It is something to look into because if you want to look at *all* possibilities of what happened to this little girl, statistically custody and money have been motives. It is something worth exploring along with other possibilities.
I don't see where dating a seventeen year old when it has been confirmed you were at work during your little girl's disappearance has ever been motive in the past but I still don't fault anyone who leaves NO stone unturned.

If it were Ron owing support it would mean he was a deadbeat dad and may therefore have a motive. In this case Crystal wants to marry Chad. He's 29 with 3 kids already. If they marry, since Crystal has a proclivity for not being a provider, he will be supporting 1 kid and paying child support on 4. That's 5 kids at age 29 and he lives with his dad and stepmom. It's enough motive to give him a LDT, which I trust they have.

I have wondered that too about Misty, whether she can't remember things because she partied on something, or maybe something was fed to her without her knowledge and on purpose so that she wouldn't be coherent when the child was taken. JMO

I feel very sorry for the way people are attacking Misty. I can only imagine the horror she experienced on waking and finding Haleigh missing.
The mere shock is more than enough to cloud anyone's thinking much less that of a 17 year old. The details she is fuzzy about don't seem all the important to me. And I'm with Ron - people should be focusing on finding little Haleigh. As for Crystal, this certainly isn't the appropriate time to be attacking the father of her children. As for custody issues, being able to support a child, to me, is vital. I didn't realize she would be seeking welfare to do it. My bad.

What has she said or done that makes you think she doesn't love and is jealous of that little girl?..... because when she found that Haleigh was missing she did not go running out into the night through the propped open door screaming Haleigh's name. She waited until Ron drove up to tell him Haleigh was missing, instead.

I am a mother, if I saw my child missing and the door open I would have gone running out into the night and would have pounded on every door of every neighbor in the area. I would not come back until either I found my daughter or I collapsed from exhaustion. I would do this because I love her more than life itself.

Patricia, I totally hear you. As a mother myself, my only concern is the best interest of the child or children! I am one that believes you cannot love a child too much or give a child too much attention. They are little for such a short period of time. It really hurts my heart when kids are caught in the cross-fire of adults. JMO

It did have a pic of Haleigh on the front at that time. It also had a paragraph above the pic with some info. Then it had a little girls name and eleven in parentheses (11) under the paragraph but above Haleighs pic.

I was sitting there wondering why they had a pic of Haleigh and yet some other girls name and age. Then, when I read the "about me", or something similar section, it said it was, the site, put together by an 11 year old. Which I found hard to believe. Especially with the way things were written. JMO.

Child support was an order of the court. If circumstances change and paying child support is temporary impossible the responsible thing to do is to contact the courts.

It's not a new truck. It is an older model (pre 2005) gmc sierra and he got it before Haleigh disappeared. The lettering on it has been added since she disappeared. that is the only change i can see though there may be others .. it's the same truck he has had all along though.

Initially, I thought maybe Misty got mad because Haleigh wet the bed. You know, had to change bed clothes one night too often and lost her temper. I dismissed that thought because someone said that Haleigh did not wet the bed often.If the pink shirt was put on the pile of clothes that lay on the laundry room floor, I think that the shirt was taken off of her because it was dirty. If she was given a bath that night, which has not been answered one way or the other than the shirt was probably put there then. What if? What if the cousin or some visitor over that evening slipped her something and she is unaware. If someone did slip Misty a drug, then Haleigh could have been taken very early in the evening. Well, maybe it was something that was slipped to her to make her feel so exhausted. Just speculating here.

Although no specific studies have been done that I can find it is well established that drugs such as amphetamines, opiates and cocaine and smoking while in 1st trimester can result in genetic abnormalities. It could explain Hayleigh's Turner's Syndrome. No way to know.

Someone posted pics of a person with this disorder....maybe manifests in the early teen years. IMO....just the most precious sweet baby girl ever.

Did you read the link. It clearly states that is nothing the father could do or not do that would prevent the sperm cell from forming with a missing sex chromosome.

Haleigh's infant baby pics show the syndrome. TN has reported that Haleigh has been a sickly child with numerous hospitalizations.

IF it was Ron, OMG, he would be the one hanging on the door here IMO. I really wanted to offer the things that will be missing on Crystal and Chad's new myspace to include the fond reference for Chloe and the not so fond reference of taking care of the brats. :crying: For swarovski that's another one on the CA/CS list IMO.

Haleigh and Junior were left behind and a new life opened up with a new baby and a new man. But hey, now with a $4,100 court order put aside until AFTER Haleigh is found, hit'em hard and maybe that order for collection will disappear in the mess IMO.

Also, why is it that the site wants donations to feed and clothe Chloe when she has her own father, and Junior when Crystal doesn't even have custody?
