I admire all your thinking, and while I believe this sort of thinking is how answers come about -- don't you think you're all giving the Anthonys way way way too much credit for a level of intelligence that they don't have, either individually or as a group (aka "hand").

They're not smart people. Look who they've involved themselves with: most notably, low-life cons like the Milsteads. If they had a brain cell to share among them, they'd never go near this kidfinder kaper. LOL.

They're not good liars, the Anthonys. None of them can remember one lie from the next. They're not good actors: witness the last 3 appearances (including the deposition) -- they're awful actors, they can't disguise their feelings if one of their lives depended on it.

And in this instance, one of their lives does depend on it. Yet they flounder and fail and grimace and get fussy and prissy and pouty (George) at the wrong things, and get bug-eyed crazy-mad at things that shouldn't bother them at all.

I think each one of them had some part in this tragic killing. I think KC did it all by herself in a rage.

And I think very shortly after she killed Caylee, Lee knew about it. Then Cindy and George.

None are innocent. KC is guiltiest of all, but each one of them somehow conspired with her after Caylee's murder.

But they didn't do well, they bumbled the caper -- because they are stupid people with big egos who misjudged the intelligence and the collective conscience of millions of people.

Isn't it time for someone to pull out old Occam's Razor again? I think it might be.

Yes, I believe they found out the truth or at least Lee did right after Casey was bonded out by LP.....I think if LP would never have bonded her out Cindy and George would still be asking questions....instead they came to terms with Caylee's demise and focused on getting Casey off of murder....

George also said during questioning at the PD...."If Caylee is dead then I lost my daughter also"....well what else could he have meant other then that she murdered Caylee?

ITA that phone call about Caylee missing and the car smelling was authentic.

The earlier calls about the stolen car and money were fake. Well, the car, anyway. Cindy was bluffing Casey, trying to get her to comply with her demands to see Caylee.

Cindy's attitude changed once LE arrested Casey for the crime Cindy reported - Caylee couldn't be found.


Exactly....This is not a big conspiracy to a murder of a little girl...this is a mother murdering her child (happens all the time) except for all the lies this would have been just like all the other cases, we hear about it for a short time then it goes away....But Casey and this family drew all the attention from all the lies their daughter told and then the GP's trying to cover up....Now it has become the biggest story out......

Casey will be getting LWOP, that is my therory....I believe the DP will be knocked away when the mitigating circumstances come in and Cindy says that she placed that first 911 call.....but LWOP is a certain....if not the DP

I've heard that "Yes, we've heard definitively that he could not be the father" -- and then I've heard that the test didn't exclude Lee. It was all in the interpretation and how it was or wasn't explained to us lay people.

But until I get a better, more clear answer from LE (probably at the trial), I'll remain convinced that Lee is Caylee's father.

I too think that they did not go in the pool when they got home that day....I believe taht Cindy was waiting patiently for Casey to get home so she could light into her about stealing the money...and when that took place, Casey grabbed Caylee and left the house...thus explaining why the shorts were found with her....I doubt that anyone would put back on the same clothes that the child had on after she got out of the pool....she would have needed a shower or bath and then probably her pajamas would have been put on......jmo

When AH took Cindy to find kc, Cindy told AH that they were concerned that it could have been either kc or KLee that was dead in the truck. So yup just leave and go to work....

If cindy had been intouch via cell phone, i would think that she would have ruled that the decomp smell was not coming from kc.

Lee knows a whole lot in my opinion....that is why the whole darn family refused polygraphs....there would have been no other explanation other then that, by this time, they knew Caylee was dead and probably where the body was....and the polgraph would have detected this....

Didn't Casey say something to Lee about the lower left? If they can all speak in code and Cindy and Casey are communicating through letters then I see no reason why the family couldn't go visit her. They could have it all worked out and would all be speaking and we would have no idea what it was all about.

DNA can not say for positive if the bio dad is in fact the bio dad of a child...the results are always 99.99%....However the DNA can EXCLUDE an individual as the father....and Lee's DNA EXCLUDED him as being the bio dad.....

So he may very well be weird in all other aspects but not in this area....

We may be the Odd Couple here, and if I'm wrong then fine, but I just don't think the results were a clear-cut resounding 100% No, Lee Anthony Is Not Caylee's Biological Father. That's not what I get from the results, or from LE or anyone who might really know -- I think the truth will come out in the trial and I think it's going to be a BOMBSHELL.

Somebody's Caylee's daddy, obviously, and I think they're keeping it all in the family. :scared:

I think that you have found the key to the missing link here. I truely believe that George was scared to death that he would find Caylee in the trunk knowing the smell of decomp. At that point even though she was not there, he KNEW she was gone and hence the coverup by the Anthonys. No man in his right mind would drive a car with his head hanging out the window back home, much less call the police the moment he smelled the car. He knew that he had to get home to Cindy to tell him what to do. At that point, Cindy created the worst possible scenario for herself and her family that is incomprehensible. Cindy Anthony alone will convict her own daughter of murder and if she lives long enough will see her die by lethal injection.

I think George and crew were asked to leave the Cummings home... According to this story, the Cummings didn't go to the vigil, but the Sheffields were there and Crystal was one of the speakers. From all I have gathered, there are two distinct sides to that case... The dad's and the mom's.

I didn't see fear in Caylee's eyes on that video but did see it in another video. Maybe it was just an act. I find it really odd that they just video tape her and don't interact with her.

I've stayed away from the Haleigh board but it's my understanding George tried to insert I mean HELP the fathers side and they told them to hit the bricks. So I guess they went at it from the other parent. This tells me the mother must be hiding something just by accepting the Anthony's help.

Even better what Larry was harping on is if Casey is innocent what's the harm in seeing her and it being taped? My question is if Casey is innocent why were they being secretative about finding Caylee. This makes no sense! You put the info out there and everyone and their brother will be out in full force with the information Casey had. But she had no info and was only pretending. Lee found this out early on with the bogus numbers and names of people. Why he carry's on with this charade or any of them is beyond me.

The latest video of KC on the floor with Caylee on her knees didn't set well with me. KC looked like she was faking, being the MOTY, and several times Caylee is looking at the person taping thinking, get me away from this person. When she glanced over, I saw fear in her eyes. Caylee did not seem comfortable with mother. jmo,

I didn't see fear in Caylee's eyes but I did pick up that this was an unusual occurance. Caylee is way to big for Casey to be playing with her like that. Feet coming awfully close to Casey's face and chest. This is one type of "playing" that once you did it you would never do it again. Definately camera staged IMO and it was for Casey's benefit and not Caylees.

I know people like that with their kids. When a camera's rolling they become parent of the year in front of it. As soon as it's off they're not so playful anymore. The fun is gone.

I am also hung up on this because why would Casey come brazenly around to the house after the cops had been there.She even knew about the break in because Cindy had told herI would have thought that Casey would not come to the house the same day the police had been there.What is significant about that day?Cindy had talked to Casey and was furious and told her to bring the car back.Also when George waIs at the towyard he told the guy that he found his daughter and his grandaughter was still missing.How did he know she was missing because as far as they were told Caylee was with the nanny.Was George saying this in case they found the body of Caylee in the car?I think they were preparing themselves and the guy for a discovery.

I feel guilty about that. I'd emailed Kathy Belich with this info and I know I'm not the only one but doing that seems to have helped Milstead.

See now he doesn't have to claim that download fee as profit. He can enter a "donation" on the books as just that. A non profit donation.

George specifically said that Casey and Caylee left out together and they had their back packs.....But that has got to be alie...I don't think Casey ever came back to that house after the fight with Cindy on the 15th....they were all wrong with the original dates, and George had it wrong.....because someone from the Anthony home called Casey's cell at 7:45AM on te 16th....it seems that someone might have been worried that she and Caylee didn't return the night before after the fight....so I truly doubt that George saw either one on the 16th....

It was probably after the 20th or so that Casey went back for the gas cans and for some cloths....jmo

The thing the Milsteads are asking a donation for is software. It can be purchased (or donation given for) as a CD or a download. They may have physical items beside this though. But they would probably ask a donation for it too.

They sure had alot of stuff back there, huge playhouse, pool, sandbox full of little toys.... etc..... In the Scott Peterson trial, the cadaver dog testimony was very powerful evidence. I think that juries like dogs - they don't show any impartiality to prosecution and or the defendant. They're just doing their job.

I'm very fond of bird dogs, specifically Setters. I had a dog trainer tell me once that my particular breed of dog was capable of picking up a scent as small as one part in one trillion. No lie. He also told me that when a dog licks your face, he or she is not really happy to see you, as you would think, but is probably smelling what you had to eat FIVE days ago.

Two dogs, one at a time, I think on two separate days. Well, from what I know about cadaver dogs, and how they operate (and correct me anyone if I am wrong) - they don't just let the dog do it's thing. If they had been right on the spot where Caylee was found, they would have hit, but maybe not so near it. It's where the dog was taken, and I think they are leashed as well.

mom, what I bolded is what I think happened, they were AROUND the area. They tho were NOT in the exact area. Remember, when Tim Miller was searching he lost a four wheeler because of the water and mud still there from the hurricane.
I think those dogs that searched most likely searched further up, closer to the fence and bordering the houses.
Caylee was further down from that area. Kronk was in the Caylee area in August when the water was receding and tried his best to get LE out there to thoroughly check and search. Just think if Kronk hadn't followed up again when he was reassigned to the area, Caylee may still be out there.

ITA a very good friend of mine was a K-9 officers and of course all the kids wanted to play with the dog but they couldn't he was the only one that could have any interaction with his partner suezz..lol.they are amazing I just wanted to give him a big ol hug he was a Shepard and they seem to use shepherds alot around here anyway..I have watched specials on how they train them it is amazing what they can find..BUT I say they will use it against the state since no dog picked up a scent 30 doors down from the Anthony's..I was thinking they hit in the area but on the other side of the road but once again I have to read up to refresh my memory..

mom, what I bolded is what I think happened, they were AROUND the area. They tho were NOT in the exact area. Remember, when Tim Miller was searching he lost a four wheeler because of the water and mud still there from the hurricane.
I think those dogs that searched most likely searched further up, closer to the fence and bordering the houses.
Caylee was further down from that area. Kronk was in the Caylee area in August when the water was receding and tried his best to get LE out there to thoroughly check and search. Don't know. Top is Google Earth, they must be using outdated imagery.

Sounds good to me. I've been reading alot about the cadaver dogs and the search conducted in the Anthony back yard. They sure had alot of stuff back there, huge playhouse, pool, sandbox full of little toys.... etc..... Even though I absolutely abhor George and Cindy Anthony, they certainly seem to dote on little Caylee with all of those "kid things".

In the Scott Peterson trial, the cadaver dog testimony was very powerful evidence. I think that juries like dogs - they don't show any impartiality to prosecution and or the defendant. They're just doing their job.

I'm very fond of bird dogs, specifically Setters. I had a dog trainer tell me once that my particular breed of dog was capable of picking up a scent as small as one part in one trillion. No lie. He also told me that when a dog licks your face, he or she is not really happy to see you, as you would think, but is probably smelling what you had to eat FIVE days ago.

Makes you wonder......... La lalala la.

Cindy complained to her co workers about having to watch Caylee so much. Casey of course began to think of her as 'that child' and 'little snothead'. It's as if all of them loved, played, doted on her until she started become her own little person with a mouth that could speak her own words, and perhaps began to speak and behave in a way that took her out of the 'little doll' baby that they all loved. I have known many people, men and women thru out my lifetime that absolutlely adored babies, toddlers, yet really didn't like kids. I think the Ant's, including Casey may be like these people I've known.
Caylee was growing up, she was becoming a 'kid' and none of them were comfortable with that. And their 'love and adoration' of her began to wane. She then became source of irritation and frustration. Cindy became tired of being the 'MOM', Casey had most likely depended on her to continue this role and Caylee soon became a struggle for each of them. Cindy now wanted Casey to take on the role she had basically had as 'Mom' and obviously Casey didn't want this role at all.
A power struggle began between Cindy and Casey with Caylee, the innocent , in the middle of the whole thing.
Something horrible happened on the 15th when Cindy and Casey fought and Cindy even went so far as to try to choke Casey.
Wow, great example for a mom to exhibit to her daughter who was struggling mightely with her own mom status.
I think that fight, Cindy laying her hands on Casey further added to Casey's thoughts and feelings about her own daughter Caylee and began the chain of events that brought Casey to finally do as she had thought of for awhile, kill her daughter.

Dick, the Google Earth map is an old one dated Apr 2002. The date on the Virtual Earth pic us 2009. I am sure the homes behind the Antonys were built after the remains were found. You can see in the Apr 2002 pic that they were clearing the land back there and putting in the utilities. Also the arrow to the Anthonys is wrong on the Google Earth pic. The Anthony home is fifteen housed back from Suburban and the pool is partially covered. It is not that close to the intersection of Hopespring and Reginald. The Virtual Earth pic is accurate but there is a greenbelt behind the fences to where the remains were found. I will call you in am if your going to be home.

We recently got a puppy. My dd actually got him for free from a site where a local breeder gives a puppy a month away. She askes for an email explaining how having a puppy would save my life.
My dd wrote this wonderful email to her and won the puppy for January.
He's a Malchi. 1/2 Matese, 1/2 chiwawa (sorry, too tired to spell correctly)
I am not really a dog person, I'm a cat person, but for free...and for the dd who loves animals and has wanted a dog for so very long, this was a true blessing. He's kind of a funky looking little guy, now 7 months old and he has become part of our family. dd taught me and gson just how we needed to be with him so he wouldn't think he owned the house and he does know that first dd is the alpha, then me, then gson.
He knows his place and of course we love on him and he loves on us. We are still trying to break him a few of the puppy things he shouldn't do, but, he's pretty dang intelligent and hasn't done much of the puppy things that puppies do. Our biggest problem with him is when he grabs something...usually out of the trash and runs away with it and we are finally getting him to know Drop it. As I said he's been a blessing and I never though I'd care for a dog as much as I care for him.
With all the talk of the cadaver dogs, I've taken notice of how he sniffs and smells things.
The other day when he was sleeping on my lap, my window was open and suddenly he was awake and sniffing like crazy. I didn't smell anything, but it was so obvious that he was smelling something that was coming thru that window. I was able to understand that if you train a dog to smell certain things, such as the cadaver dogs, they will absolutely be able to do that.
Now, if I were ever on a jury where dogs had been used, I would definantly trust them.
A bit O/T, but just wanted to agree with this post and your previous post about the SP trial and the dogs.
Dogs definantly have the upper hand on scents and smells and I would believe what the dogs smelled and hit on in a heartbeat.

I think Caylee was the child of Lee and Casey.

I've heard that "Yes, we've heard definitively that he could not be the father" -- and then I've heard that the test didn't exclude Lee. It was all in the interpretation and how it was or wasn't explained to us lay people.

But until I get a better, more clear answer from LE (probably at the trial), I'll remain convinced that Lee is Caylee's father.

This is going out on a limb, because I'm uncertain where I stand on the Lee/Casey bit. But what just popped into my head is how Casey told Lee where to look--"a place meaningful to us, meaningful to our family". I always thought that was weird because we know it's where family pets were buried, and I couldn't really imagine Lee hanging out with Casey's friends in that wooded area. If Casey and Lee did ever get "personal", perhaps that's the location they used.

I just watched "Strange Breakfast with Caylee Marie Anthony" on YouTube..There is no conversation from whom ever is taping her. It broke my heart. She reaching out and was being ignored. No doubt it was KC.. The comments were right on...

At 31 seconds, no doubt about it, someone says "I kill" very clearly. Caylee has not mastered the "l" sound yet, so there's no way it's her. This is a very unsettling video, and breaks my heart because you can see Caylee in all her little 2-year-oldness, a baby. Just a helpless little baby.

One of the comments below the video said they thought the camera person said "I kill" at the 32 second point. I played it back and that's what it sounded like to me too. However, it also sounded like that is what Caylee was saying before that point also.

Caylee was saying "I kee". The "l" sound is one of the last to develop as children learn to speak. Caylee didn't have an "l" sound yet. At the 31-32 mark, someone said very clearly, "I kill" with a perfectly articulated "l" sound. It wasn't Caylee.

Even creepier, when that's the only interaction the photographer had with this little girl in a 3+ minute video.

Very disturbing.

I agree with you and it just makes me wonder why George and Cindy have not been indicted for at least the charge of lying to a police investigator. There is a lie because as you say someone from the A' home called Casey's cell at 7:45! So what the cops waiting for? They should charge them!!!

Obviously, I'm fairly new to this board...but I lurk everyday. You guys make for some good reading and good detective work!

Anyway - I know that the popular opinion is that George and Cindy should be charged with obstruction ..or whatever the correct charges would be.

But - my question is: Would the prosecution want to wait to charge them until after Casey's Trial? Would there be any benefit in waiting until after Casey's trial?

A google search for Florence Harbor Drive, Orlando, FL popped up several houses for sale/foreclosure. Most of them appear to be have been built 2004-06. jmo

I don't think they have actually crossed that line of obstruction in the eyes of the law, yet. (standing on it)
Now as far as we are concerned they are doing plenty to obstruct everything involved and the public to obstruct but by the face of the law, I don't think so.They certainly have changed their stories and lied but that may have to come up at a later date in trial. :shrug:

I guess you can't arrest someone for lying, huh? It would seem that with all the lies they've told, coupled with tampering with evidence (the washing of the clothes in the trunk) - the prosecution would have enough to charge them.

I agree with you and it just makes me wonder why George and Cindy have not been indicted for at least the charge of lying to a police investigator. There is a lie because as you say someone from the A' home called Casey's cell at 7:45! So what the cops waiting for? They should charge them!!!

The call may be easy to explain away IF it's less than a minute or never answered, and it pings off the tower near the A home. I misplace my cell all the time, and call the number to locate it in the house. This could be what happened, or at least what they will say happened.

If however, a voicemail was left, or a conversation took place registering longer than a minute, or if her phone pinged off a tower showing she wasn't at home, then this will be significant.

Does anyone have more info about this call? How long did it last? Was her phone turned on, and what tower did it ping to at that time? If a voicemail was left, that would be soooo good! I think they (phone provider) might be able to retrieve it.
