I'm not wondering about if or what bed Haleigh may or may not have wet. I am wondering how; if Jr was in Misty's bed, just how she "made up" that bed before going to sleep???

I know how to make up a bed; but not with a person, already asleep in that bed...

In her last interview she said JR was watching a movie in the living room then he came to bed with HER and Haleigh in the bedroom

so which is it?it has changed everytime her mouth has opened. first JR and Haleigh went to bed and she cleaned and went to bed at 10ish now Jr was in the LR and came to bed himself.:confused:this chick is driving me nuts

I have a problem with her statement about "COVERING" Haleigh with the blanket. It doesnt set well with me. I think she covered her up; after she was done with her.

We don't know if her little blanket that she usually slept with is buried with her, or even what it was. I'm sure that LE has a much better timeline than we do.
I dont have any hope she is alive, because of the abusive nature of this father towards women. I dont know if she was hit a day before and died, as blows to the head can kill day's later. Esp in children. Blows to the stomach can kill days later, we've heard of other cases when a child become listless etc.

I'm totally not on board that RC didn't harm this child. I dont know if Misty did or Ron did, but one of them did because she's gone. I believe she is dead. Is she buried with her blanket? Who knows, RC knows and told the world when TES left that "she was still out there" and I took that to mean, she was still out there and he knew that.

I dont care if RC was at work that night. If he was abusing these children in any way, just being at work that night will not absolve him in my mind. Nor will it absolve Misty whateverhernameis either.
I believe she wet the bed one too many times. I believe she was beat but who knows if it was a day before two days before or that very night. I dont believe she was abducted. I believe they are lying.

They won't release anything I'm afraid. The last article I read about le was how frustrated they were during the search for Haleigh on the river. Had something to do with addresses not being posted on the backside of the houses making it very time consuming for le. So now, some of them were out passing flyers to those homeowners asking them to post their address in their backyards.

I questioned last night why le wouldn't just create a computer program that would allow them to punch it out on a laptop, I'm afraid things work much slower in those parts as this method seems not only time consuming, but archaic.

Where is FBI in all this?!

Great questions mom. I looked at the articles about Crystal and the shack tonight and there was no explanation. That one makes no sense at all to me. The missing clothes...when my daughter was 5, with two families in the picture plus the multiple sets of grandparents, I couldn't possibly remember all the shirts she had.

I can't believe that Misty would go to sleep and leave JR wandering around the house. I hope they don't leave her alone with him now. Me too. I watched the afternoon/evening LE was "investigating" the dumpster. Not to disparage LE; but, they were not "processing" the dumpster or it's contents like I would have expected. Climbing in the bin, tossing bags and other items out onto the ground... I didn't understand their protocol of processing potential evidence at all...

I do continue reading posts that say le is keeping it very close to the vest, but I wonder when they look back in hindsight if they will have regrets. The public can be of great help. When it comes to Haleigh missing, I don't see the urgency of many in that area. I see a lot of people standing around or sitting down, but active searches? Not so much.

Re the door...I so agree. It makes me wonder how sharp they are. I can't think of a good excuse for that. I wonder on the other door, if they took the locks and replaced them with some new ones. I wonder if they could tell if the locks were "bumped"?

I don't know, there are a million questions out there and none of us have the answers. I try to think of a day when Haleigh is finally found, whether it be alive (hopefully) or deceased and that day will come, but I wonder when it all ends, good or bad, how Ronald will ever be able to justify his marrying Misty. Even if his theory was to keep his enemies close, he needn't take the drastic step of marriage and especially the timing of it. He could have simply given her the ring and they could have held off the wedding indefinitely, that's all Misty really wanted imo anyway, the ring, the attention of being engaged. No matter which avenue you explore to try to think like Ron Cummings for the reasons he married Misty, not one of them makes sense, imo.

I do continue reading posts that say le is keeping it very close to the vest, but I wonder when they look back in hindsight if they will have regrets. The public can be of great help. When it comes to Haleigh missing, I don't see the urgency of many in that area. I see a lot of people standing around or sitting down, but active searches? Not so much.

I think LE was really hoping Misty would do the walk through for media. Sure LE has her on film over and over but to get her to volunteer for the media always looks better down the line when a defense attorney may try to get certain LE tapes and what not thrown out.......KWIM?

I get what you mean; but, I can't imagine LE "sacrificing" potentially undisturbed evidence, with the hope of having some media outlet film a reenactment...

Re the door...I so agree. It makes me wonder how sharp they are. I can't think of a good excuse for that. I wonder on the other door, if they took the locks and replaced them with some new ones. I wonder if they could tell if the locks were "bumped"?

I don't understand the doors at all. Open, wide open, laundry, bricks propping a door(s) open? LE took the exterior/screen door; why not the other door?

The locks? Strange too, IMHO. The deadbolt placed/installed below the door knob. Presumably, both locks were locked? Bumped? IDK...

I think they got all they could from everywhere in that trailer before it was released. Same with the van. A reenactment by Misty would of been priceless. I think she is telling family/media/LE all different stories and we saw it all catch up with her on the today show.

I agree that Misty is telling different stories and a reenactment would be or could be beneficial to the investigation.

LE took the door after releasing the trailer back to the family. I don't understand the timing.

The van has also been released; reportedly, LE didn't find anything. If they had, I don't believe the van would have been released...

You are not alone teresa it almost drives you crazy the not knowing and it is not because anyone owes us anything but we read about this everyday and we see her sweet pictures it is very hard not to have emotions. I thought from day 31 caylee was a angel in heaven no one does not report your child missing and go partying for a month but even with that I got so much into it the day they said the remains was Caylee I had the worst panic attack just waiting even though I knew. so I agree this one is so hard going on 2 months nothing:sad:

I am thinking that LE learned a HUGE lesson with Caylee's case as far as the leaks go. It is very possible that there are new stipulations that vow harsh punishments for the leakers?
I am trying very hard to think positive too and I pray that this case will soon be resolved. I am right with you hoping and praying for a positive outcome.

I know of people that have been busted for drug possession many times and I am always surprised that they never do any time and just pay a fine or are put on probation.I imagine it is because of not having enough space in jail for drug crimes? Could be that they just have a darn good attorney.IMO

I agree Viking........well once there is an arrest and the Sunshine Laws go into effect, we might just see LE walk through with her. Yes, Misty left the walk through to those who knew less than us and were not even there that night.

I am re watching NG and I cannot understand the mom. I have trouble with her accent, I have trouble with English accents too, so have to wait for the transcript. Just wait next we will hear the mom got it wrong.
In regard to Misty, IMO, the only reason LE has not arrested her for obstruction of justice is that then they would have to provide an attorney to her and she would never say another word. Of course, IMO, that would be an improvement over all the lies she has told. I did see one little girl who looks like the girl that Haleigh is shown hugging in one of the released photos of Haleigh. Looks like her, may not be her though.

On small towns, I live in a valley that is over 500 sq miles, it has 1500 dwellers.
The nearest place to get supplies is a 140 mile round trip or Las Vegas which is a 260 mile round trip where I am going today as they has excellent doctors.
