Hey all, apparently we are threadless.
Was sent the link below over the weekend. While the information (or most of it) is a repeat, it's a good kick-off to resume (respectful!) banter amongst ourselves.

Thank you Ellie, I hadn't seen that article. I too am interested in the approaching civil trial. I have never watched/heard one before so this will be my first time as others have mentioned also. I wonder when the process of beginning work on it is to begin. I'm sure sometime soon.
The RS/PS suit also has a very close connection to this trial, since he was the 1st attorney to show up at the jail. I wonder if it was Robert S arriving at the police station that saved PS from a more intense interrogation. Those links concerning that suit will be of interest also.

I too hope this thread is respectful, unlike the other, and posters accept other posters' opinions, be it different to theirs or not. I am looking forward to the appeal coming shortly and hope there is news soon.
I do think most of us are done with this guy. All I want to see is the mug shot without his wig!

I hope they get everything but Chelle...
but it might be interesting to see some "maid work" in the house daily..sweeping out the chimneys? Chellederella? Maybe that's all that will be left...if no money..just hard elbow work to pay for it. (I know that's ridiculous...!)

Does anyone know if the civil trial will be televised?

I very much doubt it; considering the 2nd trial wasn't televised, although many wanted it to be.

I'm not absolutely sure - but I believe TODAY, June 9th MIGHT be Rachelle's birthday. If so, I believe she turns 29 years old.
I'm guessing she won't be staying home tonight, moping around the lonely hallways of the "Castle". However, maybe a "friend" will take her out and try to cheer her up . . . OR maybe she'll just stay home and wait for Phil's call while she works on his appeal. I hope if she does go out with "friends", and TMZ gets a picture of it, because I have a feeling the "friend" will be YOUNG, ATTRACTIVE and MALE. (And by "attractive", I don't mean attractive in the way Rachelle states Phil is. And by "young", I don't mean 69. And by "male", I don't mean a male who is sometimes mistaken for a female or wears woman's jackets.)
Here's an article about one of her interviews - - - the journalist writing the article doesn't seem to sympathize with Rachelle much. Actually, he gets down right annoyed with her statements - implying that Rachelle is under some type of misunderstanding that her husband is confined to some sort of country club, and not sentenced to prison for murdering a woman. It's short, but amusing.

I have no idea if today is Rachelle's birthday and, tbh, don't really see the relevance to the PS thread about what Rachelle may or may not be doing on her birthday. I know there isn't much to discuss at the moment, but don't feel that it is necessary to continually judge Rachelle' actions. She is not the one who has been convicted or am I missing something?

Rachelle interjected herself into this case a long time ago. She has become the spokesperson/PR person for Phil....even during the trial by spouting her hatred and disdain for Lana and others. Had Rachelle remained in the shadows, I might agree with you.
