Hint for the Anthonys - Leave the attitude at home during the next depo.

They also claim it could hurt their daughter's fight against a first-degree murder charge for Caylee's death..............The attorneys want to know if Casey ever used Cindy's credit cards without permission.

My opinion: Answering those questions may hurt Casey in her fraud charges, but I think there is enough other statements by the A's and Casey that has already hurt her case. i.e. Every time the A's do a national television show.

Good question Lavie! Since court had been adjourned probably not, but if it was brought to his attention I bet he will be on guard today for their shennanigans.

I got such a kick out of mommy and daddy actually using their appalling behavior at the last hearing, as a reason NOT to be questioned further. In other words, Judge please reward us for our outrageous actions by not making us answer any further questions.

Good morning everyone! What is it with the credit card question?? What purchases could possibly be so incriminating as to hurt the defense case?? The existence of the nanny is not dependent on whether or not Casey used credit cards...there's certainly enough to show non-existence without that piece of information so why is it so important to Cindy that she not answer. Is it a control issue for her? She doesn't seem to be bothered by lying so why not just say no? Does she think this is a trick question? I just don't understand why she just doesn't answer with yes or no.

HOW SOMEONE TELL ME HOW!!!!! you can do this to a precious 2yr old little baby!!!! What news is she watching?

My hat's off to Haleighs father for telling the Anthony's to stay away....These people are dispicable.....I agree with you, they have never shown any grieving for Caylee...The first and last time Cindy showed anything was on that 911 tape...after that it was all about Casey.....THE MURDERER.....so how can they expect to get any synpathy from the public? :thumbdown:

Because this family probably THINKS that their daughter is going to get off with the murder charge, but they know that the check charges are hanging there and if Florida don't get her one way they will get her another way......

this is not directed to you Barb but did notice the pro RC and and pro Crystal posters are commenting on this yes it is good they were called out BUT crystal could not tell them to leave this was a national vigil so some want to bash her and if anyone has kept up with that case it is a circus I do not post on there anymore due to that fact it is about everything but that little girl..RC and Crystal are in a huge fight so IMO it was more of a bash on crystal not the Anthony's..can we please leave that over on Haleigh's site please this is about Caylee not their custody battle..he is worried since LE has said it is not a stranger abduction and his new wife holds the key to the timeline so perhaps he is worried about his image and afraid people will say he did something or his wifey..I left that thread for that reason..sorry for asking I know I can just skip and scroll just don't want to see that circus ending up on Caylee's thread..:smile:

That cat is already out of the bag.....when Lee went to get kc's things from AL apt, he brought back that bag....according to Lee when that was dumped out....Cindy took the $ (le did not see this)....then she was going thru kc wallet saying, this is my jc penny card...so why deny it now? Why...What can be so important about those/that cc ?

He said he was angry at LE and very very upset, but that he jumped through every hoop they put in front of him in order to be cleared and let the case move on. Seems to be a commom thing with parents of missing children, that they encourage the LE to clear them quickly and will cooperate fully to have that done. Until you stumble upon the Anthony's. Seems that's the last thing they want and you have to wonder WHY? Not only do they NOT cooperate, they throw up lots of roadblocks along the way. Then they wonder why they are being criticized???

Yup, they went through hell.

The Anthony's would be going postal in the courtroom if someone other than their DD was charged with killing Caylee. Cindy would have to be restrained. She'd do more than flip the Lee. She'd probably smuggle a hammer in and try to beat up the perp. She'd be on every camera talking about justice for children. She'd be screaming from palm trees that she wants death for the killer. IMO

I think about all the murders and child abductions that I read about or heard about and I cannot ever think of one where the parents behaved like this. And they continue to act like this, it is beyond logic for me.

I have no doubt in my mind that if they knew for a fact that KC had not done this- they would have told everyone by now. The fact that they are still running around doing interviews to reannounce their support for their daughter only tells me that they know there is no way around this.

That cat is already out of the bag.....when Lee went to get kc's things from AL apt, he brought back that bag....according to Lee when that was dumped out....Cindy took the $ (le did not see this)....then she was going thru kc wallet saying, this is my jc penny card...so why deny it now? Much has been said about the JC card because she didn't want LE to have the receipts. There is also the Sears card which she initially denied having. LE had her financial info already and point blank asked her about a Sears card. She said she used to have one but let it lapse. A bold faced lie. WHY? In the next interview, she admits to having a Sears card.

She told detectives that an officer seen her take the money and cards from Casey's dumped purse. But couldn't remember which officer. Typical Cindy. :rolleyes:

Good morning everyone! What is it with the credit card question?? What purchases could possibly be so incriminating as to hurt the defense case?? The existence of the nanny is not dependent on whether or not Casey used credit cards...there's certainly enough to show non-existence without that piece of information so why is it so important to Cindy that she not answer. Is it a control issue for her? She doesn't seem to be bothered by lying so why not just say no? Does she think this is a trick question? I just don't understand why she just doesn't answer with yes or no.

I think about all the murders and child abductions that I read about or heard about and I cannot ever think of one where the parents behaved like this. And they continue to act like this, it is beyond logic for me.

I have no doubt in my mind that if they knew for a fact that KC had not done this- they would have told everyone by now. The fact that they are still running around doing interviews to reannounce their support for their daughter only tells me that they know there is no way around this.

If the A's did pull that stunt, I'm sure BC has enough experience to know what to do. Rather than have his clients face the wrath of an angry judge and cited with contempt, BC took the blame.

I was in court some years back waiting for our docket to come up. In the mean time the bailiff called out a name. Instead, that person's lawyer approached the judge to inform his client had an emergency and could not make it. The judge gave the lawyer 2 hours to produce proof there was an emergency or produce his client. Failing to do so, the judge would issue a bench warrant. We left within the hour so don't know how it turned out. I will say this. That judge was very angry.

Oh this is just something brad has pulled to keep them from having to go. cindy and g may not have had time to buy them a new outfit to wear. This makes me think we may never see a trial. with Brad and jb putting things of. It is just like a soap o. on tv you can watch it and then wait 6 months and watch it and still keep up with what is going on.If Caylee was my gd I would be pushing for a quick trial and to get to the truth of what happened to my baby. My hat's off to Haleighs father for telling the Anthony's to stay away....These people are dispicable.....I agree with you, they have never shown any grieving for Caylee...The first and last time Cindy showed anything was on that 911 tape...after that it was all about Casey.....THE MURDERER.....so how can they expect to get any synpathy from the public? :thumbdown:

I also commend Ron as well. The best thing he could have done was to distance himself from The Anthony's. They are just attaching themselves to Haleigh's case to get more publicity for themselves and for their murderous daughter.
