This has absolutely nothing to do with stimulating the ecomony or creating jobs and it will likely add to our woes because more illegals mean more tax dollars spent and less jobs for those here legally. There is no reason this should have been in the bill. La Raza could care less about Americans and they are a self serving special interest group.

I was also upset that the E-verify was removed from the stim bill because it allows for illegals to take the new construction jobs.
I reacall one of Senators keep asking for e verify and they kept ignoring him! :cursing:

All large contracting jobs are supposed to be using union labor. Unions are urging illegal immigrants to join. The laborers in the unions are going to lose jobs to the illegals.

Now the Unions want card check. But the illegals don't want card check. They don't want to put their names on anything that could get them deported in their minds. Neither will the union workers since the illegals will be taking their jobs.

Unions want this fight on card check now before more illegals join the union especially in the the Southern states. Their numbers are dwindling and the unions need the illegals to boost their numbers!

I do think that President Obama needs to explain in depth some parts of that Stimulus bill or answer the hard questions without the spin. I don't seem to understand.:bored:
