Good Morning Everyone

About why the Anthony family would try to pin this on Jessie Grund. This is what I think.

I think it was Cindy.

Remember how Jessie said that Casey and he still communicated? Not close communication, but they did speak, IM or text from time to time. And remember how Jessie said that during those communications Casey would sometimes complain about her parents and all that jazz? And remember when Jessie said that Casey texted (is that how you spell that) him and told him NOT to talk to her parents and she would explain later? Then of course everything went downhill.

Fast forward to Casey in jail. Remember Cindy talking about how Mr. and Mrs. Grund had "reached out" (what is with them and this phrase anyway) to them to offer support in spite of "any feelings that they had about Casey." Casey says she appreciates that or something along those lines. Then Cindy says something like, "what about Jessie?"

And Casey says, "I would like for you to stay away from Jessie."

Now remember that this was in the early days of this thing. I think Casey didn't want her parents to talk to Jessie because they would find out what Casey had been saying to him about them. No more, no less. Casey just didn't want her folks talking to her friends because they would then begin to piece her lies together. Once that happened both her parents and all her friends would know that the person she claimed to be was a deliberate illusion.

But in true Cindy fashion she latches onto that statement and runs with it. She mentally takes those words and applies some hidden motive to them. Cindy does that and Casey quickly sees a short term way to deflect away from herself. She then defaults into her, "I can't say too much right now, just trust me" language that riles Cindy up even more. Hey, she never liked that Jessie anyway.

Cindy is now off to the races. It doesn't matter that her accusations might lead to the arrest and conviction of an innocent man. The only thing that matters is that she has someone else to blame. And Casey is more than happy to sit back, toss out a few vague statements that validate Cindy's delusion and let her mother do her dirty work for her.

Let's not forget that this wouldn't be the first time. Remember that the Zanny the Nanny story only came about because Cindy gave Casey the opening.

Sheesh, Cindy is seriously delusional. The woman needs help and if she is seeing a therapist (like she told another poster in an email to them), then she needs to fire them ASAP and hire a new one because her current one is not doing her any good at all.:thumbdown:

Seriously, the facts don't support that Casey is the one that murdered Caylee?!?! Really?!?! On the contrary, the facts support that Casey, and ONLY CASEY, is the one that murdered her daughter in cold blood. What facts are Cindy looking at? Perhaps she is looking at the facts from another case, because 99.99% of the people that see the evidence in this case are convinced w/out a doubt that Casey is guilty of murdering her daughter.

If Cindy really believes half the stuff that she writes, then she needs to be institutionalized and NOT without haste. It makes me ill to think of how Cindy will try to spin everything once Casey actually is convicted. She will hail her a martyr for sure, as if she isn't already doing just that. I go back and forth, I can't decide who I despise more. Cindy or Casey. Right now I guess it is tied. Poor Caylee, she never had a chance w/those 2 vile women.:thumbdown:

I wonder now if that is Cindy's intention all along - to make herself look so vile and hated that it will make Casey look good in contrast?

Yep, she didn't want Jesse and her parents comparing notes. Jesse knew her too well and probably still loved her despite her lies, etc.
Jesse also knew that Casey had no clue who the baby daddy was. Jesse had entirely too much info on Cindy and Casey's evil nature. He witnessed Cindy putting Casey down, etc. Casey also probably lied to him about her parents to get "sympathy" from the Grunds.

She requests that NEITHER of them speak to eachother. Of course the A's fall for it. #1 they are stupid. #2 Cindy's worst nightmare is Jesse witnessing her TRUE nature.
Last thing Cindy wants is the truth about their very unhappy homelife to come out. She still believes she can sway public opinion with the Cleaver family image. Casey murdering Caylee reflects on their parenting, miserable marriage, desention, control etc. etc. Jesse knows too much.

IIRC, Cindy talked about getting custody of Caylee to one or more of her co-workers because, as Cindy said, Casey was an unfit mother. (Paraphrasing here.) The reason she gave for not doing so was the expense and she could not afford it. So it all boiled down to a money issue.

We've had this discussion so many times since this began. Yes, while it's obvious to those close to the situation that Casey is an unfit mother, to an investigator looking in from the outside, it isn't that simple.

It isn't easy to get custody of a child from a healthy, young, fit parent, with no prior record of problems with DCF. And let's face it, even with a bad history, in FL, DCF tends to drop the ball.

What it will boil down to is 'he said, she said'
Cindy will try and exaggerate all of Casey's worst behaviors. Casey will counterclaim Cindy is a confused, clinging, control freak post menopausal woman who wants a last chance at mother hood through Casey's child. (and they'd both be right :crying: )

Casey's friends will all come to her defense with claims of her being a loving attentive young mom. Cindy's coworkers will come to HER defense with tales of thievery and dishonesty that Cindy has spread.

But with no actual evidence of physical abuse from Casey's hands it won't produce anything. Not having a job or an apartment or property in your name is not grounds to lose custody of your child either. If Casey were kicked out by Cindy, she'd take her kid and go to a friends house. There is no law against taking your kid to different friend's houses to sleep while you are looking for a more permanent place.

So yes, Cindy could have called DCF, and gotten a lawyer, and made all kinds of claims but it would have been for nothing, unless she could produce something more substantial than Casey not having a job.

When you learn about Cindy, you start to realize why Casey is how she is.

No doubt these 2 women with disorders would be at each others throats all the time. No doubt in my mind.

Something about her face and the look in that image where she is giving the "Lee" really is upsetting to me. I see some sort of madness in that look. I don't know, it just is scary. She and Casey both are way out there in the sick mind category. JMHO

From Txts that were redacted latter and from what I've read I'm sure that she was more to CaseyA than just a friend. I'm not sure if they were together or not, as girlfriends. Just some of the txts and conversations always struck me as as big Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
As a straight woman, anyway.

Remember now, Amy is the one who woke up and found that she was wearing a different pair of pants, her 600$ was missing, and casey actually txt her and said we will look for it, it has to be there when in fact she had stolen it from Amy. I firmly believe that she drugged Amy that night, and I'm sure that after all was said and done, Amy realized that Casey had drugged her with something. Most of us bantered this about when it was first released in the news. This is not rumor I am posting this is my opinion based on their txt messages that are now part of discovery in this case. Along with her own banner that she enjoyed female company in bed, that's the nicest way I can even say it. If you've seen all of CA banners that she posted, then you will understand What I'm skirting around here.

She drugged amy that night, maybe with cholor maybe with something else, and she woke up in different clothing with her money, cash GONE.

Demanding justice for Caylee means leaving her family alone. You have got to be kidding me. Why? So their secrets and involvement in the case do not become public? Once again, it is not about Cayle, it is about the Ant family.

G'morning, all.

Caylee was Casey's bargaining chip. I think around the time Casey was researching 'neck breaking', 'missing children', etc all, that there was another big blow up of a fight that we'll never hear about. Something happened which pushed Casey's buttons to where she wanted to get rid of Caylee and possibly her parents. But things calmed down within the family and that was that.

Until... Father's day, another war at the Anthony home. Stronger words were used. Cindy choked Casey, alledgedly. Caylee was loosing her power as a tool for Casey to get what she wanted. Cindy was fed up with Casey. She wanted her out of the house. She either kicked Casey out or Casey got into a rage and vowed to never see her parents again. Cindy threatened to take Caylee away.

Casey had no money, no job, no house, nothing to take care of Caylee. With no place to go. None of her friends needed or wanted a child around. Casey was in a bad situation. Juggling being pizzed at her Mom, probably angry with Caylee who wanted Grama, and having nobody to turn to. And lets not forget, in her words, she's a 'spiteful b#$ch'.

By morning, Cindy was in agony wishing she could take it all back. But it was to late. The girls were gone. One, forever.

One thing that is really sad to me with their denial. I will be thinking of Caylee on June 16th as that is the day I believe Casey killed her.

As far as Cindy, she does not know her Bible that well, as Jesus was meant to die for the sins of mankind, and resurrected, so mankind can be saved by 'The blood of the lamb'

Having said that, Cindy needs to also remember she is a complete and utter twister of facts; she and George have spun their stories like evil little spiders creating a web of decite and cruel accusations against innocent people.

Cindy has the nerve to accuse others of speculation, well golly gee whiz, what is this nonsense that Amy or Jesse are the real Zanny?

I know a woman similar to Cindy. She really is that awful. The good thing about having any experience with this type of personality is that it is much easier to recognize them if you should ever be unfortunate enough to run into this type again.

Very early on in the case, I thought Cindy did this and was blaming Casey. The police are certain it is Casey, and all the evidence points that way. But I still think either Casey or Cindy are capable of committing cold blooded murder with no remorse. jmo

Cindy is just grasping at straws...she is attempting to once again gather sympathy for 'poor Cindy' the long suffering mother/grandmother.

She is remarkable, really, a case study in abnormal psychology, delusional behavior that turns monsters to victims, and victims to a money making commodity.

There is no way that these character traits are something 'new' that sprung from this horrific event...this is what Cindy always has been, but grew to fever pitch when she became a pseudo celebrity.

I find it interesting that in so many, many cases we see the [alleged <---- to be P.C.] killers fall back on religion. We've become familiar with everything from "Jesus told me to kill to save him/her/them" to "Now that I'm in prison I've found the Lord." Sooner or later, it seems to happen. Casey did that a little by paraphrasing some basic tenants when she talked to her parents.

I think they went into 'CYA mode' and 'circle the wagons around Casey mode' within a few hours of that 911 call. Then when they met the Milsteads and learned of their money-making schemes, they put their 'circle the wagons mode' on the back burner and focused mainly on the money. Oh, I think they're still trying to protect Casey, but not as much as before. Now they're focusing more on the fundation and protecting themselves. MOO

I don't know if the Anthonys even attended church before Casey killed Caylee, but if they did and if the membership has increased 30% doesn't Cindy know it's because they find her a bit of a, shall we say, curiosity? I saw Cindy swearing at Mr. Morgan as she left the depositions at his office. I don't think that was particularly Christian-like. The same with the hammer, swearing at the protestors, and most egregious, comparing her murderous daughter to Christ.

God may forgive Casey for what she's done, but I think in order to obtain forgiveness, one must first confess one's sins, in this case murdering her daughter. Only then will she obtain true justice.

But for now, the justice she will receive is what the State of Florida will mete out. Hopefully, a death sentence. Then she can straighten it out with God.

i would doubt they were good hearted church-goin' folk before cindy had a use for God. And as far as the membership increasing by a third....cindy anthony and the truth are no longer strangers, but mortal enemies who hate each other with a passion that has no compare.

I think Cindy is firmly convinced that Casey will walk so it might be difficult for her to plead for Casey during the penalty phase. She will think that the jury totally bought into the "bogus" (in her mind) evidence and she will likely be full of contempt for them. IMO.

I guess I was mixing my phone convo's together. I wasn't sure about George's explanation of why he assigned the fingers as he did. I guess he didn't really, just kind of in size category. Funny about him being the thumb, my thumb is even shorter than my pinky. Maybe he should have refered to Casey as the thumb. My thumb doesn't cover my other fingers (when folded down) like one would think about a dad protecting his family. However, when the thumb is tucked under all but the pinky finger covers (protects) the thumb.

I think Cindy was also being truthful when she made that panicked 911 call. Sometime after that call and Lee returned with Casey's things from Tone's apt at 2:30 a.m., Cindy and family went into cover up mode because...

Lee and Cindy made a point of telling LE on separate occasions an officer told them they could go through her things, the officer did grab some type of ID, the officer left the room, blah, blah, blah.

Lee and Cindy also pointed out how LE was never interested in the receipts they found in Casey's belongings, so they gave them to JB.

Tone and roommate said Casey was on the laptop when Cindy and Amy came to the door. Lee told LE the laptop had a blue screen when he picked up Casey's stuff. It took Lee over 2 hours to go to Tone's and return even though he said all of Casey's things were packed up neatly.

George told LE on July 17 they had already searched the backyard, sheds and even moved Caylee's playhouse.

Cindy made several statements to the media attempting to discredit OCSO. i.e. the car sitting in front of the house for days before LE impounded it, the clothes Cindy washed from Casey's car sat on her bed for days and days because LE never wanted them...

For the family to jump to cover up mode within a few short hours of Caylee being reported missing and the family searching the backyard makes me think the family knew what Casey was capable of doing. I think Casey has a history of being abusive toward CAylee.

Lee told LE that he had checked out the computer, I was thinking he did that @ TonE's. He came up w/the fact that certain things had been erased, emails from a certain date to present among other things. He mentioned the computer might have crashed, or must have crashed. Altho, if Casey was on the laptop when Amy and Cindy got there, as Amy says, I doubt it was in crash mode when last used by Casey. IMO, I think Lee Anthony spent some time looking thru the computer to see if there was anything incriminating, or just to see if he could get an idea of what might have been going on. And I think any missing emails and myspace stuff, whatever was missing, is because Lee Anthony saw stuff on there that did not put Casey in a good light @ all, and that he erased stuff.

Whether it was Casey or Lee who fiddled w/the computer, one would think, in this day and age that most computer users know that even if you erase stuff, it is still on the computer if it has not been written over again. But, I don't think Lee had time to worry about LE taking the computer and examining it.

I don't know if any of them had formal interviews w/LE like the more major players did. However, I had read posts about she had complained to co-workers about things like Casey leaving most of the responsibility of caring for Caylee to her (and George, don't know if she mentioned George.) IIRC, the first reports about her seeing a therapist had come from a co-worker--Cindy seeing a therapist whose advice seemed to be for her to take custody of Caylee, but they didn't have the money, etc etc etc.

I don't know if the Anthonys even attended church before Casey killed Caylee, but if they did and if the membership has increased 30% doesn't Cindy know it's because they find her a bit of a, shall we say, curiosity? I saw Cindy swearing at Mr. Morgan as she left the depositions at his office. I don't think that was particularly Christian-like. The same with the hammer, swearing at the protestors, and most egregious, comparing her murderous daughter to Christ.

God may forgive Casey for what she's done, but I think in order to obtain forgiveness, one must first confess one's sins, in this case murdering her daughter. Only then will she obtain true justice.

But for now, the justice she will receive is what the State of Florida will mete out. Hopefully, a death sentence. Then she can straighten it out with God.

I think Cindy told LE in one of her interviews that they were not a religious family and did not attend church. Now I guess everything's just the opposite. This must be part of her and George's effort to rehabilitate their public image. I don't think it's going to work, at least not for the majority of the public.

Do you and George not have one ounce of self respect that you are now using this poor missing child to promote yourselves. Is there no length you won't go to for money and fame. I think people can sue for anything. Whether or not they win is another thing. I'm not an attorney so this is just a layman's opinion.

Right, I know I feel the very same way.
They need treatment, someone should have them committed.

I was just reading that mental illness is biochemical and is treatable, where 'personality disorders' are not a chemical imbalance and is UNtreatable, UNfixable.

A high level disorder is frustrating because its not illegal to have disorders yet they go up to the line and push things to the point of ridiculous. And the prisons are filled with personality disorders because they are 'most' likely in society to break the laws.

I don't know but it seems there are MANY personality disorders in the Anthonys. In particular Cindy and Casey.

I expect we should hear more about those issues at some point or at least during the trial. I hope so.

SHE LEFT THE CAR, didnt need it anymore, didnt need the carseat. didnt THAT even cross their minds that their daughter has a little toddler who is supposed to be in HER CARE, and she leaves her carseat ?

the first thing Cindy did was make a false report to LE about a
stolen car and stolen money (I HAVE THE BANK STATEMENTS TO PROVE IT)....all in the name of trying to find Caylee? she did NOT call any of her friends. not one. Jesse, Christina, Annie, NONE OF THEM during those thirty-one days.

Lee the junior PI had no problem catching up with some of her friends on IIRC, July 3rd, thru ms or facebook, when Cindy sent him on a mission to track her down. he tracked her down, she never left the area, and then did nothing to find her.

really, how hard was it to find Casey? it wasnt. if she would have called one of those friends, they would have connected them with the name of the club. a clear start. that would lead to names and places.

IMO, and I say this in agreement with many other esteemed posters, she raged out of that house and IMO Caylee was battered to death. IMO, that is what happened. and I bet that Cindy saw Casey swipe at caylee before she left the home...

and that is why she cannot shut up with regard to 'protecting the secret' at every turn. the secret is Cindy hit Casey, then Casey hit caylee. that nite. therefore, Cindy is protecting HERSELF.

she had reason to call LE THAT nite, IF she witnessed her daughter drag Caylee out with rage and/or smacked her hard. but if Cindy was also doing some battering, she wasnt going to call anyone that nite on behalf of Caylee.

heck, with flies and maggots, she still didnt call the police right away. its all because of her getting physical with casey.......its "THE" secret.

which might turn into an allegation at trial. I can just hear the defense opening: which is not evidence:

How long is long? I do not buy that they did not know for 31 days. I think they were worried after a few days - I think they knew after 2 weeks.

Just watching JVM from I suppose Friday. Crystal's lawyer is actually trying to say something nice (or @ least tactful) about Ron. I think she was saying how the vigil was organized by the A's former spokesperson, and the A's involvement, I think supporting. The square-faced fellow in the upper right hand corner is laughing and says, having the A's organizing vigils for missing children when their granddaughter was never missing is like putting Michael Vick in charge of the humane society!!! And Lisa Bloom is certainly on the defense for the A's, how can people have so little compassion for these people? I guess she hasn't followed the case all that long.

it was ok with Cindy and George that her car was abandoned the end of June....with flies and maggots found in the car, it smelled like decomposition, and had not heard Caylee's voice since June 15th...that was ok as evidenced by the fact she went back to work. George reported for work (oh, lets take the battery out) as if casey was going to come home to get the car?

SHE LEFT THE CAR, didnt need it anymore, didnt need the carseat. didnt THAT even cross their minds that their daughter has a little toddler who is supposed to be in HER CARE, and she leaves her carseat ?

and all Cindy did was text her and say: problem with the car, call me?

the first thing Cindy did was make a false report to LE about a
stolen car and stolen money (I HAVE THE BANK STATEMENTS TO PROVE IT)....all in the name of trying to find Caylee? she did NOT call any of her friends. not one. Jesse, Christina, Annie, NONE OF THEM during those thirty-one days.

Lee the junior PI had no problem catching up with some of her friends on IIRC, July 3rd, thru ms or facebook, when Cindy sent him on a mission to track her down. he tracked her down, she never left the area, and then did nothing to find her.

really, how hard was it to find Casey? it wasnt. if she would have called one of those friends, they would have connected them with the name of the club. a clear start. that would lead to names and places.

IMO, and I say this in agreement with many other esteemed posters, she raged out of that house and IMO Caylee was battered to death. IMO, that is what happened. and I bet that Cindy saw Casey swipe at caylee before she left the home...

and that is why she cannot shut up with regard to 'protecting the secret' at every turn. the secret is Cindy hit Casey, then Casey hit caylee. that nite. therefore, Cindy is protecting HERSELF.

she had reason to call LE THAT nite, IF she witnessed her daughter drag Caylee out with rage and/or smacked her hard. but if Cindy was also doing some battering, she wasnt going to call anyone that nite on behalf of Caylee.

heck, with flies and maggots, she still didnt call the police right away. its all because of her getting physical with casey.......its "THE" secret.

which might turn into an allegation at trial. I can just hear the defense opening: which is not evidence:

"what if you hear that casey's mother attacked her on the evening of June 15th and Casey was so enraged she accidentally knocked her daughter, didnt realize until later that she was having a brain seizure and then she died".....

just a guess, but something along those lines.....and then no evidence will be forthcoming (because Casey isnt going to testify)....but they might use those neighbors who heard a rumble that nite.....for effect, of course.....

he need only say it once, during his opening.....plant the seed....the seed wont grow of course, it will be long forgotten once all of the evidence rolls in.....but it would be ironic to hear Casey point the finger back at the one person who was trying desperately to make it sound like she was helping HER...Im telling ya, two psychopaths are at work here....

the law is interesting: Casey could have confessed 'something' to Baez, but he is not obligated to reveal a confession, unless the defendant authorizes it.

But, he is well within legal boundaries to 'create a story' in his opening which might be one of those pesky half-truths the anthonys are prone to promote which will fall like a ton of bricks on their head.

so far, Casey is MUTE. IMO, she will remain mute, but she will use a different strategy to get the final word in against her own mother. you can bet she holds Cindy responsible for her 'losing control'.

I understand, its like they are living their own reality, and everyone else is wrong. Normal peeps like us, just cannot understand their minds, what ever mental disorder it is.

I have lost family members, but when you loose someone to murder, which happened in our family 3 months ago, i was ..... i just could not wrap my mind around how this could happen. My niece was killed by her xhusband, they were trying to work things out, and she had just moved back in with him 2 days earlier. He shot her 3 times.....he turned himself in, thank God, but....when it came to custody of their 2 children, his parents fought for the kids, (they lived right next to the GPS) I am not saying anything wrong, but their other son commited suicide, and now they loose this son because he killed the mother of his 2 children.

I am sure that they do indeed love the children, but no one is going to take the children away from them, it is just better that other family raise the children. (she had 4 children, and her 1st husband is going get custody of all the children....keeping the family together is very important).

They ..(his family) did not have one nice thing to say about our family at the hearing...like it was our fault that he did what he did. I imagine that they feel tremdous guilt.

Has it ever been confirmed that Casey was out in the hotel parking lot on the night of the 15th talking on her cell phone? LP said it at one time and I can't find confirmation of it.
Completely my own theroy here and IF she really was spotted in that parking lot alone....I think that Caylee was hystreical IF her mother and Cindy were fighting to the point of blows. 2 year old just don't understand screaming and choke holds. So if Casey couldn't calm her down and of course SHE needed to 'talk' to some one then just maybe she put the duct tape over her mouth (like PERHAPS she had been done to by Cindy) to make her stop crying. Not being able to breathe from her mouth and too much mucas in her nose she suffocated. Then Casey sees what she has done and the frantic phone calls start that C and G don't answer.
All my guess; would explain Baez 'accident' theroy. Would explain the 'secret' that the As have danced around as its child abuse to tape their mouth. Nothing can explain to me why Casey would just dispose of her but I have learned here that little the A family does makes my kind of sense.

The difference for me is how I feel about the individual. I can almost always muster sympathy for people with mental illness, no matter the situation. With personality disorders like those of the Anthony clan (I like to refer to whatever they've all got as simply, Repulsive Personality Disorder :sneaky:), all I feel is a sincere desire to come upside their heads with a 2 by 4. :glare:
