i agree with you 100% but there is always the small problem of building your circumstantial evidence in such a way that it removes reasonable doubt that casey, herself, killed caylee, kwim? we've seen it many times before where the case, for whatever reason, failed to really tie that person to the action they are accused of.

like i said and will keep saying, i believe she is guilty as SIN, but am curious as to how the prosecution plans to show BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT, that casey, herself, killed caylee.

Hi! I think the car is going to be the best witness against her, since she was the one driving it, and even months later LE says it still smells like decomp. The cadaver dogs also hit on the car. Caylee's body was found right down the street from her parents' house and Casey even said during a jail call something like she felt Caylee was "close to home". Then there is the other evidence found with Caylee's remains which came from the house. And of course, Casey failing to report Caylee missing and only doing so after her parents had recovered the car from impound a month after Caylee was last seen. This should be a good start for the state! :smile: MOO

My husband and I talk about that a lot. He thinks its because there is more coverage. I think there is a true rise, but I can't explain why. Family killings, where the father is the killer, I think has a lot to do with spousal and child support, freedom, the current economy, etc.....

Teddy Bears would be very fitting, since that's what a little girl is most likely to appreciate... at least much more than dollar signs.

She might even want to share some with the mother who was looking for her in night-clubs and tattoo parlors when she went "missing".

Send-A-Teddy-Bear Foundation in memory of Caylee Marie Anthony. No checks, no money. just teddy bears.

They could even sell them on ebay for non-profit to cover their daughter's defense expenses, and all those 8 or 9 attorneys and experts working pro bono to prove an accused child killer innocent.
