Misty said something about a blanket being over the window and taking it down to wash it. Maybe the other bedrooms did not have anything over the windows and one could see inside. Also, when Misty took the blanket off the window, maybe the predator could then see inside the BR where they were all sleeping.
I dont post often, always a lurker, but have to throw in a comment. No 17 year old pulled a blanket off any window to wash it. NONE if she said that - she lied. I may also add that the 17 year old in question does not look like she is real familiar with a bar of soap and a washcloth, and that was before they were camping out.
I bow and scrape, pull my forlock, to offer up my very own opinion.

It is my hope that she is alive,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but if not, I pray that someone she loved and trusted did nothing to hurt this precious baby.
A note about Nancy Grace:
I hope it is okay that I love watching Nancy. She does keep a missing person in the news so that they are not forgotten. She really get attached to families who lose loved ones. My neice works for her husband's grandmother. She is always telling me things Nancy does for the GM. She is a very caring person.
Plus, I know that Nancy gives loads of money to help children.
I have a gd named Caylee and I know that Nancy does not say this name as we do------------but as my grandfather always told us----------Don't give me that, you know what I am saying. He used many old words that his children tried to correct but he just refused. They gave up after awhile because...............they did not what he was saying..................just as I know that Nancy is saying Caylee........and HaLeigh.
I agree with you that NG definitely keeps cases in the public eye that would otherwise be forgotten about on a national level but she gets a little too carried away, IMO.
My biggest objection to her is the misinformation she puts out there and doesn't correct. And the way she goes after people she decides are guilty (like the Duke lacrosse players).
I would have thought more of her had she apologized to the lacrosse players after they were exonerated but instead she had someone else, (I think it was JVM) do her show that night so she didn't have to sit there and explain that they weren't guilty after all.

Yes, I believe that is the SOP.
If that dumpster wasn't checked before, and there was a body there it is now 3 weeks later and that dumpster contents is long gone. Could this allow them to get away with killing her?? Obviously the body if already dumped is no longer identifiable.

Guess that is good news.

I am sure if a dog hit on the dumster, hopefully LE is goingto gather things out of the dumster and have them sent to a lab for testing.... I mean if the dogs did hit on items or a part of a dumpster it needs to be investigated! I have faith in our modern technology that they will not get away with this, whoever did this...and that if something was inside the dumpster they will find it MOO! I pray that this family gets some closure everytime I see that grandmom cry I cry too its just awful!!! Poor babies...

Guess that is good news. Hi Diane, where did you hear that? that is good news :-)
While I agree for the most part with the caller it was such very POOR taste to say all that at this moment. There is a time and a place this isn't it.
Last shot of the dumpster before the commercial break showed it getting dark and the lights on.
I want to believe they will find nothing but the fact that they feel the need to continue the search into the night instead of securing the scene and finishing in the morning is a very bad sign to me.
my worry is that even the stupidest murderer or so would figure out that if the dumpster hadnt been emptied within a week, they better move her body somewhere else :(

ITA, Kat...The father's demeanor struck me as odd from the git-go...something in the way he spoke about Haleigh...can't recall his exact words, but they sounded unnatural, scripted, as if he had to THINK about how he should react...
