Father rulled fit to stand trial, he is some actor IMO. He was removed from court this morning and pepper sprayed.

So sad, little Gretchen was tortured IMO..... Old Sparky should be out of retirement for this one JMO

This guy IMO is not crazy, I think he is trying to play the system.
Just sick what was done to this little baby and his other Son was taken away. I read that the Mother while in jail gave birth to another child.

I agree. Anyone can act "crazy" whether to disrupt the proceedings or to try to get the jury to think he's crazy, probably both. Seems that, in the psycholigical testing, there are things built in to catch those who are acting. Seems the experts who examined him feel his isn't "crazy"---they okayed him to stand trial. IMO

July Recommends Death Penalty,

The 10-women, 2-man jury voted 10-2 to recommend death.


Grodin sat silent as the decision was read. He had little reaction.

Hearing on Aug. 17th, hope this is sentencing. Will be interesting to see if Old Sparky comes out, don't belive a death sentence has been carried out in FL in years.

Casey Anthony will be interested I am sure. Another Baby Killer in my opinion.

Please let us know on the sentencing if you dont mind. Him and her both are vermin. That poor child, death was better than what she endured in life.
