Good Morning Everyone.
I may not post much but I do read or try to read every post to keep up. I have been following this since the call that Cindy made to the police...Thank everyone for all the links and great info for us to follow.
Only have one question. Does anyone know when the judge is going to make the ruling about the video. Please excuse the spelling. Not enough coffee yet.

Good morning Vagal. No word yet about the jail video. Someone from the media did file a Motion on June 1, so there will likely be a court date set sometime in the future. I remember Lyon and LKB saying that they wouldn't be available before June 22 for a hearing, even though Judge Strickland indicated that he could most likely fit in an earlier date on his court docket.

Good Morning All!
We have received a lot of information in the doc dumps. I do not recall seeing anything from the FBI except for preliminary reports with notations final reports to follow.
I know the FBI's (and any other agency that is not a Florida agency) reports do not fall under the FL Sunshine Laws until they are given to the prosecution. Wouldn't the pros. have the final reports by now?
I want to know what the stain was in the trunk of the car, the results of the tests performed on the maggots, if the duct tape found on Caylee has the same thread pattern as the duct tape on the gas can, was the laundry bag the item at the scene that directly connected the crime scene to the Anthony home?
Also, I think LE has done interviews with more than the major players in Caylee's life. Have we seen a transcript for Mallory?

Desmon, I have never seen a transcript or listened to an audio for an interview with Mallory. And, Mallory was said to be with Lee when he went looking for Casey on July 2nd or 3rd.
Ah, the FBI stuff... Baez hasn't yet figured out how to get his hands on that stuff either. LOL If the FBI has not yet finished with their investigation, they may not release anything, as in reports or writings to the State. I am interested in any toxicology results obtained from any maggots/pupua.
Desmom, I am also quite curious to find out what the immediate need was for LE to immediately fingerprint George and Cindy just after Caylee's remains were found. It just makes me think that a latent or partials were found on something that day, as specific tests were conducted to rule them out on the duct tape. (but no mention of Casey's prints were ruled out). This stuff is probably all still with the FBI, and I think that we'll hear more of it come trial day.

I have never seen anything from Mallory either. This has been bothering me for some reason. Mallory has been a major part of the Ant family. I would think she would have lots of info to share. As LKL says - WEIRD.

How long does it take to conduct these tests? I have often heard a "six month" time line but am not sure if that is accurate.
If it is, the results should be getting back anytime now....

I would guess that LE has to deal with folks such as this on a regular basis. Probably many aren't as bad as the Anthony clan. What I find very unusual, is that the Anthonys appear to be getting their attorneys to also lie.

I forgot about Mallory being with Lee. IIRC, Mallory sent text messages or called Casey for Lee because Casey was ignoring Lee's messages/calls.
The events of July 3rd confuse me. In the depo, Cindy said she went to Universal to pick up Caylee because Casey said Caylee was at Universal. When Cindy arrived at Universal, she called Casey and Casey said they were not there. Also around the July 4th time line, Casey told Cindy they were in J'ville but Cindy sent Lee looking for Casey in the bars on July 3.
Why would Cindy send Lee out looking for Casey in Orlando bars if Casey was in J'ville? Why would Cindy go to Universal if they were in J'ville?

Well there's several variables. There's the actual conducting of the tests and then there's the interpretation of the tests. After that there's the formal write up of the conclusions. With no court date set or a date set which was always likely for it to be pushed back the FBI's priorities and work load are adjusted accordingly.
Although not formally pushed back, this case isn't going for a while. The FBI has no priority with this case and is using their manpower elsewhere IMO.

Did Cindy go to Universal on her own? Surely, Casey didn't ask her to come there and pick Caylee up. One, Casey didn't work there. Two, Caylee was gone.
Cindy was on a mission to get Caylee. She drove over to Universal. Calls Casey. Then what? Casey says Caylee is not there anymore so Cindy just leaves? I think Cindy went to pick up Caylee and found out Casey didn't work there.
This is why she writes her 'My Caylee is Missing' mypost post on the same day.

The quote below is from the official "buy-a-bear" website.
It must be too soon to publish the invited/disinvited list with the*only the purest in heart * type participation requirement.
I hope all goes well for those who can attend the JBP memorial. Cindy does not like to take a backseat and this memorial preempts what she may/may not be planning. Remember she claims to have kept the BD cake and presents from last year, which could well provide props for her next performance of unconditional love.
"At this time the Anthony's will not be holding a vigil for Caylee in June. We may be planning one for her birthday in August. Please watch the website for further details"

Yes, Kasen is once again trying to get the Civil Case dismissed or stayed until after the Criminal Case. Since he has a counter-claim against ZG, I just wonder if that might allow Judge Rodriguez to deny staying the Civil Case. If Kasen doesn't come up with any better reasons to dismiss, than he did in the last hearing, he's going to lose that motion.

well, of course, Cindy couldn't get to her "office" without clearance...Casey, herself, had to bamboozle her way in thru the security guard while she had her own police escort
I think she told Cindy that they were visiting the park as guests (you know you get free tickets when you "work" there) and she could meet her at such and such place. Universal is more than just a contained park. There are surrounding restaurants, concert halls etc nearby.

I wonder if Cindy has learned her lesson about claiming a medical issue as to the reason why she can't be deposed? Afterall, if she did get "proof" of this, then couldn't that "proof" be reason for her medical license to be pulled? LOL... I think that the last think that Cindy would do, is go to a doctor and get evaluated. JMO

Sun, I doubt that Cindy thinks she needs her nursing license any more since she has now got the Foundation going. But I also doubt that the license would be renewed without the Florida Nursing board being involved since she has admitted on TV that she has thought of suicide and not gotten medical help and just based it on her faith that has gotten her though it. jmo

I suspect that Conway is going to make it as difficult as he can, for Mitnik to find a court date any time in the near future. Conway is going to try to delay, delay, delay hoping that Kasen will be able to get the renewed Motion to Dismiss or Motion to Stay heard first.

Have we seen a transcript for Mallory?
jmo I am not sure of the time limit for turning over Discovery to the defense, but I am sure we don't get the information before the defense does. If the defense delays the trial date, will that extend the timeline that the prosecution has to turn over Discovery to them?
I have to wonder if Baez has received his Discovery from the FBI yet. Somehow I don't see the FBI being intimidated by him.

I think there were printts on the duct tape or the bags also. The fact that Baez so loudly claims there were none just means that the FBI hasn't told him about them - not that there were no prints on the tape. I believe the defense also loudly claims there was no heart sticker either. But then Baez's credibility is below zero with me. He's like Cindy and Casey....if his lips are moving, he's lying.

The only proof other than Lois' et al word will be the location where George claims through Brad Conway to have been almost run over. If it were in a neighborhood other than the Anthonys' neighborhood, and was in the neighborhood Lois claims to have been hemmed in by the Milsteads and Anthonys, then clearly Lois is telling the truth. The Anthonys will have some 'splaining to do. Also, although the State Trooper did nothing to help the situation, apparently refusing to help because the "Anthonys have been through enough" surely he made a report of it. If he didn't, why not? Another Cain? Derelection of duty? Or, as usual, protecting George and Cindy Anthony. That brings up the question why are the Anthonys made of teflon? A police officer takes an oath to uphold the law, not to uphold the law according to his own opinion.
Also, if Milstead did, as reported, have a flashing light on top of his vehicle, that is clearly a violation of Florida law. Why wasn't he apprehended? Another teflon couple? Something funny is going on here with the LE and the Anthonys being able to lie, steal, harrass, threaten, and now assault, with impunity. I would hope someone can give a reasonable answer, but I doubt it. They are being protected for some reason. Why?

Hi Lapis,
What would happen if it was determined that Caylee died prior to the date on the arrest warrant? I know the date they used was June 16th or later. What would happen if Cindy was on the stand and said that Caylee died on the 15th and it was an accident?

G'morning!!
IMO, Cindy is holding something back.
And then sends detective Lee to look for her. I don't know if she went to Universal or not, but she could not have gotten past the guard. So she would call Casey's phne to tell her to tell the guards to let Cindy in. So Casey would have told her the Jacksonville lie. Most companies do NOT let you take yourchildren to your work and Universal obviously has security guards to boot.

I don't know how things are worded in Fla. In NJ the indictment usually reads "on or about", so this doesn't become an issue. It would be difficult for Cindy to now claim June 15 as she has been all over the place including under oath in the civil trial saying the last day they (George and Casey) saw Caylee was June 16. Remember her deposition will also be taken in the criminal trial so she really can't come out with a new story at the time of trial or she will be charged with perjury. If she tells this story at the deposition, they can move to amend the indictment to reflect the true date. JMO

If I am reading the rules correctly there are certain witnesses that must be deposed. Arrangements can be made relative to out of state witnesses. I would imagine if they fail to appear they cannot testify at trial. Child witnesses are treated with special care depending upon their age, but they can be deposed. A deposition is actually less traumatic than at trial and can actually serve to orient the child to the process. A deposition can be used in various ways. I always found it useful in evaluating how effective a witness will be in front of a jury. It is a way to determine what people will say. At trial it can be used for impeachment purposes. Should a witness die it can be used as his/her testimony at trial. JMO

Hi everyone - first post here. Been lurking for a while, but wanted to comment on this one.
I did read where it said no latent prints, which raised a flag in my mind.
Latent prints are non visible prints. What they did not say was anything about "impressed prints" or "patent prints." My guess would be there were some patent prints (impression left on the sticky or maybe even in blood or other medium which was visible at examination.

Lyon said her first priority will be to prove the evidence against Casey Anthony does not warrant the state seeking the death penalty.
Soooooooo....... Here's a dumb question.
Say she writes up something like Lenamon did.
Does she expect the state to just say, "Well, dang, Ms. Lyon, you're right! We'll just go for LWOP. Thanks for bringing that to our attention."
Or does she expect the judge to say, "Tsk, tsk, Prosecution. Take the DP off the table and don't pull that one on me again."
Or does she wait for the penalty phase of the trial, ship out her brief [which never seem to be very ~brief~ if you get my drift], toss it at the jury, and say, "LWOP! LWOP! Repeat after me: LWOP!"
Or does the prosecution just read and laugh?
Since LE put the DP back on the table, I can't imagine they would be easily swayed to take it off again. What's the point of rushing to do this "first priority" if it won't be looked at until later?
Sorry - I'm having a hard time understanding why it's a first priority kinda thing.
Or maybe Bozo told her that's all she can do in *his* case?

Seems like their bad behavior just gets worse and worse and they are never held accountable.
Yes I know that seems to be the way of the Anthonys...their attitude is that they are ENTITLED.
But why does LE seem to feel the same way?
I have talked to lots of people about this case....LE,,, attorneys, etc.....even clergy....and
Some believe that they(LE) are circumventing the Sunshine Law (which can REALLY mess up a case in some opinions)....and that they are giving the whole lot enough rope to hang themselves.
Some think that they just have so little to work with because GEORGE and some of the people with which he asociates are just as conniving as the OCSD and DID get rid of more evidence than we know.
I PERSONALLY think that some of it is ineptness.....sloppiness (as per cain)....and trying to save face because the remains werent found sooner because of said ineptness and sloppiness.

Respectfully, my recollection of the FBI Latent Print lab report is completely different from yours and Lapis'. I thought the lab said they first performed a close visual inspection of the duct tape looking for patent i.e. visible-to-the-naked-eye fingerprints, and that was when they discovered the sticker adhesive in the shape of a heart. I thought the lab was intending to perform additional tests to discover any latent i.e. invisible-to-the-naked-eye fingerprints.
I recall decades ago when the Los Angeles police were hunting "The Night Stalker" (Richard Ramirez), they used a special procedure where latent prints were enhanced by using vaporized Super Glue inside a hermetically sealed tent. The results were far superior to the ordinary fingerprint dusting powder generally in use at that time. I am not sure what the latest state-of-the-art technique is now - maybe something involving varying light wavelengths and computer analysis. However, I know for certain that there have been technological advances in making invisible traces become visible.

I have never seen anything from Mallory either. This has been bothering me for some reason. Mallory has been a major part of the Ant family. I would think she would have lots of info to share. As LKL says - WEIRD.

I never looked at it like they were getting special treatment. I'm sure there are some special folders with their names on them that LE has. that is why it doesn't really bother me. But if they get away with it...........................then we need to find out why.

iirc cindy said in her post that she did all kinds of things for caylee, (seems to me she was insinuating she took better care of that child than casey) including paying her medical bills.
however, in her depo she said she never paid any medical bills for caylee.
anyone remember that?
I do remember it but not exactly. In Cindy's mind..."medical bills" are not the same thing as "medical insurance". So she probably has both Casey and Caylle covered one way or another. And she probably pays that. Since we have heard that Caylee was never sick, there were probably only bills for physicals and well visits if they even did those. For some reason, I don't think they did. After all, Cindy was a nurse, what could be better than that?

Is there a maximum time limit for a trial to begin in the defense waives the right to a speedy trial?
I mean geez.............................Can the defense add and subtract attorneys, delay depositions, file and file and file additional motions and keep the trial at bay for what? 1 year? 2? 5? forever? When and how does the clock actually stop on trial delays?

My thoughts....I can't understand why they would be upset that people are erecting mini-monuments to their murdered grandchild. What is their purpose in removing the items? Well, for starters, they want to control all-things-Caylee for their fake foundation. There is no money to be made on strangers (and I use the term loosely with Lois and Dakota) paying tribute to Caylee. If people want to pay tribute, the Anthony's want to be able to get a few schillings from it lest they need to return to work. Another reason, they don't want to be reminded just how close to their home that dear little baby's remains were found. :sneaky:

I don't know FL laws on Medicaid or welfare, but I know you can't get either here unless you reveal the name of the father (so the county can go after the father for the expenses. Cindy was hell bent on Caylee NOT having a father (I think she wanted Caylee all to herself), Cindy would obviously had to be willing to pay for those things herself. I don't know if she could put Caylee on her insurance as she didn't have custody or guardianship of Caylee - she just had POSSESSION of the child.

I haven't seen many employer-sponsored medical policies that cover grandchildren unless the grandparent has legal guardianship. Will Caylee's medical records come to light? Not necessarily, medical coverage for yourself and a child is very expensive and if her job was just taking pictures of tourists, she could not have been making to much money, it probably would have taken almost her whole paycheck for coverage...So Cindy probably foot the bill for Caylee's shots as well as for everything else....I bet she never asked Casey for a cent.....
But ME, I would have known if my child (who lived in the same house as me) hadn't worked in 2 years....She would have been contributing something.....and what about the taxes....Casey was entitled to the earned income credit, so she would have received a refund each year of Caylee's life....I would expect Cindy to have at least inquired about it......the whole thing is so weird.....and hard to understand.....

I checked Universal's website and they offer a very nice benefit package, including health, life and dependent life insurance, and child care. Too bad that Casey didn't work there. Sounds like a pretty good employer.
It would seem to me that it may depend upon your position. Somehow I doubt they pay the kids who operate the rides during the summer benefits. JMO

that's what i don't know. what i'm trying to say is, if casey had no medical insurance through her job, wouldn't that kinda hint that she wasn't working? i believe most people enjoy that benefit through their employer (at least back then). i guess the argument could be made that casey elected not to take it, but that would have been irresponsible, seeing as how she was pregnant and all.
anyone know?

I know when I was that age (many moons ago!) if I worked a job that offered insurance and I had to pay for it, I didn't get it. I would rather have the money because at 21,22,23 you don't think of getting sick enough to use it.

Katprint
Always only my own opinions
My point was they didn't say there wern't any Patent or Plastic (a friction ridge impression from a finger or palm <or toe/foot> deposited in a material that retains the shape of the ridge detail) prints.
Many times what is not said by the FBI is more important than what they do release.

who paid the hospital and doctor bills for when casey was pregnant? i mean, if casey was "working", one would think she had insurance to cover it. does anyone know? i had thought that was what cindy was referring to, but i could be wrong.
did cindy consider herself a nurse? i thought she was a nurse manager (managing nurses, not actually being one).

Casey was working for Kodak/Color Vision when Caylee was born, so she could have had insurance. She stopped showing up for work (and was subsequently fired) a few months after Caylee was born.

But when Caylee was born she worked taking pictures at the rides IIRC. In addition, the days of a company picking up the tab for you and your family are long gone. Nowadays, the employer pays a portion and you pay a portion and if you have a family you pick up the tab for your family. That can be expensive. JMO

Sure, Cindy probably did pull out the "Grieving Grandmother" routine out of her bag of tricks. Why not? It's always worked before. I'd prefer to see her as the grieving arrested accomplice after the fact, or lying to LE, or interferring with an investigation, or destroying evidence, or obstructing justice or maybe all of them. But IMO it wouldn't matter because the cops think that "The Anthonys have been through enough.
TEFLON PEOPLE:cursing:
I don't believe LE feel like the Anthonys have been through enough, but are protecting their case. If the Anthonys are arrested on criminal charges, it puts them in the position to plead the 5th and I don't believe at this point LE can risk that. I would not mind Milstead being arrested for impersonating a police officer again though. There is nothing to prevent that.

I did live with my parents off and on during that time and yes, I would have gotten insurance if I had a child. But if she didn't have it before she got pregnant then when she did get pregnant it would have been for a pre-existing condition and not usually covered.
Of course after Caylee was born the baby would have been covered.

But in Florida, if you are supoenaed as a witness at a criminal trial, you can't plead the Fifth because you are automatically given immunity from prosecution for anything you say under oath. It's FL law. IMO it would be better to go ahead and arrest them if there is cause, and they will get immunity for anything they say under oath, but not immunity from what evidence or statements made otherwise.
i'm not clear on this - if you are not arrested first, are subpoenaed and testify and perjure yourself, are you still protected from prosecution?

The court will do status conferences from time to time to check on the process of the discovery. As long as the attorneys are working diligently on the discovery (and that does not mean 24/7) they will allow them the time they need to prepare their case. I suspect that they will attempt to depose all of the witnesses. JMO

I haven't seen many employer-sponsored medical policies that cover grandchildren unless the grandparent has legal guardianship. Will Caylee's medical records come to light? Casey said that she never even had a cold, very healthy child. Could it be that she didn't get well-baby check-ups and vaccinations? I think that is quite possible. Casey doesn't strike me as a responsible parent. Could that be whiy Caylee wasn't in any preschool - no vaccinations? I don't think Caylee had a lot of socialization skills - she was too isolated. As far as I know, she was too young for preschool. Preschool usually starts at 3 years old and she never made it to her 3rd birthday. We didn't need vaccination info for preschool but did need it for public kindergarden.
As far as not a lot of socialization skills, I know too little about her to make that call. The videos might lead you to that especially the breakfast one. But, come on, whoever was taping her didn't even interact with. And I think that is the problem. If they didn't interact with her on video what would make us believe they intereacted with her when the camera was off.

someone else and i (i am so bad at remembering names) were discussing this "casey had caylee as a result of a one night stand vs. not admitting to that and saying the father had died", blah blah blah.
if it is indeed true that the father had died, why was child paternity never established? and what about child support and insurance for the baby? here in ILL inois (thank you blago, for making me PROUD to live here) fathers not only have to pay support, but also carry the child on their insurance. not only that, they are required to carry a life insurance policy naming the child as beneficiary in case something happens to the father.
i forgot when they said he died, but i believe it was after caylee was born - not sure how long after. if i'm mistaken, please someone correct me. i still think the "father is dead" thing preserves the family "integrity" instead of admitting it was a one night stand. but part of me wonders, if it was a case of knowing the father and having a relationship with him, why didn't cindy (or casey) go after him to preserve caylee's rights?

Isn't it nice that Andrea has entered the case A WEEK AFTER she was allowed to speak in court?a Cart before the horse again.
I noticed that Lyon didn't file papers on the day of the last court, like Baez said would be done. It was the following day. And, then a few days later, filed something supplemental to the court (don't quite know what that was about).
5/29/2009 A NOTICE OF APPEARANCE FILED ANDREA D. LYON
5/29/2009 A NOTICE OF CERTIFICATION FILED
6/4/2009 A SUPPLEMENTAL TO VERIFIED MOTION FOR ADMISSION TO APPEAR PRO HAC VICE
Seems to me that whatever Lyon filed on 5/29, it wasn't complete enough for Judge Strickland.

New Anthony Attorney To Formally Enter Case

Meanwhile, in the civil case against Casey Anthony, her lawyer is now asking the judge to delay the defamation case until after her death penalty trial is over.
The Judge has already deniedthat request at least once.
Personally, I don't think they should. ZG's damages occured long before the murder charges were leveled. Her damages were ongoing from that time. Why does SHE have to wait for justice while Casey and her team stalls? ZG's damages occurred with/without the murder charge - remember her damages stem from her being called a nanny and kidnapper. Maybe Baez should just go for that speedy trial - I wish Milstead could answer that motion by saying "Get off your posterior and get the trial over with."
I know - because Casey is SPECIAL and deserves special treatment. ZG is not claiming a wrongful death suit. She is claiming that her name was trashed because of what KC told the police in a missing child case, not a death case.

chuckles... did you see the very last sentence? Guess that Kasen's isn't too good at getting a court date. LOL I'm going to start praying that Morgan/Mitnik can manage to get a much, much sooner court date squeezed in, so Judge Rodriguez can rule on all of the Compel to Answer Questions Motions.
I am wondering something. Casey earlier filed a counter-claim against ZG. Would ZG have any rights to a speed trial to hear this? Does it even work that way in a Civil Case?

I thought Florida law did not permit for requestioning after a deposition was entered. I don't recall the terminology but a big deal was made of BAEZ not being DP qualified yet continued to give depos. Perhaps there is a time frame exclusion as this person gave a deposition before the DP was on the table. Hmmmm not sure.

she lied to everyone that she was an event planner. she had not worked since she abandoned her job. and she never had an executive/event planner position. she created and sent bogus emails to herself from her 'boss' regarding events she had to attend. Oh, I have to disagree, as I believe that George told some lies to LE/FBI ....which are easier today to pick out, than they were back when he gave his interviews. Unfortunately, we don't know what was said to the Grand Jury, ...but those folks are probably sharp enough to realize that a Father could easily lie in an effort to try to protect his daughter from a Murder One charge. It's pretty easy to tell when George is lying.... and if he's lying in regards to Casey, the Jury could read this as Casey did something and her Father is lying to try to protect her.

Is it absolutely necessary to have the anthony's testify at the trial? Couldn't they just bring in Shirley Plesea and the staff from the facility where the grandfather lived to prove the last day Caylee was seen alive? And then fill in the blanks with Amy, TonE, Jesse etc.I don't see any benefit to having the family included in the trial. Liars, layers and bears-yuck!

IMO, and this is MOO, based on many things I've read about the case and which I do not recall where I read them, I believe Casey made up the story about a "dead daddy," And I also disbelieve the story by either Casey or Cindy or both that the "dead daddy" had set up a trust fund for Caylee. I think the reason for all these stories is because Casey doesn't know who the father of Caylee is and Casey and/or the family doesn't want the world to know how many times Casey had unprotected casual sex.

They work with LE to set up a phone network to help find children, the elderly and disabled. They have success stories dating back to 2002. The money will be used to set up the system in this congressman's district. The money is not going to kidfinders or the anthonys. JMO

Pru, you have a pretty good understanding of the Jay Blanchard Park version. Here are some of my notes. I am just wondering how Cindy could have "known" the story on July 30, when would Casey have been able to tell this to her? Casey was in jail until Aug 21. I've watched those jail videos, and haven't ever seen Casey tell the story to Lee. Did I miss it? Was it edited out, perhaps?
I decided to go back and re-listen to Cindy's interviews with the FBI. Part 4, about 18 minutes into it. Or, Part 5-about 11 minutes into it. -----on 7/30/2008 Cindy tells the FBI that Lee told her, that Casey told him, "that Zani's Sister took Caylee and that Zany pushed Casey to the ground and threatened. Listen itch, I'm going to teach you a lesson, you are not getting Caylee back. ....all this happened on June 14th."

yes, I do believe they will be called and the testimony will have a huge impact. most notably their observations, if it is allowed in, in their entirety....that she was 'detached' from Caylee and referred to Caylee as 'that child'.
its interesting because the interviews were before her remains were found. Casey was maintaining the original lie a month later that she told to OCSO. IMO, the DP was put back on the table because of tangible evidence we have yet to see.

Yes, it is a Florida statute. If you are supoenaed to testify in a criminal trial, you are immune from prosecution for anything you may testify to, so long as it is not perjury, for which you can be prosecuted. It is limited use immunity. IMO the Anthonys were attempting to gain immunity for the lies they had already told and actions they had already taken. They were afraid they would be prosecuted for that. I will look up and cite the provision for you.
By the same token, if you are slandered in a trial by a person under oath, you cannot sue because the law assumes that a person is truthful under oath. In my experience, most times they are not.
MyCharlie, a hypothetical, far-fetched scenario:
I am testifying in the trial of Tom Smith, who has been charged with fraud. I testify that while I was waiting outside the bank for Tom as he was commiting the fraudulent act, I shot and killed Fred Brown. This has absolutely nothing to do with Tom's case.
Do I have immunity for the killing of Fred Brown?
IMO
ETA This is a completely fictional scenario, I didn't kill anyone.

I hope I quoted this OK.
IMO, Cindy could be the originator of this "version" of what happened to Caylee. Esp, if there is no jail house video to back up what she says about Lee hearing the story from Casey, and with Lee contradicting when he heard this "version". Once Casey came home from jail the first time, they got her up to speed on the JBP story.
The dialogue could very well be something similar to what transpired during the BIG fight, with Cindy being the one threatening to teach Casey a lesson.
Could there be some truth to the Anthony lies? IMO.
They come across as a truly twisted family. IMO.

Or, perhaps Casey wasn't the author of the JBP story????? Or, it could be a missed phone call, or a piece of a video too.
Maybe Casey and Biaz dreamed it up. Was he her attorney by then? Bozo could have informed the family
