I haven't been reading much on this forum so this may have been discussed already...just wondering if anyone else noticed what I think I did in the video that they show of Sandra...After she skips across the parking lot did anyone else notice that she immediately turned to her left then to her right, as if someone may have called out to her? Am I seeing things or did anyone else notice that also?
It has been a question and observance raised by a few. i noticed what you did as well, she seems to go from being very carefree to focused in a couple of seconds.

He said the investigation was going in the right direction at least.
Personally, I think they have a good idea who did it. Yesterday he said they were just covering all the bases to make sure they had a solid case (something along those lines).
I think we're going to be kept in the dark until an arrest is made.
I was so sure that they were very close to making an arrest given all the activity. I assumed that they had a suspect and that they were being very cautious about what was said publicly so as not to spook the perpetrator and to have all their ducks in a row.
Now I'm not so sure.

I would sure hope so, kitty.
I'm afraid they have nothing. I hate to say it but I think the child porn threw them off and they lost focus.
Yesterday, when the Sgt said they need to build a foundation, it was very clear to me they had no clue on who did this.
Sad.
Sadly, now that they have confirmed she was murdered, they do not need to rush anything.
I think they are trying to do this right so the perp doesn't get away with it.
Maybe i am just being optimistic(as much as one can be with the death of a child).

I hope the person who wrote the note comes forward quickly so it does not take the investigators off track. If it is just a innocent letter from someone speaking for Sandra, they should not have a problem.
Prayers to all who loved this child and protect the children in and around Tracy...........
I hope they come forward too.....
Adding my prayers too.......

Memorial was taken down Wednesday night before the rain.
slideshow City crews on Wednesday night dismantled a massive memorial to 8-year-old Tracy girl Sandra Cantu, who was found dead on Monday
Sandra’s family plans to give the hundreds of stuffed animals, gift baskets, toys and other trinkets people have placed at the shrine to nonprofits that help children, Tracy police said.
Cards and letters were given to the family.
Sandra’s mother and grandparents thanked the city and all the volunteers for their support in creating the memorial, which doubled in size between Monday night and Wednesday this week.
Police scheduled a press briefing for 10:30 this morning.

I think they do have a suspect. Maybe they are waiting on some preliminary forensic tests before they arrest. Some solid evidence.
Cant just arrest on suspicion and tip the perps hand.
Sandra was found 10 days after the investigation. I think thats a good sign that LE know what they are doing. alot of people are never found that fast.
We just have to be patient but I do believe an arrest is coming this week or next.

Remember the "creepy guy" with the hood yesterday...and we thought it could be Sandra's uncle?
Well..just happen to be looking for sex offenders in the area...and found someone who is in violation of his parole...who lives in san joaquin which is very close to Tracy that looks like he could be the guy in the hooded sweatshirt yesterday too! Wonder if he could be a POI?...do you think it is ok for me to link to his sex offender page?
yes, these sex offender registers are public for a reason. And you say this SO is violation of parole? Is he listed as missing right now? You would think if any SO's were unaccounted for, the Tracy PD would have asked the public for help in locating them all, no?

On FOX news: Wendy Murphy talking about this case. She basically said her alarms went off big time when she pulled up the page for the church, and the members page was down. She said she hoped it was not going to turn out to be the church of the holy pornography. Other TH said it is NOT normal for them to take the pastor's phones, computers, etc. unless LE really sees him as a suspect, or in contact with someone who is a suspect.
Also said they think LE has someone/s specific in mind.

it wasn't a hooded sweatshirt....it was a coat.

2 miles. She was found in an irrigation collection pond when it was routinely being drained by farm workers. They called in the discovery of the suitcase. The pond is close to the road.

Hi All,
I am not sure what, if anything, the note has to do with Sandra’s murder but friends sometimes do write letters to a killer on behalf of a murdered friend. Here is one written by a friend of Donna Gomez
To My Murderer
Remember me?
When you fall asleep at night, is it my face you see?
I was a daughter, a sister, someone's wife.
I was your victim, you took my life.
You didn't take my spirit and my memory is still alive.
You changed your own life the day you decided I was to die.
You changed my family's life and that of my friends.
The day I died, was that the day of your end?
Do you now have children, did you ever wed?
Many wonder, what kind of life you've led.
Do you carry guilt, can you say my name?
Your life since I died, has it been the same?
Do you visit my web site for updated news?
Did you know, they have DNA on you?
Tho it's been years, no one has given in.
Not my family, the police, or my friends.
As you're reading this now, do you understand?
This could be your last day, better make it grand.
For soon you'll be in prison, for life you'll serve.
After all, it's the justice that I deserve!

Mary L. Cross

I saw the morning interview. How awful that the Today Show even aired that poor mother's grief. The aunt was completely stoic, though. If my niece was dead and my sister was sitting there having a nervous breakdown, I would have been in tears.

Mr. Slayter may have lived NEXT DOOR to Sandra and her family at one time.
Mr. and Mrs. Slayter have admitted that Slayter spent time with Sandra several days per week on a regular basis. She claims they went bowling, played yahtzee, and that Sandra did not have many childhood playmates. Slayter makes the third person of interest in this case. The third POI from the same park, and apparently, former Guy Next Door..

there was no members on the members page on April 4th. A site I am on is keeping track of everything that was on that site since april 4th. If all goes poof, I will still have access to all of the information that was on that site.
The note was removed from the memorial site which is by a tree next to her home. God let's don't go jumping on the band wagon that the family, especially the mother is involved in this little girl's murder. She and Sandra's family are in enough pain without innuendo's of their involvement.

Tracy Police and FBI searched an Oakdale home and a boat owned by a cousin of one of the named persons of interest, Christian Sinclair. Shenemen categorized the investigation as the strongest it has been in and they are speaking to one individual they have spoken to previously, “following up”.
What is also a notable coincidence between Slayter and Sinclair is they both own White Isuzu Trooper SUV’s; which are currently undergoing forensic testing at the FBI facility. confirmed there is more than one witness account from the Orchard Estates Mobile Home Park indicating Sandra may have gotten into a vehicle resembling a White Isuzu Trooper, but Tracy Police declined to confirm that information at press time.

I have a bizarre feeling all of a sudden.
LE keeps pointedly stating they aren't ruling anyone out, even family.
Who all, exactly was home when Sandra disappeared? I understand the mother wasn't home.
The grandfather was either home or "at work". Who else?
I have to say I was shocked by how the mother looked this morning. Her daughter went missing 11 days ago, was formally announced to be deceased two days ago, a time when most parents look exhausted, out of it, and almost cried-out. She looked, to me, like someone expecting worse news.
Does she suspect something that will hurt her even more than her daughter being deceased?
That's it - I couldn't put a finger on it this morning while watching the interview on the Today Show. I had a feeling the Mom knew or felt something even worse was going to happen, like it's not over yet, and I didn't think it was the hope for an arrest. I understand what you are saying, I wonder if she is having suspicions someone really close to their family was involved. Perhaps because Sandra wouldn't go with a complete stranger? I can't even start imagining what Maria is feeling, it's just too heartbreaking. :crying:

Also, someone earlier had posted this church's doctrines which sounded rather extreme. I can't remember what they were but I don't think it's mainstream Baptist, and may explain the limited attendance.
The membership is very small. 20-30 people max. Also, from interviews some of the people in the mobile park seem kind of suspicious about the place. I have impression that the preacher is not the divinity school graduate kind.
But there might not be anything wrong with the place. It would bother me if Sandra was killed there.

Oh yes it's a very different situation, but just made note of the fact of other horrible people around.
:crying:
Could it be she was given the results of the autopsy?

is that the guy who kissed her when she was 6? she spent a lot of time at his place too asking if she could help him or playing, was in an article early on.
one reason i found her rather sad, in the sense that she seemed to need to be warned about not trusting some adults more than once...which tells me she spent lots of time with adults.

No, that was a different guy. His name is Wahler (Wohler?), a martial arts coach. He was also questioned IIRC.

Ok..found this.....
Chris Sinclair is the son of the owners of the residence, Mr. and Mrs. Sammie and Conrad Sinclair, ages 76 and 71 respectively. Chris’s brother Brandon committed suicide in 2004 due to depression over a job injury claim, and is believed to be the owner of the license plate on the Isuzu Trooper registered in Wyoming. In addition to impounding the cars, agents searched 4 park residences and 2 other homes; one in Tracy and one in Oakland, CA. A source inside the investigation has confirmed to blinkoncrime that men’s hair coloring and evidence of someone cutting off longer hair was found, leading to the initial warrants for additional searches last evening.
Sgt Shenemen also confirmed to Blinkoncrime.com Sandra Cantu’s Mother was asked for some of Sandra’s personal effects, such as a tooth brush, hair brush, and pillow cases and those items have been sent to the FBI lab for processing.
There are a total of 4 cars that have been sent to the FBI impound lab in this case. Two from Sinclair, one from Wohler, and a late model grey Mercedes from an undisclosed ownerwithin the Orchard Estates Mobile home park.

On top of what the mother is enduring presently, I'm sure she has terrible guilt at the fact that Sandra was allowed to be so independent, wandering around without supervision. How was she to know? The poor woman just didn't consider the dangers in that seemingly close community.

I totally agree, there are way too many HORRIBLE people around. They are all over the place ugh. I wish LE would start paying more attention and do something about investigating things and then give these people sentences that compare to the crimes. Too many are just ignored or let out after no time at all.
But there is something very eerie going on in that tracy westside area. It has been going on forever. I am just hoping this might be the case to bring this mess to light and start to stop it all.

TRACY - Johnny Williams is sure he know who killed Sandra Cantu.
Williams drove from Oakland Sunday afternoon to hand-deliver his lead to Tracy police during an afternoon press conference. Afterward, he told media that he believes he saw Sandra with a man on a boat the week prior.
Now, speaking exclusively to FOX40 News, Williams says he spotted the same man talking with media the day after Sandra Cantu's body was found.
FOX40 News won't show the man Williams accuses of murdering Sandra Cantu; however, Williams describes the man as being "heavyset with a thick moustache."

Johnny Williams is the guy who claimed to have a lead for the police ...that he saw a heavy set man with a mustache with Sandra a week earlier..(when she was missing).
Fred Williams is the church member who claims someone reported the suitcase missing from the rummage sale.
Now question....why would this Fred Williams report on the luggage (which police say was never reported stolen) and NOT THE person who it was stolen from??
My question is if Johnny Williams saw Sandra with this heavy set, mustached man, WHILE she was MISSING, why didn't he hand deliver his tip to the police that day??
My heart breaks for this little girl and I want so badly for someone to be arrested - I just don't know if this man's tip is legitimate.

At a PC, they asked the detective why the tip of a man with a girl in a boat was not followed up on. He said they have to work with the best , then next best, and then the next best tips. He said that that was all the info the man had, no identifying clues (boat number, etc.) that would give them a way to start searching. I would guess the man called the tip in earlier, then after seeing someone on the tv, may think he recognizes them. JMO

Well I hope the Today show and Matt Lower enjoy the money the profited off of having Sandra's obviously mentally distressed mother on their show.
There's something that boarders on sadistic to place that mother on the national news like a freak show and then go over the details with her right there. How would Matt like it if his child were murdered and then days later he was being asked these same questions.
I would'a thrown my shoe at him.
In watching that Today show video with the guy at the church letting the pasture in all I can say is it's a wonder there aren't more children missing in that trailer park. Hollywood couldn't have picked a stranger cast of characters.
Seems like everytime a new video comes out I have to add someone to my list of suspects. Must be a daunting task for law enforcement.

TRACY (KRON) -- Tracy police are examining the contents of an envelope found Thursday morning at the memorial for eight-year old Sandra Cantu.
Tracy police Sgt. Tony Sheneman says the outside of the envelope read "From Sandra to my killer." Investigators aren't yet sure if the note is connected to the girl's disappearance and murder.
Sgt. Sheneman says authorities are continuing to follow leads developed over the last several days. He says investigators "have not focused on any one individual."

I looked at the site the second the church was mentioned, but well before they named names. So, sometime of the day of the finding of the suitcase. Small churches in my area have rummage sales all the time. They ask for item donations from congregation members and anyone that the congregation might know. Most of the proceeds usually go toward sponsoring summer camps etc for kids.
Sometimes the ones in our area do them to benefit a particular family that has fallen on hard times. (child with cancer, home burned down, etc)

If you listen to the video at this link, this Johnny Williams says he saw a man and a girl that looked like Sandra last Thursday in a boat. Nowhere is it being addressed WHERE the boat was. He first called in his tip last Friday.
He says if she died before April 2, then he is wrong, but if they determine she died after April 2 then he knows who did it.
He says he saw the man talking with media the day after Sandra's body was found. So who was interviewed that day that was heavyset with a thick mustache?
What I find interesting is he brought up the boat thing before she was found, before anyone had any idea she would be found in water. How far is Oakland from this area? Why is he not saying where he saw this?

I wonder, this Johnny Williams who called the tip in....he seems so sure, is really pursuing this. He may be credible.
If so, what could this mean? That Fred took Sandra for an "outing"? Where does the suitcase come in, he already had it in his car? Premeditated? I don't think this boat sighting, if true, was at the irrigation pond (plus that's not what Johnny said anyway)
Could it be that Fred planned to kill her at that other water body but got spooked, saw Johnny, and then took Sandra away from there, killed her elsewhere and then took her to the irrigation pond in the suitcase?
Just trying to figure out a scenario, if this guy is indeed the perp.

If you listen to the video at this link, this Johnny Williams says he saw a man and a girl that looked like Sandra last Thursday in a boat. Nowhere is it being addressed WHERE the boat was. He first called in his tip last Friday.

Oakland is over an hour away from Tracy.
His tip sure sounds interesting but I'm sure there is a good reason why the police weren't jumping all over it. There is also the little incentive of the reward money so he may have convinced himself that he has a credible tip. Whether it is, we will have to see.

From the same "blink on crime" site.
It states this:
Fred L Williams, self proclaimed member of the Clover Baptist Church and his wife, Anita M, have an extensive criminal history which includes suspended drivers licenses, drug posession, and worse. I am not listing them specifically as it has not been determined to be relevant to Sandra’s disappearance. They appear to have previous addresses in Oakland and Oakdale as well.
Now I dont know if any of this is true but.........
imo
yeah and then on the show this morning I saw him again and the one guy said he saw a scruffy bigger guy right? I would like to know whos place they did search in oakdale there was a boat there and a canoe was mentioned but that tied to CS. did you see the pics of him and the pastor and then the pic of him on blink..hair looks diff..to me...maybe my eyes..
the only reason I think it could be correct is I have heard a boat was checked.. and did someone get scared off and not do what ever they were doing at that time..her scent was picked up at some river right???omg I am losing it for some reason I think there is more than 1 or it is CS..I dont know..I dont know where to look for more information....just real odd church then he is pointed out by this tipster right..ok I give up GB I am losing it..awwwww

The grandfather did say she was going to go the movies or church, then didn't have enough money for the movies. Did she go the the church anyway? Did she run into someone at the church? Did that person do something to her, panic, then grab something (suitcase for rummage sale) of opportunity to put her in? Why look at the shed?
The church guy would have a key to the church and shed, might have been hanging around there and was overcome by urges and opportunity. Seems very feasible.

I found him to be very credible and very concerned.
He is doing the right thing and he even says if they determine Sandra died before April 2nd then he is wrong.
Or if they can tell how long she had been in that water.
It seems to be eating at him and that is understandable. They do need to check it out and then he can breathe a sigh of relief that he did his part and it wasn't Sandra and the mustached man that day.

First of all, it's Matt Lauer (and I only underline it because you did as a correction to someone before?..). Second, I think Maria, the Mom, had a choice and she wanted to be there, IMO showing support for LE and everyone involved in the investigation. And you know, some people would be asking why she hasn't been on TV if she didn't appear on the show, and so on...
I think Matt Lauer was as delicate and sensitive as possible, and I could tell he was pained by their grief as well. I don't know about the money they will make on this, it's all over the news as it is. JMO

Oakdale, Oakland, Westside, Eastside.....LOL it's all good you guys! :)
sorry LOL I am not so good at describing the area I am trying to explain. In this specific case it is the tracy area west and south that caught my attention. I watched and waited to see where the dogs would go and where LE would start their searching. Once I saw their locations I jumped in here full force. It is my belief WHITEHALL was no random place. Someone picked that are for a reason. It is also my belief they were not ready for her body to be found and this was to be a tempory place to put her. But things went wrong. So they had to act quickly. Had they not found Sandra when they did I believe her body would have been moved.
I also worry the person/people responisible might be wanting to grab some other victim in the next few days.
I hope I am not sounding crazy by now.
I have watched this kind of thing going on for some time now.
It might very well turn out sandra's case is not on this line, but all along it certainly is "following the pattern". I suspect the police have thought about this also? If not, and if they are not sure yet who did this, they need to start looking at this case in a different way.
I've been waiting and watching this unfold before I really get into this. I don't want people to  me off the board and go

but CS was linked to one address in oakdale the reporter talked to neighbors they said they dug and looked in a boat and would not tell them why they were there then they saw a silver mercedes on TV that they had seen at this home in oakdale. One neighbor did not want to be on camera they also said they had seen the car there before.. I am thinking if you look in white pages it will give you the info on addresses not real sure..
I am stuck on CS for some reason but just cause I have not searched out this other guy. even though some have on other forums..it is odd this tipster was angry they had not followed up on his tip and then after seeing williams on TV he drove there right and said it looked like the same guy...I dont know..

Just curious ... what is your theory?
sorry just now catching up, went to eat lunch.
my theory is "out of the box" to many so I will just say what I feel comfortable saying in accordance with how things unfold. Basically, I believe there is/are person/persons in that area who are responsible for murders which fit a specific pattern. Whether or not Sandra's case is one of those, I am not sure, but I have suspected it from the beginning and the more that goes on the more it seems to be so.
Sandra may very well be a victim of person/persons who have been in that area for a very long time. Their crimes are predictible and I watch for the patterns. When I see the patterns I can pretty much tell where it is going.
She was found in one of the main predictible areas. The gloves did not supprise me at all, however, I am not sure why they were WHERE they were. Maybe these are the wrong gloves? I don't know
The pond did not supprise me at all, especially the kind of pond. Very typical. The whole church thing does not supprise me at all either.
The direction the police went in from the beginning does not supprise me either. It is exactly the very places I would have looked.
I do have a few other things I would be looking for that have not popped up yet. Of course there is nothing I can do but watch and wait. If I really thought someone would "listen" I would have no problem telling them what I think ...but... most likely the response would be

Sure does make one wonder, huh? I also wonder if Sandra and the pastor's great-grand child/ren that she played with, often went to the church to play. Most churches will have games/toys, etc?
Since the guy has a key, I wonder if he is the handyman or something?

"TRACY, CA - The heartbreaking discovery of Sandra Cantu's remains in an irrigation pond also means extra difficulty in the murder investigation, according to CSI experts.
"Time and the elements are the worst enemy for CSI," one crime scene investigation expert told News10. "You don't know how much time has passed. Time deteriorates evidence. If it's underwater, that dilutes and compromises evidence like DNA."
The 8-year-old vanished on March 27, with her body not found and recovered until 10 days later. While it's unknown how long she was alive, few child kidnapping victims survive much longer than 24 or 48 hours after being abducted, experts say.
Complicating matters in this case is the likelihood the murder happened in a different location from where the body was found inside a suitcase that had been dumped underwater. Another complication is the suitcase was apparently dumped into the pond at a different point than where it was discovered."

I dont think where it was originally located will be a problem. I am sure each and everyone of the workers there that saw it floating knew exactly where it was when they saw it when it was pulled over to the side of the pond where the water level had already dropped down.
They also kept stressing that the bag was sealed so this may help to retain some of the evidence.

I don't think it's been said, yet. He's the one who first said a black suitcase was stolen that was intended for a church rummage sale. hm? Here's a link to some of his statements if you need it. No matter who they arrest it's going to shock me just to think a human being could do this. It's such a chillingly awful crime.

Since this church has such a small congregation, and if it can be reasonably assumed that members just come on Sundays, and that there was no service last Sunday.....who else could have stolen that suitcase? Assuming that the rummage sale stuff was inside the church, and that indeed it was stolen from there, the probability seems kind of high that a man with a key would have taken it. The thing is, we don't even know if the suitcase was stolen at all, and if it was, from where (car back seat, car trunk, inside the church). It might turn out it was never stolen, just taken from the home of whoever did this. I think if it was recently purchased, someone from the store/market/etc would have contacted LE about it.
I think this suitcase holds a lot of answers, and I am curious as to why LE can't identify the brand (did someone take time to cut off all the labels & tags, break anything plastic that had any kind of a monogram?..)

Unfortunately, there are no other images, and which is why I hesitated to point out that the article I originally posted (for the text content) had those images.
Sorry you have issues with it. I do, too. However, I don't think it's much worse than everything else we have been discussing here and what's been reported in the media. The image is not as bad as what we already known has or might have happened. IMO.

Could someone have cut Sandra's hair???

The thing is, we don't even know if the suitcase was stolen at all, and if it was, from where (car back seat, car trunk, inside the church). It might turn out it was never stolen, just taken from the home of whoever did this. I think if it was recently purchased, someone from the store/market/etc would have contacted LE about it.
I think this suitcase holds a lot of answers, and I am curious as to why LE can't identify the brand (did someone take time to cut off all the labels & tags, break anything plastic that had any kind of a monogram?..)
I agree the suitcase holds answers. LE is keeping so close mouthed about the origins of that suitcase (stolen/not stolen etc?) that I think they have a good idea.
Plus wasn't there that report a couple of days ago it was stolen from Melissa Lawless (Huckaby's) KIA? We haven't heard anything more about the seizing of the KIA.

There was no service on Sunday? That seems odd since it was Palm Sunday.
Odd came to my mind also......I had thought perhaps services were cancelled on Sunday for everyone to participate in searches for Sandra...

I think we might have assumed that her Kia was searched for that reason, but of course, nothing was confirmed or reported about it.
I agree with you, I think LE know a lot more about this suitcase than what they are saying (just like about the rest of the case).

Don't know if there's indeed any connection, but they did look into it if it can be assumed it was the reason for LE requesting hairbrushes.
If Sandra's hair was cut and dyed, it points to very alarming conclusions.

Regarding the photos... We've discussed the suitcase and many of us wanted to see what it looks like, I guess to figure out what brand it was or where it could have come from.
IMO.
ETA: I edited my post to delete the first sentence after I re-read your post.
K-enough said.!! I am the one that said trash reporting, my opinion.
The image is heartbreaking...there's a dead child in that suitcase...what parent would okay seeing that.
These parents should be spared from such heartaches. The news should learn to be more considerate of GRIEVING families.

I was very surprised in fact that they allowed the airing all day of the discovery in progress, suitcase, ME on site, etc. I couldn't believe they allowed a helicopter to film the whole thing.

Agreed on both counts. I do agree the images shouldn't have been made public, but unfortunately they have been. I also think the family probably already saw them.
Anyway, as you said - let's move on

Yes, your right...but lately with twitter, things are said, leaks are made. Not sure if I believe it...but it's scary to think of as being true.
You know news leaks are happening more and more in these cases.

Guy's in a car, maybe some random person that a reporter asked questions of while parking his car somewhere. I wonder if he lives in the Park.
I'm more concerned with Fred since he has the connection to the church and "reported" the suitcase.
But we don't know which guy Johnny pointed out.

HI everyone i have been reading your posts since last week before they found poor Sandra, I prayed so much hoping for a miracle. I cried all day monday when they found her. I can't imagine what her mom is going though. I have a daughter just about the same age as her a few months diffrence she kind of resembles her. Every time I see her I think of her, how could a little angel like her be gone?

yeah and then on the show this morning I saw him again and the one guy said he saw a scruffy bigger guy right? I would like to know whos place they did search in oakdale there was a boat there and a canoe was mentioned but that tied to CS. did you see the pics of him and the pastor and then the pic of him on blink..hair looks diff..to me...maybe my eyes..
the only reason I think it could be correct is I have heard a boat was checked.. and did someone get scared off and not do what ever they were doing at that time..her scent was picked up at some river right???omg I am losing it for some reason I think there is more than 1 or it is CS..I don't know..I don't know where to look for more information....just real odd church then he is pointed out by this tipster right..ok I give up GB I am losing it..awwwww
Strange that you mentioned that, mom. Didn't they find hair dye in one of their search warrants and where hair had been clipped.
Williams sure looked different when he was up at the church. His hair looked all messy or spiked up to me. Sort of wild for a man his age.

Welcome to the boards MOMOF4,
These cases are so hard to deal with, we're always praying for miracles when a darling lil child goes missing.
I pray these type of crimes will outrage us all enough to say ENOUGH NO MORE...OUR CHILDREN COME FIRST and only then perhaps legislation will change with pedophiles being placed behind bars INSTEAD of living in our neighborhoods.

That was Williams - that guy with the very weird hair? I don't know why his hair seemed so distracting to me, that I could actually not focus to his words. I kept thinking, is that guy going to be shocked when he sees what his hair is doing - or did he spike up that one tuft on the side of his head on purpose?
In the video where they showed him at the church, I thought the wind was blowing?

this is the guy(suppose to live in the park) who when the police were stopping vehicles in and out of the park at first.... told the police he wanted to give them a TIP. he said he had noticed a strange person in the mobile home park and after thinking about it, he thought the guy just did not look right. this was 4 days after she went missing that he decided to tell someone.
now this guy is suppose to be pat Anastasio... but when you start looking pat anastasio is the retired high school principal of tracy. There is no pat or patrick anastasio living in the mhp...but there is a MIKE anastasio listed with with his wife vikki fuller who is also vikki anastasio... vikki is also listed with scheena schlytter, who is with just schlytter who is listed in the household of david slayter.
I have access to all the documentation to confirm this.
At this time it seems this guy did not live in the park.... therefore how would he know there was a strange guy in the park?
I am waiting for more information on this.
