I guess Rachelle is making the interview rounds now. She appeared for her next "exclusive" interview today (6/3/09) on ABC. Here is a LINK to the video of the actual interview for those interested.

It shows a few shots inside "The Castle". IMO Phil is either VERY CHEAP or has very poor decorating taste. I know, I know - I am being tacky . . . but I can't help but think that a man who throws around $500 tips at the drop of a hat - should have replaced his burgundy "mini blinds" from the 1980s with something a little more updated. I know - I sound mean and critical.
The interview with Rachelle is such garbage IMO. She whines about her husband being tried by the media (no Rachelle - actually they never wrote about this 2nd trial) and not in the courtroom. Hmm, I thought all 12 jurors came to the conclusion that he was guilty of 2nd degree murder. She also whines that Phil is broke and will have to take out loans to get out of debt and pay for his appeal. Here's an idea Rachelle - get a job! You love him so much and you're only 28 or 29 years old - you say you're a model, actress, etc - - - get a job - you don't have any little kiddies at home to tie you down - get a job and help pay for your hubby's appeal costs. Just a thought.

Rachelle says, how ridiculous is that" If someone goes and kills somebody then why would they walk outside and tell someone "I think I killed somebody."
<snipped>
She's such a bonehead!
JMO
Yeah, yeah..because Chelle..PS THOUGHT he killed somebody (Lana..the lady who went to his house with him for "one drink"). he had the gun in his hand, like many times before with other more fortunate women...he sees that beautiful woman - whose name he probably couldn't even remember at that point - slumping, bloody and lifeless in his white foyer chair...and he had to tell his driver - who he probably didn't remember wasn't his "usual driver/saviour" - what just happened, at and by his own hands. If she'd shot herself, he wouldn't be saying he thought he killed somebody - he'd be crying for help that the woman who came home with him shot herself. That thought didn't cross his mind until he was at the hands of the police.
And, on the ABC flick, she stated it was an "accident". now where did she come up with that theory? So..it wasn't suicide...and she's saying it wasn't murder, but an accident? What are they going to appeal - defense's flawed theory of suicide, because it was an "accident"..whose accident? Thank goodness she didn't say it was an "accidental suicide" or I'd have barf ed all over the laptop.

Presumably JF's gag order (after the interview during trial 1) lasted until sentencing - but now she has her last chance to get that 15 minutes. I keep thinking of this point made by Mrs Clarkson at the sentencing
As I sat in the courtroom I just wanted to raise my hand and say “Excuse me, your honor...May I clarify these points?”
The Clarkson's have well shown their intelligence and respect for the law. They can only visit their daughter at the cemetery. They do not go on TV and decry what they had to endure - which was so much more than Rachelle Spector will ever know or understand.
Phil Spector was a has been and Rachelle is no-one of interest. May Phil's children get anything financial remaining after the Clarksons receive their civil judgement.

Hi Jayne
Thing is - if you own the gun and push it into someone's mouth and then pull the trigger - how on earth can it be an accident. She doesn't seem to be helping the options for a new trial if that appeal is successful. I just hate that barf but it sure suits this situation

Yep yep, I don't think he realized the magnitude of it, OR that he could really get his a*( handed to him for it. I think he was telling ADS that he thought he killed somebody so to say "uh... yah, can ya help me out here? There's a mess that needs to be cleaned up. A big WHOOPS happened inside..." Phil didn't realize what 'really' happened until several minutes later. Then it hit him. And that's when he started cleaning up by himself. You know, wiping his prints off the gun, trying to wipe his dna off of Lana's face, etc. Thank God common sense rules around here most of the time, and thank God it ruled in the courtroom during PSII.

Good morning Ellie...
I have not the slightest idea how to get this to you but I do recall looking at it.
Hopefully we can somehow get it to you.
I do recall seeing a tacky looking place on the inside. It looks like a project Rachelle can concentrate on while she's counting his royalties and doing wherever your minds takes you with all Spectors friends and foes.:w00t: That woman looks a lot older than she claims she is or she has had some rough life. He!!, I think I counted 72 teeth when she was yakking how broke poor Hubby is because of these TWO trials and the appeal coming up.
APPEAL? Er, Rachelle how many people have to knock on your head to see if anyone's home.:sneaky: Phillip Spector has NO grounds for appeal. (That will save you some bucks right there)
In addition, she can use that money to redecorate and it's my suggestion she start in that foyer of his. It doesn't look any different than it did when Spector shot and killed Lana.
JMO
... hm. Somehow I don't think RS has the money to redecorate, do you? Maybe if she started selling those OLD TELEVISIONS that Phil seems to have so many of... Well lord knows she's gonna have to start selling something just to keep the bills paid and avoid foreclosure, ya think? She will be evicted, probably (??) once the civil trial is over... how does that work? Will the house be sold to raise funds for the Clarkson's civil trial?

"I mean can PS spend all kinds of money on an appeal that a judge won't even hear? " Oh, yes, he can, and he will. His lawyers are going to say that Judge Fidler was wrong to allow the PBA witnesses. He will lose, but he will spend every penny he has trying. There is nothing in the law that says a defendant cannot try to appeal his conviction, no matter how vain his hope might be.

Ugh.. you are probably right. You know though? Spending every dime he's got so that Lana's family gets nothing will be the LAST nasty thing that little man ever does. He will go down in history (and will die in prison) with a bad reputation. He will be known as the murdering millionaire who left nothing for his children (well who knows, maybe Nicole will get something). It will be very interesting to me to see what Rachelle's next move is. I wonder if, and how much, she's getting paid for these little interviews she's making people give her. (You all know that she sent an email out to a bunch of people telling them to do all the tv and radio interviews they can... it's all at Michelle Blaine's site-- http://mcontrolblogs.blogspot.com/ . And I wonder if she's eyeing things in the house here and there thinking "I wonder how much I could get for that...."

No offense to her but she doesn't look like someone that has see the better side of a million in a while. I would have thought most of Phil's money has been taken up with the huge bills of his defence team over 2 long trials. We all know how much these people charge; you can't even sneeze without paying £100 or dollars.
Out of interest, how do you feel someone who has seen the better side of a million should look? I think she looks just fine and yeah, maybe she does look a bit older than her years, but I imagine those 2 trials have taken their toll, as they would. I wonder what people would be saying if she did 'look a million dollars' at the moment; not good comments I suspect. Can't win really can she.

Quite to the contrary, during the beginning of the 2nd trial or a hearing before that, I had seen a photo of her and did pay her a compliment on this board. I didn't know who she was a first glance. I know exactly which photo it was to this day. She had been through years of dealing with this situation at that time. When she married Phil and inserted herself openly into the trial she made herself a part of the public arena, she made her bed and the expressions of the court of public opinion is a part of lying down in it. She was a model apparently and having had a small photo in playboy I would think she was preparing her life in the public arena at that time also.
You think she looks older than her years as your post states?

I agree! Even under contract, I'm sure Rachelle took a step back when she entered that place. How many years later and she has not tried to make her house her home? That, in itself, speaks volumes about this marriage.

This looks like the same article that I had LINKed to a few days ago (same picture of Phil & Chelle, same website UPI.com) - - But it ISN'T - - - this particular article was written & released TODAY, 6/4/09. It contains an interesting "tid bit" of information that I have NEVER realized before. Perhaps all of you have known this, but I don't think I had ever heard this before:
Rachelle explains during the INSIDE EDITION interview a few days ago, that SHE and PHIL were actually MARRIED (exchanged their wedding vows) in the same spot were LANA WAS KILLED. In "The Castle's" FOYER.
ARE YOU FRICK'IN KIDDING ME????? . . . . I AM SPEECHLESS!!!!!!!!!! :w00t:
The house is over 10,000 square feet and they pick that part of the home to get married in. They probably had a guest or two sit in the chair that is an exact replica of the one Lana was slumped in and bleed all over after Phil, the groom, shot her in the mouth.
Rachelle was quoted as saying that she was NOT superstitious about getting married in the room where Clarkson died, "she had her mind on happier things." (Like what Chelle? . . . You're Wedding Night in the romantic 1970s 4 poster pine waterbed upstairs in the Master bedroom? Gross!)
His "castle" is situated on almost 3 acres of property. It looks like there are huge pine trees and foliage all over the place. They were married in September - beautiful time of year in So California . . . SO GET MARRIED OUTSIDE. Decorate a beautiful area and set up chairs for the guests outside and have the ceremony performed in a pretty location in the backyard. I WOULD NEVER GET MARRIED IN THE SAME FOYER WHERE A WOMAN HAD BEEN MURDERED IN MY HOME . . . AND, OH YEAH, MY HUSBAND IS CHARGED WITH THAT MURDER AND THE TRIAL IS SCHEDULED TO BEGIN A FEW MONTHS AFTER WE SAY, "I DO". After seeing some of the photos and video footage of the inside of that house, there's not a lot of places I'd agree to use as the backdrop for my wedding. However, the FOYER would be the LAST PLACE I would agree to. I mean . . . I'd pick the room with the lovely iguana in it before I'd pick the foyer.
Can you picture an overlay of the crime scene photos - with Phil & Chelle's wedding pics? What a sick individual - - - make that, (2) sick individuals.

First of all, there's a precedent for having a wedding on the bloody spot of the killer's act. I refer to the wedding of the hitman to his girlfriend as performed by widower and hitman-arranger Rabbi Neulander.
It's a thumb in the eye of the survivors. And not much different, IMO, from trashing the victim, blaming her, claiming she was drunk, stole a bottle of tequila from the HoB, brought her own gun and danced around with it pointed at her head. Then later claiming she-- and the other women who testified-- was crazy, suicidal, a bit nutty and very rhymes-with-nutty.
How is it different? I see it as all of a piece.

The trial is over is why it was lifted. Hello? Never heard of gag orders during a murder trial? Common, yes. bonehead! Judge was over zealous..your post is. Phil Spector was sentenced to prison because he MURDERED LANA. This is what happens when you take another life. Get it? Thank you for once again proving the Spector fans have no respect for life nor authority. The rest of the world is laughing at you, not with you.

It's Media time!
Due to Phil Spector's hard working publicist, and the gag order that judge Fidler used to silence the truth in Phil's trials has been lifted, Rachelle is able to speak openly about their relationship and the miscarriage of justice that went on in both trials by an over zealous judge and District Attorney who refused to be the fourth laughing stock in the Los Angeles Courts. Judge Fidler and D.A. (Dumb-a**) Alan Jackson clearly saw a semi-retired celebrity who fell victim to having a house guest who had a horrible accident in his home as "payback time"! If Spector didn't do it, they'll make certain that they'll find any women with a thirty-year old grudge against Phil Spector and have them spew their undocumented fiction to an uneducated jury, and do their best to make sure the jurors see not the evidence that proves his innocence, but in their minds see how he could've done it, and could be guilty. Isn't this scary?? To think that any one of us could be convicted to life in prison by a crooked judge and District Attorney, not for something we did, but for something we could've done??
This is truly desperation! A lethal dose of fiction which is not helpful to the convicted murderer at all.

Id LOVE to see Judge Fidler and Alan Jackson sue the crap outta Rachelle Spector and anyone else who is running around calling them names because a jury found Phil GUILTY! Rachelle got by with a few antics during the trial but now that its over Id love to see her pay for the slander that comes out of her mouth. I've always heard it was Rachelle, but when she was in court acting like the devoted wifey someone else was writing on it. Rachelle may be the keeper but this person is speaking for Rachelle. It sounds more like Nat, the one with no brain cells left because her ex choked her for 7 mos. I'd love to see Alan the Judge make her answering for her ignorant comments. Sue the pants off of her.

You know, you would think that Rachelle, secretly, would be happy about the verdict and Phil's incarceration. After all, she gets everything she wanted out of this, er...union, without the major disadvantage, i.e. having to live with him.

You don't honestly think they're going to make PS work do you? Prisoners should all have to work for their keep, as far as I'm concerned, but they don't have to anymore. They get more rights than a lot of people who haven't broken the law.
If they tried to make PS work I see a fit in the making. The first thing he'll probably do is ask for a copy of the regulations to see how many he can try to bend to suit him.

It doesn't matter anyway. Phil will not be allowed to wear his wig/weave/whatever because it is considered to be a "disguise". Perhaps they do things differently in the UK, but unfortunately for you, Phil will be incarcerated here in California. He will have to adhere to the rules that the State of California has in place for prisoners.
By the way, the appeal you are so gleefully anticipating will also have to adhere to the laws and rules here in California. And that means that Phil won't be released from his sentence just because his fans think he should be free.

Yes, Barristers in Britain wear wigs and a great friend of mine, who was a Barrister and now is a Pastor in America used to wear one so I know about that. That has absolutely NOTHING to do with clients wearing them, no matter where you are in the world.

Because it is another confirmation that PS is in the prison system and starting his new life behind bars, where those of us who feel True Justice has been done, believe he belongs. He put justice off for 6 long years and a little humiliation is a small price to pay for murdering an innocent woman.
We like knowing he's paying for his crime, and we want to know he's being treated like every other murderer. It doesn't matter in the big scheme of things, no one said it does. It's just one more satisfying little detail.

Oh, yeah, we might get a little news item a few years from now about an appeal or something, but it won't be anytime soon... No matter what Rachelle tells you and the other fans.. She can't file an appeal.. It takes an ATTORNEY to do that filing.
Yup and the attorney has filed it, so won't be long. Justice for Phil:thumbsup:

It isn't. After a criminal conviction a solicitor or barrister tells the person if they feel there are any grounds for appeal. Paperwork for "leave to appeal" is to be completed in 28 days (it can be delayed if needed) stating reason for appeal. This goes to a single appeals Judge who decides whether there is a chance for the appeal to succeed. If they think it can, it goes to a full court.

I'm not sure. I suppose it depends on the court schedule.
They have that extra step where a single appeals Judge looks at the reasons for appeal and decides if they can succeed to save time on useless appeals I suppose, maybe it speeds things up. The appeal itself would then have to be prepared for court. If grounds for appeal are refused a person can still seek a full court hearing, but if they lose they get penalized (I like that idea).

I think that poster has a failure to comprehend that US law is not the same as UK law. Especially in the appeals process. Oh well... Phil is getting used to the new home he'll have for the next 6 months or so, then he'll get moved again to his "permanent" home. I doubt seriously if his trial bride will follow him. Oh yes she's just waiting for Phil's ok to start her singing career according to the article in the LA TIMES.
In the course of an hour, she referred to two different things as her "main focus."
The first is her husband's appeal. The second is her music career. She said her husband recorded her performing songs that he originally wrote for Celine Dion, Madonna and Trisha Yearwood.
"He could've sold [the music] to make money, but that's how much he believed in me," she said. She hopes to release the tracks but is waiting for his OK.
Boy she's in for another big letdown IMO.

A couple of things I thought about North Kern from the link
Is the lady pictured the person in charge - Nice to see a woman having control of Phil's activies
presumably he is there for evaluation
The Reception Center currently processes incoming inmates usually within a 60 to 90 day period. After compiling the inmate's criminal records, life histories, medical and psychological histories, and social relationships, NKSP staff determines the inmate's classification score and institutional placement. (my bolding)
Perhaps all the publicity from Rachelle means she is still on the payroll attempting to impact where he spends his final years. I keep coming back to the posting from Vonna

But on a slightly more serious note - the post sentencing publicity sure does highlight yet again what a difference between these folks and the Clarkson family (calm, dignified and private in their mourning) - and given the instant payment of the checks at sentencing - someone other than Rachelle is surely Phil's financial advisor.

Deal is, and I would think the male posters on here may agree, if I was a man entering the prison system no matter what the level, the last thing I would want my wife to start bragging about to the press, the day before I go to enter into it, is about my sex life.
Seriously. What was she thinking or to whos benefit would such a comment be, not PS's he going into Prison. I'm not trying to be funny but serious, Inmates have relatives that read the paper also. What a way to start him off with that being held over him as possible harassing comment or whatever. IMO

She'll be moving on soon to her new life and no doubt new boyfriends.
How much time would you give her before she goes through all his money like a kid in a candy store? He is more of an idiot that I thought. His children get NO access to his money and this girl does? She certainly hit the Lottery big time!

I hope RS does burn Spector. He has been burning woman for many years. I just find it difficult to believe that he would allow her to handle everything. There has to be power of attorney behind the wings somewhere. (Does POA work when you are incarcerated?)
Knowing Spector and how extremely selfish he is. He, Knowing there is a 99.9999999999% he will never see the outside again.
Like I said, I hope she does!

POA works everywhere...it depends on when it is "active"...if immediately...then it is..if only in the event of "incapacity"...then there can be a real problem..sort of...incarcerated won't change it..he'd have to be mentally incapable if it's that type of POA.
I don't really think she is "doing his business"..is she? Or through him..like a glorified secretary?
But I wouldn't be surprised..at how he dumped his own children...and THEY should be the ones running his business..not his childbride, IMO.

Hi Dianna,
I don't see PS trusting anyone with a great deal of his money. I still think he's hidden a lot in accounts he doesn't want the Clarkson's to find.
I'd like to see Rachelle fade away quickly and permanently. Whoever her PR person is, they're doing a lousy job of making her look anything but a publicity monger with no class. But hey, she seems proud of it.

It always looks to me like a money making event when someone sues the site - not the individual - given that the site ownership is likely to have funds.
I'm sure Phil would be onto it - if he thinks there is a chance - he has spent most of his life in one legal event after another, losing the one he really did need to win. Guess he learned the hard way "you can't win them all".
In both instances, it seemed to me the falsehood is probably obvious - but those with funds will often settle to avoid the cost of a legal battle

LOL, we are all entitled an' all.... TBH I don't think PS did wear what you would call a wig, it was a weave, which is something different, so she wasn't really lying there. It could have been made from his own hair too, so that could be what she meant also.

True...you know nothing was ever "just" with him...that is for other unimportant men...
I hope one of the other suits get started soon. Can't a judge order him to give a deposition?
Apparently not, at least until his appeal is refused. I sincerely believe that he will lie anyway. I'm sure there's enough evidence for a jury to hold him accountable for Lana's death in Civil Court.
You're right, PS always thinks he's special.

You nailed it, NM. I was trying to determine why he looked familiar and that's it! I guess this is the shot seen around the world.

Thanks for the warning. He is one of the creepiest looking guys I have ever seen. Phil Spector just creeps me totally. He'll die in prison. His big shot personna and waving guns around women will be the death of him.

I know I am one of the few who feel sorry for him. He obviously was very sensitive to his baldness. I happened to like just about all his wigs and weaves and I especially loved the way the man dressed. I know he is a convicted murderer, but I can see him differently than others since I too have issues with my looks.
Awwww. He's real sensitive...to his baldness.. Pardon us if we feel he needed to be a little more sensitive to the lives of the women he terrorized and held at gun point and the woman, Lana Clarkson, he held at gun point and ended up murdering.
Holding someone captive with a gun is a very serious crime. Just ask OJ Simpson. That's the reason he at long last was put behind bars. And Spector did this to women over and over again over the course of decades. It was inevitable that he would eventually murder one of the woman. Poor Lana had the honor.
But, he's sensitive about his own looks. Isn't that special.

Anti-intellectual much? Oh of course, let's have high school drop-outs because their reasoning skills are so much better, and because we know they won't over-think.
Two points: if you think the prosecution was not well prepared, why don't you blame a hung jury (if there is one) on them?
And if you watched the Spector or the O.J. trials, you might want to rethink your conclusion about who hangs juries. jmo

I'm not anti-intellectual. I'm anti college bigheads who like to show how liberal they are, to the point of spraining their backs from bending over too far.

Gin:confused:
The foreman (#10) was a white male, an engineer, a resident of Cowabunga, or whatever town the castle was in, and said he had once seen Spector in Walmart or someplace. He refused to let the jury take a vote for several days and finally relented after juror #9 threatened to report this to the judge.
Thereafter they voted and were hopelessly deadlocked. At that point the judge polled the jury and found there was confusion over one of the jury instructions, the one the defense insisted on. At that point the judge realized that that jury instruction contradicted another and was WRONG. Then the judge cured this by reinstructing the jury and they went back to deliberating.
Thereafter, at one point 11 jurors voted guilty and only #10 continued to want to acquit. There was one woman who vacillated G-NG and then flipped back to NG.
Ultimately that's how they hung--- 10 G/2 NG. I am not aware of the woman's having spoken to the press. #10, in contrast, attended the presser but refused to reveal how he voted. He also was totally unable, imo, to iterate a reason why he wanted to acquit.
I suspected then and continue to suspect that he was venal and that someone in Spector's camp got to him. I thinks someone should look in his driveway and see if there's a newish BMW or Lexus there. Or maybe it was an offshore account.

Only thing I can figure out is that the defendants name is not allowed on IN SESSION forums. I would like to state for the Moderators information that this post is in regard to a trial covered by IN SESSION and is now an old case. So I am posting in the correct Forum.
If this post in in violation of the TOS, please let me know what it is that I am doing wrong.
I would like to track the guilty defendant and his travels through the State of California Justice system, jails and possible appeals.
Thank you,

So would I and many others as well. It seemed that there were those on the previous thread that did not understand the appeal process. I found this and think it might enlighten some.
This is how an appeal works:

Quote:
Appellate review of a conviction is a bit like watching a videotape of a football game, to look for errors by the referees. If the referees make a lot of errors in a close game, you may get the feeling that their mistakes changed the result of the game. However, even if they made a lot of errors, the score can be so lopsided that you conclude that the errors did not affect the outcome. The judges on appeal are looking for errors which may have changed the verdict, and will disregard "harmless errors," which they believe did not have an effect. They judges will also disregard what they deem to be mistakes of "trial strategy" - a concept that is akin to when the coach chooses a play that doesn't work out the way he intended.

That actually clarifies everything I have already researched and backs up the fact that an appeal will be successful in the not too distant future. A close friend of mine is a Barrister and I have all the information that I need regarding appeals from him.

I am not a legal student nor do I have any such training. I have called people who are lawyers and they state that the fifth admendment can be invoked during any trial; civil or criminal. It will make no difference if he has an appeal in progress or not. The Judge will have to right to look at the question and decide if the witness has to answer or not. The witness cannot make a blanket claim in a civil trial and will have to plea on an question by question basis.

I agree with Nic and think there is a strong chance of appeal. IMO you are totally wrong and look forward to proving it.

I guess we'll all have to wait the months or years it is going to take before an appeal is filed and then heard. Meanwhile, Phil will be serving his time and his wife will go on with her life... And we'll all be reading about what happens with the civil cases... In my opinion, the civil cases will be happening long before an appeal.

Same here. I'm almost jealous of Sprocket in that she is able to go to the courthouse to observe.. lol, "Almost" is the key word. I left Southern California for a lot of reasons and I don't think a trial is a good enough reason to move back down there...

This is totally not relevant to this thread imo. Just trying to dig up more media dirt does not contribute to this thread:thumbdown:
It was a most interesting article attempting to give insight into why Lana Clarkson met her death when an older member of the community used one of his many guns to kill her - old armed and dangerous seems a reasonable description and very relevant.
If one can ever understand why this murder happened, it may save another woman from a similar fate.

Mortie - there is another crime currently discussed on these boards which seems to address the same issue. I think one ruling was that the defendant could answer prepared questions in writing - but as you say, each issue is addressed by the Judge. The lawers for the defendant in the Clarkson case have indicated they will advise him to invoke the 5th for every question. I think perhaps "I don't remember" may be an alternative option if this is not allowed.

I hate to disappoint, but I don't think this will be televised. The 2nd trial was not televised, so I don't think there's much chance of the civil trial and thats not important imo; the biggie is the appeal and the outcome and I don't care if that is televised or not, what does it matter; but I know the outcome will be positive for PS and THAT is what matters to me and many others imo.....
The Civil Trial may not be important to you, but there are still many people who are interested in it's outcome.

Thank you Mort, I too believe the Lana C. case is as relevant as the other old trial cases on this particular board. This case has yet to see its absolute final results in other areas significant to this guilty verdict such as the civil trial, appeals and who knows what else may occur.
I will be as interseted in the Robert S. and PS case, since it is a significant early topic of this case, a part of PS arrest/bailing out scenario and events there after.
Thanks for the links Oodi. It is a relevant topic when considering PS age when the crime was committed and his age at sentencing. I had done a little research about the older prisoners in the prison system in the US. It was a hot topic for an attorney before Congress, but the NOTEDpart of the long article (yes I can link to) was the difference between the older prisoner that had aged in the system and those that were OLDER when committing their crime.
The topic of PS hits on many different issues, the trial of course, aging prisoners in the prison system, does wealth play a bigger role in ones ability to defend themselves and I'm sure there are others.

While a Judge will admonish the jury not to hold the "taking of the 5th" against a defendant, most people would be very annoyed by the following:
Plantiff attorney: "What is your name?"
Witness: "I refuse to answer that question according to the 5th admendment"
Plantiff attorney: "On Februray 3, 2002 did you live at 1700 Grandview in Alameda California?"
Witness: "I don't remember"
Plantiff attorney: Are you a record producer?"
Witness: "Blah, blah blah"
In my personal opinion, it would be a very stupid thing to do.
