I forgot about that Pru, Exactly....then get on computer and do a search...She told FBI she had the number on a post it note and IIRC she gave it to LE.. I sure hope the DA's office are writing all these lies down so they can ask her about these in a courtroom..

This is probably a stupid question but how do the flies get into the trunk to lay eggs if the trunk has been closed the whole time?

If flies can crawl in around the edges then wouldnt your trunk be soaked inside when it rains?.... drops of water would flatten out and be smaller than a fly body... but when it rains my trunk never has water in it.

Do they crawl into the trunk from underneath the car or something and where would those openings be because i went and looked in my trunk, pulled up the liner and i couldn't see any openings or holes or anything where a fly could enter from under the car.

Any mechanics or autobody people in the house that could explain this?

so its ridiculous that she brought that up to the FBI to begin with because at that point, she already knew Casey gave her a bogus address (given to her a long time ago). or did she? its quite possible that Cindy eeked out that address from Casey in the midst of LE coming to the home and she thought that was where they were going...so she jots it down.....

its possible she fabricated a story she had it on a sticky as if she knew of the Zanny/Nanny.

To tell to truth, I don't believe that the smell in the car came from just from Caylee's body, rotting food was also a large part of the odor. Simply because none of the tests on any part of the trunk have come back positive for decomposition fluids.

I am reading from the last thread when I came on this. I am sure it has been addressed, I just haven't gotten to it, but I have to say something.......

As a nurse of 27 yrs and a paramedic, I have entered many death scenes several of which were in the process of decomposing..........the smell is NOTHING, NOTHING like garbage, even the worst garbage you can imagine. To really know the difference I guess one has to have smelled it to know there is no denying the odor.
Also as I understand, there was a "death band" found on a hair consistent with only 2 people in the world (by testing M-DNA (mitochrondrial DNA)-----casey and Caylee. casey is still alive and Caylee is dead, so the hair could only have come from Caylee. The death band is the result of bacterial growth in the haiir shaft that can ONLY occur after death and during the decomp process. This finding is consistent with death only and isn't seen in "living" hair shafts.

I don't know about depositions, but it is my impression that in a courtroom when giving testimony, one can only take the 5th if the answer would incriminate themself. Spouses cannot be made to testify against each other, but any other family member can be held in contempt if they fail to answer a question. Maybe there are exceptions. JMO

Just reading on the links thread some information on Gil Cabot. Boy, if he is true to form, then JB is gonna get a lawsuit filed against him. There has gotta be something more in the Casey Kool-aid than water, sugar, & flavoring. This case was mixed up enuf without the likes of Gil Cabot/Todd Black. If JB thinks he is getting money from TB, he may be in for a rude awakeing. JMO

I suggested other reasons, becaue we did/do not know why George was admitted, I always suspected something else. but it could have been "suicidle" I had difffernt assumptions. gogoIIRC, Holly Bristol of Fox 35 reported in front of the Daytona hospital during both the 5PM and 6PM broadcasts tonight, that GA was in a regular room not on the Psych ward.

This is an example of how the attorneys for ZG have done her a disservice. The telegraphed that they intend to ask them "difficult" questions that LE may be interested in the answers to. Now Lee's attorney and the Anthony's attorneys have a heads up. ZG's attorneys know the others are concerned they may be charged in this case. Invoking the 5th amendment depends upon what questions are asked. If they limit the questions to what they know about ZG or Zannny the Nanny then I would think they would have to answer the questions. If they ask questions that would be more properly addressed to the criminal matter, then they will stand behind their constitutional rights. Everyone has this right. As for George, it will depend upon his status at the end of February. If he is still under a doctor's care and that doctor feels it would be detrimental to his health (mental or physical) then his deposition would be postponed until he gets a doctor's clearance. He will eventually have to have his deposition taken. Just keep in mind that the criminal case(s) will always take precedence over the civil matter. JMO

Another facility closer to home. According to KB, he doesn't want it publicized and wants the press to stay away.

Can't say I blame him. Can you imagine living with Cindy once his FBI/LE interviews were made public, much less having testified before the Grand Jury. She probably blames him for Casey being in jail...not Casey.

If the reports are true and Cindy is planning some OTT memorial, I wonder if she now has tunnel vision and is using Caylee's memorial/funeral to block out the reality. And I wonder what will happen to Cindy once it's over and she realizes she can't hide from the fact Casey is in jail, charged with murder in the first degree for killing Caylee.

If flies can crawl in around the edges then wouldnt your trunk be soaked inside when it rains?.... drops of water would flatten out and be smaller than a fly body... but when it rains my trunk never has water in it.

yes. Cindy claims she had the address, in case she had to pick up caylee. Glenwood Avenue - she claims that she gave LE that address that nite, after they wasted their time with Casey...great post snipped for space…its ridiculous that she brought that up to the FBI to begin with because at that point….its quite possible that Cindy eeked out that address from Casey in the midst of LE coming to the home and she thought that was where they were going...so she jots it down. its possible she fabricated a story she had it on a sticky as if she knew of the Zanny/Nanny.

Now why doesn’t this surprise me. I think you are right, somehow cindy got this address out of casey before LE either got there or ask for it. Perhaps even between 911 calls. I also think the address not being specific could mean casey was being stressed (to say the very least)by her mother for the address and couldn’t remember the street number, only the street name and general area. I wouldn’t be shocked to learn cindy, Lee or someone else went to Glenwood looking for Caylee. I don't know about depositions, but it is my impression that in a courtroom when giving testimony, one can only take the 5th if the answer would incriminate themself. Spouses cannot be made to testify against each other, but any other family member can be held in contempt if they fail to answer a question. Maybe there are exceptions. JMO

The whole key here is what questions are asked. The judge will look at the questions and decide if the protection applies and if they are relevant to the issue in the lawsuit. If he agrees with KC's lawyers then nothing will happen to her. If he decides that the questions are relevant to her counterclaim then he might dismiss the counterclaim. If he agrees with the plaintiff then they will go back and ask the question again. If she again refuses, they then go back before the judge for a contempt hearing.

With respect to Lee it doesn't matter whether he has been charged or not. If the answer to the question may incriminate him in a crime he does not have to answer. For example, if they ask him if he has ever sold drugs he does not have to answer. First it is not relevant to the issues in this lawsuit and the answer may tend to incriminate him. If his attorney determines the answer may tend to incriminate him then they will not answer and the judge will decide as above.

I hope this helps. The key here is to step back and realize this is not unique to the Anthonys and they are not asking for special treatment. If your deposition was taken for any reason you would be afforded the same protection. Really, this is one thing where the Anthony attorneys are doing right by their clients. JMO

George also went there to pay his cell and utility bills. I can't recall what the topic was, but he stated he had to go to Amscot to pay these bills first. Yes, Mine is redacted. The check is the Xmas check, it is drawn on an OH account but when you zoom in on it you can barely read it. There is no way to see that it is Ruth or Lee and Ruth because the top left is redacted, the signature is Lee Anthony.
Actually Im still stuck on the sigs more than anything. And, of course the BofA check in Cythina Anthony's name for 200.00 signed by Casey, filled out to herself in the same handwriting. It's absurd. She obviously wrote out this check to herself.
So I'm looking at three checks, and besides the Teddy Bear terrorizing me tonight, I now see she had no problem attempting to sign her mothers name, in MEMO she has crossed out what it's for.
