could this be what happened... Melissa had a secret something she didn't want out the door. She tought Sandra knew but wasn't sure, she questioned her that day and realized she knew to much. So she tought of killing her I mean this woman is on drugs. Could this secret have something to do with the caretaker of the church maybe an affair he is married. He seemed to be covering up for someone.

Have there been any confirmed reports that she is on drugs?

Given that this is someone who would kill a child, God only knows what her reasoning was. I'm sure it was nothing that any of us would be able to fathom.

New article on Tracy Press...
Police said they found the spot where Huckaby allegedly killed the Jacobson Elementary School second-grader who used to play with Huckaby’s own daughter, but they refused to disclose the location.
There are no other suspects and no more arrests are expected, said police spokesman Sgt. Tony Sheneman.
The suspect never once mentioned a motive in the course of her interview with investigators earlier this morning. Police said at one point she asked for an attorney but then changed her mind and kept talking to detectives. She was read her rights twice, Sheneman said.
“I can’t begin to theorize what her motive was,” said Sheneman today, at times fighting back emotion. “Sandra was a very close friend with her daughter.”
When asked what the family's reaction was to Huckaby's arrest, he answered, "Disbelief."
Police had since Monday tried to pin down Sandra’s killer. They interviewed everyone in Orchard Estates Mobile Home Park, where Sandra lived with her grandparents, mother and siblings. Huckaby lived there, too, with her daughter and grandparents just five doors down from Sandra’s house.
Police served several search warrants, towed cars, questioned hundreds of people and never named a suspect — until Friday night’s arrest. Huckaby’s grandparents run a church down the street from the park, where Huckaby said she had taught Sunday school for six months.
She flatly denied she had a criminal record, despite court papers showing she was due in court for sentencing after pleading no contest to a felony burglary/robbery and a misdemeanor petty theft. She also denied having graduated from West High School in 1998, despite school district records that say she did.
Court papers also show that two psychiatrists had to interview Huckaby to see if she was fit to stand trial on charges that she stole from Target last November. The deemed her fit for trial. She spent some time in 2006 behind bars in Los Angeles County for property theft, court papers show, yet she denied that, too.
In an interview with police that began at 7 p.m. and ended with her arrest at 11:55 p.m. Friday, she shared details about Sandra’s disappearance and subsequent murder that gave cops probable cause to arrest her shortly before midnight Friday, Sheneman said.
She blatantly lied to the few reporters she talked to Friday, he said earlier. That’s what led to the extra scrutiny.

What could possibly be the motive for this woman to kill a little 8 yr. old girl? Did the little girl know something about her that the woman didn't want to get out or was the motive sexual? What do you think?
I'm beyond comprehending this killing. JMO

there are some ppl who get sexual gratification purely through the act of killing itself too. Not necessarily any sexual act as we know of it.

Casey Anthony's Twin Sister..........!!
Casey stuffed Caylee in a laundry tote bag and then double garbage bags, while this murderer stuffed Sandra in a luggage bag. Both dumped the girls in places hoping they would never be found.
Both of them (Casey and Melissa are dirt bags) Oh --what scum that walks amongst us and our children. I am still waiting for news about Haleigh and will never forget Little Trenton.

I don't like thinking it but I'm thinking the same thing.
Melissa likes to zone out according to her classmates profile. I just went over there to see if she posted anything on herself.
Eeek, she went to West High School which freaked me out because I did as well but I went to a West High in another city in Southern California.
the more i think of the PIO saying the fbi behavioral science ppl want to come down and interview her bc of the uniquenss of a woman as the perp...more i think there is something very strange about the COD and the evidence that points to a bizarre crime -i.e. not mad at sandra for something she said to her daughter etc.
Many women have killed children including those not their own. They aren't interested in accidents -even if its an overdose therefore murder, thats not unique, they aren't interested something more typical like a boyfriends child. Possible sexual motivation or the cause of death was so different they want to get a handle on her for their profiles in future cases.
imo
eta and i hope they go back to every unsolved child disappearance in places this woman has lived. I am not so sure its the first time

A couple of hours ago I posted the article that said that Sandra and her sisters had wanted to go to the church to a movie, but they didn't have enough money, and then Sandra went off herself to visit a friend.
Does anyone know if it was the same church as the Lawless one?
Who invited the girls to the movie?
What movie?
Was that when she went to the MH house?

Huckaby is being held without bail at San Joaquin County Jail, and is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday.
She is on suicide watch in an observation cell away from other inmates for her own safety, though there have been no incidents, said sheriff's Deputy Les Garcia. Huckaby is refusing visits, he said.
http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/n/a/2009/04/11/state/n031600D34.DTL
So, that answers that.
I am guessing her hospital stay this week was a suicide attempt.
From the same article:
Huckaby worked as a checker at a Food for Less grocery store in a strip mall just east of the mobile park for nearly four years, until she was fired sometime in 2004, said Matt Duncan, an assistant manager at the store now known as FoodMaxx.
"I wouldn't have anything bad to say about her, until now," said Duncan, who has worked at the store off-and-on for about 10 years. "I would've never suspected her to do something like this."
So, what was she doing for income besides teaching SS?

They put a lot of them on the same watch without any previous attempts. I recall S.Peterson's watch because the outfit he had to wear was so fitting for him. IIRC Casey was placed on the same watch and she was left with only a blanket in her dorm bed.

They had better watch her like a hawk. She undoubtably has not only more info to reveal on Sandra, but other "skeltons" in her closet. You don't usually see anyone jump from shoplifting to child murder, people usually work their way up the crime chain. Of course she could be the exception. Casey was different, it was her child, who was interfering with her life, pretty commom motive. Suicide would be diasterous, in my view, at this early stage.

Little Sandra was such a beautiful little girl. Just makes you so angry to think someone could snuff the life out of another human being. What was this Melissa thinking? I know she is innocent, until proven guilty, but my gosh, what would make her kill this child? Hard to understand these young women who are killing. It's hard enough to figure anyone out who kills but...this is tough.

Not defending this woman of what she did... but all the speculation about child porn and sexual abuse is just that speculation.
This suspect is 28 years old and has nothing in her history that has been made available to even suggest that is what this case is about.
All we know right now is.. she is being charged with Sandra's murder..and is under arrest.
I think a deep breath is needed and wait for more information from LE before labeling this woman with a title of being a sexual predator or involved in a porn ring. It's bad enough she did what she did..
JMHO..

I'm doing the sneaky here at work.
This is my 2 cents.
I still believe someone else assisted at least with the disposal.
Too much BS going on with the suitcase, the keys, the phone, etc.
This broad is not the sharpest knive in the drawer and could never have done all this alone. Plus you know she has some CRAZY BF somewhere.
Do not believe it one bit.
Still not convinced some other evil madness going on here.
The police are not spilling all the beans.
I may be wrong
Would not be the first time by any means
Just too much WEIRDNESS around this place for my old bones to take or buy. JMHO

Have there been any confirmed reports that she is on drugs?
Just a week or two ago, she was hospitalized because of a drug overdose, believed to have been a suicide attempt.
I really wasn't following this case all too closely until it was announced that the primary suspect was a woman who apparently acted alone.
:rose: for Sandra and any other victims of this monster named Melissa.
Edit: Assuming, of course, that she's guilty of this.

I certainly hope too that the FBI can interview and profile her. I also think there may be more victims than just Sandra. MOO
They also need to find out if she has given birth to any other children, and if so, what happened to them.

Not that I have read, and I wish (especially tomorrow being Easter) the accused murderer would not be referred to as a Sunday School teacher, it's becomming offensive to Sandra's memory. I do not believe she was 1. Sandra was murdererd by a 28 yr. old female, with a police record, not a Sunday School teacher. JMO
On the last thread, post number 830 had a link to an interesting site.
If it is true, Melissa Huckaby wasn't a Sunday school teacher at all and she didn't attend that church.

So true...I wonder if she killed SC while her own kid was in the room, maybe in a rage? Maybe they were doing something and she told them not to and she accidentally killed her (ex, pushed her down the stairs)? I have no idea like all of you, but I can't believe the killer turned out to be a woman who is NOT a family member. What possible reason to hurt this beautiful little girl?
Just last night, Pat Brown (criminal profiler) said "he" as a default pronoun and Vinnie Politan questioned "he"? I mean it was almost a GIVEN it would be a male sex offender, even if he didn't rape her. This is definitely one that stands out; I can see why, (if not some kind of rage or accident) the FBI would want to interview her...
When I saw the news today for the 1st time, I actually had to stop; pause the tv; and let it soak in it was a woman. I guess I shouldn't be so surprised because there are so many sickos out there, but really, what are the ODDS that it would be a woman who is a friend's mother?
Poor Sandra and family. Her poor mother, I can't imagine... :rose:

Oh thank you Hawg. I did find the CA code for the charges but I thank you for your kindness. It's felony murder and felony kidnapping. Together they are special circumstances I think. One main reason I hope she gets the death penalty is not because I think they'll ever carry it out (most likely not), but because if she's not on death row she more than likely will get out one day due to her young age now. California's life without parole reads life without parole for 25 years. That means that after 25 years she will be eligible for parole. I don't want her ever to walk free again. She's waived her right to walk among reasonable society. If she's found guilty.
She's 28 now, life without parole for 25 yrs means she'd be eligible for parole when she's 53 and then we'd have to put up with begging parole boards to keep her locked up. Same as with that monster Leslie Van Houten all these years. At one time they gave her parole hearings 1 yr apart and it's supposed to be 5 yrs apart if that isn't rich. They need to lock them up and pipe daylight to them but they won't. Parole boards turn them lose to reign their evil back on society again and again.

As you can imagine not too many paid much attention to them at the time because it seemed such obscure information then. Turns out they were right.
And if anybody's wondering, yes I think a jury will probably find her guilty and I think she probably did this crime. Just my opinion.

I hear what you're saying but I would think LWOP instead of DP because they don't carry out any DP's in CA. If she is on death row, she will get her own cell and be away from other prisoners. IF guilty she will be at the bottom of the "food chain" being a child killer and will not fare very well, which is just fine with me. If she is guilty, I don't ever see her getting out of jail anyway, and I would rather MH be in general pop than in some quiet, "cushy", corner of the jail...

Been following this board for a while, just thought I would unlurk and say hi and throw in what I am thinking.
I also think there may be some porn or sexual abuse going on.
Two things that strike me is the account she gave to a reporter over the phone about the suitcase AND about that other child that supposedly was at the "park" with her a couple months ago and the mother thought she was missing. I think that child was elswhere with her (I also think the mother would have checked the park before calling the police if her child was there three times that week as Melissa says). This is the link to her account:
http://www.cbs13.com/video/?id=51887@kovr.dayport.com
She sounds eerily like Casey anthony with her voice intonations. Anyway she gives this long story about taking this other child to the park, and the mother apparently didn't know and called the police, and she brought her back home when her grandmother told her they were looking for this other girl. And then it cuts off when she talks about the police coming to her house at 2:00 Am on the day she took the other child to the park.
Then see this video: http://www.nbcbayarea.com/news/local/Woman_Questioned_in_Tracy_Kidnapping_Speaks_Bay_Ar ea.html
In this one, another reporter reports asking her on the phone about the incident with this other child at the park and the drugging of the child and apparently Melissa says the police questioned her late that night about that child (the one she took to the "park" that day) having narcotics in their system. (it is towards the very end of this video).
This just seems odd, and it doesn't seem like she would make this up (being questioned by police in this other case.) I think something happened with this other child like porn, molestation, pictures, etc.
Just my own opinion and all that.

It's always read like that in CA. That's why it drives me crazy when people think life in CA is actually life. It's not and never has been. IF they would keep them locked up I would personally have no problem waiving the DP altogether. But they won't keep them locked up. And that's the only reason I favor the death penalty. They rarely if ever execute them in CA anyway. More die of old age or illness on death row than execution. There's stats but I don't feel like looking them up. There's a moratorium more or less on DP nationwide anyway right now that looks as if it may never get lifted in our lifetimes.

I agree, Adalena and long ago I put away the myth that women aren't capable of doing heinous crimes such as this one. I think they are just as capable and diabolical as any man.
We have seen woman get rid of bodies of full grown adults and discard them in other places away from the original crime scenes, so one woman surely could do so when disposing of a little girl who only weighed 45 pounds. Imo, she is the sole perpetrator.
We cannot rule any motive in or out that she may have had. In the last couple of years it seems we have seen the worst depravity in some women there is as we read about the children who have lost their lives by their hands. So some women are very capable of the most despicable crimes imaginable, just like this one.
So even though she may not fit the profile of who usually kidnaps and murders a child that is not her own, she certainly make her own mark and the FBI will try to learn why she has done the most reprehensible act there is.

They rarely if ever execute them in CA anyway. More die of old age or illness on death row than execution. There's stats but I don't feel like looking them up. There's a moratorium more or less on DP nationwide anyway right now that looks as if it may never get lifted in our lifetimes.

190. (a) Every person guilty of murder in the first degree shall be punished by death, imprisonment in the state prison for life without the possibility of parole, or imprisonment in the state prison for a term of 25 years to life.
For the 50 yrs I've been following true crime it's always been like that altho I don't know when the legislation was written.
I read that statute as:
190. (a) Every person guilty of murder in the first degree shall be
1. punished by death,
2. imprisonment in the state prison for life without the possibility of parole,
3. or imprisonment in the state prison for a term of 25 years to life
As for the Menendez brothers, CourtTV.com says:
Lyle and Erik Menendez, sons of a successful Cuban-American business executive, were convicted of first-degree murder on March 20, 1996, for the shotgun killings of their parents, Jose and Kitty Menendez. They are each serving two consecutive life prison terms without the possibility of parole.

Mine looks more like the first link you posted. From the live video I saw from KCRA's Live Copter 3, the bag looked a bit odd in shape, but I'm assuming that's because it had the body of an 8 year old girl in it.
It did look like a soft pack type of luggage to me that would conform and mold somewhat.
I could have sworn I thought I saw the bulge where most likely Sandra's little body lay in it.

I'm wondering if SC walked up and seen something at that house she should not have seen and MH had to keep her quite....

Can you imagine being the grandfather/pastor? FGS! I'm sure he must feel humiliated and angry and duped! Or, maybe he had some "inkling" but his conscious wouldn't let him go there. I think we all knew something about the church was going to be involved. But I was leaning towards some male church worker with access (maybe janitor or something like that).
Has MH's mother (grandparent's daughter) been in the local news at all or does she not live in that community? TIA!
It's been said on the boards that MH's parents live in So. California but I'm not certain.
As for the grandparents, yes it's awful. I really feel for them both. I'm sure they were trying to give her a leg up as it were after her crime history in So. CA and she chose to betray them. As well as her own 5 year old child. Who knows that she wasn't drugging children and making disgusting child porn to sell for money gain for herself? It's possible. Her ploying herself into the grandparent's good graces to gain access to the church, the roll away cot in the storage facility people said FBI removed from there (evidence) and the sunday school classroom buildings must have been a field day for the evil old scum.
My heart aches for her grandparents. She's hurt so many people and it can't be taken back. She and people like her are a disgrace to the human condition. People who do things like this have to pass themselves off as being benevolent in order to gain people's trust; which makes them all the more despicable. If they acted evil openly we'd all have ample warning to beware.
A wo/man is who s/he is in the dark. Rest of the time s/he's acting.

So even though she may not fit the profile of who usually kidnaps and murders a child that is not her own, she certainly make her own mark and the FBI will try to learn why she has done the most reprehensible act there is.
imo
True, so true... To address the bold, just think of Melanie McGuire (NJ case) who disposed of her husband's body in matching Kenneth Cole luggage...And he was a heck of a lot bigger so she supposedly had to cut him into pieces. Just gruesome!!
Then there is also of course, Aileen Wuornos and history is actually full of woman who kill others who aren't there own family... But statistically this case is unusual. I wish the cops could say more, but hopefully we'll get more info Monday when all the news shows come back on...

Yes, Sunstar; I agree ... in the case I cited from Los Angeles, it is possible that in return for a sentence of life without parole the District Attorney (D.A.) would not go for the death penalty. It's good all around in that the man is in prison for life without parole (and he gets to live) and the state avoided the cost of the trial.
As for Huckaby, I agree with you again, the D.A. can use, if they so choose, to ask for the death penalty because it would fall into the realm of 'special circumstances,' with the addition of the kidnapping charge. Obviously, the D.A.'s office will do their investigation before going for the death penalty in this case as in all others.

The good news is that San Joaquin County is more conservative than, say, Los Angeles County or San Francisco County. Stockton is by far the city with the largest population -- still a lot of rural land populated by ranches, dairies, orchards, ground crops, etc.

Oh, I didn't hear him say that. I was actually in the other room at the time. I don't know what the pastor will do. Easter is an important Christian holiday. I feel for he and his wife and their small congregation.
I agree. I feel bad for the pastor, his wife and the church. This has put a scar on their church that will be hard to heal but with God's help hopefully they can overcome.

It seems as if Melissa DID have two children...but they rarely came out or played with others (reported by the neighbor). People said Melissa Huckaby was quiet. One good thing (if true), there was not a lot of children going in and out of the home.
Hmmm reading that article, makes me think, it's always the quiet ones.

You're welcome. I agree with you and deHawg that it should not matter if it is a male or female with regards to getting the death penalty. If the situation merits it and the D.A. believes she/he can make a good case for the death penalty then they should go for it.
The good news is that San Joaquin County is more conservative than, say, Los Angeles County or San Francisco County. Stockton is by far the city with the largest population -- still a lot of rural land populated by ranches, dairies, orchards, ground crops, etc.
There are currently 15 women sentenced to death in California and being housed at this one facility:

thank you ~ I was curious about how many women had been sentenced to death. The information about the area is good to know also but I hope there won't have to be a COV, although I'd suspect the defense would want it moved to a less conservative area. Parole boards do whatever they please. or they're powerless as you'd have us believe.
 As far as I know, if a prisoner has been sentenced to Life WITHOUT Parole, their case does NOT come before a parole board... Even here in California. I would think so too. I wondered why there were so few members, before Sandra's disappearance was connected to anyone in the church.

I have to respectfully disagree with some of this, Adalena.
My brother was murdered in California by 2 guys (who were brothers) and they were sentenced to 15 years to life. Actually, one got 17 years to life because California carries an added 2 year mandate on any crime where a firearm is used in the commission of a felony.
My point is that this was in 1982. Fast forward to now, and they are still in. Ironically, one of them is serving his time in Tracy at Deuel Vocational Institution (formerly Tracy State Prison). Neither one of "my" killers was sentenced to life, and really, they both should be out by now. It's pretty amazing that 27 years later, they are both still locked up.
I had a parole hearing last month for one of them and he was actually granted parole. Unfortunately for him, California doesn't just open the doors after they award them parole. He needs to get a signed release from Governor Schwarzenegger before he can get out, and Schwarzenegger has NEVER granted a release on a first time parolee.
Prayers to sweet little Sandra.

However, it is a more conservative county as Poster Oodi and I have said. Distance wise Tracy is not that far from Stockton, the most populated city in San Joaquin County. I think it will probably depend on whether there's a preliminary hearing or grand jury. If there's a lot of information that becomes available to the public before trial, it seems to me there's a better chance for a judge to consider moving the trial. I really do believe Melissa confessed last night because of some of the things said during the pc.
Sandra was already dead when she was reported missing.
LE know the spot she died in but cant release that info.
No other suspect or POI involved, she acted alone.
LE seems to know the details of what happened.
Just those things come to mind at the moment.
Maybe I'm imagining it, but I thought the belief about Sandra already dead by the time she was reported missing had been out there before the arrest?

Thats the way I took it too Tara that it was premeditated.
Would that be Murder 187A? There was a discussion earlier about that, I missed any explanation. Hard to handle premeditation of a little girl by a grown woman, my heart hurts for her little 5 yr. old daughter, friend of Sandra killed by her own Mother. MOO

Yes you are right.
You didn't but when Fresno is used to explain the San Joaquin Valley and with so many people unfamiliar with the area, like Sunstar, I just wanted to make very sure people knew there was a difference between the geographical term of 'valley' and County as it relates to this case.
Being a native Californian myself, and one who even knows the incorporated city of Escalon, which is in San Joaquin County, I was trying to ensure we all were on the same page. [JMO * Themis]
LOL... I've been to Escalon a few times. But then again, I currently live in Stanislaus County.

You're welcome, Sunstar. Since San Joaquin County has a population of 682,660 there should be no need for a Change of Venue (COV).
However, it is a more conservative county as Poster Oodi and I have said. Distance wise Tracy is not that far from Stockton, the most populated city in San Joaquin County. Frankly, I would expect any defense attorney to request a COV because of what we have discussed. Whether a judge will approve such a request remains to be seen.
ITA! I'm in NJ and know alot about the story.
Any defense lawyer for MH - Good luck w/ that change of venue, perhaps u can try Canada?
Oh wait, sorry, that will be Casey A's change request... :)

I think it will probably depend on whether there's a preliminary hearing or grand jury. If there's a lot of information that becomes available to the public before trial, it seems to me there's a better chance for a judge to consider moving the trial. After seeing how some other cases have gone, I'd expect the defense to ask for it regardless. MOO
Oh yeah, any defense attorney would like to have this moved to San Francisco County.
However, since California is in a fiscal crisis asking all the involved participants to drive a long distance or literally move temporarily to a different county due to a COV is a bit unrealistic. Secondarily, moving a jury panel (12 + at least 4 alternates) to literally move to Stockton would also be very expensive. Heck, if the infamous 'Tracy Torture Case' trial is taking place in Stockton, I see no legitimate reason the Huckaby case will be moved to suit the defense. [JMO * Themis]

Yes, Escalon's claim to fame is 'gateway to Yosemite National Park' via the 120. Well, as Escalonites are fond of saying 'don't tell anyone about Mariposa.'

I think that's false... there is no mention anywhere of a second child.
Listening to a special report on the case now on KRON4.. and no mention..of a second child.
Her family is at the jail now.. but MH is refusing any visitors from the media..
KRON is reporting that one of the charges is listed as WILLFUL INTENT TO MURDER.

LOL!!
I spent over 40 years going to Yosemite via Hwy 41 from Fresno... the most beautiful view of the valley ever. Even though it's a much longer drive now that I'm up here, we still make the drive that far south to go that way, as it is worth it.
BTW... you haven't really lived until you've been to the town of Oleander, south of Fresno. LOL

The next door neighbor spoke of the fact he has never seen her 'children' play outside although he has seen Sandra go inside the house in the past
I wonder where the idea of more than one child came from?

He has the Sgt. and a reporter "live".
Sgt. saying there was no doubt at the conclusion of the interview last night that MH killed Sandra. He was shocked that it was a woman and that it was a member of the community, a neighbor and friend of Sandra's family. Personally he can't believe anyone can just lose control (accident) that they'd kill a child; professionally, he cannot comment. Cannot comment on confession. Unable to determine motive.
Reporter saying it was a huge red flag when she asked MH about her criminal record and MH denied there was one. She can't guess what the motive was; MH has a history of mental health problems. Could be there was no motive, can't speculate.
Candace deLong, FBI profiler: It is very rare, less than 5% of the time a child is abducted/murdered it is by a woman. Geraldo bringing up that the woman perpetrator usually has an accomplice. Another guess commenting on the mental history of MH. Montel Williams saying that in today's society an unaccounted for child has to be reported as missing immediately. It's an abomination that a child can't be safe in her own neighborhood.
Sgt.: Information we have from the interview leads LE to believe Sandra was already dead by the time she was reported missing.

Willfull Intent:
Intent In order that there may be a conviction f murder there must be an intention to kill Daly v Stoddard 66 Ga 145 146 The act of killing to constitute murder must be intentional that is the party must have intended to commit the deed There must be premeditation But ttíere is no point of time in which this premeditation is required to exist It may be for an hour a day or for one moment There must be evidence that he meditated the act before the act was done State v Meyer 3 Atl 195 199 58 Vt 4Ü7 By West Publishing Company</a>
I've been running that through my head too...LE knows the spot she was murdered but can't release that info?
Well then it must have been at the church because if it were anywhere else the police would have come screaming in with a forensics team and taped off MH's trailer or where ever else this may have happened.
And so since there are not any other places taped off, like I say which they would have done in a felony murder case the only logical conclusion then is the church which already was taped off and processed.
Anyone else?
The late news last night said that they were searching MH's car, as well as talking to her. I guess it could have happened in the car. I haven't heard anything about the car being released, but I don't know that for sure.

Updating the case... at 7:30 they are suppose to tell more about her family being at the jail...
Some is repeat and some is people's opinion. I'm interested in hearing who is at the jail to see her. Many media have attempted to get interviews with her and she is declining.

More on Geraldo
Angie & Joe Chavez, Sandra's aunt & uncle. JC: MH was not a friend of the family, only somebody they knew because of the kids playing together. Numerous times played together. Sandra played in her house and other houses in the park. AC: quite shocked but happy that an arrest was made. We don't know anything about Daniel (Sandra's father) but her mother is doing the best she can. Memorial service Thursday at 1pm at the West High Gym, private funeral also scheduled. I will remember Sandra as a fun loving little girl who captured my heart.
Geraldo going back to in-studio guests. Bernard Kerick, NYPD commissioner: must have been a confession. Montel: so sad we have to grieve every other day it seems for another little child. What are we going to have to do to keep our children safe?
