Let's take a vote.

I predict Conway will:

Quit the A's outright and make a public statement similar to what their previous attorney, Mark NeJame, felt the need to do.
Quit the A's quietly, with no public statement and no presser.
Not quit the A's immediately, but fade away slowly, appearing less in public with them, and speaking less on their behalf.
Regroup and continue to represent them as he has done in the past.

Thoughts?


Hmmmm.....tough one. Well, since everyone else wised up and left, I see Conway leaving quietly. With the recent depo of Cindy being put off and no word of it being rescheduled I think he has lost some of his steam. I almost feel sorry for him, but then again, he decided to represent them.

Anyone who represents them while they are doing these things is wrong. And a lot of things they do are a sin in the Bible if you are talking about God's forgiveness, so I can't see it at all. I respect your feelings, but couldn't disagree more with them. JMHO

ITA with this post with all that I have! He is, IMO, another camera/media hog. There is NO way that he does not know the kind of vile people that the A's are and yet, tries to sell to the world that they are greiving grandparents! He is full of it!

What do you mean Brad Conway did nothing ? He won a defamation case with the most bizarre sickening circumstances i've ever heard of , where a HOSPITAL , NURSES, DOCTORS , ADMIN of hospital were all involved in the scheme of horrendous sickening lies that were proven FALSE against a man that picketed 6 days a week , 8 hours a day for a full 18 months !


BRAD CONWAY took his case even amongst the lies of the Hospital and ADmin , even with the doctors and nurses backing them and had FAITH in that man and proved he was innocent ....


I don't call that NOTHING , I call it for what it is , I call it a MAN a GOOD MAN , defending another GOOD man in the face of such diversity , with SO MUCH RISK ( The whole hospital was against this guy )


But BRAD stood his ground , took them on and PROVED the case ....

Brad has what I call a SIXTH SENSE ! If he had taken that case on on the face value of it for $$$$$ he wouldn't have touched it , but he LET his HEART RULE !

God would want us to find justice for Caylee, one of God's smallest creatures who was supposed to be loved and cherished and taken care of by the person who murdered her. To me whether or not Brad Conway was an Eagle Scout doesn't matter if he and the Anthonys would start looking for justice for Caylee. But as far as I can tell, they haven't done that yet. They want Casey supported God knows they've made that clear, they want our $$$ sent to their house but I've not heard them cry out once for justice for Caylee. Why is that? it hurts my heart to see that they've never stepped up and spoken out for justice for Caylee.

The exchanges between Cindy and LDB on the day of Casey's bond hearing are a preview of Cindy on the stand at Casey's trial.
Cindy was naive that day, and things took a turn she did not expect.
Even so, she argued with the prosecutor and Judge Strickland had to direct her to answer the questions.
Cindy has had an education in the legal system since then.
The end result, IMVHO, will be the same.
Cindy has no credibility and LDB will prove it in a flash.
I predict the jury will throw out all of her rambling, Anthony-speak stories the moment they sit down to deliberate.

To answer , I do not know if the mother passed away eventually or not , seeing as how she was 73 and already so ill , she must have ?

I do not know the A's and have never met them or corresponded with them in any way ,I only see the persecution they have endured and its too much , so I speak out on their behalf as time permits me to.

I totally understand your thoughts on Caylee , but my feelings on that are she is with GOD and the faith that she is in a better place and happy right now consoles me , however there are those that were left behind and are hurting ....and so when you place your faith in God on one hand and know that Caylee is safe and happy , but in the other hand her loved ones are hurting and torn due to all that has transpired ,I can't ignore that either ....even more so , as THEY are left behind , they are FEELING the full wrath .....a wrath I can not even imagine .

I must admit I am surprised how I feel about your answer. It sounds pretty level headed. And I can even understand how you got where you are. I wonder if there was a big life changing event that allows you to have so much compassion for the A's.

I also believe Caylee is with God now. I believe she is safe, sound, happy and light (don't know why I used this word but it just fits).

I suppose somone should stand up for the A's. But what about all their lying? Even lying under oath? What about giving the wrong brush to LE? What about their very negative personalities. See, I just don't see them adding to make this world a better place. And I do think the world would open up their compassionate arms to the A's if they would just give up the negativitiy. But in order to do that, they need to face the truth and embrace it.

What about them trying to throw others under the bus? Shouldn't you be feeling the same for Jesse and Amy as you do the A's?

They don't deserve all the personal attacks on looks, gum chewing, fat, skinny, etc. But Cindy does throw out her fair share of attacks. I hope I have not thrown out any personal attacks.

You are entitle to think the way you do, it just baffles me. Is it possible to show as much compassion for the prosecutors who are trying to make sure the person responsible for this will be put away? I would love for you to go that far also. When prosecutors put the "bad" guys away, it helps all of us. It is contibuting to making this a better world.

If no one stands up for wrongdoing and commenting on those transgressions, then what kind of society will we have. It's not so good now, but imagine a world filled with the likes of the person you responded to (name withheld to protect the guilty).

Do you remember Cindy stressing that Casey always carried a spare car key in her pocket, in case she accidentally locked Caylee in the car?

I think that really happened, that she accidentally locked Caylee in the car on a very hot day in FL and she had to call for help.

Maybe Lee was referring to that--did you lock her in the hot car again (this time fatally).


When I first heard about this case, I thought she forgot her in the car. But my first thought, if I did that, would be call 911 not family members. Who would get there the fastest?

Her faith is not in any known religion that I have ever read about. Maybe it's the "Gospel according to Cindy."?

That's exactly what it is. Cindy will use the Bible when she thinks it aids her and ignore anything in it that she doesn't want to do. She admits no flaw in herself and she and George are attempting to make a lot of money fleecing the public. Those are not the actions of a decent person.

Many of us have lost a loved one do to murder. RARELY, if any at all, have I seen people so hateful, lying so much, grieving at the Ritz, slapping their faces in front of EVERY SINGLE media camera that they possibly can FOR THE MURDERER! ESPECIALLY since it was their own granddaughter who was the VICTIM!

I am a victim of someone who was murdered and these people make me sick. From their stoooopid media/talk show jaunts right down to their lying, theiving, spinning, rotten actions to any and all who have ever tried to help them and their throwing their innocent VICTIM granddaughter under the bus for the murderer! And when that is not bad enough, they gather together WITH CONWAY (what the he77 was he thinking?), the all mighty lawyer, and chase people down for remembering their granddaughter which were NOT on their property! They think that they are so dam@#d entitled. Well, in a way, they are. They are entitled to an investigation and hopefully that will happen and they will never be able to pull their kind of carp ever again!

I think that it is WAY overdue that people of this nature be held accountable for their actions. It looks as if Casey FINALLY may be held accountable for hers!

Those scammers are GOOD. A friend's husband (who is VERY computer literate) didn't read the TOS on a work from home scam. He was hit with a bill of $99 for it and now they have his bank account for $45 a month. Could George have been suckered into something like that? Thikning he could earn a living at home, vs. working outside the home? I don't think George is stupid. I think he is naive and VERY much under Cindy's control. He seems to be honest if Cindy is not near him. When they are together, she is ALWAYS holding his hand, controlling him. It just doesn't look normal to me. More like she can squeeze his hand or dig her nails into his hand to prevent him from being honest.

I think the wrath of Cindy is ugly to behold.

I just hope we learn the answers to all these questions by the time all of this comes to a close. I want to know the history for some dumb reason. I still think it's George who is probably the sociopath. jmo

I really, really wanted to believe that it was some kind of an accident.
Something that wasn't apparent would make it all make sense.
Like you, I just can't see it.

They are entitled to an investigation and hopefully that will happen and they will never be able to pull their kind of carp ever again!

I think that it is WAY overdue that people of this nature be held accountable for their actions. It looks as if Casey FINALLY may be held accountable for hers!

I think I have always just took it for granted she would be convicted of some crime in relation to Caylee's death and the financial matter. I think if she were not convicted giving the evidence we DO know about, and imagining the evidence LE has that we DON'T know about yet-----it would be a massive failure of the system.


If Casey was to walk away from the murder charge (god forbid), she would probably be found guilty for the financial charges. BUT.......considering that the murder trial is not going to conducted for god knows how long, she would probably walk out of that courtroom for time served. ITA - I do not think Cindy would have let Casey have a baby by a one-night stand. Caylee's father must be someone that the family can blackmail to keep it quiet. I think the Caylee's father is responsible for Baez and Conway now. Casey was spending far too much money to just be stealing from piggy banks - like her $500/mo phone bills. Someone was helping her or she had "events" we do not know about.

Both George and Lee knew of the illegal activities in Orlando. Mallory had worked for one of the leasing airlines and owner of the exotic car co. that put up the reward. George had been a guard at many places. There are lots of drug & prostitution rackets in OrLanDo. I would like to see George and Lee's work records.

Not confused - Judge Stricklnad filed complaint against Baez and Conway. That is why I question the legality of the funds being paid to them. The benefactor might have a questionable record like money laundering. I don't think for one minute some nice person in CT is paying Baez - it is probably a person in Orlando that wants to remain nameless like the NLHF people that put up the reward money and had the phoney drawing for a car. Someone could take in legal cash from the car scheme and yet pay Baez and Conway with illegal funds.

IIRC, it happened around the same time that Strickland filed the Bar complaint against Baez ...all having to do with DCasey I am guessing. Dude you need to chill out and relax. How has caylee gotten justice when her murderer hasnt been punished yet? Why are you bringing God into this board? He has his own time and place for all things. I remember this. It was at a time when the Anthonys had no attorney to represent them. Cindy raised her hand, stood up, and the Judge quickly silenced her and told her that she could not speak. NeJame had given them the boot. And, Cindy and George didn't have an attorney at the time. They first met BConway AFTER Caylee's remains were found by Kronk on Dec 11.

I wish my memory on this was better. I am thinking that it was maybe because BConway was there to represent DCasey when LE pulled DCasey in for an interview, after the video tape from JHoover was made known to LE. DCasey gave a "second interview" which I do remember was not released to the media, and which Judge Strickland said would NOT be. (maybe during that same hearing in which the State filed the Motion to find out how the Defense was being paid). My memory is just not too good on this subject, so I could be wrong.

Not confused - Judge Stricklnad filed complaint against Baez and Conway. That is why I question the legality of the funds being paid to them. The benefactor might have a questionable record like money laundering. I don't think for one minute some nice person in CT is paying Baez - it is probably a person in Orlando that wants to remain nameless like the NLHF people that put up the reward money and had the phoney drawing for a car. Someone could take in legal cash from the car scheme and yet pay Baez and Conway with illegal funds.

Is there some way to get a list of Baez's former clients?


That is why I think it is so important to find out who is paying. Why would someone pay? Maybe to protect themselves or their business?

ITA. I remember when the case first broke. I knew, without doubt, that the child was dead by all the reason you outlined. I also knew Casey killed her by observing her lack of emotion or concern (in addition to all her lies). It is beyond me how anyone could think she was innocent.

In fact I have NEVER in my life heard a defamation case with SO MUCH merit , and so besides my post defending Brad Conway on prior cases ,where the CASE i gave link to shows how much diversity he was up against ,while the entire hospital along with Admin were against this man , SET HIM UP , BRAD took on the case , could not have been for money , because the ODDS were against this one man proving his innocence with so many against him and testifying against him ,but BRAD saw it through ....and if anyone EVER needed justification against the ACTS they accused him of with his own mother it was HIM.

The post also points out the harm defamation can do ,but in contrast to ZG " NOT ZFG , because there is not a ZFG , been though the case has been wrongfully filed in court under that FALSE name ( Which is WRONG ) and only done to add merit ,where there is no merit when looking strictly at the FACTS surrounding ZG , whom had no JOB to get fired from , had no place to live to get convicted from , yet is claiming THESE as damages ......wow it just slams you in the face ...

I am hoping that the jury will think this way as well. I don't think that they will get past the 31 days, no matter how many attorneys she has on her team. :) Contrary to the protestations of the defense team, most juries are consciencious (sic) citizens who WANT to make the right decision. They are not mindless, fat bloggers like Cindy claims. They have brains. When given the monumental task of getting to the truth, they usually come up with the right answer. There are exceptions (OJ) but most can leave the media out of their decisions.

The Anthonys have made a career out of blaming others for everything wrong in their lives. This time, they took it too far. Hopefully, before all is said and done, others they have blamed for Caylee's disappearance/murder will also contact Mr. Morgan or another attorney and file suit.

Their lack of accountability is what got them into this mess. It's only fitting and proper, imo, that those they attempted to MAKE accountable for what happened to Caylee will have their day in court.

It is not okay to NOT to take responsibility for your actions.

Really , where did ZG work ? Her Attorney MORGAN on national T.V stated that she was in between JOBS when this occurred . Please share with the board WHERE ZG was working please. Again according to her own Attorneys she was in FACT jobless.

Does it appear to anyone else, that the Defense "team" may be doing something like setting aside one week of every month (or a couple of days in one week) to handle things like courts hearings, and such? I can see where it may because a logistical problem for anyone to be able to schedule a court hearing, unless it fits into the Defense Team schedule. Now that Lyon is representing Casey, things are going to slow way down.

Really , where did ZG work ? Her Attorney MORGAN on national T.V stated that she was in between JOBS when this occurred . Please share with the board WHERE ZG was working please. Again according to her own Attorneys she was in FACT jobless.

KC would never have a nanny 3 hours away from her home or work. I think, when push comes to shove, that THSI ZG is the ONLY one that fits the original bill that KC gave to the police. When you add on a "sister" named Samantha and a "mother" names Gloria (I think that was the name) and a stepfather named "Victor," you will find NO ZG anywhere that meets that description. This is the ONLY ZG who could possibly have been the sitter.

We have Cindy claimed Casey's ZG was a 10, yet Cindy never met her and never provided the "picture" she claimed to have of her. George even admitted that he never heard the name from Caylee. My kids were full of things that happened at the sitters when they were toddlers. They talked endlessly about things that happened and stories of the other children. Children that young talk all the time.

4. George finally speaks the truth, spills the beans, and gets a BIG book deal, moves on with his life, in every way.

5. Caylee is remembered forever in the hearts of all posters/bloggers who became her family, who will virtually sit behind the Prosecution for her because HER family will not.

I am thinking that it was maybe because BConway was there to represent DCasey when LE pulled DCasey in for an interview, after the video tape from JHoover was made known to LE. DCasey gave a "second interview" which I do remember was not released to the media, and which Judge Strickland said would NOT be. (maybe during that same hearing in which the State filed the Motion to find out how the Defense was being paid). My memory is just not too good on this subject, so I could be wrong.

I don't think much was made of the Bar complaint filed against BConway, because the news was all buzzing about the Bar Complaints filed against Baez. LOL Everyone wanted to talk about those!

After several minutes of struggling, she lost consciousness and died shortly thereafter. Then she was bagged up and tossed like garbage near the Anthonys' home.

A better place? I don't know about that. No one has ever returned from that place to tell us about it. I do know that Caylee is not in this place and her life was taken by a ruthless, uncaring, cruel person. And I believe that anyone who supports her murderer in this and in her aberrant life, is as guilty as she is.

chuckles... I've been checking the Clerk of Court records every day, and so far, the next court hearings haven't yet been filed with the court.

Does it appear to anyone else, that the Defense "team" may be doing something like setting aside one week of every month (or a couple of days in one week) to handle things like courts hearings, and such? I can see where it may because a logistical problem for anyone to be able to schedule a court hearing, unless it fits into the Defense Team schedule. Now that Lyon is representing Casey, things are going to slow way down.

Maybe Morgan will have some luck in getting a quick court date on Judge Rodriguez's schedule. (unless Conway persists in making this impossible).

It saddens almost every single one of us here on this board to even think about how Caylee may have died. I dunno about most, but I sure hope that my kids and grand kids will live in a wonderful place, full of love, wonderment and great memories so that they can pass that down to their children and grand children. ITA. I remember when the case first broke. I knew, without doubt, that the child was dead by all the reason you outlined. I also knew Casey killed her by observing her lack of emotion or concern (in addition to all her lies). It is beyond me how anyone could think she was innocent.

She actually NEVER reported her missing. It was Casey who reported her missing and dragged Casey to the phone. Maybe so. I've always considered George to be somewhat of a failure, because he didn't have much brainpower. I don't recall reading much information about George and computers getting along though. You probably know as well as I do, that MOST people don't even know that each email has a header with lots of information about how it got from point a to b. I can't see George decyphering that information.

George is no genius for sure, but I think he was able to see that the emails casey was trying to pass off as from her employer "didn't look right" I guess Cindy got him off the Ohio police force but he still had a flickering bit of a cop instinct left.

You're so right. Some people don't have time to keep up with the news, they're lucky if they know what's going on in their own neighborhood. Others just aren't interested. There are always people who aren't familiar with a case, even one that generates a lot of publicity.

Thanks so much for replying Barbara. It's interesting - the perception I have, because I watch all the TG's, etc. etc. - is that this case is so much in the media that everyone has heard about it. I had hoped this would be the case so there would a general perception of guilt on behalf of the public and, therefore, the jury pool as well.

If the jury isn't familiar with the case, it might not be a slam dunk like I think it is because we don't know what will be admitted for the jury to hear. All of us who follow this type of thing hear and see everything about it but apparently the normal, average citizen really doesn't.

I just HOPE the state is able to present everything they have so there will be no doubt in anyone's mind that Caysee murdered her daughter and threw her away like trash. May there be justice for Caylee!

I think of it this way...Before July 16th none of us had heard about this case...and from the very instant of hearing about it I knew she was guilty and that she had murdered her child...Way before a body was found......so even if the prosecution is able to tell what happened the first few days, it will be enough to convict.....

What wont be able to be left out are all the lies that were told, the not calling LE to report her child missing, the odor in the car that she abandoned (presumably for running out of gas).....

I'll tell you this much, when you live in Florida, where there is no public transportation...(or as in Orlando, very little and only to certain areas)...no one abandones their car for running out of gas, even if you had to beg for enough to get a gallon.....

I believe that instead of feeling so sorry for the Anthonys and their devil spawn, and what they are going through, we should consider what Caylee went through on her way to that "Better place." She might have been drugged, but I don't think so. I think that the duct tape was wrapped around a fully conscious Caylee, that her nose and mouth were obstructed and that she suffocated to death looking into the eyes of her murderer, her mother. Suffocation is a horrendous death. She probably tried to remove the tape from her mouth with her tongue, but of course she was just a little girl and she couldn't do that. After several minutes of struggling, she lost consciousness and died shortly thereafter. Then she was bagged up and tossed like garbage near the Anthonys' home.

A better place? I don't know about that. No one has ever returned from that place to tell us about it. I do know that Caylee is not in this place and her life was taken by a ruthless, uncaring, cruel person. And I believe that anyone who supports her murderer in this and in her aberrant life, is as guilty as she is.

So I gather that at least one poster here believes that Caylee should just be forgotten because she is in that "Better place," and we should congratulate the person who put her in that "Better place." This is absolute nonsense. Whoever murdered Caylee, and I believe it to have been Casey, needs to face the full punishment which humans can mete out. The death penalty. Then she can join Caylee in this "Better place." Why are the Anthonys trying to save Casey from this "Better place?" If they truly believe that, they should help her along on her journey to this "Better place."

I know that people who, for whatever reason, feel guilty are fond of saying "they are in a better place" of the deceased, because somehow that makes it right to them, and then they can feel better.

Makes no sense to me. They're not here on earth doing what they were theoretically put here to do. Which is live a life.

Caylee by all rights, spiritual and constitutional, was not supposed to see that "better place" for decades down the line.

Her killer messed with the natural order of things, and I hope she pays dearly for it.

I think of it this way...Before July 16th none of us had heard about this case...and from the very instant of hearing about it I knew she was guilty and that she had murdered her child...Way before a body was found......so even if the prosecution is able to tell what happened the first few days, it will be enough to convict.....

What wont be able to be left out are all the lies that were told, the not calling LE to report her child missing, the odor in the car that she abandoned (presumably for running out of gas).....

I'll tell you this much, when you live in Florida, where there is no public transportation...(or as in Orlando, very little and only to certain areas)...no one abandones their car for running out of gas, even if you had to beg for enough to get a gallon.....

Even if half of what took place has to be omitted the rest will convict....JMO
