Even though Gallup has party ID at +9.3% for Dems.,they sampled 32% of both Dems. and Repubs. for their poll question of whether people consider themselves "pro-life" or 'pro-choice" which explains the misleading results of 51% of Americans considering themselves "pro-life" while

Here's the outlier Gallup poll: "A new Gallup Poll, conducted May 7-10, finds 51% of Americans calling themselves "pro-life" on the issue of abortion and 42% "pro-choice."

this was already discussed in another thread, they considered themselves pro-life but felt everyone should choose for themselves

Where in the poll was THAT asked? The point is the poll oversampled Republicans...even according to their own poll of how many people are Rs and how many are Ds. That's misleading.

I looked everywhere in that poll/article I posted (the Gallup poll). There was nothing that backs up what you said.

maybe it was another poll, people said they were pro-life, but then when asked if they think women should have the right to choose over half of them said yes even though they claimed to be pro-life

Well, it has nothing to do with this thread which is exposing misleading polling.
