what they were wearing? Cindy squeezed his leg and he said oh, it was his favorite cooking show that he never missed ... and some local to the area checked to see what show was on the Food Channel at that time. I don't remember what it was, but it was NOT the kind of show that would draw that kind of devotion ... can't remember what it was, though. However, I do remember discussion that it wasn't the kind of show that George would be watching regularly. :confused:

I know I had seen early on, so it must not have been this Greta interview, where Cindy's little squeeze caused George to say "I was watching the ne....my favorite cooking show." Or, a cooking show I always watch, paraphrased. IMO, it sounds like he might have been watching the news the night of the 15th when Casey and Caylee left the house. And, maybe she stormed out, or maybe she decided she was just going to leave after she had time to think about it. And, I wonder how many times in the past has she left the house with or without Caylee late in the evening?

Regardless, I still have my doubts that George Anthony saw either Casey or Caylee on the afternoon of the 16th, just from all that I have read and heard.

As for LE searching LEE's home, I believe he had room mates at that time and by interviewing them ruled out casey anthony and/or Caylee being at that home on 6/15 or 6/16.



I doubt very much that the heart sticker was at hand. Casey (or whoever) had to go find it and put in on. If she can take the time to do that, she could take the time to call 911.

Unless he has new information that the death-qualified attorney has convinced Baez that the only way to keep the death penalty off the table, is for Casey to confess -- which would be to an "accident" that she was psychologically incapable of telling her parents about.
