According to TVNewser King dropped 56 points with the Anthony interview. He had a 188 last nite compared to 244 on Tuesday nite. I guess the Anthony show is past prime time.:thumbsup:

Yes and I cannot believe that the grandparents of a grandchild murdered by the daughter/mother would exploit that child.
They are not honoring Caylee's memory in my opinion. They are a disgrace to Caylee's memory. They should be wanting the person responsible to be held accountable to the full extent of the law.

It's hard to accept that they can behave as they do, but this pair had no use for Caylee once she was gone. They saw an opportunity to shove their faces in front of cameras in Casey's 'defense' and never looked back.

They couldn't even let that poor innocent child rest. Cindy has turned her into accessories. Having grown up around a sociopath I don't find it as hard as most people do to accept the truth about the A's, but it still makes me furious!

I've gotten the impression for quite some time from things the Ants have said that it's not their choice for the lack of visits to see Casey. I think it is Casey who is refusing the visits, either from her own volition or from orders by Baez. And knowing the Anthonys as we all do now, if I was Casey's defense attorney, I'd prohibit her from seeing her family too. That's because everything the Anthonys do and say seems to hurt Casey's case. And if I was Casey's attorney, I would have wanted that gag order if it would have prevented the Anthonys media tour, because that is also hurting Casey's case. Sometime I have to wonder if the Ants are not doing this in order to get Casey convicted. It sure seems as though they're trying really hard to do so.

I think it's safe to assume that Casey has always been in the position of power in her relationships. Both Cindy's Mother and Brother stated in emails that Casey had always ruled George and Lee.

I have never smelled a dead body but had many family members tell me you would never forget it if you did...and it sure does not smell like pizza or a frig with rotting food in it..they really must be stupid to think anyone believes that..:thumbdown:

I believe the story Cindy's repeating about Casey working comes from the time she was supposedly "managing" the shot girls -- for free, I assume -- and Casey probably told Cindy that the girl-on-girl photos was probably part of her "work" in that regard at Fusion.

Surely even Cindy wouldn't try at this point to convince anyone that Casey was "event planning" at Fusion for Universal when those photos were taken.

lawyer said, no sweat....George was wide-eyed with no original thought...Cindy was not pleased that she was going to share HER TIME and HER APPEARANCE with others....especially Larry's audience, complete with opinions.

she was not pleased and was unable to back out of it....darned if she did, darned if she didnt.....she was already dissed by Oprah, she wasnt going to say she cancelled this one too. so she pouted....wa wa wa.....what a waste of new clothes and makeup...she was 'off' her game..... :D

i once listed a house that had the power off (in NCarolina in the summer) with a freezer full of old fish and a dead kitten in a shoebox on the counter...it was awful, but once the items were removed and the house cleaned, the smell was gone...not quite the same as human decomp, dear cindy. i know you won't understand, because you've never been a real estate broker in north carolina.

she's never ever going to shed herself of that remark, and the others she made about casey. the more she talks, the less she is believed.

yes you are right. but what Cindy 'doesnt get': that photo was taken friday nite, after her 'babysitter stole Caylee'. so she plans her week as usual, rents movies the NITE OF the KIDNAPPING, sends out global texts, Come to Fusion, non stop phone use, etc etc. all in the name of 'might have been in shock', or grieving the best she could'...OMG. while she was WORKING at Fusion....LOL

so the shock held on for the rest of the month, when she did lunch, got a tattoo, committed fraud against her best friend, stole food from her parents house, cook, cleaned Tony's apartment, while using her 'other resources' to look for Caylee: in the bank? in Target? in her parents' fridge? in Tony's apt? in Amy's apt?

Cindy would like everyone to believe Casey was somehow, some way, looking for her daughter.....rightttttttttttttt.......

You know, Cindy needs to educate herself about the smell of decomposition. (I think she knows exactly what she smelled, and it wasn't pizza) I read an article a couple of years ago about the smell of decomp written by a pathologist, who stated not only is human decomposition a unique smell, but that the decomp. of individual animals all differ from one another. Which makes sense, since each is a different chemical make up.

It's not something that most of us would like to be familiar with on a personal basis, but those who know say it's a one of a kind smell, and her attempts to pawn it off as pizza are beyond pathetic. She's not even in the ballpark. Surely someone has pointed this out to her by now? Not that she'd listen...

Definitely! I'm sure that the Milsteads have a lot to do with producing those bears...

It's so silly for them to be making a big production over these bears. First responders have been handing out stuffed toys to children for years! It's been more than 20 years since my ex was a batt. chief in the fire department, but even back then he had a little box in the trunk of the fire department car that had small stuffed animals in it!

The first part you mentioned above was actually the part of the interview that made me laugh out loud and yell at the TV last night. Who does she think shes kidding? Seriously!?? Casey makes up a job so she can spend more time with the "snothead"? Give me a break. I'll tell ya... these Anthonys really are a piece of work. George looked severely uncomfortable the whole time... he did NOT look LK in the eyes much at all when answering questions. Why? Because he wasn't telling the truth.

I have first hand experience on what a decomposed body smells like.
I managed an apartment complex many many years ago and the tenant had a heart attack and died. 2 days later I kept smelling something horrible all the way in my apartment. It was the same with the department my husband was on. There was nothing on the toys that said where they came from. We knew who gave them. Kiwanis, Lions Club, Moose Lodge, Womens' Club, you name it.. The public service clubs made sure that the department never ran out of toys in those boxes in the cars and trucks...

I've gotten the impression for quite some time from things the Ants have said that it's not their choice for the lack of visits to see Casey. I think it is Casey who is refusing the visits, either from her own volition or from orders by Baez. And knowing the Anthonys as we all do now, if I was Casey's defense attorney, I'd prohibit her from seeing her family too. That's because everything the Anthonys do and say seems to hurt Casey's case. And if I was Casey's attorney, I would have wanted that gag order if it would have prevented the Anthonys media tour, because that is also hurting Casey's case. Sometime I have to wonder if the Ants are not doing this in order to get Casey convicted. It sure seems as though they're trying really hard to do so.

In the previously posted Albatross 234 youtubes, that's one of the approaches she takes. They don't want Casey to take a plea because that means she'll talk about what really went down and what the family's involvement is in all of this. Albatross suggests there is something much bigger behind this family. If Casey is convicted, it's likely whatever it is will never come to light.

In addition, we know that Cindy wanted custody of Caylee because her biological mother and Cindy's own daughter was not being a mother to Caylee.
Now, how things change. I could see if her daughter was accused of murdering some stranger on the street but Cindy's pride and joy. Her own granddaughter who called her Momma. I would have cornered Casey way before I called the police and stayed with her until she told me something that either sounded possible if I really knew it was impossible Casey would harm her own baby.
Cindy was livid in the beginning of all this until she realized Casey had to have murdered her own daughter. Cindy knows exactly what occurred on the night she last seen Casey and Caylee.

IIRC Lee said that when Cindy heard Casey say she hadn't seen Caylee in 31 days, Cindy said "what have you done?". That, my friends, is when I think the truth hit Cindy in the face. This is interesting. If Cindy took him back only because she didn't like the looks of her financial obligation to him if they divorced, well--why did George want to come back? Having gone that far, I'd think he'd want to continue and get half the house and alimony from Cindy!

In another of the Albatross234 tapes, she indicates that this period away from the family is when George lost the $35,000-40,000. I don't know that I've ever heard the time frame on that. She had an interesting idea about it, though--that even George wasn't stupid enough to get involved in the Nigerian scheme so that wasn't how he lost the money; questionable if he lost it gambling; she suggested that George had a woman friend during those months, and spent it on her. When going back home to Cindy, and he had "lost" all this money--would he rather tell Cindy he lost it gambling, or that he spent the family money on a woman? Albi thought George would opt for looking stupid re: gambling loss or Nigerian scheme rather than tell Cindy the family fortune had gone on another woman. Just speculation on Albi's part, but I thought it was an interesting idea.

In another of the Albatross234 tapes, she indicates that this period away from the family is when George lost the $35,000-40,000. I don't know that I've ever heard the time frame on that. She had an interesting idea about it, though--that even George wasn't stupid enough to get involved in the Nigerian scheme so that wasn't how he lost the money; questionable if he lost it gambling; she suggested that George had a woman friend during those months, and spent it on her. When going back home to Cindy, and he had "lost" all this money--would he rather tell Cindy he lost it gambling, or that he spent the family money on a woman? Albi thought George would opt for looking stupid re: gambling loss or Nigerian scheme rather than tell Cindy the family fortune had gone on another woman. Just speculation on Albi's part, but I thought it was an interesting idea.Although I think the above is a possibility... I sort of think that maybe Casey was responsible for all of this money being missing (and I think it was way up in the thousands, maybe 30K), and one parent was playing her against the other. Which leads me to think that one parent was "more" on Casey's side than the other one. I am still up in the air as to which one, though, although I am leaning one way. I don't think that C&G and Jose are on good terms and I don't think that he has any control over what they do.
Conway has little to no control over them himself and NeJame quit representing C&G because they refused to follow his advice.
I also think that Baez wants all of the media attention focused on Jose, and doesn't like it when C&G are in the limelight.
I believe that C&G don't visit Casey because Jose has forbidden Casey to agree to their visitation.

What is difficult to digest is the fact that Cindy/George Anthony (in the beginning) bragged about how close they were to Caylee. So close that she called Cindy Momma. In addition, we know that Cindy wanted custody of Caylee because her biological mother and Cindy's own daughter was not being a mother to Caylee.
Now, how things change. I could see if her daughter was accused of murdering some stranger on the street but Cindy's pride and joy. Her own granddaughter who called her Momma. I would have cornered Casey way before I called the police and stayed with her until she told me something that either sounded possible if I really knew it was impossible Casey would harm her own baby.
Cindy was livid in the beginning of all this until she realized Casey had to have murdered her own daughter. Cindy knows exactly what occurred on the night she last seen Casey and Caylee.

I've never smelled human decomp but was born and raised in farming country in central IL. I have smelled plenty of animal decomp though and you know it ain't spoiled pizza that was laying out in the sun or moldy food in your fridge.

I don't know about Cindy's refrigerator, but I've had lots of spoiled food, including meat, in my refrigerator, but none of it smelled like something had died in it. I've smelled decomposing animals while at a landfill or a feed lot and nothing in my refrigerator ever smelled that bad. I even had a steak spoil once in my refrigerator and it didn't come close to smelling like a dead animal carcass. I think it's because the steak doesn't have all the internal organs to spoil with it.

I don't think Cindy and Conway always agree because Conway said on LKL that he saw nothing wrong with the Anthonys visiting Casey in jail. But the Anthonys definitely stated they saw something wrong with it. Now whether they were telling the truth or not is anybody's guess.

I don't know about Cindy's refrigerator, but I've had lots of spoiled food, including meat, in my refrigerator, but none of it smelled like something had died in it. I've smelled decomposing animals while at a landfill or a feed lot and nothing in my refrigerator ever smelled that bad. I even had a steak spoil once in my refrigerator and it didn't come close to smelling like a dead animal carcass. I think it's because the steak doesn't have all the internal organs to spoil with it.

A woman died in my condo complex and was undiscovered for 4 days. Police had to break down her door, and people said the decomp odor poured out and lingered in the outside air all over the condo complex grounds for several days! Luckily, I was out of town on business so I escaped, but neighbors talked about it for months. The lady lived across the street from me so I'm sure had I been there, I would have wanted to check into a hotel for a few days.

The worst I've ever smelled was a big dog that had died a couple of days before, and that was an intense smell, but supposedly nothing like human decomp odor.

The tape was stuck to hair on both sides of the skull. They had to cut the hair to free the tape from what I remember in the reports.

The skull appeared to be that of a small child. The duct tape over the mouth area of the skull appears to have caught up the hair along the side of the skull. This is what appears to have kept the tape in place. The hair had to be cut in order for the tape to be properly removed in the way it was found. On the tape within a black oval was written the word "Henkel". Also written on the tape was "Consumer Adhesives Inc. max temp 200 f Avon Ohio 44011." The tape was affixed to the skull in such a manner that the mandible was still adjacent to the skull.

Although I think the above is a possibility... I sort of think that maybe Casey was responsible for all of this money being missing (and I think it was way up in the thousands, maybe 30K), and one parent was playing her against the other. Which leads me to think that one parent was "more" on Casey's side than the other one. I am still up in the air as to which one, though, although I am leaning one way. The key evidence which points to this is that recovered email from Cindy to Casey early July 15 or late July 14 where she states "I don't know who/what to believe" in reference to apparently somebody being in the house or something. She says that George states he wasn't there... JMO and speculation.

Hey Barb- I think that it is almost inevitable that both of them will lose it on the stand. The prosecution is watching them very closely and are so skilled at pushing buttons. They will have no choice but to answer questions that they don't want to and neither one of them have the ability to compose themselves under oathe or under pressure. IMO

While I am willing to believe that Cindy is truly suffering from psychotic denial, I think that George knows better and is merely humoring Cindy. George says whatever Cindy wants him to say, except when he is under oath or making an official statement in which case he shades the truth as much as possible without risking imprisonment for perjury/false official statement (albeit he may have crossed the line in his recent civil deposition testimony but he can blame that on his medications after his suicide attempt.)

People who have been married for a long time often develop this kind of accommodating relationship. I see it as an exaggerated version of, for example, my husband's acquiescence concerning how I decorate our house and my acquiescence concerning his selection of which vehicles we purchase. We choose our battles, so to speak.
