That Teresa tat is on his chest not his back. The Haleigh on the back didn't look covered up to me. I'll ask my husband to look since he knows more about tattoos than I do. :)

It looked VERY swirly, like it was to cover something else.

I am not trying to be argumentative. But IIRC only if the child is taken to the ER or doctor are there documents drawn up. Sadly the parent usually just gets a phone call.


Cloe23............in the school system where I worked for 30+ years, every and I mean every accident that happens while at child is at school/on the bus/etc.................an accident report must be written up by anyone who saw the accident happen.

I'm in Massachusetts, so not sure about Florida, but here, we get a call and there is documentation when a child gets hurt or has to take a medication. My son got knocked down by a classmate and they sent a form home detailing what happened. I would be very surprised if they only had to document for ER/MD visits...in this litigious society, everything is written down to CYA later. IMO

Some absences require a doctor's note..............and a phone call will never do. You have to have something written.

TY for the insight. Our school system is in the process of installing video camera's in the buses as how can a driver see anything while driving. With all the behaviors flocking into US schools it is out of control, and I fear it is only going to get worse. Can't put aides on every bus with all the budget cuts.
When I posted my last post I was recalling back to when my kids were growing up, I don't remember ever getting any accident reports, just a phone call, as you say the documentation is there I just didn't get a copy of it.

Here in MA, you can call till you're blue in the face and write as many notes as you want and the absence remains unexcused. Hospitalizations, deaths in the immediate family, those types of things are excused. Most absences, like colds and sore throats are unexcused absences and will be regardless of the parent calling or writing. Maybe Ron called/wrote, maybe he didn't, but the fact that Hayleigh had 11 unexcused absences isn't proof either way.

He did really well only crying once. My daughter told me that she knew he was going to have a busy day as he came in that morning saying that he had 2 cups of coffee for breakfest.

LE should have any documentation they need to verify that if anything happened to Haleigh at school, this is a good thing.

Well the reporter reporting it did so right in front of the tattoo shop. Seems to me if he was going to lie about any happenings inside that shop he would of high tailed it out of there first.

We certainly have not heard that reporter take back his statement. It was on the news for all to see. Nor have we heard anyone from the Tat shop come out and say it never happened!!

Are we to assume this reporter has it out for Ron a father of a missing daughter. I think NOT!......I for one beleive it!!......JMO!

Great post, Thanks. I got creamed for expressing distaste for the hatred and prejudice toward the victims yesterday. I don't understand the poor and destructive decision making. The family needs the public on their side. But they are victims of a great tragedy that would kill me.I can't reconcile Ron's behavior now with the touching pics of a loving father to Hayleigh. Seems that Geraldo confrontation was a breaking point with him. Saddens me greatly.

Just heard on JVM from a man who lost his daughter 20 years ago.........has not been found to date. He said not to judge anyone who has lost a child. He said that at 30 day out you feel as if you have hit a wall with not much hope of a good ending. He feels that Ron is just reaching for a moment of happiness.

The home tour showed her room with her bed minus a mattress but she played in there all the time

Cousin Cassandra told Crystal about Ron backhanding HaLeigh because..............and she was not even sure why........had several reasons. There was no picture shown of this.

I agree that sometime humor can help with a stressful situation. I also wanted to add that we do not know that a SO has Haleigh. There are tons of SO's in Florida and quite a few in the area where Haleigh went missing. As of right this minute, we do not know that Haleigh was kidnapped by a stranger that is a SO.

Yesterday I felt the same when I learned of the birthday party and marriage proposal. It seems to me the time could have been better spent looking for their missing child. A lot of inappropriate behavior going with the Haleigh case IMO. You can bet that LE is watching.

I agree with this statement. No matter what any of us thinks of the relationship between Cummings and Croslin, local LE has at this time more important things to do than charge RC. Maybe later, maybe never.

Things such as following up the more than 2,400 tips called into the hot line. Press articles report that LE is revisiting some of those tips again and again. As of a very few days ago, Putnam County still has 5 detectives working full time on Haleigh.

As much as many of us are focused on missing Haleigh the local LE is also having to deal with other crimes in Putnam Count. It is a fact of life -- sad but true.

I don't know if that is necessarily considered a rumor, because Misty stated it and the other girl didn't come forward to admit to it (can you blame her?). Anyway, there it is in black and white and all linked up.
We don't know if Ron pays child support or not, he isn't saying and neither is the alleged other baby's mother. We also don't know if he got a paternity test either, he isn't very forthcoming with this info.
Either way, it is Misty that is spreading the rumor, other people are just going off of what she had to say about the situation. Why shouldn't we believe her, Ron does.

I couldn't agree more! Haleigh has been missing for just one month today and on that one month anniversary they're announcing their engagement?
