Condolences, Ann
My sweet little mom sounds just like Ann's.

"And I'll never see my mother's beautiful face again, at least not for the next several decades here on Earth. I've been looking at her across the room in doctors' offices over the past few years, thinking to myself: There will come a point when you won't see that face again."

She has described this perfectly. I don't think there is anyone who hasn't experienced a moment looking at an aged loved one, a person who is ill, a pet, etc. that hasn't thought that these precious moments will one day end.

Ann makes me cry for America when I listen to her. I do thank god that most of America doesn't hold her beliefs. I do have sympathy for Ann, though she'd probably accuse me of being a godless, and heartless liberal eventhough I'm a Libertarian.
Godspeed to her mother, hopefully we have Ann here for many many years as an example.....not saying good or bad, just an example of the extreme which makes the Libertarian Party much more reasonable and logical in the world today....kind of like the other side of extreme has.

There is always hope for anyone. Global warming?
However, in all sincerity, i wish her peace, particularly at this moment.
fact remains - this thread is also OC material.
I agree! It's not political, and many are missing their chance to provide well-wishes to Ann, by it being 'hidden' in here, should be in OC or Media......Ann isn't politics, she's entertainment....
Maybe her heart will soften.
I certainly hope someone will say the say for you one day. MO

:rose: For Ann and her mother.

Ann Coulter's mother expressed grave concern publicly about the mental health of her daughter after Coulter attacked the 9/11 widows. Perhaps Ann will learn humility and compassion. The death of a mother is road we all travel. I would want my mother to have been proud of me!

Perhaps some here will learn humility and compassion someday too. MO

it is difficult..for me...to wish someone well who has IMO hurt so many people. but...i will try, truly to find the compassion for her that i think she has denied so many. i wish i was perfect...saintly and could forget all her misdeeds in the time that she needs prayers. i am humble enough to say i am not perfect enough to wish her well without having in the back of my mind all of the things she has said that has harmed others.
Unless it comes from the heart, I seriously doubt that Ann Colter wants anything from anybody. MO

Sorry to say, but I agree. I also humble myself for forgiveness , but I would be remiss if I said othwewise. I have respect for those in the media who voice their opinions without belittling , insulting and berating others. Compassion gives as compassion is given.

Then why comment at all? why not? and why be sad about my post? i admit..its hardest for me to pray for..or wish peace for those i violently disagree with..but i try. and i did..because the O.P made me aware of the situation..in my own mind, offer her a prayer of peace in this situation. it reminded me that we all do share some common bonds..of grief..happiness ect. have a good morning.

Ann should be offered all the Prayers we can muster. Her entertainment personality being acidic and in-human as it is, has nothing to do with this......:rose: Ann.....

I think this article shows that many have jumped to conclusions and misjudged Ann. Underneath it all, she has a heart and spirit just like her mom did.
I like Ann's ability to say things like she sees them...she was given a spunky spirit and it sounds like her mom did too.
Misjudged? C'mon. Ann went there, it's her business. Some don't want to look at the 'underneath', because of her over the top caustic attitude. She has personally insulted many, and in no way do I believe she asks for condolences from them I give mine because I'm forgiving. Ann never asked for Prayers. A poster did.
Same to you. Guess we are in the same boat.
But.... I will always speak my mind. I am not a hypocrite
I am not here to make friends or win a popularity contest. I did that in high school.
I am not a fan of Ann Coulter, and I make no apologies for it.
Knock yourself out. MO

That was incredibly written and beautiful. It made me cry too. No matter how old you are - losing a parent is one of the most painful things a person can endure.. the pain is excruciating.. :(
