Sorry, I didn't mean to put words in your mouth. People are screaming to the high heavens that they want a memorial service for little Caylee. Me being one of them. Should it be televised? Probably not. Should it be recorded? YES! And people can view it on line, etc.

I'm thinking back to the beautiful service held for Laci and Conner. Thousands of people showed up. I just don't understand why the Anthony's are so opposed to a public service. They don't have to be there, can stay in their "tombs" if they want to.

The "public" cannot visit inmates. Am I reading the post wrong? You have to be on a list of visitors to be able to receive them. And before hand, you have to give your SSN, etc. and get checked out. JMO.

The sentiment and protocol normally reserved to memorilize someone has turned into a public fiasco of an event. Extemely disingenuous at this point in time and I have to agree that its way overdue but put Caylee to rest privately.

Why can't the memorial service be held by the public. The guy at the Baptist church that holds 5,000, would be a great place to hold a memorial service for the public to attend. And say prayers for little Caylee.

Let the details be worked out in a court of law. Many people hold memorial services before they bury a person. Especially if Caylee is going to be cremated. None of this makes sense to me. JMO.

I don't think it was revenge against Cindy. Casey is too selfish to risk going to jail just to get back at her mother. IIRC, the April 17 was a typo in the LE report. It was corrected in a later report. The signature card shows June 17. jmo

Gozales stated she had NY tags at the time she was looking at the apts at Sawgrass. That would have to mean that KC saw that car w/plates. Now..did she have someone run those plates or did she see the card Zeneida filled out? since she had several friends in LE it would have been easy for the tags to have been run. Trial will fill in gaps I quess.

If I am not mistaken, both employees working in the office at the Sawgrass were shown a photograph of Casey and neither could identify her as having looked at an apartment there.

I consider myself to be "somewhat" up on the case. Haven't disected it as much as many here have. I still have reasonable doubt if the ZFG is not the nanny. Was Xanax the Nanny? so many questions, so few answers. JMO.

baez you have been retained to assure your client a fair trial and a defense against some atrocious charges. It is not about YOU, and if someone questioned your actions & referred you to the Fl Bar based on comments made by your PR guy (who we now find out maybe an extortioner--which requires the ability to lie well) so what, you opened the door by agreeing to bring black on the case. What's the matter with you? The SA is not taking this personally, crying and whining whenever something bad is said or their actions are questioned. You on the other hand, stand out on the court steps whining like a 16 yr like it is all about you. If casey would come to her right mind she would rid herself of you and get a lawyer who is really watching out for her rights., (and yes, as you well know, almost any high-profiled or experienced criminal trial attorney in FL or the US for that matter, would defend her for either money or the exposure.) your meal ticket and attempt at obtaining credibility would be out the door. I bet the fear of another attorney swooping in and getting casey's casehas you quaking in your boots. I also think you didn’t like Lee Anthony and her parents making comments on jail tapes as they tried to get to really think about keeping you as her attorney. It wouldn’t shock me to learn to have encouraged some distance in casey’s family, kind of isolating her from them. I don’t know, just saying….. Your relationship with this todd black alone makes me question your judgment,(that he could be gil cabot ex-felon/extortioner) and you let him speak for you and casey, what were you thinking?--certainly not about her right to a fair trial as granted by this our great US constitution.
Then your associate files a counter suit against a civil claim, then hollers 5th amendment when the woman casey slandered dares to cry foul.......sorry I don't think even special little casey can do both.
The very same constitution prevents a judge from removing you from the case because casey doesn't want to get rid of you YET! UNLESS, one of the claims/statements or a new claim sticks to you and the Bar or another judge rules you in contempt and makes you unable to provide casey with a defense----we get to watch your machinations while chuckling if this wasn’t so serious. Sometimes I think you take comments so personally because you are insecure and scared something might just, might be uncovered or revealed. I don't know, I just want casey AND the state to get a fair trial and justice to be done for caylee.

I find it interesting and GREAT that we spend so much time talking about baez and his actions. It is proof that while we want casey punished for her actions, we ALSO want her to have a fair trial-----so it doesn't come back on appeal. If a conviction is obtained and is appeal-proof, then justice would have been carried out for Caylee.

I am so sadden it is only the public, people who didn't know this baby, who are crying out for justice in her death. Not her grand-parents, great-grandparents, uncle etc. No one has publicly come out and asked for justice.......sad, sad.

The hold up is casey..IMO...heck no baez hired all these so called experts and they are waiting on PROSCUETIONS reports..WHY if he has what is it a dozen on that team do there own dam tests so they can bury her.. he wants everyone to do his work.. Do a search of index.dat, and you'll see what it is....it's basically a database file created by windows to store certain things such as urls, history, cookies.

The search date is not confirmed by the info given as to index.dat in the pdf files.

I KNOW what they are. That's why I posed my question to you as rhetorical.

Do a search for all locations of the index.dat file. Most likely you find it more than on place AND many index.dat files.

Team A keeps saying remains have not been released.. I have observed the first entry Record Type “Mobile Originating” contains CA’s cell number in the “Calling” column and an unknown number in the “Called” column. What does the unknown called number represent and how is it used in phone activity? The IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity Code) column is blank. Do you understand why? The IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity Code) the SIM card info is present and IMO appears consistent with CA’s cell phone. A one second duration is reported. NO LAC-CID (tower) or Latitude or Longitude is reported. How does a cell phone reach out to the AT & T datastore to obtain a voice message without using a cell tower? The E164 code is present but it is distinctly different than the other phone activity and appears to have a Georgia area code, IMO.

I cant agree with this although I respect your opinion............IMO Caylee was dearly loved by George and Cindy.......Her grandpa pulled her around the neighborhood in a wagon IIRC....The backyard was a little girl's dream complete with pool and playhouse........On a daily basis I believe that she was well cared for.........what she didnt get from Casey, George and Cindy tried to make up......George and Cindy loved her with all their hearts IMO........and I believe Caylee knew this and felt this......

I think I know who most of the players are now though, but still it is daunting to look at all the people that Casey ran around with in the past few years and fit them into one puzzle.

If you try to figure out every little thing, every alternative available with different parts of what has happened, then I can agree that it doesn't all fit. But, if you step back and look at the big picture, then I believe that the totality points to Casey as having murdered her daughter. I think that juries are often very good at grasping the big picture. Once a jury has the definition of reasonable doubt, as opposed to any doubt at all, I think they end up able to channel their doubt to the most important aspects of testimony. I bet we get more bogged down in possibilities here than the jury will in the trial.

IMO, the public, the press, everyone have inserted themselves into the private world of the Anthony's.
Funerals and Memorials are to be observed by those who were a part of the deceased's life, or personally connected to family/friends of the deceased. Everyone else ? Just interjecting themselves where they have no business.
Caylee, God rest her soul, needs to be laid to rest when the family decides, should have a right to a private funeral, private memorial, private burial, period!! It's their right and priveledge.
All of us at some time or another have probably gone to the funeral services of a deceased family member or friend, and paid respects, grieved, etc..
This family needs their private funeral service with their family, and closure, then healing with family members, and even counseling to move on with their lives.
IMO it's nobody's business what the A's do about it.
I'm just stating this b/c it's how I would feel if I would be in their shoes. There's too many mean people/protesters out in this world who will be on the sidelines , hurling insults and making a spectacle of things at any public memorial. This feeds in to the media, then it's on NG, GVS, JVM, and every other TV show out there. That is just not the way I would want my little grandaugther to be memorialized.
It should be done in a private chapel, funeral home, cemetary, closed to nosey spectators.
God help all of the victims of what that shedevil did , both family and friends.

IMO, the public, the press, everyone have inserted themselves into the private world of the Anthony's.
Funerals and Memorials are to be observed by those who were a part of the deceased's life, or personally connected to family/friends of the deceased. Everyone else ? Just interjecting themselves where they have no business.
Caylee, God rest her soul, needs to be laid to rest when the family decides, should have a right to a private funeral, private memorial, private burial, period!! It's their right and priveledge.
All of us at some time or another have probably gone to the funeral services of a deceased family member or friend, and paid respects, grieved, etc..
This family needs their private funeral service with their family, and closure, then healing with family members, and even counseling to move on with their lives.
IMO it's nobody's business what the A's do about it.
I'm just stating this b/c it's how I would feel if I would be in their shoes. There's too many mean people/protesters out in this world who will be on the sidelines , hurling insults and making a spectacle of things at any public memorial. This feeds in to the media, then it's on NG, GVS, JVM, and every other TV show out there. That is just not the way I would want my little grandaugther to be memorialized.
It should be done in a private chapel, funeral home, cemetary, closed to nosey spectators.
God help all of the victims of what that shedevil did , both family and friends.

You have been asking for links this morning, which I think is a little unfair to the people who have been actually taking the time to read the doc drops as they happen. It creates unncessary work to the posters who have been keeping up with the case - we have to go back and find out where it was said.. when all you have to do is read the documents for yourself.

With all due respect... I don't think it was the public that was pushing for this. I think that Cindy came up with this idea when it was determined that Casey can not leave jail. Why not open it to the public so that it can be streamed to the jail for Casey to watch. This is MO only, but I think it's just more media coverage for Poor Cindy.

For people that had no money they certainly did buy a lot of things for Caylee. All of those stuffed animals, not just one Mr. Potatohead but 4 or 5, at least 3 Elmo dolls. Cindy bragged that all of their cars had car seats for Caylee. Cindy must have been buying clothes for Caylee & Casey. I for one have never seen so many toys for one child from the Greta video. No wonder they had money problems. IMO

I should post a picture of my ds room. My dh and I have a car seat for each vehicle and his room is covered in stuffed animals. He is one very loved little boy.

All the reports I have read to date have been negative for body decomposition fluid, with the two exceptions noted.

Hi Martha! Bless your heart. I think the trial will start this year but probably in the 4th quarter sometime. I got the feeling the prosecution isn't quite ready to get the trial underway. I say let them take their time. No hurry - she's not going anywhere and she's already waived her right to a speedy trial.
