Did anyone see Geraldo last night? He was interviewing Crystal and Ron. Ron didn't like the questions he was asking and looked enraged. I truly feel Ron is holding back information to protect himself.

I also read somewhere that the "pedafile" cousin of Misty's was the guy Ron had the fight over the gun with-which Ron denies happened.(Why would they have any contact with this guy?!?) He also denies ever doing drugs, and hitting Crystal.(Crystal said he hit her when she was pregnant) So many troubling details!!!

Also, Ron has a one year old child with another 17 year old named Amber. I'm really starting to think this guy preys on vulnerable, teen-age girls. UGH!!!

Yes, him dating teens upsets me. I remember when I was in high school, some troubled girls dated older guys. They ended up pregnant and abused.

I hate how he proudly says at the beginning of his interview with Crystal's family that for a couple weeks both sides of the family kept their differences hidden until now with his interviews, they're letting it all hang out. Like, it's a GOOD thing to air dirty laundry that doesn't have anything to do with Haleigh's disappearance. This is awful. It just rips hurting people further apart.

Quite possible. I have a problem with the idea that Ron is on drugs, only because if it is true he is a crane op, he would be more likely than not, subject to random drug testing.

As I said before, I am not overly impressed with any of them...but of course we are only seeing them at a very low point in their lives.

I do wonder about the people that are in there close circle, hopefully if it is someone close to them, Haliegh will be found alive and soon.

In my experience anytime the mother doesn't get custody in a divorce, there is a reason, and I would take any statements made by that person against the ex-husband with a grain of salt.

We know he lied, when he said he never did drugs. What else has he lied about?

I have been able to watch most of the Geraldo interviews through You-Tube and I am not sure what the fuss is all about?

Anyone who knows Geraldo knows he is into sensationalism .. that is his reporting style and if they agree to talk with him .. then that is their fault

That said ... opening up these stories from the families could be just what LE needs to find the avenue they need to venture down to get to the truth

Maybe it is because I think the poor child is missing due to some in-family dealings and was not a stranger abduction

I kept wondering why the mother did not have custody of either one or both children. The allegations they made last night should have been addressed in the custody hearing. Maybe they were addressed and were found to not be credible. When there is proof of drugs and abuse, family courts seldom if ever, grant the abusive parent custody.

There is no ex wife. Crystal had two children out of wedlock with Ron and a third child out of wedlock with her current boyfriend.

I believe at the time Ron was awarded custody of the two children the court found Crystal irresponsible to care for the two kids based on the documented reports. IIRC, there was also documented information that Crystal's mother also had a history of drug related charges.

So much was said about the pic of Haleigh showing injuries that were much more than a fall at school, I was shocked to see the pic Grandma showed for the camera. A smiling Haleigh had a cut/scrape on her chin, along the side of nose. I didn't see the black eye.

I didn't see the O'Reilly show but read here that GR had stated that he had this pic that showed that Haleigh had "been beaten to a pulp".

Is it just me or did the pic show minor injuries that well could have come from a fall at school. If the school documented the accident and the scratches to the face, why would Crystal and her mother try to convince the viewers the injuries came from the hand of Ron.

Does anyone have info on the filing on Friday before the abduction of papers by Ron for contempt in non payment of child support from Crystal?

i think he's as bad as the peds IMO. adult men that seek relationships with underage girls do it for some sick reasons such as control for one. its easier to have control over a child & be a boss to her. an adult womam is more likely to stand up to him & not back down. i'm sorry but i think this guy is no good. i feel really bad that his little girl is missing but i dont care for this guy at all. I agree totally....he has no business dating these young women....But I differ when it comes to the bio mom....she is the one that is giving conflicking statements....if she thought that Ron was so abusive and could have harmed Haleigh....then I guess you know what I am going to say next....

These mothers that walk away from their children do not get any sympathy from me......My sympathy will remain with the father...he continues to beg for his daughters safe return....

There are many cases where both parents are not fit.....however, I believe that Ron was the more fit parent here....

Bio mom and maternal grandmother only make themselves look bad when they try and say that Ron abused Haleigh....If you thought enough to take pictures and keep them for proof of anything then you should have been doing something about it.....these mothers that call themselves mothers while they are not raising their own children....should NOT have the title of mommy....

Mother's anf father's are supposed to be the childrens protectors.....obviously bio mom didn't think her children were in harms way......AND, IF she actually felt that way...she could have kept her son ith her and went to court as not to give the boy back to his father....yet she didn't do this...instead she gave him back to the father on Sunday.....AND any court would have sided with her under these circumstances and given her temperory custody until a court date......JMOO

I was so angry at her throwing all of these accusations at Ron when her daughter is missing.

How in the heck does she think this will help find Haleigh? It won't. It's just a shameful ploy by a two bit "journalist" who does nothing but stir up s**t and then leave.

He doesn't care whether or not little Haleigh is found. He needs to go take care of his own kids, manage his own personal life and get out of

I agree, there is not a big of an age difference between them and the people who know Misty said that she is very muture and responsible for her age. In fact I think I read somewhere that she meet him threw a friend who was babysitting for him and she warned him that the kids were not being cared for the way they should have been so I think Ron really appericiated her for looking out for the best interest of him kids.

Also, I do not blame Ron for his behavior toward anyone who is trying to demean him. He is out to find his daughter and going threw pure he_l
He was at work when she went missing so people need to get off his case and focus on where is Haleigh.

I do not consider myself to be a loser. As a matter of fact, my wife of 21 years considers me just the opposite! BTW, when we first started dating, she was 15 and I was 19. We met at my High School Homecoming football game.

If he was the only one to show up, then it's logical that he won.

In order to go back to court to change the existing order she would have to file a motion to modify or for a rehearing showing justification. That takes legal expertise, which I don't think she has, or an attorney. That can be expensive.

ITA Rachel. This was a very disturbing interview. GR conducted this interview in very poor taste. He was so argumentive with RC. I am glad there was a no tresspassing issued . Please let's just concentrate on finding Haleigh.

This father may not met your and others standards of living but the judge believed him to be the most qualified parent to have custody. I will REPEAT, in Florida, mother`s do NOT lose custody without VERY good cause.

What was too honest? that she thought is was a yr ago she had last done coke = while pregnant? That her own mama had called DFS on her b/c of her habits & behavior? That she didn't want to get out of bed to take her own flesh & blood to their dr appts? I doubt that is even half of what all went down but JMOO.

So Crystal & her mom said her addy was bogus. The court papers she filed in October didn't contain the proper address? Whose fault is that? Who is telling the truth? The magistrate said she had been served the first round of papers at the address she provided. Yet, he accepted her claime abt bad addy & granted her a 2nd hearing anyway on 12/27/05. She showed up w/her mom but missed Jr's dr appt that very morning. She was unemployed and living in her mom & stepdad's place w/her siblings.

She then got a lawyer in a 3rd attempt at custody. Atty motion filed on 1/6/06 made claims without any supporting documents except her dad's statement. Sad how daddy couldn't spell Haleigh's name correctly or Ronald's; and his accounts of what went wrong in their relationship was much different than Crystal's & her mom's stmts under oath in court. Where were the statements of the mother that went to court with her? Where were the statements of her cousins that she alleged knew 1st hand about all Ron's partying as she claimed on 12/27?

Atty made claims in the motion abt Crystal's newfound success and knowledge. He didn't explain how Crystal got from unemployed to homeowner w/ her own mortgage in a week. Even in 2005/2006, home closings required a wait period btwn offer, acceptance, fulfill contract demands & the closing. Esp during the holidays. Crystal didn't get a job & close on a home in a week. That is just outlandish JMOO. There is a reason her lawyer's motion didn't change the outcome of the court's original custody determination.

Since then, Crystal has had plenty of time get a new atty, gather new evidence against Ron and file for new and/or emergency hearing. She didn't. She also said custody was not an issue at 1st. Yet we find out she is $4,100 behind in support. She was unemployed when court determined her support amount. Her mom's excuse that's she is jobless doesn't fly. Marie didn't even use Crystal's 3rd child or the carwreck as an excuse. Just that Crystal was now unemployed. Just as she was in 12/2005.

Her atty didn't bother to state what Crystal job Crystal had that allowed her to buy her own home by 1/2006. Nor did he provide her new home addy or new wages or new employment benefits that made her better able to care for the kids. Instead all I see is that he made a list of allegations against Ron's character with no backup. Johnny Sheffield's "Roland" accusations notwithstanding. Pitiful. So is Gerald-O. JMOO

I am sickened by Geraldo's recent behaviour. In this case and also Caylee's case.

I don't know what happened to Haleigh, but I would like to know how he can target people so easily in one case and ignore evidence and lies in another. He has buddied up with Baez in the Anthony case and defends Casey. Now in this case he is choosing sides with out an ounce of physical evidence, Yet again, ignores it in another.

You can't say that about Ron. He said he wasn't doing drugs when he had the accident with the children in the car. I keep wondering why he left the scene of that accident.
