Lies GA, he can't finish them. I bet he has permanent black/blue marks and digs on his thighs; everytime he opens his mouth Cin grabs him. I just saw a short clip on HLN of the interview. First time I heard Cin say she missed Caylee. IMO IIRC
BG
I noticed in the GVS otr utube videos that Cindy had her hand on his thigh the whole time (I watched for about 1/2 hour altho GVS says there was almost 2 hours taped) during those videos. Moved her hand to scratch her head or nose or something, then her hand was right back on his thigh. I wonder about those pinches, too.
And, the last LKL interview. She was holding his hand even tho it looked rather awkward and uncomfortable in that position. Wonder again, if that was so she could signal him if he started to say something she didn't want out there.
It also could have been a show of affection (after all, they only have each other now.) Possibly in response to the public (or @ least posters) noticing that they never touched each other, even in a comforting gesture.
I'm betting, a combination of both. But, that is JMO.

Im just glad that the a's arent getting any money from it.
some people just eat when they are depressed - maybe that's the case here - NOT
I wonder how that figures into the mantra, "I haven't eaten, I haven't slept Well, I got 30 minutes sleep 3 nights ago, and I have been living on bottled water. I've lost weight." I guess, tho, she wasn't depressed as much as maybe worried, anxious, etc.
And, you know, once they found Caylee's body, all the angst goes away and they are able to finally eat a fine meal @ a posh eatery. Oh, the body they found hasn't been id'd as Caylee? Ooops!!!!

We don't know what he said @ the GJ hearing, those records ARE sealed, @ least for the time being. And, George has not revealed what he said, @ least not that anyone has reported that they were told by him what he said.
IMO, he gave the same responses to the GJ that he gave to LE.
He knew what he smelled; he knew his daughter was a liar; he never met the babysitter, because he and his wife were the babysitters. He 'had a feeling' his daughter didnt have a job. etc etc etc.
and then, goes on national TV and calls the smell GARBAGE. well within his rights to LIE TO THE PUBLIC.
LE already had his #. and GA tried his best to gather information FROM them (when he requested to talk to them WITHOUT Cindy OR LEE knowing)....
that was his SCAM...pretend he was concerned....he was looking for investigative discovery information during that interview, so coy, he thinks.....(duh him, as if they would share that with him)....he didnt want Lee to know he was there, but wanted Lee there to listen to the 911 calls that were going to be released.
imagine that. lying about where he is, and asking LE to lie on his behalf...good gawd....wow....pretty amazing behaviour, ending an interview about a child that is probably MURDERED and asking LE to lie for him....
welcome to the Anthonys house of lies....they think its normal to lie...about the most insignificant things...
SCARY PEOPLE.

Ok I have a strange question. When the trial starts does Casey have to appear everyday? I'm just wondering with all the special treatment she has been getting, if she might try to not attend when they are going over the autopsy and the condition of the body.
She is a sociopath...no feelings for others...won't matter...she feels nothing...Caylee was just like a toy to her...not real...not human...just a thing...in this case a pawn to manipulate people to give her what she wants. When that was not working...she disposed of her.

And there you have it. Ugly Coping in psychiatric terms.
So, that might cover her actions (if you want to believe it, of course ) for dancing @ Fusion. Don't know so much about covering the continued calls and texts between her and Cindy where she says where Caylee is. And, the shopping, okay. But stealing a check book to pay for it? Nah. And while she might have been in a fugue state AFTER Caylee was murdered, that does NOT cover her murdering her. IMO, anyway. I suppose Casey murdering Caylee could be the cause of the fugue state, but it doesn't cover the planning of the murder, the disposing of Caylee. IMO.
I don't suppose they can say the fight w/Cindy would be the "incident" that would cause the fugue, and she murdered Caylee in a fugue state. Because, I don't think this was the first time Cindy and Casey had a downright good fight, so just another fight wouldn't cause trauma enough, IMO.

When did Cindy say she last saw Caylee? When she said she tucked her and Casey in bed that night? I remember she said she heard them sleeping the next morning. Why would you even listen? Why check?
jmo
My guess would be that there is always the possibility that, after a row w/Cindy on previous occasions, Casey might have taken off after the A's were asleep. If that is the case, perhaps Cindy was "just checking" after this fight. My guess is that Casey and Caylee were NOT in that room sleeping, but that Cindy and George did not think it "unusual" for Casey to be gone after a fight, with Caylee in tow. If that is the case, they probably just figured they would show back up sooner or later. That's just my guess, of course.

Imo, unless there's a smoking gun *bombshell* from the dump site (which I suspect there is, and certainly HOPE there is), proving premeditation beyond a reasonable doubt could be one of the weaker links in the state's case. I don't put much stock in the internet searches, personally.
So that leaves accident. And if Casey killed Caylee "by accident," I don't think it would be terribly difficult for a p$ychiatri$t for the defen$e to make a case the OC's behavior after the "terminal event" was a result of deep shock and/or trauma and/or a fugue state.
And before anybody jumps my chit, I'm only discussing possibilities for a defense. Because there WILL be a defense of some kind, and the only defense they can mount that won't get them laughed out of the courtroom, imo, is some version of an "accident."

Nicely written article. I do hope @ some point he corrects the finding of Caylee's remains from November to December.
And, another writer who has not yet addressed the previous relationship of Lois and the A's. It's not like these ladies (@ least Lois) are just any persons deciding on a whim to place a cross @ the memorial and just happened to catch Cindy removing said cross, w/George nearby in the getaway vehicle. These people have had a conflict in the past. Everyone seems to ignore that when they are reporting. I would think that tidbit would be "newsworthy." Another twist in an already twisted tale. IMO

I have no doubt they can get shrinks to testify to whatever they want. Psych is so...nebulous. There is little to no physiological testing that can give the jurors "proof" of a defect of the brain (psychologically speaking). The majority in the biz can agree on most diagnoses and treatment modalities, but then you have your fringe peeps. How are you going to disprove what someone says is possible in someone's head? This could be challenging.

Pru ITA! theres a lot of missing children who dont get the coverage they need..
RC did the right thing in sending the A's packing.. Their "so called help" is not want any parent of a missing child needs.. They need real help. not PHONY'S..
It was bad enough with the Crystal and her attorney taking the focus off Haylee. Then you have the A's and KFN trying to step in and use Haylee as there own forum to generate more donations for the A's..and KFN..They were going to use this family for their own personal gain..
cindy saying she was responsible for getting media coverage is a bunch of crap! she's got too much time on her hands she needs to get a real job and leave these people alone...If cindy and george want to do something productive why dont they start by telling the truth about their own murderess daughter. ?
I was one of the lucky ones who daughter was found alive thanks to the good lord above and pepper spray.. friends and family.. But I still panic when I cant get ahold of her the first time I call.. guess that sounds stupid... but..you just never know..

Does anyone think Ron Cummings will respond to the anthonys statements today?
Seems Ron Cummings is not speaking these days, only thru his attorneys. If Ron and his attorneys have any brains, they will not initiate a response to this garbage. AND, if asked, just say "no comment." And walk away. To answer to this would just be giving the A's more air time, I'm sure. Someone would then have to ask the A's their response to Ron's response, and it would go round and round ad nauseum.

Exactly. She acted like a freak. No one normal understands why she behaved as she did, and folks (including jurors, imo) want an explanation. A convincing $rhink for the defense could provide that explanation.

8:50 on the timer http://www.wftv.com/video/17565512/index.html Cindy said she usually left for work 7:20 - 7:30 on Monday and Tuesdays. On very rare occasion, Caylee might be awake before she left.
August 4, 2008 interview with George http://www.docstoc.com/docs/4825322/Casey-Anthony-George-Anthony-interview
Page 3 George told LE "generally I'd be up like 7:30, 8:00 in the morning, shortly after my wife would leave and I know maybe like 9 or 10 then that's when Casey and Caylee would come out cause Caylee used to sleep a lot with uh, Casey so or Casey, and Caylee would sleep a lot together. I mean I'd be the one a lot of times giving the little girl her breakfast. You know playing, watching the TV with her a little bit, taking her outside to play uh walking to the mailbox or just..."
Page 9 LE asked who was at the house..if he actually remembered seeing them. George said, "Well, I, I'm, I'm positive that uh, Casey's car was in the driveway and I would be lead to believe then that they were both there, Casey and Caylee, I know my wife was there because I got home just shortly after 11:00. And the next morning, or lets put it this way like 10 minutes to 1 that afternoon on the 16th is when I actually saw Casey and Caylee together, they're both leaving with backpacks and so my daughter said she was going to work and she was taking Caylee to the, to the nanny, to the babysitter. But I know it was 10 minutes to 1 cause I was watching this food channel thing that I watch between noon and 1:00. So I'm positive that, that I know for a dog gone fact." (note - which is George, a nanny or a babysitter?)
On page 11, George said, "...She just set it down and she says, "Hey", she says, "I'm a be working a little bit late, uh, Caylee's gonna be staying with the nanny, I'm gonna come back and stay there and I'll see you and mom tomorrow afternoon." That's not nothing unusual; she's done that a few different times so. She said she already had, he says, "I already talked to mom, mom knows I'm gonna be staying over", I said, "Okay just be careful and I'll see you tomorrow type deal".
No mention of breakfast, putting Caylee in the car or kisses. Casey and Caylee generally got up around 9 or 10, but on the 16th George fed Caylee breakfast at 7:300..around the time Cindy left for work, but she heard them sleeping.

Evening all...last night Kiwi and I were discussing the "big fight" that the neighbor heard...I am pasting what I wrote then...just wondered what you guys think...
or what it's worth, I believe that in addition to the big June 15 fight over money, they may have found out that Casey either was or could be pregnant again...(she claimed she was, and then had a "miscarriage") I don't think it is too far fetched to conclude that after the first time with Casey lying into her 7th month (!) they caught wind of this information from somewhere and THAT pushed the big fight into the ultimate ultimatum - I can hear Cindy say, no way, not another child - we are already raising one "snot-nose" because you cannot be responsible - you are out of the house if you are having another baby. Fool us once, shame on you, fool us twice...well, you get it...They didn't want to get fooled again and in a knee-jerk reaction they threatened to adopt the one she already has and kick just her out of the house to figure out what she would do with another baby...I think if she was ever really pregnant as she claimed she was with I think Brandon's baby - once she saw the reaction of her folks, she could have gotten an abortion and just said she had miscarried because it is a more socially acceptable answer to her friends, and not being pregnant was the only feasible way to stay at their home with Caylee - with the big caveat that it was only if she didn't have any more kids. JMO
Hi ndy, and welcome!
Interesting theory, and as we were discussing a bit earlier, virtually anything is possible with this group. I think your idea is as plausible as any. Let's face it ... that house was a snakepit, and there were likely at least a dozen reasons at any given time for an argument to erupt.

"I love you" or simply "love you" is the way we say good-bye to one another in my family, whether we are talking on the phone or someone is walking out the door.
I was raised that way. My Dad was a Marine Corps fighter jet pilot and test pilot when not at war. It was a dangerous job. Mom always said that no matter how angry we may be at one another, to always part with "I love you."
There's more to it than the morbid sentiment of suppose we never see or speak to one another again.

Yes, and he started out to say "news" when he was interviewed by Greta, then Cindy quickly jumped in with something like "his favorite cooking show". It seems for a moment he forgot the script. MOO

Same thing here.
It is a comforting message to carry in one's heart when away from home, even in rough times. No, especially in rough times.
When I grew up no one in our family EVER told anyone "I love you". No one told me that til I was in my 20s, so it was very important for me to raise my boys hearing that they were loved.
It warms the cockles of my heart to hear my teens and early 20s young men telling each other "I love you."
I wonder if anyone ever told Caylee those words.

It's so weird that Cindy is actually attacking and harrassing Ron Cummings on national television. A man who is legitimately missing his child as far as we know.
Is that any way to run a compassionate foundation?
Sick.
Well ya know Summer ..Cindy did sacrifice grieving for a day for Ronald and Haleigh afterall :sneaky:Cin is unselfish that way- yikes!! sooo irratating-
I have to laugh at their Mission Statement on the "foundation"site.
They say they will assist Law enforcement during child recoveries!! Almost laughable, isnt it? I really wonder if anyone sends these people money? Sad for Caylee that her name is associated with a foundation that will probably fade away. They are only in it for the minute ..in my opinion.
They have no compassion-

Tv bolding mine:
I remember @ the time, there was @ least one local poster (can't remember if it was this board) who checked into the food channel listings, and there wasn't an hour long program on the food channel @ noon. I know it's that way here, too, just the half hour episodes of Emeril, Giana, Paula Deen, etc. That was a red flag Cindy missed, IMO. But, she might have been putting George on short notice and that is all he could come up with about the noon tv.
http://boards.insessiontrials.com/showthread.php?p=12435862&highlight=food#post12435862
The comment this morning about feeding Caylee breakfast is a CYA statement....the A's have obviously being reading transcripts and watching video of their interviews with LE. In one of Cindy's interviews with LE, I think one with the FBI, she casually mentions George feeding Caylee breakfast on the 16th. It was kind of slipped in amid her rambling, and the LE interviewer did not question her comment to my amazement since this was the first I'd heard of breakfast. Now if an interviewer was savvy enough to ask George why he never mentioned breakfast previously...he will just respond with in the heat of the moment he simply forgot. >nose growing longer by the day<
I think we can expect to see the A's work on fine tuning every statement they have made in the past over the coming months leading up to the trial.
Here a lie, there a lie, everywhere a lie, lie.
Bolding mine. Don't forget perusing message boards and blogs to see what people "can't believe" so they can tweak their versions of all that goes on. IMO. (Because statements Cindy has made does indicate that there is some reading going on by someone.)

Hey Missy! Where's the 411 on this?
I'm out of the loop :(
They never even looked in their own back yard...they were just there to kick the cadaver dogs.
Sure they did. They told LE about how they had moved the playhouse, and didn't George dig up a bush or something? Whatever it was, it was kind of weird. I remember the discussions @ the time (and off and on since) about WHY, when they first learned Caylee was "missing" did they check out their own backyard? That was before the cadaver dogs were brought in.

OH Queen of mine *a thousand bows*
Okay, this has probably been asked a million times but I am, curious to the answer.
It has been said by Cindy's mom that Casey stole $45,000 dollars from Cindy. If that is a fact, the prosecution could look into the finances of Ga and Ca and see if this is true....( taking out CC in cindy's name)correct?
George has told LE that he had fallen for a internet scam and had lost a bunch of money (that at the time, cindy did not know about)
Is this GA way of covering for his theiving daughter? Even Lee has said she steals money......
When speaking with LE he mentioned that Casey stole from everyone in his home including Caylee's piggy bank.. But at the time he was giving his depo for the ZFG case he said he has no knowledge of Casey EVER taking ANY money.
Why the change of heart all of a sudden? He was willing to tell LE that Casey stole from them. Then when he is on the stand in the depo he denies her stealing EVER.... Why?? How does he think this will help Casey in the murder trial?
SNIP>>>>>
Plesea says Cindy Anthony told her Casey stole $45,000 by taking out credit cards in her mother's name. Something, she says, father George Anthony had done before.
Plesea also talks about problems between Cindy and Casey with jealously over little Caylee that became so fierce Plesea thought Casey hated her mother more than she loved her daughter.
http://wdbo.com/localnews/2009/03/new-documents-released-in-case.html
George and Cindy went into that depo with chips on their shoulders bigger than Alaska and Texas combined. They had their own agenda and that was to NOT answer questions, but to respond w/their own questions, Cindy armed w/post-it marked pages of transcripts. George armed with--his wit, I guess. They didn't want to give up anything that would help Morgan in his case, and certainly didn't want to answer any questions that did not relate directly to ZFG. Unfortunately, the answers they did give up (under oath) did not always match those answers they gave under oath in initial interviews. The transcripts Cindy had seemed to be some of the ones released nearest before the depo, and probably not those that were in the first doc dumps. And, they really could not anticipate all the questions they would be asked, and so Cindy did not have all the pages post-ited (sorry, guess it's a new word. :blushing:) George didn't have the marked transcripts, so he had to answer off the cuff--and must have forgotten that he had told LE about Casey's theivery. Perhaps he and Cindy have convinced themselves over time that there was no theft of piggy banks and savings accounts.
That's my guess about the differences in testimony. I don't know about George, but Cindy claims she didn't know she was under oath in the LE/FBI interviews. (Altho it was pointed out to her.) George, OTOH, surely remembered from his days in LE that a formal interview w/police is under oath, without having to be told. IMO

I had a vision while reading your post of the courtroom doors opening as George is called to the stand at Casey's trial, and the first part of him that appears is a nose, it's ahead of the rest of him by a good 8 or 10 feet and proceeds to knock over all the courtroom exhibits, causing disorder in the court. Well, it was funny in my little world.

Its HER day.
I know that, did you visit the Caylee Memorial on the new thread and give your thoughts?
I am beginning to think they did not look in thei back yard for Caylee. I think they were looking for what was missing stolen from Casey. IMO
The A's believed Caylee was missing not dead.
Bolding mine:
I believe George and Cindy knew from the minute they identified the smell in that car as a dead body smell that their Caylee was gone from them forever. There were 2 people who had been missing who would have been in that car. They knew where Casey was; Caylee was no where around. Process of elimination, IMO. Now, they could tell themselves that this couldn't be, they could try to convince themselves it couldn't be---but initially, they had to know Caylee was dead. When they tied that smell with the fact that Casey had avoided them, avoided letting them have contact w/Caylee, it was only because Caylee wasn't around for them to see and talk to. IMO.
No green today. White blouse with blue jeans.

That reminds me is this the eternal thread. It's going to be impossible in a few days to catch up.
But why??
If Casey stole money what does that have to do with the murder of Caylee? Are we missing something here?
I keep thinking about all of the "stealing of money" and the "Casey taking over the family home"..... I think we are missing something huge here... Why the cover up of the money? And does it have something to do with the house?? I think there is a connection here with the money and the house...
MOO
IMO, the cover up is to try to get the world to think Casey is a saint. You know, Mother of the Year candidate. MOTY wouldn't STEAL, and she would only go to those night spots looking for the nanny who kidnapped her baby, or for information about her. Or, for WORK purposes, you know. And when she lies, she is really telling the truth, you just have to understand her way of communicating. They tried to back pedal on a lot of comments they made in the very beginning. IMO

Thanks imc_e, it was my space.
July 3rd was when Cindy made that entry.
Cindy wrote: My Caylee is missing..........
Why didn't she do something then? I'm thinking that George and Cindy didn't have a clue when or were Casey and Caylee were staying lots of time and now they want everyone to think that they knew Casey's every move, then why didn't they know that Casey didn't have a job???
George said that he suspected that she had not had a job, why didn't they challenge her on so many of her lies???
I cannot understand at all.
Bolding mine:
Yet in the ZF-G depo, Cindy was trying to portray Casey as an adult, the mother of Caylee, and because Casey is an adult, Cindy never questioned her about where she was, how Caylee was being taken care of. Except that she knew MOTY was ALWAYS taking good care of her little girl.

Exactly!! not counting the extra bills they have added..like clothes for all TV interviews, the tons of gum she must go through, the bottled water, PI'S, attorneys, cindy sure sports a lot of jewlery, and of course the other bills they had before like, insurance for cars, and house, car payments, gas for the cars.water bills, light bills gas bills, cell phone bill, house phone, property taxes, food, medical,cc mortages IMO BLOOD MONEY is paying for all their expenses..
Pretty sickening if you ask me..
Bolding mine:
I'm betting, just like any "celebrity" they can say they want all the gum and bottled water they can get in their "dressing room." And maybe (because networks don't "pay" for interviews) even an outfit for the interview, which they would get to keep. Certainly a hairdo and makeup session. And, once the make up is used for one person, it's not sanitary to use it for another, so maybe Cindy has saved on the expense of that, too. All those other expenses, tho, you do have to wonder. Didn't sound like her mom had any extra cash to spare for her (especially after Casey stole some of it) and doesn't sound like her brother Rick would be ready to help out (but I could be wrong.)
So, I'm guessing advance royalties for books and movies, other "rewards" from the networks that don't pay for interviews. Of course, there is no expense on their part of getting to and from the interviews and lodging and meals and transportation while they are in whatever city for the interview. IMO

Caylee :rose:
she's did it. Good job anniepie.
Has this ever been asked before----does anyone know ---was there a life insurance policy on Caylee? OR is there one on Casey?
I was thinking about that, too. But, IMO, even if LE looked into it, they might not reveal their findings, but I'm betting every reporter who has been following this story, plus NG, GVS, JVM, and Geraldo Rivera have checked into this angle. Since there hasn't been one report about it, I'm of the impression there probably wasn't one, one Caylee @ least. Don't know that they would have had reason to check on whether or not Casey did.

IMO
From a real man's perspective, it's going to take a lot more than a hairdo and make up session for Cindy Anthony to even look presentable on TV. The gum chewing, I'd like to wrap that gum around her head a few times.. She's just makes me ill when I look at her.
And it's not good to be sick.

Okay I am back. I had to answer Annie on the other thread.
Where are you?
No one ever answered me. Was that new video of Caylee? If so I am sure it was a new payday for the Anthony's.
I can't believe it'll be a year til trial...:cursing: BC stated that this morning.
BC says a lot of things--like he wants immunity for his clients even tho they have done nothing to NEED immunity for. Casey is going to go to Caylee's funeral, the process to let her is in progress. The A's are going to the jail for a private, untaped, unvideoed family memorial for Caylee. (Altho jail officials said that Casey had not asked for either to occur.)
To give him credit tho, he is not the first to proclaim this. IMO, they have a high profile, big gun DP attorney on board, to say nothing of all the other attorneys and experts who have been on board long enough to "come up to snuff" on the case, that aforesaid attorney should be able to wade thru all the info in time for an Oct. trial. And, it would seem she would have enough savvy about how to get that discovery coming into the defense office so they can get thru that by Oct, too. Of course, she might be ABLE to accomplish that, but I guess she would have to WANT to. I think she wants the trial to be sometime in the next year or two, cuz she also alludes to not being up on the case, and it would take her so much time to do so.

I've got a question for anyone who wants to take a shot at it -
If and when Casey is finally put to death by the state of Florida for murdering her two year old baby daughter Caylee Anthony, do you think the Anthony's will go and witness the execution?

I remember hearing it on Fox News. I said to myself "Oh they will find the nanny and the little girl will be found safe." Wow whoever would have dreamed it would turn into this? Then I heard the 31 days and I thought what the heck. Then I was hooked.
Then I saw Cindy on Greta and I thought what the heck is wrong with that woman. I think it was July 19th.

It would either be the most excrutiating thing Cindy ever went through, or it would be her final moment of triumph.

And then, a few days later - Why does everyone hate this woman?

If Cindy was any kind of a woman, she'd jump in there at the last second, and say, unstrap her. TAKE ME INSTEAD.
yeah, right.
I've got a question.
If Caylee was dead on June 15th or 16th and Casey's car was left at Amcot's on June 27th presuming it was because it smelled why didn't George, Tony or the women from Amcot or the tow guy not notice the smell? If the report is correct from the Body Farm of 2.5 days of decom from air samples which days would Caylee have been in the trunk?
If it was from 15 or 16th plus 2.5 days I would think the smell would have been noticeable on June 24th (Tony and George) or June 27 (tow personal) or June 30 (tow personal).
When the smell first was noticeable, Casey insisted it was because of the two dead squirrels that climbed into the engine. It probably took until about the 27th for the smell to get beyond what Casey could handle. She left the car by a dumpster, anyone going by could figure the smell was coming from the dumpster, not the car. The towyard guy that towed the car says he had a cold, didn't smell anything--and he was working on the front of the car, not the back. The towyard manager (Mr Burch?) says he had noticed a smell early on, but some of the cars they tow do smell. The car had sat in the heat for 16 days by the time George and Mr Burch went to get the car.
When George and TonE were around car on the 24th, I don't imagine the smell was overwhelming yet, and, there were those pesky squirrels who could be blamed, Plus, Casey had gas cans in the trunk that could certainly mask the smell @ that time. IMO

Baez will tell them they aren't allowed!
I totally agree...
As I said in my last post, I believe that the cash windfall that Ga and Ca are experiencing was part of Casey's plan..Except that they are receiving it instead of her.
I think Casey's plan was her Mom and Dad would lose there house she would be able to purchase it or take it over with the blood money from Caylee. That way Casey and Amy could live happily ever after in the house. I believe that the reason that Casey can't look at her parents is because she is totally pissed at them for their cameos, talk show appearances and selling of the pictures. They are making all the money she was suppose to.
If only the ZFG story would have been believed! That is where Casey messed up her plan....
The duct tape ( to make it look like a kidnapping) she had it all planned.
Too bad while doing all the internet searches she never read up on decomposition. Sure she watched movies about people laying dead in the trunk but I think she thought the double layer of plastic would do.
Unfortunately it leaked and that was nail in Casey's coffin.
I believe that the internet sites that she was looking at for missing children had more to do with how to set up memorial funds so the checks would start rolling in than anything... And look, her parents have done that too! They are receiving donation money.
Caylee was used from the time she was born by her Mom whether it was to steal from her piggy bank, or now for her pictures. Poor Caylee...She was never anything (but money) to the people who were suppose to love her the most before and after her death.... MOO
IMO, Casey's only "plan" was not to have to deal with a 2 1/2 year old toddler. One who was going to take more and more of her time, one for whom she always had to find someone to watch so she could do her thing. IMO, if Cindy had not caught up w/Casey, Caylee's being "missing" was never going to be brought to light, not by Casey, anyway. IMO, Casey would have found a way to get far, far away from Cindy. Far enough away were the cost to "visit" would be prohibitive for the A's. And, soon Casey would ever so sadly report to her parents that Caylee has died (car wreck, pneumonia) and has been cremated, so there is no need for the A's to come to the funeral. Anyone can print up something that would pass as an obit in a paper, a funeral card, etc. Mail those to the A's for their memory book. The only money to think of @ the time would be insurance money, and since there has been absolutely no mention of that to date, I'm betting there was none on Caylee.
I don't think any of the A's ever dreamed that this would become a high profile case. If Casey had had her way, it wouldn't even have made more than a blub on local news, then go away. And only because Cindy foiled her by reporting Caylee missing, as I still believe that Casey would not have. I'm not even sure the A's figured on the amount of money they could bring in until NG and the like started calling on them for interviews--and probably were guided in holding out for $$$ by the "spokesperson" who was guiding them along the way. All IMO, of course.
If you remember, Cindy claimed someone could have put another person's body in Casey's car at the tow yard.
Yep, that is exactly where murderers like maybe the mob or some street gang put all the bodies of people they kill. Case out various tow-yards, look for cars that don't look like anyone is going to be claiming any time soon. Then kill the guy (or gal) ahd take the body to a towyard, find a way to get in--over the fence or however, take the body into the yard and get into the trunk of a car and leave the body until they decide where to finally leave the body to be found. I guess these type of people have figured out how to get into a trunk w/out the keys, and to be able to do this without leaving signs of breaking open the trunk. Yeah, I can believe this NOT!!!!!

KING: What about those photos showing her out dancing, having fun, while her child was missing?
C. ANTHONY: That's one evening.
KING: One evening. That's a lot, one evening.
C. ANTHONY: One evening. Again, who knows? She could have been in shock. I don't know. You know?
KING: Can you ask her? Casey, why were you out dancing?
C. ANTHONY: She was there, she said, looking for clues and people that could help her find Caylee?
KING: That's believable to you? It sounds funny.
C. ANTHONY: You know, it sounds funny. We don't have the whole story. What can I say?
KING: Have you ever pressed your daughter?
G. ANTHONY: I talk to my daughter as much as I possibly could. But then again, we never got a chance to really talk to her as much because of the investigation.
C. ANTHONY: She was home. We talked to her.
George tells HIS story, Cindy says the opposite......
one nite out dancing is OKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK people, when your child is missing because WHO KNOWS WHY. *Casey, looking for clues* <-----so says Cindy
Cindy A tells her brother via email that Casey didnt cash the birthday check from grandmom Shirley and well golly geeze it was ONE ONE TIME and it was NOT alot of money...
-------->copy of CASHED check is in the doc dumps: CINDY THE LIAR
-------->Casey went on to do another fraudulent transaction against Shirley P for ALOT OF MONEY
-------->Lee A tells LE Casey forged checks in his name and stole checks from Ryan Palsy as well
it is a year later and they are continuing the ruse....from a live child living in the hills, getting on a plane, playing in a mall, enunciating her name to a stranger while being accomanied by THE kidnapper..... to a dead child who was killed at some other time by some other person wrapped in a blanket that Cindy knew was missing from the home.
which brings me to this: why would ANY media outlet court these degenerates?
IMO
best regards,
Pru
*waiting on maggot evidence.....*
Ok I have a strange question. When the trial starts does Casey have to appear everyday? I'm just wondering with all the special treatment she has been getting, if she might try to not attend when they are going over the autopsy and the condition of the body.
I don't know the law, if there is one, but the only time I am aware of the defendant not being in the courtroom is if s/he is so disruptive that s/he has to be removed. However, that is only on the trials I have followed, the true crime type of shows I have watched, and the true crime books I have read. Which of course does not include all cases, and there very well could be instances where the defendant does not have to be in court, I just haven't come across any.
And really, she hasn't been receiving any special treatment. The special things that Brad Conway spoke of--attending the funeral, having a private family memorial in the jail w/Caylee, weren't even requested by Casey, but jail spokesperson said most likely they wouldn't have been granted. She has her jail house visits and calls (except w/her lawyer(s)) taped and recorded just like all the other inmates. She gets commisary just like any other inmate who gets money put into their account (LE, the jail, etc have nothing to do w/how much money goes in or who gives it.) She isn't the first nor the last inmate who gets to wear civilian attire to hearings. We don't see the other prisoners getting whatever "privileges" she receives because their cases aren't something the reporters are looking at and reporting on. She's treated just like all the other jail inmates who are awaiting trial. They can't treat her like a convicted criminal--because she hasn't been convicted yet. IMO
